” You saw her entered that plane right Takumi?” Michael asked as he lit a cigarette
” Yes boss.. I already planted the explosives before anyone could notice and I cleared the CCTV footage too” Takumi smiled
” You did well..” Michael patted his back Gently before taking his phone.. he clic-k on a number before putting the phone on his ears
? I guess you heard the news already.. Michael asked immediately Jerome picked up
? How’s a plane crash my business? Jerome asked back
? Of course it should be since Godiva is in that plane alongside her lover.. sorry I couldn’t save one.. Michael said
? What??! You’re so useless and of no use.. didn’t I tell you he shouldn’t die? Is this the I know what to do you were talking about?” Jerome yelled
? Do I look like a puppet to you? I’ve done everything you both ever wanted ever since you told me about it.. so what do you need? Michael shouted back
? If you aren’t pleased maybe you should just tell your bit-ch I killed him.. Michael said and ended the call.
” Jeez.. why couldn’t he do a little job? What should I tell her happened to him? That he died with diva? When they’re both not Romeo and Juliet? F*ck, this is crazy”.. Jerome ruffled his hair, smashing his phone against the wall.

The news about the crash was everywhere already.. Everyone wept greatly for those who lost their lives in the crash
Cerlia couldn’t help but laugh out in satisfaction when she saw the news.. Though she was sad too when she saw Raphael’s name among those that died in the plane
” You should have just come back to me and this wouldn’t have happened..” she sigh sadly drinking from a glas-sof wine
” Godiva is really dead.. she didn’t just still have him to herself, she also died with him.. gosh this is so annoying..” She said as tears gathered in her eyes
” We were so great together Raphael.. we loved each other so much.. I know I made a mistake but why didn’t you just come back to me? Why did you choose death rather than me?” She yelled throwing the bottle of wine on the wall and it break to pieces

∆∆ ALORA’S MANSION ~ MEXICO
Alora was about leaving for the office when she saw the news.. though she had no idea about the plane crash but immediately she saw Godiva and Raphael’s pictures as one of the pa-ssengers in the plane, her eyes wide-ned
” Which Godiva Moreno? Not my own crazy sister right? It can’t be her.. of course it can’t be diva..” she laughed which suddenly turned into tears
” My phone…” She muttered, taking her bag from the floor.. she brou-ght out her phone in a hurry and quickly dialed Godiva’s number but it was switched off
She tried her Japan line, it was switched off.. She tried all her other lines but it was switched off as well
” Oh.. God, it shouldn’t be her..” she muttered while her maids stare at her like she was insane.
‘Vespertine or mom..’ she thought before dialing vespertine’s number
After five rings, he finally picked up and the first thing she heard was his sniff signifying he has been crying for a while
? Vesper.. she called calmly
? Sis.. he broke out in tears again
? Just tell me the news isn’t real.. diva isn’t the one right? The picture of her being in the plane is fake too right? She asked but he only sniff unable to even talk
? Mom, what of her? can you give her the phone? She asked
? Mom is still unconscious.. he managed to say
? What? I’ll be back to the States.. she said and ended the call.
” Robby.. ” she called her head maid..
” Get my things prepared, I’ll be heading to the States now..” she said and Robby nodded, entering Alora’s room to pack few clothes for her
” I should call the company ” Alora muttered taking her phone
? I’ll be traveling to the States right away and don’t know when I’lll be back so do a good job Bell.. she said
? We saw the news.. is ma’am Diva really dead? Bell asked
? That’s why I need to head home right away, so do a good job untill I come back.. she replied and ended the call. Soon after, Robby came out with a small bag
” Your things ma’am.. ” she said and Alora nodded.
” My pa-ssport?”
” In the bag ma’am”
” Thanks Robby ” She collected her bag and walked out of the house.
” Coy, drive me to the airport..” she told her driver immediately she got to her car.
Coy ignited the engine and started zooming off rou-ghly cos of how Alora kept pressurizing him to drive fast-er
” We might end up having an accident ma’am..” coy said
” Just shut the f”ck up and drive quickly.. you should be glad to have an accident with a pretty boss like me.. ” she said
Coy didn’t utter anymore more words as they drove to the airport

