Ryan turned behind him slowly. Having done that, He stared at Ashley with blood shooted eyes.
“Wha–What did you just say?” He muttered
“Yeah, You heard it right… I really hate it when you give other girls attention and not me, And out of all ladies, It had to be Sém? That old lady?” Ashley scoffed.
Ryan angrily looked at her clenching his re-ady to punch fist.
“I’m holding it in because you are a girl, If not I would have Spilled your blood right here and now”
“Since we are done talking, I should leave –I’ve carried it in for so long that it started to hurt”
“Wait!” Ryan yelled.
Ashley stared at him sharply without blinking her eyes.
“Then why? Why did you say such a thing?” Ryan asked furiously.
“What?”
“You said the lady I liked will only ruin my future? Why did you say such a wicked thing? Why? What did she ever do to you in the first place huh!!?”
Ashley laughed and thought for a while.
“Uhmm…. Should I say it was fun, I wanted it to make you feel the suspense” Ashley replied stressing the word “Suspense” as she spre-ad her arms bending her fin-gers slightly.
“Ashley, You are really evil… Do you know that?”
Ashley looked at him and her eyes blinked innocently.
“I’m quite disappointed you went too far, Let’s not ever meet again even if we are still in the same school… Avoid me at all costs” Ryan said as he left.
Ashley watched him go and felt tears escaping from her eyes.
“I’m going to let you go too!” She shouted miserably from behind and sat down on the stairs and began to cry. Marco saw her by coincidence and went to her.
He also sat down on the stairs . He brou-ght her close to his arms as she cried like a baby.
“What have I done?” She asked crying the more.
Marco dee-ply sighed and petted her gently.
“I had to do it –I really had to do it–” She cried as her nose became runny.
Ashley looked and saw Marco who had held her close to his arms while her head had rested on his che-st.
“Goodness! Geez, You scared me! What are you doing here and what do you think you were doing to me?” She asked angrily standing up.
“You didn’t know it was me? I just –uhh, saw you crying –
“Forget it, Don’t say anything… You are annoying! And also I didn’t cry–You had better know that” Ashley cut in as she quickly dried up her tears with her palm.
Marco smiled as he watched her leave.

“Ashley, What have you been thinking about, Like seriously… Your mind hasn’t been here and I’m sure you haven’t been listening to what I’ve been saying” Barbara said sadly.
“Oh–I’m sorry, I’m kind of out of it today, Can we just talk later, I want to rest my head” Ashley replied as she went to her table and la-id her head. She faced the other side of the clas-s and met Marco also resting his head looking at her. He smiled showing his flashy teeth.
“What’s with him?” Ashley asked herself as she re-moved her face from his side and turned to the other side.
“Why does he likes me anyways?, The guy I like doesn’t like me….even the handsome guys doesn’t like me, It had to be him–Marco? Uurggh!” She thought as she breathed heavily.

“Hey? ru-by?” Beckey called.
“Oh hey” ru-by replied smiling.
“You sure you are okay? Phili-p alre-ady told me everything….I’m sorry about –
“Beckey, It’s all in the past, Let’s forget about it, Okay?” ru-by interrupted.
Beckey nodded and folded her li-ps.
“Uhmm, So… Where do you stay now?” Beckey asked.
“I’m really sorry but I can’t tell you that” ru-by replied.
“Huh? But why?”
“Your brother might ask you for it, You are the free spirited type, You might eventually tell him if he confronts you… So, I had better keep it to myself, Don’t have any thoughts besides this, I hope you don’t get me wrong, You know you alre-ady gave Phili-p my Phone number, What could happen next? It’s not that I don’t trust you, But you kind of trust your brother the more to tell him anything, You still love him even after everything he did in the past, Wrong or Right?”
Beckey sighed and nodded.
“Thank you for un-derstanding me, I gotta go… I’ve a clas-s to attend to” ru-by smiled as she finally left.

