“Don’t kill me please, please I beg you,” she whispered when the person finally left her, she looked up to see her father covered with blood
“Daddy!!!” Sandra called weakly, seeing the condition of her father made her cry even more
They heard the footsteps of the men approaching, he covered Sandra’s mouth with his palms and they stayed calm
The men came to the cliff and thought maybe she jumped, they turned back and left, Mr. Smith used that opportunity to come out, they hurriedly left the cave and runs towards the house but it was too late cos everything blow up right in front of them
He didn’t know whether to cry or not, still with two bullets in his body, he still manage to come looking for his family.
And now that he tried to get them, the house blow up right in front of his eyes, he thought of collap-sing but what about his daughter, what will happen to her if he dies

Before the explosion*
Meanwhile back at the torture house, Mr brooks asked his men to beat Mrs. Hillary up so badly that she didn’t have any straight to cry, her body was so weak and injured that she collap-sed
They set the house on fire, Brooks left with his men thinking that Richa-rd has already gone home, not knowing that he hide with four of his most trusted guards
After hearing his father’s car zoom off, he came out from his hiding place with his guards and heads to the torture room, getting there it happens to be that smoke has cover everywhere, they can ba-rely breathe
He ordered his men to get to work and they bent down immediately and start searching for the victims with their hands, they found Mrs. Hillary first then Jason
They quickly hurried out of the house but on their way out the boys found Lucas, just as they stepped out of the house it collap-se right in front of them
They hurriedly went to a safe place to decide on what they will do with them, after some time they came up with a conclusion that they will tie Jason and Mrs. Hillary up and put them on a train going to Paris since they were still breathing
“What about this one,” one of the boys asked
“We sale him and make some cash,” Richa-rd replied and ordered them to go
Two of his men carried Jason and his mom away while one stay to help contact a buyer
It wasn’t long before they found the buyer, since it was getting late they have to go home for his father not suspect anything
NEXT-DAY*
Lucas still hasn’t waken up so there is nothing to worry about, they arranged a car and took Lucas out without anyone knowing
Lucas woke up on their way but didn’t remember anything, he was still trying to process It all when he heard two people’s conversation about selling him to a foreigner and making so much money
Suddenly the car came to a hit and he pretend to be sleeping, one of the guys went out of the car and later comes back to get Lucas
Immediately they tou-ched him he shot his eyes wide open, looking at the middle-aged boy like him, he didn’t know anything about himself or where he came from
They dragged him to another man standing near the road, but he quickly broke free from the guy and runs to another pa-sserby shouting
“Mr… Mr help me, they are trying to sell me,” Lucas said as he hold onto the man’s trousers, the man looked at Lucas and then at the people chasing him
“Back off, or I will call the cops,” the man shouted at Richa-rd and his guard
They looked at the man and walked back, Knowing that once the man called the cops everything will be burst and he don’t want that
“Don’t worry, you are safe now,” he said and Lucas smiled
“So tell me, what’s your name? Where is your family? Where are you from?” The man asked but Lucas didn’t seem to remember any of that
He looked at the man like a lunatic, making the man wonder if he was alright
“What’s your name?” The man asked again
“Name!! What’s my name?” Lucas inquired looking at the man
“You don’t know your name?” The man asked but Lucas Shaked his head negatively

At the brooks mansion*
Mr brooks phone rings and he picked it up immediately and went outside
“How is everything going so far,” he asked
“It’s going smoothly boss, just that there is a problem,” the person replied
“Go straight to the point, I hate it when you waste my time,” Mr brooks said impatiently
He sent one of his men at the Smith mansion to work as a guard, that’s how he has been getting information about Smith
“She’s here,” the person said over the phone
“What!!! How is that even possible, this Richa-rd can never do anything right, he has always been a disgrace all his life,” Mr brooks mumbled
“I don’t know boss, I get to go before someone sees me,” the person said and ended the call
Mr. Brooks walked furiously into the parlor and gave Richa-rd a ha-rd slap, Richa-rd holds his burning cheeks and looked up to his father
“How dare you, you lied to me. You couldn’t even get a simple job done, what in the world is wrong with you?” Mr. Brooks shouted at Richa-rd who only bowled his head
“I knew right from the start that you are a disgrace,” Mr brooks said and walked away

He went to the private room and didn’t bother to lock the door, he brou-ght out his phone and called someone
“This boy is a waste of time, can’t believe he never done anything right,” Mr. Brooks said aggressively
“Calm down brooks, we are almost close to success,” the person said at the other end
“Can’t believe he didn’t kill her, yet he came home behaving like a mother chicken… I don’t even know why you want us to keep this boy, his useless can’t you see it, “Mr brooks said as he hold on to his phone to ti-ghten
“Brooks, we are almost close to achieving our goals, we have the things we have always wanted and now they are back and super-rich, that boy is the only key to it,” the person said making Mr brooks wonder why she has so much confidence in a loser
“Why are you so confident? You don’t even know him, your men are all useless,” Mr brooks shouted over
“What did you mean?” The person asked a bit surprised by Brooks’s reaction
“They should have abducted the boy with vision, then abducted this loser. I don’t even know why am still keeping him here, I should have wasted him a long time ago but you keep delaying it,” Mr brooks said
“Are you angry about the boy or something else, look? take it easy with him or you might send him away, and I won’t take it lightly with you if he runs away….. Besides they were kids and it wasn’t easy kidnapping that boy, my men nearly get caught,” the person said already pissed off with Mr. Brooks
“You don’t un-derstand why am so mad at that boy, he didn’t kill that woman when he should and now one of the guards that I plot in smiths house said that they are back together, did you know what that means?” Mr. Brooks said and the person shouted over the phone
“That can’t happen, they can’t be together, I will tell my men to prepare my flight I will fly into the country tomorrow,” the person shouted
“You see what I was saying, if only the boy killed her when he gets the chance they wouldn’t have met,” Mr brooks said with so much anger
“I will take care of that once am back, you said their party is in two days,” the person said
“Yes which means trouble, we can’t let them be united again,” Mr brooks said
“Don’t worry about that, I will take care of that once am back and one more thing, I don’t want anything to happen to that boy,” she replied and hung up
Don’t even know why you need the boy but whatever it is more money is coming and I can’t just wait to kill him once am done, Mr. Brooks mumbled before walking out
Not knowing that someone have been listening to him, the phone was even on loudspeaker so the person recorded all his conversation
