★(THE PUNCH)★
“Oliver!!!” Merritt screamed and Reid broke the ki-ss immediately.
“Merritt what the hell are you doing!” Kent yelled.
Reid looked her way and Merritt started walking to the front, having her eyes on Reid.
“What’s the meaning of all these?” Kent said .
“Cherrie what are you doing?” Maria asked in confusion as Reid stared at a particular direction.
She traced his eyes and found it on Merritt who’s still on her walk to them.
“Get the intruder” Queen Lucy ordered and four guards blocked Merritt.
She made to pas-s throu-ghthem but she was pushed back.
She suddenly kicked one of them in the groin then she punched the other three on their faces, shocking everyone.
They scrambled on the floor and she stepped on them as she walked the remaining distance to the front.
She got there and Reid didn’t move as she tou-ched his face with her right hand.
“What’s happening?, Where have you been?, Tell me what I don’t un-derstand” she said, ru-b-bing his face.
“Who .. are you?” He asked naively and tears escaped her eyes.
“What!” She said shockingly.
“Do you…. know me?” He asked again.
“Get your Fu-cking face out of here slut!” Maria spat and pushed her.
Merritt fell heavily on the ground, hurting her wrist.
“Don’t hurt her Maria” Reid said, bending beside her.
“Oliver” Merritt cried sorrowfully.
“Are you hurt?” He asked worriedly.
“Why did you lie to me?” She replied.
“Lie?”
“Calling me your starlight, making me fall for you, it was all your plan… right?” Merritt continued crying.
“Starlight?” He said and that word kept repeating itself in his head.
Somewhere in his Br@in, that word existed, her smiley face appeared sharply in his Br@in and he quickly held his head.
“Argh!” Came a Gr0-n from him as his nose started bleeding.
“Reid!, Reid are you ok?, Reid!” Maria quickly held him.
“Oliver” Merritt called worriedly, trying to touch him.
“Go search for Oliver elsewhere, you’re surely psychotic!” Maria glared.
“Get the intruder” Queen Lucy said and more guards poured in.
Merritt tried to free herself as they took her away but they’re darn strong.
She kept looking back as she was taken.
“Oliver!”
“Oliver!!”
“Oliver!!!”

MONA HOSPITALS
Romeo was looking at Juliet throu-ghout at Mona treated his palm.
The wound is big and will surely take weeks to heal according to Mona.
She poured the last treatment on it and he closed his eyes as it stung.
“Sorry” Mona said, blowing air on it.
She wrapped bandage on the wound afterwards.
His eyes fell on Juliet again.
She’s sitting on the bed in front of them.
“Does it hurt a lot?” She mouthed.
“At all…ah!” He winced as Mona ti-ghtened the bandage.
“Sorry I’ll reduce the ti-ghtness” she said and Juliet made a puppy face.
“Lier” she mouthed again and he smiled handsomely.
“All done” she said, Romeo checked out the bandaged hand.
“I even look hot in bandages right?” He asked, facing Juliet.
Juliet looked at Mona and they both shook their heads.
“Juliet your face” Mona said, touching it.
“Thanks to your dermatologist” Juliet smiled.
“In just one more week I can promise you a sp-otless skim trust me” Mona said.
“I can’t wait really” Juliet smiled.
Mona gave her a ti-ght hu-g.
“Take care of our Romeo ok?” She whispered.
“Alright” Juliet replied and Mona smiled before breaking the hu-g.
She left the ward and Romeo sat on the bed.
“Were you two gossiping about me?” He asked.
“Why would we?” She replied and he suddenly held her wai-st, pulling her closer so she’s standing between his legs.
She held his shoulders and he brushed her hair with his fingers.
“You haven’t told me why you said I can’t fall for another man” she said gently
“Why do you think I said that?” He asked, still brushing her hair.
“I have no idea, I’m really dumb” she said and he chuckled.
“Because I hate seeing you with another man” he said seriously.
“You still talked in parables again, why would you hate seeing me with another man when I’m not your… woman” she said slowly.
“Juliet” he said.
“Romeo” she replied.
“I love your wai-st” he said naughtily and she pinched him.
“Ouch!, It’s painful!” He giggled and winced at the same time.
“Pervert,let go of me” she said and he suddenly leaned in
Her heartbeats became abnormal again as he stared at her li-ps
Her eyes closed voluntarily and Romeo smiled at her innocence.
Her facial expression shows that she’s nervous and at the same time, expecting a ki-ss from him.
She held his shoulders ti-ghter and he continued staring at her without making a move.
Juliet was about to open her eyes when she felt nothing but he suddenly bent over her ne-ck and gave her a de-ep ki-ss right there.
“Romeo…” She muttered, opening her eyes.
He raised his head from her ne-ck and saw an Hi-ckey, he smiled .
“Let’s go” he said, standing before taking her hand.
She removed her hand from his .
“People can’t see you holding my hand” she said.
He searched for a mask in his pocket but couldn’t find one.
“Jeez” he mumbled and she chuckled.
“I’ll lead the way” she said, walking out
He walked behind her and though he’s trying to look away, he couldn’t help but stare at her backside shape that’s so glaring in the ti-ght skirt she’s wearing.
“Here” he said when she made to enter the hallway that led out.
She looked back.
“What?”
“Baby’s ward, I nee-d to see that moron” he said.
“Oh” she said and entered with him.
Naomi is with him, feeding him since his hands are wounded too.
“You should have let him starve till death” Romeo said.
“Mean guy” Baby pouted and Naomi giggled.
“Baby” Juliet waved.
“Give me a hu-g cutie” Baby wide-ned his arms .
She was about to go hu-g him when Romeo pulled her back.
“Don’t try it” he said and Naomi laughed.
“Wow!, Is there something I nee-d to know?” She said.
“Yes, Rhonda got arrested for attempted murder” Romeo replied.
“What the hell!!” Naomi and Baby almost screamed.
“She really poisoned the cu-p, but Lovelyn changed it” Romeo said.
“Why did Lovelyn not talk” Naomi said.
“Maybe she’s scared of getting framed for it” Juliet said.
“Then today she tried to stab Juliet in the restroom” Romeo said.
“What the hell does she want!, Gosh! I haven’t been able to read gists online since daybreak because of this idiot” Naomi said.
“I’m an idiot only for you” Baby winked and Naomi smacked his head.
“Stop smacking my head!, Smack my li-ps instead” he said naughtily.
“I’m just tired of you” she replied .
“So, what’s up?” Naomi asked.
“She’s with the cops and we’re heading there right now” Romeo sighed.
“Is Naomi still here?” Justus voice said by the door, coming in eventually.
“Justus” Naomi called
“Merritt Barrington is your sister right?, She was arrested” he announced and the plate of food fell from her.
“What did you just spew?”
“She was arrested at the press conference some minutes ago, she was accused of intruding, she made the prince pas-s out” Justus further said.
Naomi rushed out of the ward immediately, not waiting to hear the rest.
“Merritt” Juliet said and made to rush out but Justus held her.
“I’ll drive you” he said.
Romeo took her hand from him.
“I’ll do that” he said and took Juliet out.
Justus stood speechlessly for a while before leaving the ward.
“Love can be so complicated” Baby said, laying back on the bed.