ru-by and Ryan went home but not together to avoid anyone to be suspicious of them.
When they were finally home, They entered their various rooms.
ru-by was changing her clothes when Ryan entered.
“Hey! You could have knocked!” ru-by angrily trying to put on her re-moved clothes back.
“Sorry, But you could have locked the door” Ryan apologized as he turned back.
“So? What are you doing here?”
“Huh? You done with changing yet?”
“Yeah” ru-by replied. Ryan turned to her and smiled.
“I just missed you that why”
“We saw each other in school right? What’s there to miss again?”
Ryan smiled and went to her. He hu-gged her ti-ghtly.
“It’s doesn’t matter” He said
“If someone sees us, You are so dead!”
“Okay… Okay–
All of the sudden,the door flunged open which made them to quickly dise-ngaged from their arms.
ru-by pretended to be re-ading a book on her table while Ryan pretended to ask her questions.
“So, Uhmm… Sém, Thanks for your answer, I wouldn’t have known it if not for you” He said in pretense and turned to leave. It was his mum.
His mum, Mrs Scott looked at them suspiciously.
“Mum? What are you doing here? You could have knocked” Ryan asked smiling awkwardly.
“Oh, I just wanted to actually check if you were here?”
“Me?” Ryan asked.
“Yeah… I kept hearing voices–
“No, It’s not me… Is this room not sound proof or what?” Ryan cut in placing his ear on the thick wall.
“No, It’s not sound proof” Mrs Scott replied looking at ru-by.
ru-by looked at her with wi-dened eyes, She seemed shocked.
“So, Did you hear–No, Don’t believe any thing you hear from this place, It could be our neighbors” Ryan said
“I didn’t say anything right?….Then, I will leave you guys in peace”
“No, Mum… Don’t think about–Geez!” He said as he watched his mother leave.
ru-by who kept her head down looked at him furiously.
“Ryan!!!” She whispered furiously

(NEXT DAY IN SCHOOL)
“Hey? Ashley….Are you okay?” Barabr@ asked looking quite worried.
“I’m fine, I think you are off to the Cafeteria right?–
Barabr@ nodded.
“Just go without me” Ashley replied as she tried to put a smile on her face.
Barbara sighed heavily and patted her hair.
“Alright” Barabr@ replied as she left.
“What’s wrong with Ashley, She keeps wanting to stay alone? Even after school hours, She leaves without me? Is she tired of our friendship or what?… Her face seems kind of sick and pale, I hope everything is okay with her?” Barabr@ thought as she ate her meal.
While eating, She noticed everyone eyes were on her.
“What’s going on? Why are they looking at me?” Barabr@ thought as she watched more eyes stare at her that it even made it lose appetite.
Some students started to even whisper amongst themselves.
She was alre-ady furious on what they were doing.
“What’s this? Who do you think you are staring at? And what do you think you are whispering about?” Barbara yelled as she hit her hand on the Cafeteria table standing up.
Most of them started to laugh and the whispers got loud and louder.
“Admit you have your flaws, Proud bossy bit-ch!” A girl shouted as others laughed.
“What’s going on? Do you all want to die??!” She yelled.
Martha who was sitting behind her in another seat, Sighed dee-ply and stood up.
“Check our school page…. Something was posted” Martha whispered to her.
“What is that?” Barbara asked angrily as her eyes grew red. She brou-ght out her phone from her pocket and checked the school page.
As she was looking throu-ghit, Her hand began to tremble and tears began to fall from her eyes.
“BOO???!!” The students all shouted in mockery laughing the more.
She tried to find Peter with her sharp eyes around the Cafeteria but he was nowhere to be found. Her phone fell down from her hand due to shock.
“Ash…. Ashley? –WHERE THE HELL IS THAT DAUGHTER OF A B**CH?” She yelled as tears flowed the more.

Barbara legs shaked badly as she ran, She could see eyes looking at her, fin-gers pointing and voices whispering.
She wished it was all a dream. She finally reached the clas-s door, Breathed heavily and went in.
All eyes went to her and some eyes looked back at Peter who looked miserable as he placed both hands on his chin with his elbow resting on the table.
“Lover girl!” They chorused with mockery in their voices.
Their comments went thus;
?She’s really dating Peter! ?
?I can’t believe she actually lied about her age? She is actually 19 and not 17 as she claimed to be?
?She’s older than Peter, OMG!!!?
?She behaves like a clas-sy boss, She’s actually a clown ??
?She lied to us about her age, And still called Ryan oppa? She’s disgusting! What is she even doing here?!?
?How did she and Peter hid their relationship so well, They are good pretenders…. Sh*t?
Peter and Barbara felt hurt hearing all this. They felt their lives sli-p away. Peter stood up angrily and looked at Barbara.
“I warned you, didn’t I?! Stay away from Ashley! But you didn’t, What? You trust her? She’s a green snake un-der the green gras-s!! An evil witch!” Peter yelled and scattered his hair in frustration.
Barbara looked at Ashley’s table but it was empty.
“Where is she?! Where is that witch?…Where is Ashley hiding?” Barbara yelled angrily.

