Episode 24: The Newbies

The next day, the students were chatting and laughing when a teacher entered with Wendy and a guy. They greeted the teacher and she responded.
?”I think they are the newbies that she told us about” A girl said.
?”Guys, this are the newbies that I informed you yesterday about “ The teacher said and the students started murmuring.
?”The lady looks familiar” The students murmured.
“Yeah, guys… it’s me Wendy” Wendy said with a smile.
“Oh! It’s Wendy… Aaron’s sister” A guy said and Wendy nodded.
Emma smiled and stood up then she walked towards Wendy. She hu-gged her and Wendy pushed her.
“So, this is Tolliver ” The teacher said and the students glanced at the guy.
?”He looks cute” A girl said and all the students glanced at the girl.
“I am Tolliver, nice meeting you” Tolliver said with a smile.
“Tolliver, go and sit with Wyatt” The teacher said and Tolliver nodded.
“I don’t want anyone to sit with me” Wyatt said with a frown.
“Wyatt, keep quiet” The teacher said and he rolled.
Wendy sat down with Lizzy while Tolliver sat down with Wyatt.
Two hours later, it was break time and all the students rushed out of the clas-s. Wyatt was about to leave when Tolliver held his hand and Wyatt glanced at him, he frowned.
“What is it?” Wyatt asked with a frown.
“Can you show me around after lunch?” Tolliver asked, gazing at him.
“No” Wyatt said and yanked his hand away.
“Why are you behaving this way? Did someone offend you?” Tolliver asked and he glared at him.
He left the clas-s and Tolliver followed him.
“Why are you following me?” Wyatt said and stopped then he faced him.
“Wyatt, please show me around?” Tolliver said.
Wyatt was about to say no when he saw Lizzy coming, he nodded and left with Tolliver.
Tolliver smiled.

At the cafeteria, ru-by was eating with her friends when Wendy showed up. She glared at ru-by.
“Hello, ru-by” Wendy said and smi-rked.
“Wendy” Bianca called.
Immediately Wendy saw Bianca, she smiled and hu-gged her.
“Bianca, how have you been?” Wendy asked with a smile.
“I’m fine… sit, let’s chat” Bianca said and she nodded.
“Bianca, what are you doing with her?” Wendy asked and glared at ru-by.
“Wendy, she is my friend” Bianca said and Wendy frowned.
“How will you make friends with her… I don’t like her” Wendy said.
“Wendy, don’t say that… ru-by is a nice person and she is friendly” Bianca said with a smile.
“Wendy, I have heard about Jupiter’s story… why don’t us find out who murdered Jupiter and her father” ru-by said.
Bianca and Wendy glanced at each other.
“I don’t trust” Wendy said, gazing at her.
“Wendy, trust me… I am ready to help you, let’s find out who the murdered is” ru-by said.
“ru-by, are you in your right senses… you wanna find out the person that murdered Jupiter and her father” Bianca said with a frown.
“Bianca, I wanna help… I think there is a reason why the person killed them or what do you think Wendy” ru-by asked and Wendy stared at her for a while before nodding at her.
“You girls should forget about finding out who killed Jupiter and her father” Bianca said.
“No, I can’t… I will start investigating very soon” Wendy said and stood up then she left.
Bianca sighed and faced ru-by.
“ru-by, are you really doing this?” Bianca asked and she nodded.
“Have you told Aaron?” Bianca asked.
“No… I can’t tell him” ru-by said and chewed the food.
“Okay” Bianca said.

