“Tsk! Tsk!!” Samantha called stealing glances at Giselle.
“Huh?” Giselle replied still looking at Malia, in shock.
“Let’s kill her!!” Samantha yelled at the extreme top of her voice. Elle nodded and stood up quickly. Samantha did the same.
Malia noticed this and picked up a quick race round the room, jumping, climbing, running and all!. They were chasing her all around the house while Malia kept screaming in danger still trying to avoid them. The guys simply watched in utmost laughter.
“Hey! When we get you! You are done for!” Samantha screamed.
“But… What did I do? You should be welcoming me instead” Malia said.
“Why didn’t you call us? What about texting? Why come so suddenly, like some corpse….after 3 years!” Samantha yelled
“I understand… Huh! Hey! I’m Sorry!” Malia replied still running around. She was however unfortunate. Giselle jumped like a monkey and quickly pulled her down.
Samantha walked up to her and hit her head.
“Aiiish!! Annoying brat!” Samantha cried out. Giselle sighed and let Malia go. She walked to the chair and sat down heavily.
“I’m really sorry, seriously” Malia panted heavily.
Samantha looked at her with teary eyes. Elle sighed sadly while the boys watched. Suddenly, They busted out in tears. They ran to Malia and hugged her immediately.
“We’ve… missed you… so… much!” Samantha cried loudly.
“We thought you forgot all about us!” Elle sniffed. Malia sighed and hugged them tightly.
“I’m not crazy to do such”Malia replied disengaging the hug. They looked at her and smiled, cleaned their pouring tears and sat close to her.
“How was U.K?” Elle asked
“It was fun… I learnt lot of new things. I almost behaved like them. But I remembered where I came from” Malia laughed
“But why? Why didn’t you even contact any of us, ever since. We were dying to see you” Samantha said.
“It was actually Dr Micheal . He made me cut out all my connections with my friends and loved ones. I only talked to my parents using his home phone”Malia explained
“Hmmm… But Malia, I thought you would be much more thinner than this. Probably just as Slim as how you were, years ago when you use to dance ballet” Samantha commented
“Actually… I don’t have to be so slim.. I just wanna be myself. Remember, Gaining weight was what saved me. If I didn’t eat anything from Brad, I would have entered that plane which would bring back my corpse back to you guysā
“It is rejected!” They all cut her short.
“…..Delaney died on my stead. Hmmm, Guys… Let me be grateful on how my body looks now.. Besides, I’m not that fat anymore” Malia smiled.
They all nodded with a smile.
“The Sky Boys are all over the news! The world knows how well you are making it. You’re also popular in the UK. Your album was really great. Many became your fan because of your great voices and faces too” Malia chuckled bringing in a good topic to lighten the mood. The boys scratched their head smiling.
They looked at each other and laughed. They had a slight feeling of embarrassment.
“I can’t believe they are now famous! They got various kind of Awards this year” Josh chipped in.
“Yeah… So, What about you, Josh ? What have you been up to?” Malia smiled
“I’m a university studentā
“Oh… Which university? The one Samantha āwantedā to attend?”
“Yeah…That’s the one. I’m studying law. This time I’m gonna make sure no one dies in court” Josh said.
“Hey? Wanted to attend?How did you know I didn’t get into the university” Samantha frowned
“It obvious” Malia giggled
“Are you making fun of me? Hey! Don’t look down on me” Samantha snorted.
Malia laughed and looked at Elle.
“What about you, Elle? How have you been doing?” Malia asked
“Well…. I couldn’t be the singer I wanted and dreamed to be”
“Why? Didn’t you go for auditions or met with some people who would help?”
“I did… But my parents said I wouldn’t be a singer and date Josh at the same time. I had to choose one”
“So? Wow… Power of Love!.Don’t tell me you chose Josh ??!”
“Well… Yeah, It was a hard decision. I just wanted to make my parents happy. They felt sad and heart broken after Agnes death. I just had to obey them… They like Josh now though”
“That’s nice… But are you doing anything now? Or is there anything you would probably like to do?”