Marco saw Ashley coming out of the bathroom.
“Did you see that?” Marco asked
“What? –Wait, Did you stalk me?” Ashley asked quite angry
“I didn’t, I swear,I just want to warn you– Barbara’s pretty upset, It’s better you stay here till she cools off” Marco said holding her arm.
“Get your arm off me, Upset about what? What’s this guy saying?” Ashley asked furiously as she pushed her arms away from Marco’s.
She left immediately and Marco followed.
When she finally entered the clas-s, She saw Barbara looking at her with red fuming eyes.
“You are dead!” Barbara shouted running towards Ashley. Marco was quick enough to protect Ashley.
“What are you doing here? Are you protecting this animal that has no feelings for you, Let me kill her… So, Move” Barbara said.
“What’s really going on?” Ashley asked frightened.
“Oh, Look at her pretending….You had the guts to take pictures of I and Peter embr@cing each other and posted on the school page, As if that wasn’t enough… You had to spill my real age!…Come over here, You are so dead… Leave, Marco!” Barbara shouted.
But Marco didn’t bulge.
“I didn’t do it” Ashley said.
“Pretender, Die for all I care… I really hate you!” Barabr@ yelled.
“Believe me, I really didn’t do it” Ashley said as she cried.
“You are a betrayal….Fool, Let me be, Marco… I want to teach her the lesson of her life”
“What is going on here!” ru-by yelled coming in.
“Peter and Barbara are secretly dating” A girl said.
“Wow, Really?”
“Wow???Sém!!!?…. I’ve not even finished, She is older than Peter!” The girl said as everyone bursted out laughing except for Ryan, ru-by, Ashley, Marco, Peter, Martha and of course, Barabr@.
“And so?” Ryan asked
“What do you mean? If they get married, Their children will be so ashamed…My mommy is older than my daddy! Ewww, She will have to grow out grey hairs first!” The girl said as the laughter continued.
“I agree with Ryan, There’s nothing wrong with that, As far… There is sincerity in their feelings” ru-by said
“What do you know Sém? What do you also know Ryan?” A boy from the back seat asked.
“What?” ru-by asked
“You guys aren’t in a relationship and don’t even know anything about love and R0m-n-ce, So… Let’s leave your case–
Martha laughed which interrupted the boy’s statement.
“Why did you laugh?” Peter asked angrily.
“oh, i’m sorry, I saw something funny, I’m sorry” Martha apologized with her tiny voice as she bowed her head.
“Alright, Let’s get back to our seats, Clas-s starts now” ru-by said as they all hurried to their seat.
“Well, Ashley… I’m not done, Because you are still going to pay for this!” Barbara shouted.
“Enough alre-ady” ru-by warned.
Marco faced Ashley.
“Are you okay?” He asked.
“Just mind your business” Ashley replied as she went to her seat.

(THE NEXT DAY IN SCHOOL)
During clas-s, ru-by asked the students to bring out their English textbook. All the students did so, Ashley pu-lled her textbook, opened it and g@sped.
There were numerous live co-ckroaches coming out of there. She was so scared that she kept screaming and jumping. Others started stepping on them which killed them instantly.
Ashley looked at Barbara who laughed.
“Is this funny to you?” Ashley yelled.
“When was this never funny?” Barbara asked laughing
“You did this, right?”
“No, I didn’t…” Barbara chuckled.
“Don’t lie to me!” Ashley yelled.
“Don’t lie to me either, You posted that stuff right?” Barabr@ yelled standing up.
They both faced each other angrily re-ady to hit another.
“Stop it alre-ady! Do you guys want to get suspended?!” ru-by shouted as they both shaked their head.
“Now… To your seat!” ru-by said and they sat down on their respective seats.

ru-by was going throu-ghsome books in her room when she heard a knock. She swiftly went to the door.
“Ryan?” She said as she opened it. Her smile vanished when her eyes caught Mrs Scott.
“Oh, Mrs Scott, I didn’t know you’ve came back… I thought Ryan wanted to ask a ques–
“Let’s talk, Miss ru-by Marlene” Mrs Scott interrupted and dee-ply sighed.

