“Nova is Mary’s twin sister” Cassius muttered chuckling up as if he has cracked himself some funny joke.
He stared at his father who just kept a long face.
“You know?” He asked and Vito shook his head.
“You got to release Snake father, since you had already released Nova” Cassius said.
“He disobeyed me” Vito frowned.
“I hate Snake, I know that for sure but he has been your handy man for so long now… I’m only supporting him because he did it for love, you got to forgive him father” Cassius retorted, Vito just sighed as he relaxed more on the couch smoking, Cassius too was smoking.

Nova and Mary were sitting on the bed talking, Nova is been cleaned up and a doctor has taken care of her wound.
“Why did you ran away from the orphanage home?” Mary asked curiously.
“I ran away when I was 15years old and I did that because I found out who was my mother and I despised her for abandoning me” Nova replied her.
Mary shook her head and placed her hands on hers, rubbing it so gently.
“She didn’t abandon you or me, she did all those things in other to protect you but it was in a wrong way. But never the less you got to forgive her, please forgive her and let’s live together in peace Nova. You have lived all those years struggling on your own?” Mary asked and Nova nodded.
“It was so hard, I lived a rubbish life in other to survive Mary, I’m so sorry for all that I did to you, I’m so so…”
“It’s okay, I have already forgiven you the immediate time I knew you were my sister” Mary hugged her to herself.
“Thank you Mary, you’re such a darling… I’m happy such a lovely soul like you turned out to be my twin sister” Nova muttered as tears of joy felled off her eyes.
“Like the way I have forgiven you, find a place in your heart to forgive mom because she will be here soon” Mary disengage from the hug and held her cheeks.
“I will try” Nova nodded smiling, Mary did the Same.
“Are you hungry? Big sister got your back” Mary teased and Nova rolled her eyes.
“I’m the big sister here” She said.
“You’re wrong, I’m…mom said I came out before you, hehehehe” Mary stick out her tongue for her.
Nova rolled her eyes.
“How many years did you give me?” Nova asked with creased brows making Mary to fold her lips tight.
Nova waited to laugh out loud.
“Few…Few seconds” Mary stuttered and Nova let out a hearty laughter, Mary just covered her face.
Just then the door flipped open, the twins eyes snapped towards it and Nova’s smiles died down.
“Mom” Mary muttered softly.
“My babies” Mrs Mandela muttered and walked towards them.
She looked at Mary, then at Nova…who was obviously angry.
“My baby” She moved closer to her.
“Mother is here” Mary Whispered.
Nova looked away.
“I’m sorry my baby, I’m sorry for separating you both…”
“And that’s because of your own selfish desires!” Nova snapped at her and Mrs Mandela wasn’t surprise, she gave birth to them and she knew them both very well.
“Nova” Mary gasps because of how rude she talked back at their mother.
“She abandoned us Mary, she separated us…do you know how I suffered to survive?” Nova asked her but she directed the question to Mrs Mandela who was already crying.
“I’m sorry” She muttered.
“I suffered too, but she did all those things in other to protect us… please forgive her…she is still our mother, she carried us for nine good months and gave birth to the two of us same time…after that our father left this world, he left everything for her. It was so heavy for her to Carry…in other to protect her precious children, she separated and sent us away ” Mary explained, she who is gonna be a mother soon knew the pains her own mother passed through wasn’t easy.
A mother can go any length to protect her child/Children.
“Please forgive me child, I’m here for you guys now and I’m here forever…” Before she can finish her words, Nova stood up and hugged her so tight.
“As the one above forgives our sin every now and then…I don’t have any right not to forgive you mother…I have forgiven you already” Nova cried out.
“Thank you my baby, thank you so much” Mrs Mandela mumbled with tears
Mary smiled with tears of joy and joined in the hug.