“I’m… doing something actually” Giselle chuckled
“Wow? Seriously?… What’s that?”
“Last year The Sky Boys Manager, Mr Lee resigned. So, I recently signed a contact with them… I’m their acting manager now”
“Wow!!!!!” Malia gushed.
….It’s great though… I’m happy for you! You like the job right?”
“Yeah… Yeah.. It’s cool. I love it” Elle smiled.
“Okay… Now, Samantha? What about you? What have you been doing lately? Did you achieve your dream?”
“No… I didn’t,As you mentioned earlier, It’s obviousāSamantha frowned and Elle raised her brows.
…But I did what I loved. I’m now the best Fashion designer for Men Wears in the whole of Seoul!” Samantha replied.
“Whooaaa!!!” Malia clapped.
…..I’m happy for you, darling” Malia smiled,applauding.
“Did you watch their recent MV?” Samantha asked pointing at the Sky Boys
“Yeah… It’s the #1 in YouTube and all music platforms” Malia replied.
……Evalasting love Right?” Malia added
“Yeah” Samantha nodded
“I really loved that music. Also The Music video was a blast.. It created waves! The whole world were literally talking about it” Malia smiled
“Now, If you watched the MV closely. You are gonna notice their beautiful and great clothes they were putting on” Samantha said.
“Yeah… Yeah… I noticed them!! It was so good! I kept looking at the clothes while watching the video on TV!”
“Guess what?” Samantha giggled
“What???” Malia gushed
“I made them!!! And many more!”
“Wow! Seriously?? This is so great”
“Thank you! Men have been patronising me from far and wide!” Samantha smiled
“I’m really astonished! Despite not achieving what you wanted. You’re still happy doing what you love… What your heart wants. But Guys, What does āEvalasting love āWhat does the title mean?” Malia rolled her eyes.
“Ask him. He was the one that chose the title and also wrote the lyrics”Brad pointed at Newton.
“Oh… Newton? It was you?” Malia asked.
Newton chuckled and nodded.
“What’s the meaning behind it? Is there any reason why you gave it, that title?” Malia asked
“Huh…. Actually, It’s a secret” Newton chuckled. Malia nodded with a smirk on her face.
“I see… So, What about Carly? How’s she?” Malia asked
“She’s good now. Behaving like other normal girl of her age. At least not to smart than usual” Samantha chuckled.
“Wait? Did she get her intelligence removed?” Malia was shocked
“A bit. Now she’s just behaving like her age mates instead of the unusual” Samantha explained. Malia smiled and sighed softly in relief.
“So? What about you,Malia?. What have you been doing lately too?” Samantha asked
“Me?” Malia scratched her head. Samantha nodded as others looked at Malia.
“Huh…. Actually, Just like you guys… I didn’t really fulfil my dream but at least… I’m doing what I love”
“Like what?” Elle asked
“I’m a ballet class teacher”
“Wow” Samantha smiled
“It’s cool” Blaze commented.
“You know most ballet teacher teaches really slim students but I teach students who gained little weight instead….I wanted to show others that people with the unusual weight could do it too… Mrs Allen.. You all remember her, right?”
“Yeah.. She was your ballet class teacher. Because of her nasty behavior, You couldn’t continue ballet. Just because of gaining 2kg?” Elle retorted
“Well… Thanks to her, Brad and the 2kg… I am still alive… She came over to the UK as a judge for a big ballet dance audition… I was so surprised when I saw her. The female student I brought, gained 5kg than the normal weight… I did believe in her. Then, I had to show Mrs Allen,average weight ballet dancers could do it too”
“So? What happened?” Josh listened with rapt attention.
“She was surprised and astonished after seeing my student dance well especially after noticing and checking out her real weight”
“She would be so damn shocked as hell” Brad giggled
“So? What happened?” Samantha eyes grew wide due to curiosity.