Martha kept smiling as she faced the hu-ge mirror hung up on the wall. She sat on the chair close to the mirror and opened the cu-pboard. She brou-ght out a brush and started using it on her short hair style. She smiled as she watched herself in the mirror, Her phone which was on the b£d began to ring, She looked at the caller, hissed sharply and threw her face away.
Suddenly, Her door opened and her mother came in.
“Hey, Daughter… Care for some bananas?” Her mum asked showing her the tray of bananas she had sliced. Martha looked at it, then to her mother. She quickly faced the mirror again.
“I hate bananas” Martha simply said.
“Oh… Yeah, Uhh… Martha, Your phone has been ringing ever since, won’t you pick it?” Her mum asked.
“Just leave it there” She replied. Her mother twisted her li-ps and left the room. Martha faced the mirror, smiled and thought;
“How did it all happen again?”
?(WHAT TRULY HAPPENED! FLASHBACK)?
Martha walked into a supermarket and bought a love card.
“It’s just 15 won” The cashier smiled. Martha looked throu-ghher pocket and brou-ght out a 15 won currency note.
“Here” Martha said stretching her hand towards her.
“Okay, Thank you” The cashier smiled again looking at Martha who kept a stern look.
“Do you want to write a love letter to your crush?” The cashier asked curiously.
“I guess, and I also would like to warn him too” Martha replied.
“Huh? Excuse me–
“I guess you are done, I have to take my leave” Martha cut in as she left with the card.
She went home, entered her room and took out her pen alongside the love card. She la-id on the b£d thinking of what to write.
“It’s obvious Ryan likes Sém, But Sém really did something that caused his downfall last 3 years ago, I had better warn him and of course let him know of my feelings but I have to keep myself anonymous too” She thought and started writing. She changed her hand writing entirely. And she wrote;
She isn’t the one for you,
She destroyed your future.
I love you Ryan, Be mine.
She smiled and packaged the letter well.
“I will have to put it in his bag when no one is watching” She thought as she chuckled.

Martha entered her room tiredly, She was quite exhausted from all the lessons in school. She stretched her ne-ck and it made a loud cracking sound.
“Oh wow, I can’t believe Ashley and Barbara are friends, It has gotten pretty easy and fun for me, I also hate the fact Ashley likes Ryan… I have to make her pay,No one ought to like My Ryan… As for Sém, Hers is coming very soon” Martha thought with a smile.
After few days, Martha successfully collected Ashley’s number. One night, Martha called her and changed her voice by talking throu-gha loud rotating standing fan. It changed her voice entirely!.
☎ Hello? Who’s this? Ashley asked.
☎ Just someone anonymous Martha replied
Ashley scoffed angrily.
☎ I’m sorry but you got the wrong number, I’m hanging up.
☎ No, No… I’m calling because I know Barbara and Peter relationship?
☎ Huh? What do you mean? Please, Who are you and How do you know my best–
☎ Let me make a deal with you?
☎ A deal? Are you crazy? Why would I make a deal with a total stranger?
☎ Listen?! I’m doing this because I want to help you and your friend’s relationship

☎ I was planning to tell the whole school about your friend’s relationship

Martha hung the call and laughed wickedly.
“Such a big wasted fool!” Martha laughed.
(DAYS LATER WHEN PETER AND BARBARA PICTURES WERE LINKED ONLINE)
Ashley was washing her hand facing the large mirror in the sink with Martha and noticed her staring.
“Why are you staring at me?” Ashley asked.
“huh? i’m sorry, but seems you have been crying” Martha replied with her sweet tiny voice.
“Move! Mind your business!” Ashley yelled as she left. Martha looked at her angrily and brou-ght out her phone.
“Let’s see how this goes” She thought as she started posting some pictures online, Peter and Barbara’s Pictures.
Martha went home happy. She la-id on her b£d smiling when she heard a loud scream from the kitchen. She smiled and took a jar with her.
“Finally!” She thought as she left to the kitchen. She saw her mum shivering due to what she saw.
In the floor was a spoilt fish and a lot of co-ckroaches were roaming on it.
“What is this?” Her mum yelled frightened.
“Mom! Don’t let them run away!” Martha said as she bent down and started picking the dirty insects. She started putting them into the jar.
“What do you think you are doing?” Her mum asked.
” I just nee-d it for something, No more Questions” Martha replied with a evil chuckle.

Martha smiled while she kept brushing her hair and looking at the mirror.
“My plans worked, No one will ever find out… As for now, I nee-d to have Ryan for myself alone and eliminate Sém!” Martha laughed wickedly as she thought.
But her laugh was cut in by the call again. She angrily stared at her phone.
“Ashley shouldn’t be calling me! Our discussions are over!” Martha said as she switched off her phone.
“Now, I’m the Queen of Ryan’s heart” Martha thought as her visible evil smile came round her li-ps.
Meanwhile,Ashley was crying
“I had to do it to save Barbara but now everything falls back at me, No one will believe me… No one,And this evil anonymous person won’t pick my calls, What has the person done after all the promise and what I sacrificed, Will Barbara even believe me if I try to explain things to her?” She cried bitterly staring at her phone.
“No one would believe me!!” She added crying louder that her eyes became red and her nose became runny.
Her phone suddenly rang and she looked quickly to check if it was The Anonymous person calling but it wasn’t, It was Marco calling instead.
She sighed dee-ply and finally said once more;
“No one would believe me expect – Ashley breathed dee-ply and cleaned her tears.
“Marco” She added.
