Malia
“Mum I nee-d to get a job as soon possible to help with
the bill and also your medications”i said
” I thought I told you not to worry about that I got it
covered” Malia mum Mrs Brown said
” You always say that mum, have you forgotten the doctor
said you nee-d more rest and less stress, you don’t have
to work so ha-rd mum I got it covered I saw a job on the
newspaper and I applied for it alre-ady, I am sure I will be
called in for interview real soon so you have to st©p
working and stay at home and rest besides Gina is always
around to take care of you”I replied.
” Young lady you better st©p treating me as if I am unable
to take care of myself”said Mrs Brown
” I didn’t mean it like that mum and you know it” I replied.
‘Ring Ring Ring’
I walked over to the telephone and picked it up.
“Hello”I said
“Hi this is Amanda,am I speaking to Miss Brown?”
“Yes,yes you are what can I do for you?” I asked.
” You applied for a maid job at the Hunter’s Mansion and
you have been offered the job so you are expected to
resume on Monday”said Amanda.
” What!! What about the interview?”I asked.
” The Queen has decided there would be no interview
because the Prince is coming home soon and she nee-ds
extra hands as soon as possible to put few things together
before his arrival”replied Amanda
” Thanks so much!!I will be there”I screamed in joy.
” Oh before i forget ,it is a live-in job and you will be given
a place to stay as soon as you arrive on Monday.Bye”
She hung up.
I got the job! OMG I can’t believe my luck .
Now am just going to have to convince mum to let me go
for this job,she probably be against it since it’s a live-in
job.but I have to do this convince her,I can’t let such an
opportunity sl!paway especially when i have finally gotten
a way to support mom and Gina” Malia thought.
I went over and sat beside my mum, holding her hands
gently.
“Ummm… Mum I got a job at the King’s Palace but it a
live-in job”I said
” What?! Forget it you are not going” shouted Mrs Brown
“I knew you would react like this,but listen mum,you are
sick and there isn’t much you or Gina can do to get the
bills paid.I am going for this job so I can provide money
for the family,you’ve done you best in taking care of us,let
me try and return the favor and also besides i am legally
an adult and also a ha-rd worker, mum just let me do this
plea-se”I said frustrated.
Mrs brown thought de-eply before agreeing,
” Okay I trust you, go ahead and accept the job offer,I just
want the best for,I love you my sweet baby”said Miss
Brown
” I love you too mum”I replied

I felt so excited about this job.
I spent most of my weekend packing my clothes and
some other important stuff i would be nee-ding during stay
in the palace.
‘Honk Honk Honk’
“The car is here,mum I have to go,I promise to s£nd you
and Gina money from time to time”
” Am going to miss you sis..I love you”said Gina
“I’ll miss you too..I love you, love you mum. Bye”
I hvgged my family so ti-ght as if I was not going to see
them again..
” I love you baby,bye.”
I got into the car and waved till I couldn’t see them
standing outside the house anymore.
I was so attached to my family and this was literally my
first time leaving home. Am going to miss them badly. Malia
I got to the Palace feeling nervous and excited at the
same time, excited because I finally got a job to support
my family and nervous because I don’t know what to
expect from the job.
I was directed by the chauffeur to go knock on a hvge
door, it was answered by an older woman.
“May I help you Miss…”
“Brown. My name is Malia Brown,the new maid”
” You are welcome my dear,come in. My name is Tiffany”
I entered the Palace and was immediately shocked by
how beautiful it was. I had never seen anything like this
before. It was so magnificent.
Most of the things in the house were made of glas-s which
I knew no matter how ha-rd i work i can never be able to
afford it.
Tiffany showed me around the whole palace and also
showed me to my room which was re-ady at the servant
quarters and briefed my job to me . She told me that I
was supposed to meet the King and Queen but I couldn’t
for now because they were out on a vacation probably
when they are get back.
My job was to be at the Prince’s beck and call who would
be arriving very soon from college and also to as-sist in
various chores around the Palace.