Doctor Mary has been with Larina , taking care of her ever since she went unconscious
” When will mom gain consciousness?” Vespertine asked with swollen eyes
” She’ll be awake in no time, so put your mind at ease Vesper ” Mary replied and not too long after, Larina opened her eyes weakly
” My daughter, is she back? Did diva call you Vesper? Did your sister call you?” She asked and Vespertine inhaled de-eply
Alston hug-ged her to himself.. he had come over immediately he heard the news
” So you mean my baby isn’t back?” She cried as Alston stroke her hair gently..
” Oh no.. this can’t be happening! my baby hasn’t even gotten anywhere yet.. she’ll be 24 in a month time, why would it be her?
” Of course it can’t be her..” She cried and Alston sighed, not knowing what to do
What could he do? The news hurts greatly but still, what could he do? If only tears could bring back things to how they use to be, then he was ready to cry a River

Gianna stood in front of the board room with teary eyes. She wiped her tears before going in
Everyone was seated already, though some were still crying
She cleared her throat
” I don’t know if the news is true but let’s go see how things are in the house.. the Morenos must be in great shock now..”
” Let’s go comfort the family.. ” she concluded and left the boardroom
” Hope you’re not the one boss.. I really don’t know what I’ll do without you..” Gianna muttered as tears left her eyes..
Of course Godiva has been very nice to her. Infact to her, Godiva has been the best boss. You’ll never get into trouble with her if you do as she says
” Godiva.. ” she wept again

∆∆ GODIVA’S MANSION
All the maids were in their quarters crying their eyes out.. The news also got to Vespertine’s school and his cla-ssmates, Mr. Harmsburg and some teachers came to console the family
Trisha hug-ged Vespertine tight as she cried…
That’ll be the first time she’ll be entering Godiva’s mansion. She was very sad that death was the only thing that made her enter Godiva’s home
Jerry was present too. He couldn’t believe Vespertine could cry like a baby right now..
The situation only reminded him of his late dad and he sniffed gently
The door wasn’t locked so anyone could come in at anytime.. Larina and her husband sat at a corner with doctor Mary
Lydia too has been crying non stop
The workers at diva’s collection all came in at once.. Gianna bowed to Larina then her husband, her eyes were very red now
They all stayed with the family untill it was 6pm and everyone started leaving.
” Stay strong okay?” Jerry patted vespertine’s shoulder while he nodded gently
” Thank you..” he replied
” Sorry for the lost Mrs Moreno.. I know it isn’t easy but I hope God gives you the strength to make it throu-ghthis difficulty..” Mr Harmsburg said
” Thank you Mr hamburger..” Larina replied while the students around looked at her then the principal..
Most of them, bit their li-ps, trying to hold their laughter.. It was funny but they couldn’t laugh as they blinked their eyes
” Sorry for your lost ma’am..” The students also said their words of consolation to the Moreno before leaving the house with the principal but Trisha didn’t leave with them
It was now left the family and Trisha in the sitting room.. she walked to Larina and hug-ged her tight
” Mom.. ” She sniffed gently
” I don’t wanna go home, I want to stay with you tonight..” she said in tears while Larina stroke her hair gently
” You know your mom might get worried, you need to go home then come back tomorrow if you want..” Larina said disengaging from the hug.
” But….. she couldn’t complete her statement when her phone rang and the caller happens to be her mom
She sighed, then did a little bow
” I’ll be on my way now mom.. I promise to come over tomorrow..” she said and Larina nodded
” Bye dad.. comfort mom okay? Make sure she doesn’t cry too much okay?” She said while Alston nodded
She hug-ged him and he ki-ssed her hair
” Regards to your mom.. ” he said and Trisha nodded before facing vespertine
” I’ll head home first, I’ll call you when I get home.. ” she told him and he smiled a little, walking out of the house with her
” You shouldn’t cry too much okay?” She hug-ged him tight while he just smiled cos he couldn’t promise her that
” Get home safely.. ” He ki-ss her hair
She stare at him again before leaving the mansion..
He was about going back into the house when he sighted Alora.. she ran towards his direction and her eyes went wide at how red his eyes were
” Vesper, it’s…true?” she asked in a shaky voice
Vespertine ignored her and helped her with her little bag while she rushed into the house
She met Larina on the floor
” Mom..” she called and Larina immediately looked up thinking it was Godiva but was disappointed..
Alora noticed the disappointment in her eyes and sigh sadly.. she walked to her and hug-ged her
” Mom.. ” she sob and this only made Larina cry more
They remained in that position for a while sobbing gently

