^^^Next Morning^^^
Maureen woke up with a throbbing head before she sat down straight. The memories of last night came to her head.
Draco told her he was going out of the country for some business stuff and promise to he will back for some days but she knew he quickly went in the top just to avoid having sex with her.
She smiled before she stood up from her bed and walked to the bathroom to have her bath and came out after some minutes later.
She immediately got dressed into some baggy pants and t-shirt before she heard a loud cry. She rushed out of the room hurriedly heading downstairs.
“What’s going on?”She asked Rita whose face was paled in shock.
“Rita?!”Maureen shooked her slightly and a tears slipped out of her eyes.
Maureen stared at Rita before starring at the other family members who were crying in anguish.
Maureen was confused nobody was saying a word to her and her head was hurting her badly.
“Young lady?”
Maureen turned only for her to see Matterson and Matteo behind her.
“Please come with us”Matterson immediately held her hands but Maureen pushed him off.
“What’s young on??what’s happening why is everyone cry?”Maureen also felt like crying cause the cries of everyone was unbearable for her and her head was hitting her badly.
“Please Young Lady it’s best you come with us we will explain everything to you on the way”Matteo was the one to reply her.
“Please Lady Maureen”He pleaded and Maureen turned back and stared at Draco’s family before she looked away and nod her head before walking in front of them.
The three of them got into the moving car and Maureen mind wasn’t at rest. Their crying faces kept on appearing in her mind and the fact that they won’t say a word to her anything made her conclude that someone special in the family must have passed away.
“When is Draco coming back?”Maureen asked only for the two men in the front seat body to stiffen.
Maureen could sense all was not well and the worriedness In her heart increased. Her heart was not at rest anymore.
“Am asking you both a question and i demand an answer from you two”She shouted loudly.
Silence reigned for some minutes before Matterson cleared his throat and spoke up.
“Am sorry to say this to you young lady but Lord Draco can no longer meet with you or us anymore”Matterson stated and Maureen creased her brows at him wondering what he met by that.
“Has the Blackwood locked him up not to see us anymore?If they did it then they’re going to pay severely with….”
“Lord Draco isn’t locked up by anybody he’s dead”Matteo cut in and Maureen body froze in shock.
Her brain was still trying to register what Matteo just said but couldn’t, she immediately let out a laugh shocking them.
“Hahaha….stop joking silly,he said he was going on an urgent business trip and would be back some days later so please don’t mess with ny head”She laughed out but tears slipped out of her eyes and she quickly wiped it off.
That devil husband isn’t dead so she refused to believe it, he’s so strong that even death is afraid of him.
“Young Lady we can’t say such jokes about Lord Draco. Yes he was going on a business trip that was supposed to commence this morning and he was supposed to go days ago but stayed because of your condition. A bomb was planted in Lord Draco private jet unknown to him and it immediately exploded the moment the private jet skyrocketed up the air along with the pilots,steward and his secretary…..”Matterson said with a low voice and Maureen beating immediately increased.
Hot tears were steaming out of her eyes and she clasped into her chest to stop her heart from weakening her.
“No! I refused to belive,this is bullsh!t he promised me that he was going to come back to me and he’s not dead i can still feel him here in my heart please stop saying his dead”Maureen buried her face in her lap while she cried out.
She has been leaving with Draco for six months now and those six months were the best days and weeks of her life. She had grew strange feelings for him and now she’s trying to adapt to her feelings for him he has suddenly disappeared out of her life. No she mustn’t let this slide,those involve must face her h£ll
She lifted her head up before she wiped her tears and spoke coldly to Draco most trusted men.
“Take me to the Blackwood mansion”
“Young lady it’s too dangerous for you to go…..”
“Are you trying to defy my orders now Draco isn’t here with us anymore?”Mauren asked and Matterson pursed his lips.
How can he turn his back against him after all Draco has done for him. He picked him up from the street as an orphan and made him one of his men when he was just 12 years old and he wss protecting someone who was age 17 and Matteo came two years after making them two of his trusted men.
“No young lady i will never go against you”Matterson replied and Maureen smiled inwardly atleast they were good men of Draco.
“Then take me there”
The car immediately halted and revised heading to the other side of the of the road.

“How can he die?? Who told him dying was an option?”Bonnie yelled loudly while Greer stood at other side of the room feeling down cast.
The news of Draco death were being spread like wide fire. The one’s who had always had a crush on him was sobbing even without knowing how he looks like but after his death his pictures were being uploaded leaving some people speechless of his handsome looks.
“Now he’s dead who are you fighting for?”Greer asked Bonnnie who immediately stopped and starred at her strangely.
“I want Draco doesn’t mean i don’t want Maureen dead”Bonnie gritted after remembering how Maureen slapped her consciously.
“Bonnie your anger is justified but…”
“My anger isn’t yet justified in anyway. She humiliated me by daring to slap me,her palms were so hard and i won’t just let it slide because Draco is dead instead am going to hurt her more since Draco is dead and nobody will be able to save her from me”Bonnie said before she walked up the stairs heading to her room.
“Bonnie?”Greer whispered her name before she fell on the couch and close her eyes.