Wyatt was eating at the cafeteria when his mind drifted to what happened yesterday.
Flashbacks **
Wyatt pas-sed out some minute later Leah came in when he saw Wyatt laying on the floor, she called him but no response. She was about to rush out to call Mrs Savannah when she came in. They carried Wyatt and laid him on the bed. An hour later when Wyatt woke up, he was surprised to see his Grandmother and his sister sitting beside him.
“What happened?” Wyatt asked, gazing at him.
“You pas-sed out brother” Leah said.
“Oh!” Wyatt said then his mind drifted to the ne-cklace.
“Leah, did you see any ne-cklace when I pas-sed out?” Wyatt asked, glancing around.
“No” Leah said and shook her head.
“I nee-d to find the ne-cklace… Grandma, did you see any ne-cklace” Wyatt asked and Mrs Savannah shook her head.
“I nee-d to find the ne-cklace” Wyatt said and searched everywhere but he didn’t see it.
He sat down on the bed and faced his Grandmother.
“Grandma, I want to know about our parents” Wyatt said.
“Yes, Grandma… tell us about our parents” Leah said but Mrs Savannah ignored them.
She stood up and left the room.
“Grandma, we wanna know who our parents are” Wyatt shouted.
****Flashback ends
“Wyatt, I have been calling you since… what’s wrong?” Tolliver said.
Wyatt didn’t answer instead he stood up and left the cafeteria then Tolliver followed him.
Wyatt went to the school garden when he got there he met Lizzy sitting there alone, he frowned and was about to leave when Tolliver asked “is this the school garden” Wyatt nodded and left the garden.
He was going to the clas-s when he bumped into Aaron and his friend. He rolled and was about to leave when Aaron held his hand.
“What is it?” Wyatt asked and yanked his hand.
“The coward boy is now a changed guy” Aaron said and burst out laughing.
Tolliver was only staring at Aaron.
“Aaron, allow me to pas-s” Wyatt said with a frown.
“And if I don’t… What do you wanna do? Aaron asked.
“Aaron, I am not in the mood for all this” Wyatt said.
“Really” Aaron said and was about to push him when Tolliver held his hand and sque-ezed it at the back.
Aaron screamed.
“Tolliver, leave him” Rico said, trying to free Aaron from his grip.
“He said he is not in the mood for that shit so why don’t you listen?” Tolliver said and sque-ezed his hand ti-ghtly.
Aaron screamed again.
“Tolliver, leave him alone” Wyatt said and Tolliver glared at Aaron then he left his hand.
“Let’s go” Tolliver said and Wyatt nodded then he left.
“You will pay for this” Aaron shouted.

Tolliver was in the clas-s with Wyatt when Emma smiled at Tolliver but he glared at her and she rolled.
“Hey, Tolliver… you are so handsome, I like you” Emma said with a smile.
“Lady, I just met you today and you are telling me you like me… wait, are you a slut?” Tolliver said with a frown.
Emma glared at him.
“I am not…”
“Emma, can you please leave here?” Wyatt said, facing her.
“Okay” Emma said and smiled at Tolliver but he glared at her.
“She doesn’t have any sense… she is here to learn and to crush on guys” Tolliver said, angrily.
“Don’t mind her… Tolliver, can you tell me more about yourself” Wyatt said, gazing at her.
“If you want to know more about me, let’s be friends first… will you be my friend?” Tolliver asked and Wyatt nodded.
“Okay… I am Tolliver Nelson,my father is a doctor, I have a sister named Jupiter…”
“Wait… Jupiter” Wyatt said and he nodded.
“It might not be her” Wyatt thought.
“Wyatt” Tolliver called and tapped him.
“Oh! What is it?” Wyatt asked.
“What are you thinking? Is something wrong?” Tolliver asked, gazing at him.
“No” Wyatt said and shook his head.
“Okay… My sister is a nice person and she is so caring, very soon she will join me in this school” Tolliver said with a smile.
“Why didn’t she join you today?” Wyatt asked.
“That’s because she is in the hospital, she lost her…”
Tolliver didn’t complete his statement when Eliana called him. He turned back.
“Hi, Wyatt” Eliana said with a smile.
“Who is she?” Tolliver whispered.
“She is a b**h” Wyatt said and Tolliver nodded.
“Wyatt, why don’t you come to the cafeteria?” Eliana asked.
“I came” Wyatt said.
“Okay… Wyatt next week is my birthday will you come” Eliana asked, gazing at him.
“No” Wyatt said.
“Wyatt, please come” Eliana said and he glared at her.
“Eliana, can’t you see I have been ignoring… Liana, I dislike your behavior, you betrayed your friend because you like me… do you think I like you? I don’t like you” Wyatt shouted.
Someone burst out laughing then they turned back. The person was Lizzy.
“Omg” Lizzy said and burst out laughing.
Eliana smi-rked.
“Why are you laughing? Is this funny” Eliana said with a frown.
“Yeah… didn’t I tell you not to for-ce yourself on Wyatt, he doesn’t love you” Lizzy said, glaring at her.
“Keep quiet” Eliana said with a frown.
“Oh, really… it’s hurt you right” Lizzy said and Eliana glared at her then she left angrily.
“Lizzy, what do you want?” Wyatt asked.
“Nothing much, babe… can we eat at the cafeteria together ?” Lizzy asked, gazing at him.
“No” Wyatt shouted.
“Wyatt, calm down” Tolliver whispered and he glared at him.
“Okay” Lizzy said and left.
Tolliver faced Wyatt.
“Why are you behaving in this manner” Tolliver said, gazing at him.
Wyatt glared at him and rested his head on the table.
Tolliver sighed.

