“Can some one tell me what is going on!”Jack asked as he walked into the room
I let Max go and while he tried to get himself in order,I went towards Jack
“It’s not what you think? I can explain”I said trying to hold him but he moved away from me
“Just tell me why he is here “he yelled at me
“Don’t tell at her!!”Max said behind me
“It hasn’t gotten to your turn yet, just wait”Jack barked at Max and then turned to me
“I asked you a question right? Tell me what you two were doing together?”he said
” Nothing! Max found out that Mary is his daughter and c@mĀ£ wanting an explanation and also he apologised and……..”
“And you just accepted it right! It was so easy for him to leave you, why make it easy for him to come back into your life!”he yelled at me
“You don’t un-der stand Jack,Max left because he had a reason to not because he wanted to, he told me about it and …..”
“And you are going to start off where you left years ago,are you going to go back to him?”He asked
“Am with you alre-ady, what else do you want me to tell you”I said
“Liar! I know that you will be going back to him ,I thought that the years that went by would have made you wiser but it turns out that I was wrong?”he said looking hurt
“That’s it, have had enough of listening to your ru-bbish, should I meddle now?”Max asked starring at me
“You don’t have to?am leaving as it is! have seen enough for today”he said as he walked out of the house.
Not wanting things to end that way, I went after him.
“Jack you can’t go like this! I mean it, there is nothing going on between Max and i “I said
“I doubt that and you don’t have to worry, I saw this coming Andrea” he said and got into the car.
I felt bad watching him leave, why did he have to come when max and I were hvgging.
“Has he left?”Max asked as he stood in the room
“Yes, he was sad and I feel bad for it”I said
“It’s not your fault and he is meant to believe what you have told him”Max said
“I know but with what he saw I doubt if he will believe me”I said
“Well he should be rest as-sured,I have no intention of being with you again, if am here it’s only because of Mary, I want to get to know her better, at least I can be given that , Right?”Max said and I nodded softly
“Once she gets back from school, we will talk about it”I said
“Fine then, I will wait If you will let me to”he said and gently I nodded.
MARY POV
“So you are d@t!ngDaniel now!”James asked looking sad
“Yes I am,we started d@t!ngrecently”I replied gently when I saw his expression
“James I……”I tried tou-ching him but he moved away from me
“You chose Daniel after all, there is nothing I can do right?”he asked
“James don’t be like this! there are a lot of girls out there, you will surely meet some one who loves you”I said
“You keep on asking me to go to other girls but I don’t want that, I only want you can’t you see that?”he said and walked off.
I stood starring at him, I really feel bad and some people will call me crazy for picking Daniel over James but Its Daniel my heart beats for,I just can’t f0rƧĀ£ it to beat for James and I would be lying if I decide to d@tĀ£ him instead.

“Clas-s today was some thing of a bore right?”I asked as Daniel and I walked back to my house
“No, I enjoyed every piece of it “he said
“That’s what a book warm will always say”I said softly and he smiled
“Wont you go back home?”I asked
“Not until I walk you back home and who knows, your mom might let me stay at your place again”he said giving me a smile
“Not on your life, you nee-d to go back home and besides I told her that it will only be for a day, so don’t ruin the only chance you have got “I said and he stĀ©pped pu-lling me into his arms
“Do you know that you look very beautiful today?”he asked
“Are you just noticing?”I asked
“Of course not, I know that you are very beautiful and that is why i fell for you but you bec@mĀ£ more beautiful when you started d@t!ngme, could it be my doing?”he asked and i punched him lightly on the arm
“Your crazy”I replied softly
“I love you”he said softly and that erased the smile from myl-ips

“You don’t have to give me your response now,am fine with you just liking me but I know that some day I will get you to love me back, as long as we are together”he said and I nodded gently

We got to our house only for him to stĀ©p,starring at car which was parked in front of our house
“What’s he doing here?”Daniel asked
“Who ?”I asked
“My father! That car is his”he said softly
“Maybe he c@mĀ£ to get you ?”I said as I held his hand
“What are you doing?”he asked
“You nee-d to talk to your father, you two have to talk”I said as I pu-ll-ed him to the house
“She is here?”I heard my mom say as we walk into the house
I saw my mom and Daniel father along with my grandma all seatted at the sitting room starring at us.
“What are you doing here?”Daniel father asked starring at Daniel
“Do you know him?”My grand ma asked starring at my dad
“Of course! Daniel is my son”he said starring at Daniel
“This cant be?”I heard my grand ma say
“What do you mean by that mom!”My mom asked
“He can’t be your son because the both of them have some thing going”my granny said breaking our secret to every one
“What!!!”both our parents said starring at us
“Is this true Mary!”my mom asked and deciding to own up to the truth,I took hold of Daniel hand and he grasp my hand ti-ghtly
” Yes mom, Daniel and I love each other and………”
“You two can’t be together!!!”my mom said cutting me off
“If it’s because I have to face my study and………”
“It’s because you both are siblings”Daniel father said
“What?”both Daniel and i asked at the same time.
I stared at my mom,waiting for an explanation and i hope that her explanation will be some thing different, that it wouldn’t be what Daniel father said
“You both are siblings my dear” she said nodding to the fact.
DANIEL POV
“you both are siblings my dear” Mary mother said and I felt like my world is about to coll@pse
“I can’t believe this! I just can’t!”Mary said as she let go of me
Her hand in mine had made it feel warm but now that it was empty, it felt cold.
“It’s the truth Mary, I am your father”My dad said ma-king it all clear to us
“So the first love you were talking about was my mom?”Mary asked as she began to cry softly
“Yes,your mom was my first love”He replied softly.
Ap@rt from finding out that the girl I love is my sibling, I also found out that the woman who have haunted my parents marriage is also Mary mom.
“No! This is all a lie to separate Daniel and I, you don’t believe them right?”Mary said as she held my hand once again but I couldn’t say a thing
“You both are siblings, Max is your father ”
“No no no……I refuse to believe this?”Mary yelled out in anger

“Don’t you call me that? Don’t you dare call me your dear, you are not my father okay! I refuse to accept that”Mary yelled at my father.
“Mary plea-se calm down and listen, give them a chance to tell you every thing “her grand ma said
“I don’t want to, all I know is that this man is not my father, he is not!!!”She said and ran up stairs with her mother running after her.
I stood starring at my father who was also starring at me
“Daniel…..”he began but I didn’t wait to listen, I ran out of the house.
I just can’t believe that Mary is my half sister, I just can’t believe it, I thought as I kept running.
Still thinking about what happened a while ago, I walked into the streets and I was too late to avoid the car which was driving in full speed.