∆∆ JAPAN ~ MICHAEL’S MANSION
” I thought she was an immortal… ” Michael laughed drinking from a glas-sof Brandy..
His boys were at his place, celebrating for a job Well done
” Can’t seriously believe she survived the attack in her mansion” one of the boys said
” She’ll probably be singing with the angels right now if at all she makes it to heaven” Takumi laughed and the rest joined in the laughter
” If Skye wasn’t careless, he would have been here with us..” Chota smiled sadly which was already getting Michael annoyed
” I’ll be leaving for the States tomorrow and don’t know when I’ll come over since I already finished my business here”
” We’re gonna miss you boss..”
” Should I come along? ” Takumi asked and Micheal thought for a while
” You can..” he said and two others raised their hands signifying they were interested in going with him too
” If that’s the case, we’re all going ”
” What of Jerome? Won’t he attack you?” Chota asked
” Then I’ll just blow his brain off..” Michael lit a cigarette and began to smoke it, puffing out air from his mouth and nostrils
” You can only control me here Jerome but you see there in the states, I’m a boss of myself” he muttered
” You should all get something to do or probably f*ck some b*tches” he stood up
” Yes boss” they bowed as he left for his room

∆∆ GODIVA’S MANSION, 9PM
Vespertine was about locking the door when someone pushed it opened, almost knocking him down
His eyes dilated when he saw her
His sister, the lady he thought died was right in front of him
She rolled her eyes at him and entered
” Why is my house so messy? Who are t.. she didn’t complain her statement when Vespertine engulfed her into a bone crushing hug
” Easy Móron, wanna kill me?” Godiva struggled..
Larina was just entering the sitting room when her eyes met with Godiva’s
she was still in the hug with Vesper
” Let me go ” she pushed him off and he fell
She faced her mom while Vespertine stood up and went to hug Raphael too
” Don’t faint again Larina.. I believe you did already when you heard the news..” She said, Walking into the house fully
” Diva!!” Alora screamed, jumping on her body rou-ghly but they didn’t fall..
She burst into tears at once
” No wonder my house looks so messy..” she said pulling Alora away from herself when she saw her dad
Larina just kept looking at her, like she saw a ghost
” Hey papa.. ” she smiled and Larina fainted again, seeing her smile..
She was just too shocked
She looked at the unconscious Larina then shook her head
” But I just told her not to faint right? ” She muttered before hugging her dad tight.
” Good evening sir..” Raphael greeted and that was when they noticed his presence
” Come here..” Alston signalled to him while he moved to him…
He hug-ged him too along side his daughter
Soon after, Vespertine and Alora joined in the hug leaving Larina and her unconscious self on the floor.
” I miss you Papa, I’m sorry I didn’t call..” she tightened the hug
Jerome left his car and glanced at the mansion
” She didn’t dîe? How is that possible? Is she perhaps an immortal? I also saw the news..” he muttered staring at the house..
He actually came in disguise to see if the family were mourning but there, the girl he thought dîe is still very much alive
He laughed shortly before wearing his cap again
” I’ll just do the job here myself since she’s still alive ”
” Godiva Moreno.. hope you enjoy for now cos this time, I’m doing the job myself..” he laughed again before walking away
