Charlie stared at her bleeding finger before looking in to check what pinched her hand. It was a carton and sharp neddles.
“Charlie” Brielle came to stand behind her, her eyes caught Charlie’s bleeding finger.
“What happened?” She asked and Charlie pointed the neddles.
“Someone sent those” Charlie replied.
“Why are the earth people punishing you and I blame that stùpid band group, I’ll go confront the leader” Brielle said angrily.
“Elle it’s fine, just let them do what they want when I capture the witch, we’ll go back to Netherland and live our normal life back” Charlie replied and used a wipe to clean the blood on her hands but the mark was still there.
“Why is everyone blaming you for DMGH’s absence in their concert, it wasn’t your fault and it’s so unfair” Brielle scoffed.
“Life isn’t always fair, I’ll deal with it okay?” Charlie replied and went to cla-ss.
Brielle sighed and followed Charlie to you want cla-ss. After cla-ss, Brielle was on her way out of the cla-ssroom when she bumped into Declan.
“It’s you” she pointed at him.
Declan looked confused.
“It’s all your fault! If you haven’t gotten involved with her in the first place then she wouldn’t be facing so much troubles all in your name!” She said hardly.
“I don’t get what I did here, if it is about the hate happening online then you don’t have to worry, we’ll fix it” he replied.
“No don’t worry your fixing can’t do anything, this morning one of your useless fans sent a carton of needles to her locker” Brielle scoffed.
“Was she hurt?” Declan asked immediately.
“Get me a needle so I can stab your fingers and you’ll tell me if you will hurt or not” Brielle eyed him and left.
Declan’s face had a kind of sad expression and he released a sigh.

CLa-ssROOM**
“Good morning everyone” the art teacher entered the cla-ssroom with her usual strict look.
The students that were making noise in the clas-sstopped talking. Charlie was sitting alone because Nora wasn’t in clas-syet.
“So who else remembers that today is our project day?” She asked and almost the whole clas-sraised their hands up.
Who wouldn’t like project day, everyone liked it because they always get paired up with some boys or girls.
While they were making noise about it, Nora walked in with her head down.
“Why do you think you can walk in to my clas-sanytime you want?” The art teacher stopped her.
“I’m sorry ma’am” Nora replied slowly.
“Just have your sit, I’m about to start calling out the project partners” she rolled her eyes.
‘Projects?’ Nora thought as she went to her sit.
Charlie turned to look at her but she returned it back with an unfriendly stare.
“Listen carefully because I will only say this once, your partners are…”

Nora stylishly glared at Charlie, why must she has to be paired with Declan? Why not her?
Once the art teacher was done with giving out the announcements and the deadline for the project, she left the room.
People stood up from their sit and moved to their partners sit to discuss with them.
“Guys luckily I got paired up with my crush, I’ll go talk to her” Harrison stood up and went to meet the Brooklyn girl.
“Is Nora that girl putting on gla-sses” Gael whispered in a tiny tone to Micah and Micah just shrugged his shoulders.
Someone tapped their table and they looked up to see Micah and they looked back to see Brielle.
“Nothing just wanted to see how my partner looks like” she said with her eyes narrowed.
Micah also narrowed his eyes too and Brielle scoffed at Gael before leaving.
“Who did you got paired up with Declan?” Gael asked afterwards.
“Charlie” Micah replied and Gael looked at Declan’s face.
“You’re still not in talking terms with her?” He asked.
“Yeah but I guess I’ll have too since it’s concerning our project” Declan replied and stood up.
“Yeah right, use the project as the excuse, everyone knows how bad you want to talk to her” Gael smirked.
“Whatever” Declan rolled his eyes and left.
Seeing him leaving, Nora stood up and followed him.
“Declan, wait!!” She shouted when he got out of the cla-ssroom and he stopped but didn’t turn back to look at her.
“I admit that what I did yesterday was wrong and I wanna apologize, please don’t hate me because of yesterday” she said.
“Don’t worry” he replied with a frown.
“Please Declan, I pa-ssed my boundaries and I know, two years ago I’ve always been shy but now I don’t know where this boldness came from, I’m just sorry” she pleaded.
“Fine but please don’t let what happened last night to repeat itself” he replied and she nodded.
He left and she shook her head.
“I’m sorry Declan, now that you know my feelings for you, I’ll do everything I can to make sure you love me too, I’ve waited for you for two years, another unknown girl can’t just snatch you” she said out to herself.
“Wow, pretty big obsession” someone said behind her and she turned back to see Gael from DMGH.
“Call it whatever you want and when did you start stalking me?” She rolled her eyes.
“You really wish, we are project partners should we meet at your place or my place?” He asked.
Nora wanted to talk but he cut her off.
“We’ll meet at your place nevermind, here’s my number” he gave her his call card. “Call me or text me your address later, bye” he turned around and left.
Nora scoffed before leaving too. Her mind couldn’t get away from Charlie been paired up with Declan, it was driving her crazy.