AREA POLICE STATION
“You were working on your own to eliminate Juliet Hayes?, No one sent you ?” The prosecutor that’s in charge of interrogating Rhonda asked.
Rhonda is sitting in front of him in the glas-s wired room.
“No one sent me, haven’t you heard of how much I hate her?, I hate her a lot” Rhonda replied clearly.
“Are you sure?” The prosecutor asked, looking at her more closely.
“How else do you want me to explain?, Send me to jail already!, I’m ready to serve my jail term!” she barked harshly.
The prosecutor smiled and brou-ght out a bag from un-der the table.
Rhonda couldn’t hide her shock when he placed the black bag on the table.
He opened the bag and it was stacked with cash and a small bottle containing a powdery substance.
“This was found in your house after our search, Rhonda” he said.
“You have no right to do that!, How could you break into my house without my consent!” Rhonda flared up.
“This bottle contains the same poison which was found in the cu-p that was thrown away by Lovelyn” he said, raising up the small bottle.
Rhonda fell back on her seat.
“Yes,the poisoned cu-p fell not far from the company, it was found and it contains this same poison, this bag contains 45 million dollars, an evidence that someone payed you to eliminate miss Juliet Hayes” he said.
Rhonda couldn’t talk, she just stared as she started sweating.
“When the poisoning failed, you were threatened to find another means of elimination, and that’s why you choose the stabbing method, right?” He said again.
Rhonda folded her fists on the table.
“If you just admit and say the name of whoever sent you, your jail term might be lessened” he cajoled.
“Miss Rhonda?” He called.
“Send me to jail, I’m the real culprit, the name of the one who sent me shouldn’t be a bother right now” she replied.
“Know that even if you refuse to spit it, the cops aren’t useless, they’ll find out” he said and Rhonda smiled.
“Even better, let them find out by themselves” she said fearlessly.
Romeo barged into the room and slapped her ha-rd.
She bled from the li-ps and fell from the chair.
“Mr Spencer!” The prosecutor shouted.
“I swear it if you refuse to talk, I’ll kill you” Romeo said seriously.
Rhonda looked at him and fear returned to her face as he tried to pull her up again but the prosecutor stood in-between.
“Mr Spencer stop trespas-sing”
“Then make her talk!, Torture her hellishly till she says the name of her master!, How dare she try to hurt Juliet how dare she!, she should Fu-cking talk!” He yelled.
“Stop taking this personal Mr Spencer”
“I have every right to take it personal!, And you better torture her till she speaks, else it won’t go well” he replied and left the room.
He almost grabbed Juliet’s hand but he was able to stop himself.
“Follow me” he said, leaving the place completely.
“Will torture really work on her?, She seems like an ha-rd one” Swan said
“If I’m the one who’s gonna handle the torture, she’ll see the gate of hell and will be for-ced to talk” Kyle replied.
“But doesn’t it seem connected?” Swan said.
“What?”
“This case and the kidnap case last time, it’s the same person don’t you think?” Swan said.
“I’m thinking the same, we still have Joel to tackle but this is getting bigger everyday, we should be more vigilant” he replied and she nodded.
“It’s been a while since Swift Angel appeared” she smiled.
“Your role model” Kyle said and she chuckled.
He made to leave the room but he held his shirt lightly behind.
He looked back.
“Where are you going?” She asked.
“To get some fresh air” he replied.
“Let’s go together” she said.
“Sure” he smiled and they left the station together.

