The editors all stood at a time as they beheld Romeo’s blue boxers.
Juliet couldn’t hide her shock too as she continued kneeling behind him, her eyes are wide opened.
Romeo felt the cold air hitting his legs and kept standing in utter shock, not believing what just happened.
“Mr Romeo!” Mr Goldminner shouted and Romeo quickly started p-ulling up his trousers.
The bu-tton holding it in the front came off already so he had to hold it with his hands as he rushed out of the room without looking back.
“Well-done” Mr Goldminner said to Juliet who’s now sitting on the ground.
“You gave an excellent presentation though, I love your presentation” another one said.
“How could you do that to your boss”
“And how could you call me Mr Golddigger?” Mr Goldminner said.
Juliet kept her head down as they all started leaving the room till they left completely.
“Juliet!!!” She screamed, holding her head.
“What have you done?, What the hell did I just do!, He’ll kill me!, I better run!, I can’t die by his hands, I can’t!” She said and stood.
She rushed out of the place and peeped into the office first to make sure he’s not in their office.
After making sure he’s not in, she ran in.
“What happened at the presentation?, Why did boss go in holding his trousers?” Lovelyn quickly asked.
“If I really wanna live, I have to leave this place right now else I’ll die today” Juliet replied and started packing her things from her desk.
“You should really leave, not like you’re wanted here anyways” Rhonda said hatefully.
Lovelyn was still in confusion when something popped up on her phone, a trending news.
She curiously checked and when she saw the picture, her eyes wide-ned.
“What the…..boss!!!” She screamed and Rhonda checked hers too.
A picture of Romeo and Juliet when Juliet mistakingly pulled down his trousers is trending online, Romeo’s boxers was clearly seen, colour blue.

Juliet checked her phone too and when she saw it, she gasped.
“How dare you ugly thing!” Rhonda barked at her.
“Juliet!!!” Lovelyn shouted shockingly.
“Bye!” Juliet said curtly and took her bag.
She took off her heels and ran out of the office ba-refooted, entering the elevator.
Rhonda ran after her with the aim of p-ulling her hair but the elevator door closed before she could get to her.
Juliet got down and blocked her face with her bag as she ran out .
Luckily, she found a taxi immediately and she rushed in.
“Go go go!!!” She hit the driver’s shoulder.

“How the hell did this get online!” Romeo shouted shockingly when he saw the picture online.

He’s always in suit but because the presentation is the only thing he’s coming to listen to today, he decided to go casual and when in casual outfit, he doesn’t use belt so it was so easy to pull.
He changed into another trousers though but the fact that it’s what every Mexican is seeing right now is embarr@$$ing.

“Boss another thing” Ben said and Romeo quickly faced him.
He has a worried look on his face so he checked the online gists again and his eyes wide-ned.

Romeo fell on his chair and placed his head on his table.

The whole Mexico has been bubbling with the gist and Juliet won’t stop blaming her clumsiness.
She had to lock herself in the house so Romeo won’t have to suddenly appear with cops,it’s something he can do.
“I messed up, Gosh I’m so dead!”
“Open the door bi-tch !” Merritt shouted from the door.
“Witch I’m coming!” She replied and opened it slowly.
She closed it immediately Merritt came in with Gina.
“You’re really my daughter, I love you” Gina hu-gged her.
“Like damn!, The whole news is about Romeo Spencer today, I can’t believe it, I love you bestie!” Merritt said and Juliet rolled eyes at them.
“Seriously?, I’m about to lose my internship here , seriously!” She said.
“Everyone in Mexico loves you for doing that to that ha-rd rock, you’re a celebrity!” Gina said.
“Should I pull the trousers of supervisor Kent too?” Merritt laughed
“You both should stop I’m in an hot mess!” Juliet snapped.
“Anytime I think about his blue boxers,….” Gina laughed.
“Let’s go grab some booze” Merritt suggested and Juliet smiled.