AFTER SCHOOL★ CBR BUILDING**
Roman turned from the mirror and turned to face Charlie and Brielle who were sitting on the couch and talking.
“Guys do I look overly protected with what I’m wearing?” He asked and they turned to look at him.
Brielle’s eyes traveled to his trousers and she creased her brows.
“Why are you using two belts to hold your trousers thou?” She asked.
“Because I got paired up with a girl who’s none other than Sophie, a bit-ch on her own. She might want to ra-pe me!!” Roman said in frustration.
“You’re so dramatic as a guy” Charlie rolled her eyes.
“I’m not! That girl fu-cked her best friend’s boyfriend so what do you think she’ll do to me, Charlie do you want someone to ra-pe me?” He asked.
“Roman please leave” Charlie pointed at the door and Roman sighed before walking out of the house.
Brielle stood up and dusted her body.
“I’m going to our neighbors place, I got paired up with one of them” she said.
“Me too but I’ll just stay here, I might even fail the project it doesn’t mean anything to me” Charlie shrugged her shoulders.
Brielle shook her head and left the house.
Few minutes later, someone used the doorbell and Charlie went to get the door.
When she opened it, Declan was the one she saw and she immediately slammed it close immediately.
“Hey don’t do this, open the door” Declan sighed.
“Why should I? What are you even doing here in the first place?” She asked out loud.
“Project remember?”
“You can go back, I’m not interested in working hand in hand with you!!” She shouted.
“Charlie if you want to fail fine by me but I don’t want to fail so please open the door” he pleaded.
Charlie twitched her li-ps and opened the door for him to enter.
“Don’t just talk to me while you’re here” she said.
Declan dropped the laptop he was holding on the table.
“That’ll be ha-rd since we’ll need some bit of discussion to work today” he replied and say on the couch.
Charlie sat beside him but gave distance.
“Where should we start from, choose one of the theme” he pa-ssed his laptop to her.
Charlie twitched her li-ps before bringing her fingers to the keyboard, as she was using the mouse to look for a theme to select, Declan’s eyes caught her finger.
“Does it hurt?” He suddenly asked and she turned to at him.
“Your finger, does it hurt?” He repeated his question.
“Nothing concerning you here so shut up” she replied and he closed the laptop suddenly.
“Hey what is your problem!?” She yelled at him.
“I don’t like this Charlie, I swear” he said.
“What don’t you like? If you’re not serious about this project then just leave” she glared at him.
“I don’t like the way we are behaving, I don’t like how we are, this is not how I wanted us to be” he said.
“I don’t know what you’re talking about, the way we are having now is the best, at least it puts us in our place” she eyed him.
“Can we stop all these, are you mad at me for what I said in the restroom that night? I didn’t mean it”
“I don’t care what you… Wait what?” She asked.
“That’s it Charlie, I didn’t mean it! I just wanted you to feel hurt just the way I did when you said those words to me, I wanted you to feel the pain too, everything I told you in the restroom was the opposite of what I had in mind” he confessed.
Charlie remained quiet, not knowing what to say.
“But you’re really confusing me Charlie, at least give me a clear sign on whether to chase after you or not, you told me you don’t like me yet you closed your eyes and parted your li-ps, anticipating for a ki-ss from me, you told me you don’t like me yet got jealous when you saw me ki-ssing someone else, you told me you don’t like me but wanted to cry when I said I regreted meeting you. What do you mean Charlie?” He asked gently.
His face showed how serious he was.
“Do you like me or not, if you do then I like you too so what’s bothering you to start with me, is it my fans? We can keep it a secret” he moved closer to her and took her hands.
“Declan” Charlie sighed and shut her eyes tight.
“Just tell me Charlie, say something I swear I’ll understand, do you like me or not?” He asked again.
‘Remember the rules, keep away from every means of distraction and focus on your mission, protect the humans, don’t let the witch harm them’ the master had said to them back then in Netherland.

Charlie looked like so much was going on in her head and she was starting to scare Declan.
“Hey are you okay? If I’m making you feel uncomfortable then…”
He was talking when Charlie suddenly pulled him closer and crashed her li-ps against his.
His eyes wide-ned, her li-ps were not moving on his, before he could slowly close his eyes and began ki-ssing her…
She broke the ki-ss.
“If one day you find out that I’m not who you think I am or you find out that I’m a monster then what are you going to do?” She suddenly asked.
“I don’t know why you’re suddenly asking this but if you were to be a monster then to me you’ll be a cute monster and I will protect you” he arranged some of her hair behind her ears as he gave his reply.
Charlie kept staring at him without saying anything, in her mind she was starting to rethink on somethings.
Like just forgetting their master’s instructions and staying with this human boy.
“So what do you say Charlie, do you wanna go out with me?” Declan’s voice brou-ght her back to earth.
“I…” She bit her li-ps before leaning closer to him but he gently pushed her back.
“Don’t ki-ss me, just reply me, will you love to be my girlfriend?” He asked.
Charlie’s cheeks were a bit crimson.
“Yeah I do, I really like you and I want to be your girlfriend” she replied.
Declan smiled widely, he brou-ght out his pinky finger.
“Promise me that you won’t take this back tomorrow” he said.
“I promise” Charlie brou-ght her fingers to him, after they crossed fingers, he pulled her closer to himself and crashed his li-ps on hers.
Charlie closed her eyes, allowing him to ki-ss her before she began ki-ssing him back.
Her hands went to his full hair, pulling him closer while his hands were on her waist, pulling her closer to himself.
His li-ps su-cked soft on her lower li-ps and she enjoyed every bit of it, when their tongue intertwined he felt it.

Roman teleported to Sophie’s place, he wanted knock but he paused and decided to use his magic to check what she was doing in.
He waved his hands at the door and he could see Sophie in her living room not her room.
