Cassius who couldn’t hold his laugh anymore, bursted out into a hysterical heartwarming laughter.
Mary just stared at him, with her two brows furred together, wondering what’s funny to him.
“You’re so funny mama” Cassius said when his laugh has died down, he never meant to laugh but Mary’s remark about been a virgin is funny.
“You have really lost your memories, but like I said before you will eventually get them back and remember what you said here today…you made me laugh for the second time today…first was the good news I received from the doctor about your pregnancy. I promise to take care of you Mama” He kissed her knuckles Making Mary to withdraw her hand from his.
“I can’t be pregnant, I don’t believe that…mmm…” She covered her mouth.
“What’s wrong?” Cassius asked with immediate concern written all over his face.
“Mmm…I…” She made to get down from the bed.
“Where are you going to?” Cassius asked.
“I want to puke, maybe I ate something my stomach doesn’t want” She said and covered her mouth again, feeling the immediate urge to puke.
“Let me help you…” Cassius held her but Mary withdrew from him.
“I’m fine, don’t worry” She muttered and got down from the bed, she made to walk towards the restroom but staggered back because her feet was kind of heavy.
Cassius rushed and her held her waist, Mary widened her eyes and looked at him because of the way he wrapped his hand around her waist.
She was uncomfortable with it…the urge to puke has started drifting away from her already.
“I said I can take care of myself, I don’t feel comfortable with you holding me like this…you might have claimed that we are engaged or…” Before she can talk more further, Cassius gently hopped her in his arms.
“What’re you doing?” She asked with a widened eyes.
“Carrying Mi amor” Cassius replied and winked at her when she blink twice.
She looked away.
“This isn’t right, put me down” She struggled to free herself.
“Chill, you will hurt your head, remember you recently had surgery on it…”
“She said you should put her down!” Someone said from the back making Cassius to turn around with Mary still in his arm.
Larisa hard glares was on Cassius as she March towards them. Cora was beside her, she walked and placed the things they brought beside Mary’s bed… that’s on a table there.
“You shouldn’t be forcing yourself in her after the bad things you did to her” Larisa said with anger, she doesn’t mind if she was talking to her godfather’s son.
Enough is enough, she doesn’t give a damn about anything!
“Don’t f**cking talk to me like that Larisa” Cassius was angered because of the way she talked to him.
Mary used the opportunity to get down from his body and Cassius obliged.
“i…” larisa made to challenge him but Cora held her back.
“Chill”
“You did bad things to me? My instincts was right. That you’re a bad person” Mary said to Cassius who lowered his gaze on her.
“I…you shouldn’t be standing, let me help you…” He made to touch her but Mary never allowed it.
“Don’t touch me” She moved away from him and entered the bathroom.
Cassius angrily marched towards Larisa and stood. Cora lowered her gaze from his face.
“Don’t f**cking cross the boundaries or I will put a bullet in your forehead without batting an eye” He threatened and Larisa chuckled up.
“Do your worst Cassius, haven’t you done enough damage to her already, you’re so heartless, just leave her alone! Now she has lost her memories, what more do you want!” Larisa was in so much furry, she just heard the news of Mary lossing her memories from the nurses when they entered the hospital.
“I’m trying to make amends!” Cassius rufled his hair.
“Which amends? You have done enough damage to her already and there is no going back, just leave her alone” Larisa hissed at him.
“I can’t just leave her, she is f**cking pregnant” Cassius announced the news to them.
The word pregnant hit Larisa in the head so damn well, she had her eyes widened up in so much shock.
Cora too widened her eyes up.
“What did you just say?” Larisa asked holding her breaths.
“She is carrying my child” Cassius announced staring into her eyes aggressively.
Cora chuckled up including Larisa.
“That’s stupid and the most stupidest thing I have ever heard for so long” Larisa muttered.
“She is getting that thing out herself…she doesn’t deserve this…f**ck it!” She added.
“What do you mean?” Cassius faced her not really getting what she has said.
“She is aborting it, she can’t f**cking carry your stupid festu…” Before she can finish her words, Cassius grabbed her neck strangling her.
Cora widened herself and approached them.
“Let her go” she made to stop Cassius but he pushed her and she felled down.
“I will kill you here in other to shut you the f**ck up! How dare you challenge me!” He shouted on her face but Larisa didn’t bugle, she was just determined to let go but Cassius grip on her was tight.
“What the f***ck!” That was the scene Logan and Dacio beholded when they entered inside the Ward.
“Dude what the f**ck?” Logan’s eyes has turned red in anger seeing Cassius strangle his girlfriend.
Dacio walked in and gently helped Cora up.
“Are you okay?” He asked with concern.
Cora shook her head and hugged him immediately.
“Let her go!” Logan said but Cassius didn’t released Larisa, Logan rushed and Pushed him away from Larisa who felled down coughing so hard and rubbing her neck. She was struggling to catch her breaths again.
Logan jumped on Cassius and punched his face hard.
“How dare you do that to her!” He punched him again, Cassius swift him over and punch him back.
“F**ck you!” He was about to punch him again when the Restroom door flipped open revealing Mary.
“Stop!!!!!” She yelled holding the door as if she was using it to wedge herself from Falling.
“You’ll should stop!! Cassius you should stop!!” She yelled.
Cassius stood up from Logan’s body as he made to approach her.
“You shouldn’t be shouting because of your health”
“Don’t come any closer before I curse you!” Mary said.
“You have caused me so much pains and now you got me pregnant Again?” Mary asked as tears flowed down her eyes.
Cassius felt so bad seeing her tears.
“I will never ever forgive you Cassius” Mary said admist tears. She moved her hand and rubbed her stomach sniffing in.
“I will never forgive you for indirectly and stupidly turning me into whom I never wanna be Cassius, but you see this game of a thing, it’s all over…I’m going back to my old self…you can’t control me the what you want!”
Larisa and Cora exchanged glances Confused at what the memory Lost Mary is saying.
Cassius was the most confused.
“What are you talking about? Thought you…?”
“And you’re happy about what you were thinking that happened to me?” Mary asked and Cassius rufled his hair.
“So you didn’t…”
“Yes I didn’t loss my memories Cassius”