B4 SKY LOUNGE**
“Mr blue boxers!” Baby shouted immediately Romeo came in.
The others laughed out loudly.
“Baby stop, it’s not funny” he replied.
“Anytime I see the picture or even think about it, I find myself laughing ha-rd, it’s damn funny” Naomi laughed again.
“I said it’s not funny” Romeo replied but they all kept laughing.
“That ugly girl is surely crazy” Michelin said.
“Ugly?, Just because of her pimples?, Stop judging faces” Naomi replied.
“To me, she’s cute even with her pimples, her li-ps are so tempting, Romeo you’ll give me her number later” Baby said lustfully.
“You must have eye ra-ped her already” Naomi rolled eyes.
“No matter what you guys say, she’s still ugly to me” Michelin said.
“Mr blue boxers” Baby said and Romeo glared at him.
“So….are you really planning on dating Megan?” Michelin asked.
“In your dreams” he replied and Michelin smiled.
“But it’s more suspicious that you’ll be shooting another movie with her next month” Naomi said.
“Everyone should think what they want, I’m not in the mood to talk, BULLET NEWS will surely hear from me” Romeo replied.
“Ok Mr blue boxers, I’ll help you forget about the incident” Baby winked.
“Stop calling me that!” Romeo threw a pillow at him.
Baby giggled as he caught it.
“Let’s pla-y table tennis tonight” he suggested.
“I’m In, I’ll just keep imagining that dumb genius as the ball, nee-d to get that shit off my head” Romeo replied.
“To the game room” Naomi said and led the way.
“Look, my new girlfriend, she’s a Japanese, her name is Tzuyu” Baby said, walking behind her as he showed her a picture on his phone.
“Your new girlfriend or one of your new girlfriends?” Naomi rolled eyes.
“You can say that too” Baby winked and Naomi pinched him before entering the game room.
“Ouch!” Baby winced, entering with her.
“nee-d to gulp a cu-p of tequila first” Romeo said, standing from his chair.
“Here” Michelin replied, giving him a cu-p of the drink.
“No, I’ll get it myself” he replied and started walking to the cellar.
“You still haven’t remembered what happened that night?” She suddenly said and he stopped.
“I hope you remember, it was honestly the best night of my life Romeo” she said and Romeo changed his mind.
He ditched tequila and entered the game room.
Michelin gulped her drink and went in too.

THE HAYES Apa-rtMENT, 9PM**
Merritt came in with Juliet who’s heavily drunk obviously.
She’s busy babbling nonsense as she took her in.
“I shouldn’t have let you drink much, stand upright please!” Merritt said and Juliet freed herself from her.
“My dream was to become a footballer….but…..they said I don’t have enough … Enough pizza so…I…I gave up” she said and laughed, walking around the living room in a zigzag style.
“What has football got to do with pizza, get in and sleep” Merritt said, trying to take her in but she resisted.
“I want to become a footballer!!!” She shouted and started crying.
“Stop talking nonsense!” Merritt shouted and Juliet slapped her.
“Don’t shout at me!” She shouted and Merritt held her face, smiling slowly.
“Tommorow will be your deathday trust me” she said as Juliet opened Gina’s room with her leg.
“Who the hell is on my bed!” She rolled eyes drunkenly, staggering to the bed.
“I don’t even care anymore, mother and daughter, handle yourselves” Merritt said and left for their room.
Juliet fell on Gina on the bed, waking her up.
“Geez, she’s dead drunk again, I hate her drunk side” Gina said.
“Get down from my bed you intruder!, Get down!” Juliet shouted, pushing Gina down with her legs.
Gina landed down heavily.
“Yeah, now I’m comfortable…the bed is mine…mine alone” Juliet smiled before sleeping off.
Gina stood from the ground and looked at her.
“I should probably go search how many years I’ll spend in jail for killing my own daughter” she said to herself before leaving the room.

NEXT MORNING**
It’s a Sunday morning, work-free day.
The ray of the morning sun which sli-pped in throu-ghthe opened window woke Juliet up.
She ru-bbed her eyes, feeling much headache as she sat up.
“My head hurts” she said, looking around.
“Mum’s room?” She said, realizing where she is.
“Why am I here?” She yawned and the memory came back in a rush immediately she opened her eyes.
“Wait….”
Her eyes wide-ned when she remembered slapping Merritt then pushing Gina down from this same bed.
“Gosh!, Juliet….I and death are just besties” she smiled to herself, knowing she’s in trouble already.
She got down from the bed and peeped out.
Merritt and Gina are busy settling breakfast on the dinning table.
“Something smells fishy” she thought and Merritt came in.
“Breakfast is ready babe” she smiled and dragged her out of the room.
‘Did they not remember?’ she asked herself as she was made to sit on the chair.
The food smells so good.
“Eat up” Gina smiled.
‘Mother is smiling at me the morning after I took over her bed?, Wait….she didn’t poison the food right?, I guess no’ she thought and looked at Merritt.
She’s smiling too.
‘Should I say my last prayer before eating?’ she thought, slowly scooping a forkful from the spaghetti.
She looked them both again and they gave her approval looks.
She shoved the fork of spaghetti into her mouth but immediately she did, fire burned in her mouth.
It’s as if all the spices of the whole globe was used on it.
It’s peppery like damn!
She spit it out immediately and rushed to the freezer to get water but not even a single bottle of water is there.
“Mum please!, Water!, Water I nee-d water!, Water!!!” She screamed, taking the electric hand fan to fan her mouth with but it’s out of battery.
“Next time when you get drunk, don’t tamper with my bed” Gina said.
“My face is too precious to be slapped by you bestie” Merritt smiled.
Juliet started fanning her mouth with her hands but it’s only worsening it, she’s even breathing out the pepper throu-ghher nose.
“Give me water!!!” She screamed.

