“The winner of the 12th award show is no other person but”the MC paused as Avery felt her heart beating loudly.””
Everyone waited in suspense before the MC dropped the bombshell.
“Avery Cardinal”the MC said as Avery were filled with joy as there were screams and clapping everywhere.””

Angelo climbed the stage and Avery pulled him in a hug before crashing her lips on his.

Avery break the kiss as they stared at each other with emotions in their eyes.
“I can’t believe that I’m going to win, I’m so happy”she said””
“I’m happy for you too”Angelo replied””
Avery was given the award and also a check of two million with a car keys of Latest Bugatti in town.
Angelo hands were wrapped firmly on her waist as they walked out of the party and came across Neavah who turned on hearing the footsteps.
“You must be happy that you have wom right”Neavah yelled””
“Why won’t I be happy at least I’m not like some people who are nothing but a loser”Avery fired back.””
“I must make sure you pay for winning the fashion show and also for Paxton breaking up with me. It all because of you”Neavah yelled and made to slap her but Angelo caught her hand and glared at her.””
“I won’t stand her and watch a bitch like you insult my Angel. Get lost”Angelo said and yanked off her hand as they walked away.””
“Wow, that was so cool”Avery muttered””
“Anything for my lovely girlfriend”Angelo replied as they entered the car and drove off.
“Gosh, I can’t believe this”Neavah stamped her foot on the ground in anger.””

Marissa entered the house but Richmond draws her back as their face were few inches from each other.
“I don’t understand you anymore, since you woke up from the hospital. You have been acting strange. What the hell is wrong with you”Richmond yelled as Marissa sighed.””
“I got back my memories”she replied””
“How, when did you lost your memories”Richmond asked as Marissa took time before explaining everything to her without hiding anything.””
“Chai, you must have gone through a lot. I can’t believe that Nora and her parents are this evil. They have to pay for killing your parents””Richmond said”
“That’s why I need your help. Let’s start with plan A”Marissa said as Richmond stared at her.””
“How should we go about it”Richmond asked as Marissa whispered something into his ear as he widen his eyes””

Barbie arrived at the house and met Gary who was pressing his phone and smiling as it hurts her.
“Hey”Barbie said as Gary looked up before facing his phone.””
Have you eaten”she asked walking towards him.”
“Why are you asking, I thought you hated me and you don’t care about me anymore”Gary said””
Barbie felt tears rolling down her checks as she hold his hand.
“Please find a place in your heart to forgive me Gary. I Know that I have wrong you but pls forgive me”Barbie said in tears””
“I’m not moved by your tears”Gary said and made to leave but Barbie hugged him from behind.””
I loved you so much Gary, I tried so hard to control the feeling but I couldn’t. It’s hurts seeing you with another girl at school. I love you so much”Barbie confessed as Gary slowly turned.”
“You loved me”he asked slowly facing her””
“Yes I love you so much. Please can you give me a second chance to come into your life”Barbie said as Gary found his hand touching her face.
“You never how joy and happy I am, I actually loves you and wants us betrothed and it happened. I want to hated you for doing mean things to me but the heart can’t be controlled. I love you so much barbie”Gary stated””
“Thanks for loving me, can I kiss you”Barbie asked as Gary nodded his head
“It’s all yours babe”he said as she kissed him which Gary reciprocated.”
They heard a loud clapping as they turned to see their parents with a smiles on their face.
“Wow, finally they are in love with each other”Mrs Zoey said””
“When is the wedding starting”Mr Franklin said as they bursted into laughter.””
Thanks Mom”Barbie said and ran to her hugging her tightly.”

NIGHT 7PM
Marissa was coming back from the groceries store when she felt someone trailing after her. She turned and saw no one and continued her journey towards home.
Someone made to hit the plank on her face but Richmond appeared from no where and grabbed the person smashing him on the ground.
“Who are you”he yelled as Marissa smiled and brought her hand to the mask but the person kicked her hand away””
He brought out a gun from his pocket as Richmond pulled Marissa behind him.
“Two of you are going straight to heaven”the masked person said and pulled the trigger but someone hugged Marissa instead as the bullet hit him.
“Candy”Richmond called out on shock””
Candy made to fall down but Marissa caught him as tears rolled down her face.
Why must you risk your life to save me why”Marissa yelled in tears”
“That’s the only time I have to do Mari. I think I don’t deserve you and I will die happily because you deserve someone better than me and that’s Richmond. I love you so much”Candy said and closed his eyes as his hand dropped.””
“Candy, wake up”Marissa screamed in anger””
Richmond rushed after the masked person and pulled the mask from his face as Marissa gasped in shock..
On the ground was no other person but Mr Adams.

