“No matter what happens sister in-law, you shouldn’t check the news” Hudson replied and Ivy gave him a light hit.
Seeing the worried look on all their faces especially Mason. Skyler could already tell that something was really wrong and it was about her.
She brought out her phone and checked her name. Indeed she was trending but it was negative. There were headline news like Skyler s*x tape revealed, Skyler cheat on her husband.
“Don’t worry skyler, we all know that it’s all photoshopped so you shouldn’t worry, we will fix it” Edna said softly.
Skyler went to a video and searched. There were videos of her and Felix in an intimate position but she could swear she didn’t do those things the video was accusing her of.
“We believe you Sky, this is the thing with social media and exposed life. They will do whatever they can to try to bring you down but you will just have to stay strong” Grandpa Mario said softly, he tried to assure her that she would be fine.
Skyler didn’t have the strength to do anything. She was not scared because she knew she didn’t do anything but she was just worried about herself. She was already building up her career and this could be fall off for her.
She only just nodded.
“I’m with you beautiful, don’t worry it will be fine. I will take care of him myself and make sure all these mess will be cleared so you don’t have to worry” Mason moved closer to her and told her softly.
She nodded at him and he gave her a brief kiss on the forehead before stepping away.
“Just stay at home with the kids, try to distance yourself from your phone till the issue is resolved” he said softly and she nodded at him as she didn’t have the strength to say anything.
“I will be leaving now” he completed before giving her another kiss and leaving the mansion.
Skyler released a sigh and walked over to Emily who had Scarlett. She carried her baby and the smile from the little girl just to be in her mother’s arms again.
“Do you miss mummy?” Skyler brought her lips to shower kisses on her daughter’s face.
“Mummy miss you too okay? Mummy is going through some bad things now but mummy would be fine yeah?” She said softly and kissed Scarlett even more.

When Mason down from the car, he wasn’t surprised to see many reporters waiting for him.
‘Did you hear the rumors about your wife?’
‘Is it true your wife is cheating on you?’
‘Why are you coming out of your car alone? Where is your wife?’
‘Are you admitting the whole situation? Is she really cheating on you?’
The bodyguards with Mason made space for him as he found his way back to his office.
“Alvin, get someone to send those reporters from my god-damn company” Mason walked past Alvin who looked like he was about to tell him something but clearly, Mason wasn’t ready to listen.
When Mason got to his office, he noticed his chair was rotate to the back and someone was sitting on it.
“Show yourself” a try tone escaped his lips and his swivel chair slowly rotated to his side revealing Linda crossing her against on eachother with her usual skimpy dress and his facial expression darkened.
“Hi Mason, I heard the news and I came to see how you were doing? Where is your wife? I see you came alone” there was a kind of smile that looked like it was filled with mockery.
Her smile only made Mason detest himself more. He hated the fact that he was involved with this type of woman in the past but at the same time, he couldn’t blame himself because he couldn’t believe that a beautiful thing such as true love exist.
“I’ll give you just three seconds to stand up and get lost or you will hate the outcome” there was only one thing present in his voice and it was called warning.
Linda smiled at stood up but Mason didn’t waste a second before calling Sunny in.
“Come with the securities and have them give her quite a special walk out of this place” he ordered and Linda smiled even more.
“You don’t have to bother about that Mason. I will live by myself but let me tell you that I will cause problems for you and your so called new wife and I won’t ever stop until you come back to me” she said shamelessly.
“Be my guest and try me” Mason replied and she smiled again before walking out and that was when Sunny came in.
“I don’t want that bitch stepping foot in here in the future” he ordered and Sunny nodded.
“And how dare you bring someone over to my office” Mason fired out his next question.
“I’m really sorry boss, she was really stubborn” Sunny apologized.
“Then consider half of your salary gone and also have someone to change this chair to a new one” Mason shoot his next order before walking away.
Sunny couldn’t make a complain, she just nodded her head and do what she was asked to do.