LADY GAGA Sto-reS, TWO HOURS LATER**
Juliet was left to beg for water for almost thirty minutes before she was given water and since it’s Sunday, she followed Gina to the sto-re.
Merritt goes to work even on Sundays.
Gina’s new goods are already in front of the sto-re already so they both started taking them in.
P@$$erbys kept pointing at her, saying things about the blue boxers accident.
“Nosy people” Juliet muttered and when they finally finished taking them in, they started taking the expired items away from the shelves.
She bumped into Gina and they rolled eyes at each other.
“I hate you” she said.
Gina removed her gl@$$es.
“I hate you more” she said before putting it on again.
Juliet smi-rked and Rex came in.
“Rex!” She waved quickly.
He hu-gged her when he got to her and her heart thumped dangerously.
Rex just hu-gged her!
“That’s for doing that to Romeo Spencer, I don’t like him so seeing him embarr@$$ed made me glad” he smiled and his cute tooth swept her off her feet.
‘I should pull his boxers next time’ she thought happily, still staring at Rex.
Rex gave her a pat.
“I’ll come for soda in the evening” he winked and left.
“Gosh!, He just hu-gged me!” She gushed, hu-gging the shelf beside her.

NEXT MORNING**
Merritt finished dressing up for work and Juliet did the same.
“Where are you going to?” Merritt asked.
“Work” Juliet replied.
“After what you did?”
“I’ll just go and submit my resignation letter” she replied.
“You’re insane seriously” Merritt said as they left the house together.
Getting to work, Merritt met supervisor Kent by the door.
“Good thing you’re here, something bad happened” he said.
“What?” Merritt asked.
“The dead body of a man was found in the alley at Mystic close this morning, his tummy and che-st was stabbed, his eyes were stabbed too and his head was cracked” he said and Merritt’s bag fell from her.
“That’s the mode of killing of serial killer Joel, but he died seven years ago” she said shockingly.
“It’s still a great shock to me, we nee-d to go to the crime scene right now” Kent replied, p-ulling her out of the office.

JEWELL BOOKS**
Rhonda flared up immediately Juliet entered their floor, she walked to her and tried slapping her but Juliet held her hand.
“Don’t try it” she glared and pushed her out of the way.
She looked at Lovelyn and Lovelyn sighed.
“Boss is in” she said.
Juliet went into the office and Romeo stood.
“You must be insane to show up here” he said , frowning as usual.
“I have no excuse, I came to submit my resignation letter” she said and brou-ght it out of her bag.
She placed it on his table and started walking out but she suddenly stopped when she remembered something.
‘My efforts to get accepted here shouldn’t go to waste’ she thought.
She smiled knowingly and turned back.
Romeo dialled the cops line immediately.
“There’s an intruder here, I nee-d you guys to come for her” he said.
“Your ne-cklace” she said, bringing it out of her bag.
The phone fell from him and he rushed to her.
He tried taking it but she hid it behind herself.
“Give me that!” He ordered.
“Orders won’t work here Mr Romeo Spencer, if you still insist on chasing me away from this company, then I’m not gonna give you the ne-cklace” she said.
Romeo for-cefully turned her back to himself and tried taking it by for-ce but she was able to wriggle off her hands from him luckily.
He placed his palms on the wall behind her, caging her there.
“Give it” he said, glaring at her, eye to eye.
She quickly unbu-ttoned her first shirt bu-tton then she threw the ne-cklace into her br@.
“What did you just do!” Romeo shouted with wide eyes.
“Are you accepting me back or not?, Mr Romeo Spencer?” Juliet smiled.
