It’s been two months. Since the night stand.
Two months I started living a new peaceful life with Lilo.
All thanks to Sera.
At least I got to stay far away from that psychopath Mr L.
I was able to pay Mr lim his debts with Sera aid.
I got a comfy Manson in Puerto Rico.
I also launched a clothing sto-re.
And Lilo is cheerful, attending a moderate school.
Today I decided to give Sera a call.
Each time I call her. She always tell me all is well. Even though I can fell some whiff of gloomy in her tone.
I’ve implored her severally to confide in me, but she kept lurking it from me.
Sera has always gives me a listening ear and a shoulder to cry on, during collage. She knows the time I first saw my period.
She knows visually everything about me.
And she always advise me in her little way.
BUT!!
She never told me anything about her.
I only know her to be my best friend. but I don’t no about her family.
I’ve tried making her talk severally but she won’t budge. So I stop inquiring and let her be, since she’s an adult anyways.
I stood up to go get my phone to call Sera.
When I felt a sharp smell hit my nostril.
I instantly ran to the bathroom to throw up.
“Senior?? Are you alright?” Lilo who was sitting on the floor devouring some burgers and fries.
Stood up and ran after me with the burger still in her little hands.
“Take that away from here!! Lilo.” I scolded her throwing up my guts.
“Am sorry senior, I thought you always love eating burgers with me? But why are you irritated with the smell now?” Lilo pouted about bursting into tears.
“Go away Lilo, just listen to big sis.” I said and she instantly ran out of the bathroom.
I rinsed off my mouth and headed out of the bathroom.
I headed into my room. Avoiding Lilo cause, am not in for her interrogating questions.
Instantly a live video pop up on my phone.
It was a blur video.
The content was a bit blurry.
But I could see someone tied up on a chair with her hands tied to the back.
I taped on the play button. But Promptly, i felt dizzy and fell from the stairs. I rapidly cover my face with my hands. As I kept falling slowly letting out a sharp ???? outcry.

I was doing some painting in the living room when I heard sister Amelia’s scream.
I sprang up to my feet and ran upstairs.
Actually I don’t know what is wrong with sister Amelia recently.
She throws up over little things.
I ran to the stairs only to see my Amelia laying down with blood gushing out of her head.
“Omg!! Nah!! Senior? Senior? Wake up! Wake up!!” I taped on her vigorously but she wasn’t answering back.

I was about knocking at the door.
Instantly, I started hearing a little crying voice from inside.

Instantly, I was frigid and cold by the sight before me.
“Mister! Thank goodness you are here, please help me bring my sister to the hospital, please!!” A pretty little girl pleaded joining her little palms together.
Her eyes were red and swollen. It’s obvious she has been crying for God knows how long.
I looked beyond her to the figure that was laying with blood on the ground.
“Amelia! Amelia! My pet!! Nooooooooo!!!!!!???? I shrieked loudly as I also fell on my knees beside her.
I can’t leave without her. I will die if anything ever happens to her.
I raised her unconscious body from the ground hugging her so tight.
“MIlord!! We need to bring her to the hospital, before it will be a little too late.” Ray articulated.

fli-ckering my eyes slowly. I stretched tiredly yawning slowly.
I tried standing up.

It seems a pair of strong arms were clutching me.

Only to realize that I was sleeping in the laps of a handsome man.

Dunno why they’re prohibiting me From seeing sister Amelia since we got to the hospital.

White wall.
Everything was painted in just white.
That is what I woke up to see.
I wanted to stand up but I felt something in my wrist.
An IV?
So I am in the hospital then.

I rubbe-d my h!pas I tried to stand up regardless of the IV on my wrist.
As I tried to get up again, I succeeded this time.
But when I stepped my foot on the floor, my room door suddenly opened.

I tried to get up but couldn’t because he st©pped me.

I couldn’t un-derstand what she was saying.

“Pregnant? Me? I’m sure she is mistaken here because I’m not pregnant.” I uttered facing the strange guy.
Am sure he’s the one that brou-ght me to the hospital.
At least, if he wants me in an hospital, he shouldn’t let a mentally ill person treat me.
“Amelia, you don’t know that you are pregnant?” the strange guy bursted.

The doctor sighed before picking a file from the table and gave it to me.
It was the hospital report.
I re-ad it and it stated that I was two months pregnant.
I was shocked.
How can I be pregnant and I didn’t even know.

I haven’t seen my period for a while now.
The nervousness, the dizziness, the sudden loss of appetite….
It was all because of I was pregnant?
I didn’t know when a tear dropped from my eyes.

The nurse who seemed to be scared of the strange guy sudden outbur-st shyly nodded.
I gave him a bad look because of that.
He just shrugged and sat beside me.
The nurse shakily took the IV out of my hand.
I smiled at her and thanked her.
She nodded before leaving.
“Don’t you dare show your self in front of me as$hole! How dare you talk to the nurse like that? You Fuc-king scared the sh*t out of her. At least, try and be nice anytime you escape from your ward.” I scolded
“The hell I care of that b!tch! She can’t even do her work properly because she kept staring and ogling…ouch!”
I threw a pillow at him because of his answer.
“I don’t care about your reasons. Besides how do you know she was staring if you didn’t stare at her? Huh?…”

“Let me finish talking!” I told him.
“Okay ma’am, continue with the sermon madam.” He said rolling his eyes.

After all pregnancy results is still like a bombshell to me.
