@ Leon’s Mansion…

Nadine held his little hand as she watch him sleep. After the party the went back home with Leonard.
“Today was hectic,” Leon plant a ki-ss on her forehead then laid little Eric in his crib.
” Today was awesome,” he smile seating next to Nadine.
“In the next few years to come we will also celebrate our anniversary with our children surrounded by us, it will be so perfect. That’s the dream of every parents, ” he said while Nadine just nodded sadly.
” Am so happy for mom and dad just that towards the end of the party mom left without even telling anyone, seems like something is wrong, ”
“maybe she was just exhausted, ” Leonard said
” I don’t know.. am so tired now. I will just call Miguel tomorrow to hear from him, ” she stood up.
” I love you Nadine,”
“Same here,” she smiled then walked to the bathroom.
Leonard stare back at their little baby who was already asleep. He still wonder if Nadine truly love him or she’s still holding onto dead Lorenzo.
“You’re gradually getting there Leon, she’s yours already,” he said to himself.

” So you had a child elsewhere? Julianna asked in anger when they got home.
“Miguel and Nadine must not hear of this… It’s complicated please, ” he said.
” That’s because of your attitude. You were the one that open door for that bit-ch to prey into our home. It’s all your fault, ” she yelled, remembering how Sonia almost ended her life and here she is now to destroy them again.
“Who is her son? She sniffled and wiped her tears with her hand.
” I don’t know him, Sonia might be lying to us. Please let not give her a chance to destroy our family. I will own up to my mistakes and make sure I protect my children from that woman, ” Josie pleaded.
” You better do that, ” she sneered then barged out of the room in anger.
” Mom.. ! Miguel called. Hearing noises from their room and he was about to go and see them when he saw his mom rushed out of the room in anger.
” Mom.. what’s happening?
” You should ask your dad,” she snarled then went to one of the guest room.
Miguel walked in and meet his dad looking so troubled.
“Of all the day you choose this special night to quarrel. I thought today is your happy day with Mom? He asked.
“It’s nothing serious, is just a little misunderstanding,” Josie said while Miguel just nodded. °

” You need more? Dave asked Kamil as he open another bottle of beer. As his personal bodyguard he followed him wherever he goes.
“Aren’t you gonna take something? Kamil asked.
” No.. am fine,” he smiled.
Kamil’s eyes were on the stri-ppers dancing.
“I need two for tonight,” Kami told Dave.
“Get them for me,” he ordered.
“Uhmm.. okay. But what about your wife, you know how protective she is. She loves you so much that she don’t even want to see you with anyone and she can kill for you,” he said while Kamil laughed.
” damn her and her family. I don’t love Audrey and I no longer regards her as my wife..
“But she can kill anyone who get in her way,” Dave said.
“Good for her then! Just make sure Audrey doesn’t know about this because she will go to any length to kill anyone. She’s a killer just like her father, she killed Ca-ssandra and she also killed Maria, ” he said then gulped down his drink, he was getting drunk gradually.
“I heard about Maria’s case so it was Audrey that killed her but there’s more to it because some people accuse you fo her dead, ” Dave said as he cling his fist in anger.
The long awaited time has come for him to hear the truth.
“I can get any girl I want within
a blink of an eye. Am every girl’s dream and no girl has ever reject me just the same way I got Ca-ssandra so easily and Maria she was acting all stubborn. She was playing so ha-rd to get and acting so tough so I had to teach her a lesson in the ha-rd way.. I ra-ped her and Audrey got angry and killed her,” he smirked.
” Am Kamil and no one dares go against me, no one and not even that poor little brat that wanted to act so tough,” he spill out everything while Dave only listen to him.

“He’s stable for now,” Dr. Mark said to Audrey who was sitting beside her father on the bed.
” Just make sure he doesn’t stress himself,” he said.
“I will doc, thanks” she muttered while Dr. Mark carried his bag then stood up. He wanted to ask them who was Dr. Franco that show up but he’s scared things might backfired on him. After going throu-ghseries of test on Kendall he noticed that the old man is gradually dying.

“Now you’re ready to cooperate,” Ca-ssie said to Craig who told them everything they once did for Kendall and all his dirty secret.
“Kendall is on the watch out for you and you know what it means,” she said.
” You have to give your right statement to the police and from there we will strike them hard. We will hit them where it hurts the most. If Kendall is down then his wicked daughter is also down with him. And Kamil I will destroy him badly,” Ca-ssie said in rage…

” Happy birthday son,” Sonia hug-ged him.
” Josie already know about you,” she said.
“The Montes! Is that the reason why you hate them so much? Is he truly my father? He asked.
“Am sure he will own up to his responsibilities ,”
” I don’t fu-cking care mom! I don’t need him,” he yelled.
” It not about you but me now. I need him back to our lives and that’s the only way to cause him pain for everything he once did to us and have your shares in whatever he has today. Josie is the key..,” she smiled while Kamil nodded as he sense the truth in what his mom just said.
“You’re the first son and you deserves everything he has today,”
” It’s okay then,” he said.

Kamil stepped into the large hall, lots of dignitaries were already there.
The camera flashing on him as they took different photos of him.

Their was a loud ovation when he walked in, Audrey his wife was beside him throu-ghout the night…
Ann was present at the birthday as she walked up to Kamil.
“Happy birthday Mayor,” She smile
while Kamil recognize her to be Ca-ssie’s friend.
“I wish Ca-ssie is here,” she said sadly seeing the reaction on Kamil’s and Audrey’s face.
“She’s already dead why talking about her? Audrey fume in anger.
“Ca-ssie is her friend and I know she just missed her,” Kamil said trying to calm Audrey who was already angry.
“Thanks for coming anyway,” he said to Ann while she nodded before leaving.
” Such guts! I think she said that on purpose, maybe to get me jealous,” Audrey said.
” Whatever intentions.. Ca-ssie is dead for good,” he smile.
“Happy birthday Mayor, someone send in her birthday gift to you,” a man walked in with a large beautiful box and gave it to him.
” Atleast this birthday is making someone smile today,” Audrey teased.
She was the one that insisted he should celebrate his birthday ma-ssively to relief himself of so many things and be happy for once.
“The people can’t be angry at you forever. You see.. they all showed up to celebrate with you,” Audrey said staring at the whole lot of people there.
Kamil opened the big box and was shocked to see Ca-ssie’s photo inside with a caption on a paper(Am coming for you❌).
