He rammed the hot metal more de-eply into her eye and blood W-et Juliet’s face as that eye went blind immediately.
“Aarrgg!!!!!!!!” She screamed out again before snapping out of her imagination.
She was actually imagining the scene.
The guy is still coming towards her with the hot metal.
“No please… don’t use that on me!!!” She cried out terrifically as he kept advancing.
He held the metal more firmly when he finally got to her .
He grabbed her hair and for-cefully made her look up.
Juliet closed her eyes, expecting the worse.
He let a wicked grin appear on his face before trying to shove it into her eyes but he suddenly heard crashing sounds behind.
He looked back and one of the guys landed in front of him unconsciously.
Someone is actually thrashing them up.
He let go of Juliet and Juliet opened her eyes slowly.
The three of the guys were also thrown in unconsciously then Romeo came in with the fifth one in his hand.
He’s dragging him on the ground, he’s unconscious too.
“Romeo” Juliet muttered, swallowing ha-rd, both in relief and fear.
“Romeo Spencer?” The six fingered guy said shockingly.
He obviously wasn’t expecting Romeo to be here.
“Surprised?” Romeo smiled dangerously and looked over at Juliet.
The bloodstains all-over her made his anger triple.
“I’ll kill you” he said and ran to him.
He made to punch his face but Spy caught his fist.
“I’m not easy” he smiled.
“I’m not easy either” Romeo smiled back and used his leg.
He hit his knee on Spy’s stomach and he staggered away from him.
Romeo grabbed his arm and fli-pped him over his shoulder, he fell down heavily but Romeo grabbed him almost immediately.
He dragged him up and punched his face twice, he bled from the mouth.
He released him and gave him a kick on the face.
He flew far away from him and landed on the ground, bleeding more from the mouth.
He stood immediately and got sharp knives from his pocket.
He Br@ndished them and smiled with his bloody li-ps.
“Come closer and I’ll tear you to shreds” he said and Romeo smi-rked.
He took off his suit and tie.
“I’ll be the one who does the tearing, how dare you hurt my girl!, Who sent you how dare you!” He barked angrily and went for him.
“Romeo!” Juliet shouted fearfully.
Spy is good with knives so he succeeded in giving him various cuts on the arm.
“Romeo!” Juliet shouted in tears again.
“I told you I’m gonna kill you” Spy laughed as he gave Romeo another cut.
His white shirt is now filled with bloodstains.
He made to give him another cut but Romeo caught his arm and twisted it, his wrist bone dislocated.
“Arrggg!!!” He screamed, Romeo snatched the knife from him.
He dived it into his back and he screamed out again.
“You dare touch my Juliet?, You dare?, Die!!” Romeo yelled and removed the knife.
He dived it into another part of his back and Spy screamed agonizingly again.
Romeo released him and made to stab his che-st this time around but he quickly got his gun and aimed for Romeo.
Romeo quickly ducked as he shot fast.
Spy walked backwards as he shot at him.
He aimed for Juliet in the last minute but Romeo covered her and they both fell with the chair she was tied with.
The bullet hit the wall instead and Spy escaped.
Romeo lay low with Juliet for a while before standing from her.
“I’m sorry I came late, I’m so sorry for letting you get kidnapped, I’m sorry Angel” Romeo said as he untied the ropes on her.
It was fast and immediately he finished untying, he held her face in his palms.
“I’m so sorry, I’m sorry you got hurt, you were taken away beside me and I didn’t even know, I’m so clueless” he said hurtfully, ru-b-bing her face affectionately.
“It’s not your fault babes, it just happened, don’t feel guilty” she replied, holding onto him too.
“Look what they did to your face, I’m so sorry” he said guiltily again.
“You’re hurt too, I’m so sorry for making you get hurt” she cried, looking at the various cuts on his body.
“I’m fine trust me, I feel no pain so far you’re in front of me” he replied and she smiled before hu-gging him.
“Thanks for coming for me, I was so scared, scared of what’ll happen if I don’t get to see you again, I thought I wouldn’t see you again Romeo and that though almost killed me” she sniffed tearfully, her body still shaking on him.
“Everything is fine now, calm down and stop fidgeting” he replied, ru-b-bing her hair behind.
“Someone just blocked my nose with an hanky immediately after the gunshot, the last thing I remembered was sleeping off, then I woke to see myself here, but that guy is the same guy who kidnapped me in Mexico, he has six fingers just like him, you know detective Swan talked about it” Juliet said and Romeo broke the hu-g.
“He even followed us here?”
“He really has a boss, I think the boss has a problem with me but I don’t know, I don’t have a problem with anyone” she said.
“Let’s not talk about that right now, I nee-d to get us to an hospital for treatment” he said and immediately heaped her up in his arms.
