THREE DAYS LATER*
Chelsea woke up with a slight headache, she tried sitting up but the headache was unbearable so she lay back on the mat
She turn her head around, the place looked different, nothing look familiar to her, she was for-ced to close her eyes again when the pain hit her all over
“You are awake,” she heard someone’s voice and manage to open her eyes again
She tried saying something but no word came out of her mouth, she looks at the little girl and made to close her eyes when the girl said something
“Here, drink this,” she said and offered her a Jag that contained some local substances
She looked at the girls without saying anything,
“It’s fine, this will help you regain your strength,” she said and went over to her, she raised her head a little so she can be able to drink it
“Thank you,” she said after taking the medicine
“You’re welcome, I will be right back,” the girl said and start walking away
“Wait,” she shouted but it came out as a whisper
She looked around her again and could see everything this time, she for-ced herself to sit up making the duvet covering her go down
At that moment the father of the girl opened the door and stood on his sp-ot, he was shocked by what he saw, making the pot he was holding fell from him
He was lost staring at the big firm bo-obs of the beauty in front of him that he didn’t notice the hot pot on top of his leg
His daughter heard the sound and runs back in only to see his father standing like status and staring at the lady who was busy looking around their house
She has no idea that she wasn’t wearing anything, She didn’t blame her father either cos her bo-obs was too tempting and anyone could go crazy cos of it
“What are you staring at and what’s this place?” Chelsea asked still observing the house
The girl rushed over to Chelsea and pulled the duvet up to cover her upper body, it was then she looked down at herself and the man staring at her by the door
“Holy sh……..” She falls back on the mat losing consciousness

“Seems like someone is going out,” Richa-rd said and walked fully into Lucas’s room
“Yeah, going to see Steve and from there I will go search for Chelsea” Lucas replied
“Am doing nothing at home so let’s go together,” Richa-rd suggested
“What about seeing your therapist today,” he asked
“Hey guys,” Jason said by the door
“What are you doing here, did you finally decide to live your girlfriend’s viewpoint,” Lucas teased
“Where are you two going without me,” Jason asked avoiding the question
“To go get me a girlfriend and also check on Steve,” Lucas replied
“What are we still waiting for!! Let’s get going already,” he said already at the door

She has been at paps place for the last few days and refused to go home, saying she wants to be the first person to know when he will wake up
She has become so attached to him that she can’t do anything without him and seeing him lay unconsciously on the bed makes her sad
“Steve,” she called, stro-king his hair gently
Paps watched from where he stood and signed before walking out, just then Steve moved a finger
“Did you just move a finger,” Sandra said looking at him, he suddenly snap his eyes open
“Sandra,” he called weakly, though he was in a coma he was hearing everything they were saying,
“You’re awake oh my God, you are awake,” she shouted and hug-ged him

“What did you mean we can’t let her go, you said we will take her back to the city once she wakes up, and now you are saying you can’t let her go, why,” the girl asked
“I can’t just let her go, Bella, your mom is dead it’s just the two of us here, she might be a miracle from heaven,” the man replied
“A miracle from heaven, since when did you start believing in that?” She asked looking at her dad suspiciously
“I dunno, maybe since she came,” the man replied
“Or since you saw your na-kedness,” she asked
“Enough of this conversation,” he said and stood up
“It’s not enough dad, you can’t keep a woman you don’t even no here just because you saw her na-ked body ” she yelled
“And what if I do, I said she’s not going anywhere and that is final,” he yelled back making her flinched
“She has family dad, they might be looking for her, mom is dead accept it dad and move on, go get yourself a wife, don’t keep an innocent lady hostage she’s not mom,” she yelled making him stop on his sp-ot
he walked up to her and grip her ne-ck pinning her in the air
“I said am keeping her here and that’s final, not even you or anyone can change that,” he yelled and pushed her down
“I wish she will be the one to kill you, I hate you” she muttered

“Seems like you guys are going out, cos the way you all dressed says it all, so am tagging alone,” he replied
“No,” they all shouted at the same time
“You just woke up from the coma and you need rest,” Sandra added

“Hey, you are awake,” the man said as he sits beside Chelsea
“What happened? Where are my?” She asked looking around
“Easy… Easy you are in good hands, you are ok now, nothing will happen to you I promise,” he said gently and she calmed down a little
“Who are you?” She managed to asked
“You don’t remember me,” he asked surprised, she shook her head negatively and he smiled though she didn’t see it
“Heaven is truly on my side, I will tell her that she’s my wife and Bella is our daughter, if that good for nothing girl tries anything stupid that will spoil things for me I will keep her where she belongs,” he thought silently and smiled
“What’s funny,” Chelsea asked looking at him
“Am happy that you’re awake, lay back lemme treat your wounds,” he said, his daughter who has been watching them runs out when she couldn’t take it anymore

THE SEARCH*
“How sure are you that she’s alive?” Jason asked already tired
“Let’s search a little more we might be lucky, I just have this feeling that she’s still alive,” Lucas replied
They have searched the neighboring villages and no one knows who is she or has seen anyone like her
“It’s becoming unbearable, but am not giving up we have come far away to give up now,” Richa-rd said as Lucas smiled
“Thanks, bro,” he said
“Don’t mention it, we are family and family should always look out for each other,” Richa-rd replied
“Wow, can’t believe this sweet guy was buried un-der the evil deed of brooks, turning him into a heartless human,” Jason thought
“If we didn’t find her in this is village then we can go back and believe that she’s dead,” Lucas said with bitterness in his voice
“Excuse me Mr, have you seen this lady?” Jason asked the first person they came across
“No, she doesn’t look like she’s from here,” the man replied and left
“Excuse me, ma’am, have you seen this lady?” They asked another person they came across
“No” the woman replied and left
They continue the search for a very long time without any progress
“She can’t be dead, she can’t,” Lucas mumbled as tears build up in his eyes
“Calm down man, we are still searching,” Richa-rd a-ssured him
“Excuse me, have you seen this lady?” Jason asked a girl about 14 years old
She looked at him as if she wants to say something but suddenly stop, tears build up in her eyes instead
“No,” she replied dryly and left