MICHELIN’S PLACE≈ 7PM
Michelin was restless as she dialled Spy’s line for the thirty time.
She paced around, diving her fingers in her hair as she did.
Her stomach rumbled in hunger and she held it.
She hasn’t tasted anything except water since three days ago
What’s the use of eating when she’ll end up vomiting it all.
She’s not losing weight and she’s not getting bigger, she’s just so determined to get what she wants.
Romeo Spencer.
If she doesn’t, no one else will.
Spy finally picked and she gr-unted.
“Where the hell did you put your Fu-cking phone!”
“I was in the restroom my lady, sorry I kept you waiting”
“Find any way to pene-trate into that station and clear Rhonda!” She said, her ne-ck veins showing off themselves.
“It’s almost done my lady, I know what to do, I have an agent among the minor officers, let your mind be at rest” he replied.
“I don’t want any mistakes” she replied.
“Of course my lady”
She hung up and her stomach rumbled again.
“Ahh!” She held it quickly, walking out of the room.

HOSPITAL*
Reid sat up immediately he regained consciousness.
He held his forehead and Maria stood.
“Cherrie” she made to touch him but he held her hand and put it away.
Though, Merritt’s touch was short earlier, he felt so familiar with it, as if he has been feeling it for long.
It felt so good on his skin, rather than Maria’s touch which feels weird.
“What’s wrong?” Maria asked .
“That girl from earlier, where’s she?” He asked.
“Girl?”
“The one that called me Oliver” he replied and Maria glared.
“Can I see her again?, I nee-d to ask her something” he said.
Maria rushed out of the ward and went to the doctor’s office.
She barged in and he stood.
“Any problem miss Maria?”
“The injection, give him another shot” she said and the doctor couldn’t hide his flabbergast
“What!”

NAOMI’S PLACE≈ 7:30PM
Naomi was able to bring Merritt back home luckily.
She was released after queen Lucy warned that she must not be seen anywhere near the prince again, else she’ll be jailed.
Naomi insisted on bringing her to her place and Juliet didn’t argue.
Merritt didn’t stop crying no matter the petting, she kept insisting on seeing him again.
It got to a point when Naomi couldn’t watch anymore, she gave her sedated water and after drinking a little, she slept off with tears in her eyes.
Naomi covered her and felt her temperature.
“It’s burning hot!” She said.
“I’ll get a W-et towel” Juliet said.
“No it’s getting late, don’t leave madam Gina alone for long, I’ll take care of her” Naomi replied.
“But I want to stay with Merritt” Juliet replied.
“I un-derstand, but I’ll never allow you to leave madam Gina all alone at home all night, come back tommorow morning she’ll be fine” Naomi replied.
Juliet looked at Merritt and bent over to ki-ss her unconscious face .
“Please don’t get sick, I love you so much Bess” she said before standing.
Naomi made to walk her out but she declined.
“Please take good care of her” she said and Naomi gave her a hu-g then she left the house.
She got out and surprisingly, Justus is out.
“Justus?” She said surprisingly.
“I followed you from the station” he smiled and she looked around for any sign of Romeo but he’s not anywhere around.
They actually came here together.
His car is in the park though and that made her wonder where he went.
“Looking for someone?” Justus asked, taking her hand immediately she got to him.
“Not really” she replied and he noticed the Br@celet is gone.
He looked at her.
“Juliet….” He whispered with an hurtful look.
“Justus I’m….
“Please don’t turn me down” he interrupted, coming closer.
Juliet leaned on the car.
“Wait… wait” she said quickly as he started leaning in.
He was about to ki-ss her when a punch landed on his face suddenly.
Justus fell on the ground, bleeding from the li-p.
“Romeo!” Juliet said shockingly .
Romeo adjusted his suit and scowled at Justus.
“Stop acting pitiful, it’s lame!” He said and took Juliet’s hand, trying to take her away but she broke the contact and he looked at her.
“Why did you punch him?” She said and his eyes wide-ned.
“What!”
“He did nothing wrong” she said and went to Justus.
She pulled him up and got an handkerchief.
She started cleaning the blood on his li-ps.
Romeo angrily went to his car and drove rou-ghly out of the place.