He took her out of the place and they met a lady and a young cute girl outside it, they’re standing beside a car.
“The cops should have been here already” Romeo said.
“I left my phone in my car, no way to contact them” the lady replied and Juliet kept looking at them in confusion, wondering who they are.
“I finally met Juliet in real life, I fell in love with you and Mr Romeo immediately after watching the pool confession, I want my future boyfriend to confess to me that way too” the cute girl said warmly.
Juliet looked at Romeo.
“They’re my helpers” he said.
FLASHBACK≈ AN HOUR AGO
“Juliet!!” Romeo screamed out, running out of the hall with everyone else.
She’s not anywhere to be found so his fears escalated.
“Juliet!!” He screamed again, running around the hall.
He came back to the starting point and almost started crying when an hand suddenly tou-ched him.
He looked beside him to see a cute little girl.
“Mr Romeo Spencer?”
No time to chat so he just turned away from her.
“I saw when they were taking Juliet away, I was in my aunt’s car when they took her unconscious body into their van, they went that way so if you’re a fast rider, you’ll still be able to catch up” she said fast and Romeo faced her.
A lady appeared and carried her.
“I told you not to come out of the car!” She said and faced Romeo, her eyes wide-ned.
“Mr Spencer!”
“We have no time left, you nee-d to help me!” Romeo replied and pulled them both to his car.
“Mr Spencer is everything ok?, Mr Spencer” she called as Romeo drove rou-ghly down the road, following the girl’s direction.
END OF FLASHBACK**
“That’s it, all thanks to this cutie” Romeo said.
“Put me down” Juliet replied and Romeo did that though she almost fell.
She couldn’t even stand straight as a result of the stick that was hit on her knees.
She bent in front of the girl, hiding her pains.
“Thanks for saving my life” she smiled, holding her hands.
“Your face is all wounded, does it not hurt?” The girl asked, touching Juliet’s face gently.
“It does, but I’ll be fine after getting treated at the hospital” she replied.
“I like you, I want to be like you when I grow up” the girl smiled.
“I love you” Juliet replied and they hu-gged.
“Are you a writer too?” Romeo asked the lady.
“Yes, an upcoming writer actually, I wouldn’t have brou-ght her but she’s just too stubborn, she dreams of becoming a writer in the future, she loves writing a lot, I told her to stay in the car because it’ll look absurd if I take her into the hall, by the way I’m Edgar” the lady replied.
“Nice to meet you Edgar, she’s your daughter I guess?” Romeo said, referring to Krystal.
“No, she’s the daughter of a friend” she replied and Juliet broke the hu-g with the girl.
“What’s your name?” She asked.
“Krystal” the girl replied simply.
“Nice name for a cutie like you, I love your name too” Juliet said and Krystal smiled.
Romeo called the cops and they came to arrest the five guys who were still unconscious inside.
“I don’t care if you have to beat words out of their mouth, just make sure they confess who exactly is the six fingered guy and who he’s working for” he said to the cops.
They left after bowing respectfully.
“You nee-d to get Juliet to the hospital as fast as possible, she’s in pains” Krystal said and Romeo stro-ked her hair.
“Sure, I’ll make sure to come see you before returning to Mexico” Romeo replied.
“I can’t wait to have the great Romeo Spencer in my house” she smiled and Romeo ki-ssed her hair.
“I wish my dad will be as handsome and cool as you when we finally meet” she said.
“You’ve not met your dad before?” Romeo asked.
“No, but mum said I’ll meet him soon” Krystal replied happily and Edgar quickly held her.
“I’ll drop you both at the hall so you can get your car” Romeo said.
“Ok” Edgar replied and entered the car with Krystal.
Juliet is still squ-atting, finding it ha-rd to stand straight as a result of the pains.
He carried her into the car and they drove off.
Edgar and Krystal were dropped in front of the hall before Romeo drove to the hospital.
They were attended to immediately.
Juliet’s wounds got treated by nurses while doctors attended to Romeo’s cuts.
The ward TV came on and the devastating news was casted.
Avril is dead!
Romeo closed his eyes as he fought back his tears but his phone rang almost immediately.
It’s Baby.
“Di-ckson”
Baby’s cries filled his ears immediately.
“Di-ckson are you ok?” He stood.
“Joel attacked Mrs Barrington, he murdered her, Naomi fainted and is still unconscious” Baby cried.
“What!”

NEXT DAY≈ MEXICO
It’s Mrs Barrington’s burial.
Naomi woke up early this morning and she hasn’t spoken a word to anyone, not even Baby.
Mrs Barrington’s coffin is beside the grave already, ready to be lowered.