Agnes was finally able to track where Maya was living now. After getting killed out of the Delgado mansion, she couldn’t bear the shame to go back home so she booked a hotel.
Agnes stared at everywhere in disgust. It was really embarrassing that someone with a husband in the Delgado mansion could book a place as disgusting as this.
After getting to find out where Maya room was, she knocked on the door. It opened, revealing Maya with a dull look on her face.
“What do you want? And how did you even find me?” Maya had a dry look on her face.
“I need your help Maya, your family locked my daughter in jail and I need you to talk to them to get them out” Agnes pleaded with Maya.
She didn’t have the time to threaten her because it was her daughter’s well-being at stake.
“You really think I will help you after all these?” Maya gave her a delusional look.
“What do you mean Maya? You should help me because I’ve done so much for you, I kept your god-damn secret!” Agnes yelled and Maya burst out into laughter.
“All in the name of that secret, see where I am now so can you do me a favor and leave. I don’t care whatever happens in your family, I wish your daughter rot in jail!” After those words escaped Maya’s mouth, Agnes threw a hard slap on her face.
“Seems like you’re the most ungrateful person alive and I swear to you that I will make you pay for what you did to me! You will regret for doing this to me today, I will tell your family everything!!” Agnes yelled at her.
“Then go ahead! I’ve already lost everything! There’s certainly no difference anyways so get out!! Out!!” Maya began pushing Agnes till Agnes successful left the hotel.

Agnes came back to the prison to visit hey daughter. She was sitting in the visiting room as she watched a female officer escort her laptop back in.
“Baby” Agnes flew from her sit and hugged her daughter for few seconds before pulling away and sitting down.
“What are you doing to get me out of here mom? I hate the way everyone are looking at me in this place, I just want to go back and more normal” she pleaded in tears.
There was also tears in Agnes eyes as she listened to her daughter speak.
“I’m sorry baby but you might want to stay here for a while while mummy figures out what to do okay?” Agnes replied and Hailey slowly took her hands off Agnes.
“Are you saying that I am going to stay here? You’re gonna leave me all alone? You brought me here and you’re leaving me! It’s all your fault Agnes! It’s all your fault!!” Hailey burst out in tears and Agnes was also crying as she didn’t know how to reply her daughter.
“It’s all your fault!!!” Hailey yelled again.
“Your visitation time is over” the female officer that escorted Hailey, pulled her back and handcuffed her hands.
“It’s all your fault!!!” Hailey kept yelling till her voice gradually fades off.
Agnes felt helpless that she couldn’t do anything for her daughter and she took the whole blame to the Delgados. She was going to make them pay.

“Boss” Alvin stepped into the office when he Mason was in his video conference. He waited for some minutes till Mason was done.
“So what did you do find out so far?” Mason already know why Alvin was here so he didn’t wait did him to speak before he asked.
“I did some research on the video and it is really editing and Photoshop but I might know who the original lady in the video.
“Who is she?” Mason looked interested already and his main deal was to deal with Skyler’s ex for trying to interfere info their lives.
“Seems like it’s the woman her ex cheated on her wait. The both work at D•S and I also know where she lives” Alvin reported.
“That’s good, we will visit her this evening then. Good job Alvin, get back to work I will call you back” Mason waved his hands, signalling Alvin to leave.
Alvin smiled a little before walking away. At least his boss finally appreciated him so all what he was doing wasn’t in vain.
When Alvin left, Mason was alone so he decided to do a video call to check his Skyler and his kids were doing. When Skyler picked, she was laying on the bed, Scarlett was sitting on top of her while Maxwell was on the bed playing with his toy.
His heart filled up with warmness after setting his eyes on the scene. He suddenly felt like going home and joining.
“Beautiful, how are you doing?” He then asked, his voice filled with concern.
“I’m fine, the kids has been keeping me accompany” she smiled at him and Scarlett set her eyes on the phone. She brought her tiny hands towards it and Skyler let her have it.
“Seems like your daughter misses you” Skyler smiled.
“Awwn my baby girl, daddy missed you so” Mason smiled and leaned closer to kiss the screen while the little bun responded by gaggling and next thing, she took the phone and put on her mouth.
“Okay” Skyler smiled and took the phone from her.
“Maxwell do you want to greet daddy?” She put the phone on Maxwell face and the moment the boy set his eyes on he smiled widely and continued playing.
Mason felt nothing other than pure joy as he watched his wife and his kids. He was going to do to everything in his powers to make sure this phase passes as soon as possible so he could leave a peaceful life with his family.
“I’m glad all of you are having a great time, I miss you guys” he gave a soft smile.
“We miss you too, babies do you miss daddy?” Skyler pointed the phone at them again and it was Maxwell’s turn to take the phone.
He looked at Mason’s face on the screen and as Mason smiled. He brought his hands and began tapping the screen.
“Awwn, Max miss daddy so much don’t worry daddy miss you too” Mason smiled and the call only disconnected when Scarlett began crying after she made a mess on her dippers.
Mason sighed and put his phone one side, by tomorrow he was sure the news would be put to an end of only he knew a fresh one would arise.