ru-by was in the garden speaking with Hazel when Wendy showed up, she called ru-by and Hazel frowned.
“Lady, have some manner” Hazel said with a frown.
“ru-by, who is she?” Wendy asked and glared at Hazel.
“I am her sister so what do you want?” Hazel said as she folded her hands on her br***t.
“Whatever…ru-by, let’s discuss the stuff, ” Wendy said.
“She is not discussing anything with you… she can’t do it, do you want me to lose my sister? Jupiter is dead so for-ce about her” Hazel said, with a frown.
“ru-by, did you tell her?” Wendy asked and ru-by nodded.
“I’m sorry, Wendy… I know we should keep it a secret but she is my sister, I don’t hide anything from her” ru-by said.
Wendy frowned and left the garden angrily.
“Hazel, you shouldn’t have said that” ru-by said and sighed.
“Really… Sis, do you even know that what you want to do is very risky” Hazel said, angrily.
“I know you are doing this to protect but I have to do it” ru-by said.
“I don’t think you are in your right mind” Hazel said and left.
ru-by sighed and followed her.

An hour later, it was closing time and all the students rushed out of the clas-s. When Wyatt and Tolliver got outside they departed. Tolliver entered his car and drove off.
Some minutes later, he got to the hospital and he went straight to his sister’s ward.
“Jupiter” Tolliver called when he got inside.
“Tolliver” Jupiter called and hu-gged him.
“What’s wrong?” Tolliver said, patting her back.
“I don’t want to take that injection” Jupiter said, pointing at the injection the nurse is holding.
“Jupiter is for your health” Tolliver said.
“No” Jupiter said, rou-ghing her hair.
“Jupiter you lost your memories so we want you to regain your memories” Tolliver said, gazing at her.
“No, I will regain it when the time comes” Jupiter said, holding his hand.
Tears streamed down her face.
“Jupiter, calm down… nothing will happen to you” Tolliver said and wiped her tears away.
The nurse were about to give her the injection when Mr Nelson entered.
“Dad” Jupiter called when he saw Mr Nelson.
“Sweetie, you have to take the injection because of your health… don’t you wanna know who your family is” Mr Nelson said.
“I want to know but I don’t want to take that” Jupiter said, pointing at the injection.
“Okay” Mr Nelson and gave the nurse an eye signal to leave.
They left.
“It’s okay… go and lay down on the bed” Mr Nelson said and she nodded.
“Jupiter, should I get you something to eat” Tolliver said, gazing at her.
“No… Tolliver, please don’t leave me alone again” Jupiter said and tears streamed down her face.
“It’s okay, Jupiter… I won’t leave you”‘Tolliver said and wiped her tears away.
He gave his dad an eye signal to give her the injection and Mr Nelson gave Jupiter the injection.
She screamed then she slept off.
“By the time she wakes up, she will regain her memories” Mr Nelson said.
“Will she remember me” Tolliver said.
Mr Nelson sighed and shook his head.
“Don’t worry, dad… it’s okay” Tolliver said, sadly.
Mr Nelson nodded and left.
“Jupiter, please remember me when you wake up… I love you “Tolliver said and pec-ked her on the cheek.
He stood up and left the ward.