Merritt’s tears has stopped flowing, her face is dry already but her eyeballs are as red as Fu-ck.
Naomi just started her tears, she sobbed loudly as the coffin was eventually lowered into the grave.
“Mum!!!!” She screamed tearfully.
The fact that she regained her sanity in her last moments is disheartening.
Merritt finally let out tears again as her grave started getting covered.
Chief Barrington showed up immediately and all eyes turned to him.
? He’s just coming?
? Thought she was his wife
? How heartless
? He’s not a human
? He’s thoughtless
Naomi stood immediately and walked to him.
“What the hell are you doing here!” She yelled at him.
Chief Barrington looked her in the eye but quickly looked away.
“Why the Fu-ck are you here!, Oh are you happy now?, She’s dead you should be glad you darned sociopath!” Naomi screamed in tears.
Merritt came to him too.
“Leave” she glared with her tearful eyes.
Chief Barrington remained speechless.
“Leave already!!” Merritt screamed at him.
Gina intervened
“Don’t you know when to stop?, They don’t want you here so leave” she said.
Chief Barrington started leaving but he looked back
“Leave devil!” Gina shouted loudly.
He finally left and Gina hu-gged Naomi and Merritt together.
“My babies….stop crying, you both will be fine”

ENGLAND≈ HOSPITAL
Juliet has been on the bed since last night, unable to stand.
Her legs felt heavy on the bed as the pains kept surging throu-ghit.
It got treated already but it’ll take a while before the pains will disappear.
The bunches of bad news her ears heard last night are even enough to sadden her so right now, her mood is just so sad, same with Romeo’s.
Her face still has swells from last night but Romeo’s cuts were covered by his shirt
He’s sitting beside her on the bed.
“The burial is just ending, Baby texted” he said.
“Merritt and sis Naomi will be so weak and sad right now, I wish I’m there to stay” she replied sadly.
“I wish too, but we’re stuck here too, we can’t return if your legs aren’t ok” he replied, holding her hand.
He ki-ssed the back of it and she smiled slowly.
“Avril really died too” she said.
“Yes, but what she said was bothersome” he replied.
“I know right?, Where’s the envelope she gave you?” She asked.
“I lost in in the hall” he replied and two men entered the ward immediately.
“Mr Spencer, while cleaning up the hall, we found this envelope with your name on it”
“Oh… thanks” he collected it and the men left.
“Just what we were talking about” he said, bringing out the letters.
They’re thirty five in number, same handwriting.
Death threat letters.
“It’s true, I think” he said.
“The person who sent her these letters back then, don’t you think it’s same person trying to kill me right now?” Juliet said and Romeo stood, still looking at the letters.
“No matter how much I think about it, that’s just it” she said.
A doctor entered the ward.
“Mr Spencer, why don’t you take her out for a walk on the wheelchair?, It’s not advisable to let her keep laying on her back” he suggested
“You think so?” Romeo replied and the doctor nodded.
A wheelchair was provided and Romeo carried Juliet from the bed.
He placed her on the wheelchair and pedalled her out of the ward into the hallway.
“I’m thirsty” she said.
“I’ll be right back” he replied and went to the drinks dispenser.
He got chocolate milk for her and opened it.
She took a sip and nodded.
He continued pushing her out of the hallway till they got to the back of the hospital.
“The air here is refreshing” she inhaled as he pushed.
“I suddenly don’t want this anymore” she said, referring to the chocolate milk.
“I’ll get you milkshake” he replied, going back into the hospital.
Juliet smiled like a witch, remembering her first day as his intern.
Romeo got the milkshake and handed it to her but she tasted it and gave a sour face.
“I don’t like it”.
He went back in and got fruit juice.
She tasted it and gave disapproval.
Romeo went back in and got yoghurt but she said she doesn’t like it too.
He went back in for ten times, and the tenth time he got pineapple juice, breathing heavily.
He was pa-nting for breath as he handed it to her.
He returned to pushing her wheelchair till they got to a sloppy area.
“Get me lemonade, I don’t like this too” she said and he let go of the wheelchair.
He was going back to get lemonade when the wheelchair suddenly started moving by itself.
“Oh no!, Romeo!” She shouted.
He looked back at her and his eyes wide-ned , he started running back to her but the wheelchair was already moving fast.
“Wheelchair wait…. Juliet!!!” Romeo shouted as he ran after the wheelchair.
“Romeo!!!!!” Juliet screamed with wide eyes.
The wheelchair kept running down the slope till it crashed into a coming wheelchair.
The lady on the wheelchair fell together with Juliet.
They landed on the ground heavily and faced each other.
“Let’s meet in heaven” Juliet said.
“Sure, I’ll remember you” the other lady replied and they both pas-sed out.