“….We came the 2nd place!!”
“Wooooowww!! Wooo-hoo!!” They all screamed in happiness. They all hugged Malia in joy.
“Guys… I’m really happy now! Let’s go have fun at the club!!” Brad shouted
“Club??? Nah… Not a fan” Elle replied abruptly.
“Just give it a try for us, Huh?” Malia said innocently. Giselle smiled and nodded.
“Let’s go, Guys!!” Samantha smiled.
THE CLUB NIGHT***
“Samantha?” Malia whispered drinking the wine from the glass cup.
“Huh?” She whispered back.
“What about Blaze? Doesn’t he have a girl yet?” Malia sighed
“Uhhhh… Yeah, Not yet”
“I totally understand him. He’s still into you”
“I’m still for Newton… He’s gonna feel something for someone soon.. I’m sure”
“I hope so” Malia sighed. She looked in front and met Brad signalling her for a dance. She smiled and stood up.
“Excuse me girl… My Boyfriend needs me right now. Besides, I can’t watch Joshua and Giselle steal the whole show” Malia chuckled.
Samantha laughed and watched her leave.
Samantha looked at the two different couples dance in love and joy. “I wonder where Newton and Blaze is?” She thought and stood up. She walked outside and met the both of them laughing and discussing.
“Hey guys” Samantha smiled walking to them.
“Oh hey… I’m gonna leave you guys together… Enjoy” Blaze smiled entering the club through its door.
Samantha and Newton watched in with a sad pity look. Samantha sighed and walked closer to Newton .
“My baby” Newton suddenly strapped his arms around her body from behind.
“……Babe… The stars are so beautiful” Samantha smiled as they looked at the sky filled with bright stars. Newton smiled and tightened his arms around her. It was a beautiful back hug. He stoked her hair gently and kissed her by her neck. Samantha reacted by laughing.
“I love you… And you are much beautiful than the stars” He smiled
“As if… Samantha laughed. āNow tell me, What’s the meaning behind the title?” She added
“What?” He whispered resting his jaw on her shoulder still from behind.
“Evalasting love?” She chuckled
“Nah… It’s nothing great or serious though. Well.. The thing was that… Right from the day I met you at the bridge when you were a little student āSamantha chuckled softly at this statement.
, I felt something about you… And something about me too” He completed
“I also felt something about you…including something about me” Samantha whispered
“Since when?… The bridge where we first met? Or at the club night where we fought?I remember when you kicked me. Ouch! You also said we were not going to see each other again. Never!”
“Wh… What? How… did you rememā
“I remember that. Who wouldn’t remember their lover’s face? Especially now you just look like a woman”
“Oh wow. I’m impressed” Samantha scoffed
“Since we had something about each other… that means we fell inā
“Love!!!!” Alexa yelled smiling flashily.
“You do know” He laughed and kissed her cheek.
Samantha chuckled and turned to face him. She wrapped her arms around his neck and he took his arms around her waist.
“…Honey… Thank you for everything”
“I’ve done a lot. So, What now in particular?”
“For creating my second home” He smiled staring into her eyes.
“The bathroom?” She whispered. He simply nodded.
“When we get home… Let’s go see my mother in there together”
“Wh… What?”
“In our imaginations”
“Oh… ” Samantha laughed
“I love you” He whispered suddenly as he stole glances at her eyes and her lips.
“I love you so much more” Samantha whispered.
Newton smiled and slowly pushed his lips on hers. Samantha reacted and felt his arms tighten around her waist the more.
They finally kissed passionately with their eyes gently shut and in between cute smiles.
A shooting star ran down the sky and the heavens opened pouring down sudden rainfall.
Others who were outside took to their heels to various shelters could find trying to avoid the cold rain. It was pouring heavily, cats and dogs!.
However, The two lovers weren’t moved. A romantic music began to play and they continued kissing more deeper than before enjoying the rain and music.