Marissa landed a hot slap on his face before punching his lips.
“How could you be so cruel and evil. You treated me good so that I will not remember what happen In past. You think that I don’t know that you tampered with my father’s brake resulting to them having accident”Marissa yelled as Mr Adams widen his eyes””
“So, you have recovered your memories”Mr Adams asked still shocked””
“Shut your trap”she yelled in tears and the cops arrived in no time.””
“Mr Adams Hampton, you are under arrest for the attempted murder of Mrs Marissa Hampton. Anything you day will used against you In the court”the cops said and handcuffed him before taking him inside the van and drove off.”””
Richmond carried Candy lifeless body into the car as Marissa entered the car and they drove off.

Vanessa was jogging on the streets as the breeze blew on her. She arrived at an ice cream store as many boys stared at her with lust in their eyes.
She was standing on the queue when someone spanked her ass from behind as anger was building up inside her.
She turned and met a guy looking so unkempt and dirty, having bushy hair.
“Hey sexy, you have a soft ass and mind if”he couldn’t finish his words when Vanessa landed a punch on his face as three of his teeth flew out from his mouth.””
“What the hell”he gasped and touched his mouth and stared at the blood in his hands.”””you will pay for this”
He beckoned on his gangs as they started walking towards Vanessa who went backwards and took to her heels.
“Hey come back here”they shouted giving her a hot chase.””
Vanessa who was running fast was getting tired as then someone pulled her Into a tight corner as she gasped the moment Alec kissed her.
She blink her eyes countless time with her heart beating loudly as the men run past them.
Alec pulled out of the kiss as Vanessa was dumfounded. She was short of words and didn’t know what to say right now.
“What are.. you doing here”she stammered staring at him.””
“I was passing by when I saw you fighting those men and I knew that they will chased after you that’s why I decided to help”Alec said as Vanessa realised herself and went pushed him away before landing a slap on his face..
“How dare you fucking kisse with that smelling mouth of yours. As for information, the kiss is nothing but a mistake. Get that in your dumb score head”Vanessa yelled and walked away as her heart which was beating loudly stopped immediately she left alec.
“Gosh, what was that” Why is my heart beating this way, am I falling for him”she thought”
Alec eyes never left her till she was out of his sight and he heaved a sigh.
“I can’t believe that I fell for her, I love you so much Vanessa”he muttered and dipped his hand inside his pocket and walked away.””

AT THE HOSPITAL
Candy was placed on the strecher and moved into the theatre room as Marissa was crying nonstop.
Richmond have no other choice but to console her, he hate seeing her tears.
“It’s okay, stop crying. He will be fine”Richmond consoled””
“I don’t anything bad to happen to him”she cried hugging Richmond tightly.””
A woman rushed in with Jocelyn as Marissa widened her eyes.
“Where is my son”Mrs Susan yelled as the nurses tried to calm her down.””
“Jocelyn”Marissa muttered as Jocelyn turned and gasped looking at Marissa as guilt overwhelmed her.
She didn’t even her for once that Candy is her brother.
“I’m sorry”Jocelyn muttered walking towards her
“How could you do this to me, we have been friends all this while and you didn’t tell me that Candy is your brother”Marissa said.”
“I’m sorry, it’s just that I don’t want anyone to know. Forgive me”Jocelyn replied.””
“It’s okay, I think you should go and consoled your mom. She needs your attention”Marissa said as Jocelyn hugged her before walking back to her mother.””
“Mom, it’s alright. Brother will be fine”Jocelyn consoled.
“I missed my son so much, I will kill myself if anything bad happens to him”Mrs Susan cried as Jocelyn pulled her into a hug patting her back””
“It’s complicated”Richmond muttered patting Marissa’s back””

THE NEXT MORNING
The students of Wilford College was filled with sadness for Candy who was still in the hospital.
Huston saw Karina and rushed to her as his heart began to race. Karina made to run but he caught her by the hand
“Why are you avoiding me for some two days right now. I missed you so much, our chats and our quarrels together. You capture my heart”he said”
“What are you trying to say, are you in love with me”Karina asked staring into his eyes””
“Yes, I loved you like crazy. At first I thought it was nothing but I was going crazy about you. I loved you so much Karina, can you please love me”Huston confessed as Karina was short of words as a smile crept her lips.
She began to hit his chest as Huston stared at her confusedly.
“Do you for how I have waited for you to say this three words to me. I loved you so much Huston right from the first time we met, it’s just that I’m playing hard to get”Karina replied and jumped on his body as Huston smiled”
“I can’t believe that you actually loves me all this while, yet you pretend like you don’t even have any atom of feelings for me. You are such a good actress”Huston smiled.””
“Can I kiss you”Karina asked as she leaned closer to him.””
“Sure, it’s all yours baby”Huston replied as Karina crashed her lips on his not minding the students who were watching them.””
After some minutes, they pulled out of the kiss and stared at each other with emotions.
“I love you so much baby””he said
“I love you too”she replied as Huston reconnected their lips together”