☆~BLACKWOOD ANCESTRAL MANSION~☆
Maureen walked into the mansion and saw some people crying which were Tanya and Rosa while the rest were sitting while staring at each other.
“You? why are you here?”Alexa immediately stood in her front and Maureen stared at her angrily.
“Am here for you old lady. So tell me how many more of your family would you kill?? First it was Draco’s Mother,and your husband now Draco so tell me who’s the next target?? I doubt if you will kill Thome and….”
“Maureen we are already in grieve don’t add to our problems so just get lost”Thome spoke and anger was vivid in his voice.
“And who are you to tell me to leave?? You that’s a pawn or rather a toy in the hands of your Mother”Maureen sneered and Thome angrily walked to her.
“Don’t talk reckless now your husband is dead so tell me who would stand up for you?? Instead you lower your self and stop being a vicious and domineering woman”Thome said to her face.
“My husband isn’t dead you scoundrel said that one more time and you…”
“I will what?? What will you do huh? So tell me what will you do?? your husband is….”
Thome was cut off after Maureen held his wrist and flipped her over making him fall flat on his face.
Everyone was shocked including Thome. Maureen was even suprised by her own impulse movement.
All her life she has been learning how to fight secretly but never told anyone about it. She wasn’t sure of her own skills that’s why she never intended to fight with anyone but now she’s no longer scared.
“Now tell me who’s going to
stand up for you?”Maureen stepped on his back before she walked passed him heading towards Alexa.
“Don’t be so impulsive Maureen cause no matter how hard you fight you will still get nothing from Draco cause he will everything he owns to second mother name”Gianna castigated down the stairs and Maureen eyes didn’t leave her body till she came close to her.
“Properties really?”Maureen laughed before she stared at Alexa who was smiling at her and her eyes trailed of to Felix who was starring at her.
Right from day one she has never liked anything about Felix and ever since Rita told him of his evil deed she became so suspicious of him.
“Since Draco is dead it’s best you get out of this family cause no one is going to accept you”Gianna said.
“What do you really think of me a fool?? Hey granny this is the 21st century and as far as am still Draco legal wife you can’t do anything about it till i get married to someone else do you understand?? So don’t think am like other girls that will start crying and pleading with losers like you to accept me back like I need any of your acceptance, there’s only one person who can do that and it’s you Gianna. Do you think they like you?? No no no it’s because you’re that so called first brother wife that’s why they are giving you some face cause to them you’re like an outcast”Maureen said words by words and Gianna gritted her teeth angrily.
“Maureen?”She raised her hands to slap her but Maureen dogged it and landed a slap on her face instead.
Gianna stumbled back with her hands on her face. She couldn’t belive Maureen hit her face instead.
“Know that am not after Draco properties but dont you all think i will let you witches and wizards have it all to yourself instead of letting it touch your hands it’s better given to charity”Maureen smirked before she stared at Alexa whose veins popped out in anger.
“Guards?? Where are all of you, throw this thing out of this mansion now she’s no lon…..”
“If i were you Mrs Blackwood i won’t say that”Matterson and Matteo who had been standing outside walked in after seeing the situation getting worsened.
“You little brats of Draco so you both were outside yet you let this thing here insult your Master family idiots and wretched fools”Alexa frowned at them.
“Be mindful of your words old woman don’t let me forget my hands in your face”Maureen showed her palm to Alexa and she involuntary moved back.
“Well to note this all to the family,Draco properties and wealth are all under Maureen name”Matterson said and everyone was left in shock including Maureen who wasn’t expecting it.
“What?? What kind of joke is this?? Draco willed his properties to me a long time ago and not her”Alexa retorted angrily.
“Lord Draco never willed nothing to you it was all a lie. His properties has heen under his biological mother name and the very day he got married was the day he willed it all to Maureen name and only her have the access to anything owned by Lord Draco”Matterson stated and the place suddenly became silent.
‘ Does he really trust me that much to will everything to my name? ‘ Maureen asked herself inwardly before she smiled at Alexa.
“Oh Second Mother and so sorry for your loss. And let me get this straight to you all Draco isn’t dead so there shall be no funeral of my husband,do you all get that?”Maureen asked and nobody said a word
Felix stare at her for some while before he turned back and walked upstairs and Maureen stared at him secretly,her inner mind were telling her something else about him.
Maureen stare at Rosa and Tanya who was smiling at her before she nod at them and turned back and walked off.
“Young Lady please for your own safety dont ever pick a fight with neither of the Blackwood family cause they’re always going to get revenge on you for….”
“I understand Matteo there’s no need to remind me for have seen and witnessed it for myself”Maureen said before her mind drifted to something else.
She stared out the window and realised how lonely she was now since Draco isn’t by her side anymore.
“You can’t die devil husband you haven’t told me you love me yet”Maureen said out absentmindedly and Matterson and Matteo stared at each other before focusing back on the road.

☆~SECRET LAYER~☆
Four pairs of legs walked into a dark lit room. The room was lited up with candles on every corner and there was a man laying on the bed with a burned,horrible and terrible skin.
From his condition a normal human can’t stare at him for long for they will be afraid of seeing a beast in their dream.
“Do you think he’s going to wake up soon?”Matteo asked.
“You and i know how hard it is for him right now. He’s trying his best to heal quickly but he can’t and the more he is trying he’s never going to wake up. And so scared and sad because of Lady Maureen she might be fearless and strong but she possibly can’t handle the Blackwood”Matterson said in a low tone.
“All we have to do is to help her in any way we can”Matteo replied.
“I know she’s possibly suspecting someone already and she’s going to be the one who will get her hands on Draco’s accident quickly before us”Matterson said while Matteo nod at him..
“Yeah. Let’s go and move out Lady Maureen to another villa”Matteo said before they both walked out and close her door behind them.