“Logan…” The girl who stood with Logan made to touch his face but he looked away.
“It’s over, I don’t wanna have anything to do with again” Logan said and the girl frowned.
“Why?” She asked.
“Because I’m inlove with someone now and I don’t wanna be messing around with girls anymore…my heart belongs to her now” Logan said and smiled a little, remembering Larisa, he never knew that he will ever fall in love with someone.
Imagine him Logan for the girls is now Logan for a girl.
“Do you mean Larisa?” The girl asked making Logan to frown.
“Is none of your business, now buzz off” He turned to Walk away but the girl rushed and tiptoed up to him.
Before he can know what was happening, she clashed her lips on his kissing him so hard. But Logan was fast enough to push her away.
“Stay off me bitçh!! Don’t ever try this with me again! if you do, consider yourself a dead meat” He threatened wiping his lips with the back of his hand. He turned to Walk away and was faced with Larisa, who was looking so aggressively at him.
“Larisa…” He muttered in so much fear, his heart skipping a bit.
Did she see everything? Those were his immediate Thought.
“So you got yourself a new bitçh?” Larisa asked with a grin on her face.
Logan bite on his lips.
“Me and that bitçh is long done already Risa…she…” He tried to explain but Larisa cut him off immediately.
“Don’t even try to deny it, I saw everything Logan! You can never change… you’re always for the girls!”
“Listen babe…” He made to approach her but Larisa stepped back.
“Don’t babe me…do you know what? this thing is over! I was trying to give love a chance in my life but you ruined it all… infact I Never loved you…so stay away from me Mother f**cker!!!” She stumped away angrily.
Logan Just stood rooted on his spot, his heart shattered into many pieces.
“No No!” He rufled his hair biting on his lips so hard.
That day he drank himself into stupor.

*MRS MANDELA’S MANSION*
Cassius was seen seated like a child who was been cautioned by his mother for stealing a piece of meat from the pot.
Mary was beside him as if she is that his favourite Aunt consoling him, she had smiles on her face.
Mrs Mandela was seated on the other cushion that faced them, she crossed her legs so graciously as she talked to Cassius with full confidence.
“So you’re the one my daughter is inlove with?” She asked as if she wasn’t aware.
“Yes ma” Cassius nodded.
“And you’re also the one who hurt her so much and later got her pregnant again?” She asked, Cassius trembled a little. He slightly glance towards Mary who gave him a quick smile, encouraging him.
“Yes ma…I’m sorry for hurting your daughter, I promise not to Again” He muttered out loudly.
Mrs Mandela gave out a little scoff.
“So what’s your reason for been here today?” She asked quietly.
“To come see you and render my apologies towards you ma” Cassius replied.
“And?” Mrs Mandela asked making Cassius to gulp down a little…he looked at Mary who nodded at him.
“To tell you that I’m inlove with your daughter”
“And?” She asked.
“And to receive your blessings too” Cassius mumbled out Making Mrs Mandela to smile.
“You got my blessings Cassius, you can go ahead to be with my daughter…live happily with her because I can see she is so much inlove with you”
“Mother” Mary muttered biting on her lips with so much joy, her mother smiled and winked at her.
“My baby, you can go ahead and be with the man you love, you got my full support” Mrs Mandela said, Mary rushed and hugged her so tight to herself.
“Thank you mother” She pecked her cheeks severally.
Cassius couldn’t believe his ears, a drop of tear felled off his eyes and he immediately wiped it away.
He stood up.
“Thank you so much Mrs Mandela, I promise you won’t regret the decision you made today” He bowed before her and Mrs Mandela nodded her head with smiles.
“Welcome to the Mandela’s family, my son in-law” Hearing this words from her, Cassius felt like jumping up…it’s a mere words but it’s deeper than it sounded to him.
“Thank you” He bowed again, he moved his eyes and locked it with Mary’s own.
They both exchanged their words of love through their eyes.
“I’m also asking for my own forgiveness, hope I’m not late?” Vito stepped inside the sitting room.
“Father” Cassius looked at him.
“godfather” Mary muttered out.
“What are you doing in my mansion Vito?” Mrs Mandela asked so informally.
Vito approached them and sat down, crossing his own legs with his eyes on Mrs Mandela.
“You forgave my son, why can’t you forgive me also Bliss?” Vito asked calling her direct immediate name.
Cassius and Mary furred their brows confused.
“Because what you did was unforgivable” Mrs Mandela frowned.
“Okay…I’m confused here, godfather, mother. What’s going on here?” Mary asked confused.
“Me and Vito dated in the past and he hurts me so much…in which forgiving him is so hard for me” Mrs Mandela voiced out.
“What!” Cassius and Mary gasps exchanging glances.