Keith sighted Jocelyn and made to rush to her but he bumped into someone which is Whitney.
“Hi Keith, where are you going to”she asked””
“I’m going to see someone, I’m in a hurry”he replied as then Whitney hold his hand as he stared at her.””
“There’s something I want to tell you Keith”Whitney was cut short by him.””
“I know you love me Whitney”he said as she widened her eyes”But I don’t think it will work out with us, I mean I don’t love you or have any feelings for you. I love someone else”Keith replied as Whitney felt her heart shattering into pieces.”
“You love Jocelyn right”Whitney asked as Keith slowly nodded his head”You can go ahead and date her, I think she feels the same way for you”
“I’m sorry”Keith said as Whitney laughed””
“No, you don’t have to apologize, love can’t be forced. Your heart tells you who you love, i’m happy for confessing my feelings to you, I will try so hard to forget about the feeling I have for you. So, we re still friends right”Whitney stated”
“Yes, see you later”Keith said and rushed off as Whitney finally let out the tears which rolled down her checks “”
“It hurts to be rejected by the one you love”she muttered crying silently””

Jocelyn turned and saw Keith as she began to hastened up her steps but Keith was fast enough to caught her.
She turned and made to slap him but Keith crashed his lips on hers as she tried fighting it off but she later slowly respond to the kiss.
Keith break the kiss and Jocelyn realised herself and made to walk away but Keith hugged her from behind.
“Don’t leave me please, I love you so much Jocelyn. I might get sick of you leave me”he said as Jocelyn turned with surprise written all over her face “”
“You loved me”she asked surprisedly.
“Yes, I love you like crazy”he replied and Jocelyn hugged him tightly.””
“I love you too,I’m sorry for ignoring you”she beamed with smiles as Keith patted her back slowly.””

Angelo was dressed on white shirt and black trouser looking extra ordinary handsome as he took his phone and walked out or the house.
He was going out for his first date with Avery as he heard the sound of a car.
“She’s here already”he said and walked out of the house and met Avery who looking beautiful as she was leaning on the car.
“You look so handsome”Avery replied pecking him lightly on the lips.””
“You gorgeous, can we start going”he said as he opened the car door for her before entering the car and drove off””
They arrived at a restaurant and alighted from the car holding each other hands as they walked inside and sat down.
The waiter came to them and they ordered their food and they began to eat.
“Hmm, this food taste so yummy”Avery muttered””
“It taste great just like you, actually I have something to tell you”Angelo said as Avery raised up her head””
“What’s that, is anything wrong”she asked noticing the expression on his face.””
Actually, I’m not who you think that I’m. I mean am not a poor guy, I’m a very rich guy but it’s just that my father is very strict and cruel, always wanted his own happiness and not ours. Actually, I have a twin sister Angel and then my father wants me to get married to his friend daughter but I told him I’m not interested. But he’s bend on getting us married even to the extent of seizing my phone and freezing my account. I was so sad and I don’t know what to do”Angelo stated
“Then, how did you escaped from him”Avery asked curiously.
“My twin sister helped me to escape on the engagement party and since then he have to be looking for me and won’t stop till I get married to his friends daughter. I’m sorry for lying to you on the first place”he apologized as Avery brought his hand and start caressing it slowly.”
“I understand your situation, I love you so much and I would never leave you”Avery said””
“Me too”Angelo replied as then a clap was heard and he looked up to see his nightmare standing it front of him as he froze on his spot.””
“Who am I seeing here, if not expect my runaway son””Mr Wilson laughed widely as Angelo stared at the bodyguards behind him.
“Are you going with me home or not”Mr Wilson asked””
“I won’t and I would never, I’m staying here with my girlfriend and that’s final”Angelo yelled at him.”
“Wow girlfriend, what of the one at home. A fool right”Mr Wilson yelled”now let’s go home”
“I’m not going any where with you, are you dumb that you are not hearing what I’m saying”he yelled as Mr Wilson was surprised.”” This is the first time he’s raising voice at him.
“I can’t believe thar you have grown wings, you dare talk back at me, huh”Mr Wilson laughed as then Avery stood up.
“He’s not going anywhere with you, what kind of a father are you that he prefer his own happiness than his children. Are you ashamed of yourself”Avery yelled attracting the attention of people”
“Young lady, you have no right to interfere in this matter” Guards get him”Mr Wilson ordered as the bodyguards began to move towards Angelo.”
“Run”Angelo shouted as he grabbed Avery hand as they ran out of the shop with the guards chasing after them.””
They kept on running as suddenly someone punched Angelo s he crashed on the ground and Avery looked up to see Mr Wilson grinning evily.
“Where are you going, I’m your father and I say what ever that’s going to happen, good for nothing son”he yelled and made to kick him but Avery hold his leg””
“Leave him alone”Avery shouted but Mr Wilson pushed her away as she fell on the ground and hit her head on the ground and went unconscious.””
“Avery!!!”Angelo screamed as hot tears rolled down his checks as he rushed to her shaking her body but no response””