I bought a plane ticket as soon as I was done with my
exams I missed dad and mum so much I couldn’t wait to
see them.
The morning for my flight c@m£ and my roommate from
college offered to drive to the airport, I was really grateful
because I had relieved my personal driver the day before
.I got to the airport ten minutes to my flight and quic-kly
checked in and immediately I sat on the soft chair of the
plane I feel asleep.
I refused my parent offer to s£nd a pri-vate jet,I wanted to
experience a life of a normal kid.
I landed and I realized how much I missed my home, my
kingdom Haditla.
It was a small country but one of the riche-st in the
world,it was known near and wi-de for it’s vast production
of crude oil. A car was alre-ady waiting for me as soon as
I got out of the airport. I got in and I was driven straight
home.
I got to the front of the Palace and as usual all the maid
and guard were lined up outside with there heads bowed
to welcome me.
I responded to their greetings as I walked pas-s them to
greet my parents when my eyes fell upon the most
beautiful girl have ever seen in my life.
She had the longest black hair,shiny skin, long eyelashes,
beautifull-ips, ugh she was a perfection. I walked past her
hurriedly before I was noticed by anyone that I was
drooling over a maid .
“Hi mum, hi Dad, i missed you guys so much” I said
hvgging them.
“We missed you too my dear,you must be really tired,go
freshen up and rest,we will catch up later,don’t forget to
come down later for dinner”my mum said smiling as she
pe-cked my cheeks.
” Okay mum” I replied
My mum was right I was entirely spent from the journey
and went straight to my room, took a warm bath and
jumped on my be-d to take a quic-k nap.

Anderson
I woke up to a knock on my be-droom door.
“Come in” I said
The door opened and the beautiful maid I was drooling
over earlier, stepped in.
I am still shocked with this girl’s beauty even though she
was staring at the floor the whole time.
“What do you want?” I asked in a gentle voice.
“The Queen s£nt me to tell you to come down, dinner is
about to be served”the beautiful girl who I still don’t know
what her name was replied.
” Okay I will be downstairs soon, you may go” I said.
As soon she was gone I got out of be-d and prepared for
dinner.

Malia
I have still not gotten a look at the Prince but rumour
around the Palace has it that he was very handsome and
he is every girl dream guy.
“Malia Malia” I heard Tiffany, the Head maid call me.
” Yes ma’am” I replied.
” I have told not to call me ma’am, call me Tiffany” she
said
” Okay ma-, I mean Tiffany”I said
” Good girl, now go and join the other staffs in the kitchen
and bring out the dishes so we can serve the Royal
family” she told me as I nodded in response.
I and the other maids brou-ght out the food to the dinning
table and started serving the Royal family.
I was serving Prince Anderson his meal when I
accidentally hit the glas-s of water in front of him which
went spilling all over his clothes.
I g@sped loudly scared of what could happen next as I
quic-kly apologize,cleaning his clothes when my gaze met
his face.
I was shocked by what I saw.
This is the most handsome man i have seen in my entire
life,de-ep blue eyes,firm cheek bone, pinkishl-ips.
Perfection.
I was snapped out of intense stare as soon as I heard the
Queen’s angry voice,
“You silly girl,how dare you spill water on my son,will you
get your filthy hands off him”she shouted.
” Am so sorry Your Highness, plea-se forgive me”I
apologise quic-kly.
The Queen glared at me and was about to say something
to me when she got interrupted by the Prince.
“It’s okay mum,it’s no big deal,I will just go and
change”he said in a very calm voice.
He stood up and went to his room and got changed out
of his we-t clothes.
Shortly afterwards he c@m£ down and continued dinner.
Thankfully nothing went wrong again but the Queen
continued to glare at me till dinner ended.

I woke very early in the morning and joined Tiffany and
the other staffs in ma-king breakfast for the Royal family.
“Malia take this breakfast to the Prince’s room he wants
to have his breakfast there”Tiffany said.
Ugh ..why can’t he just come downstairs to have breakfast
.I thought but I didn’t dare say it out.
“Okay Tiffany” i answered,and carry the tray filled with
delicious breakfast with consist of pancakes,bacon and
scrambled eggs with a glas-s of orange jui-ce.
I walked carefully to the Prince’s room hoping the tray
won’t sl!pand fall out of my hands.
‘Knock knock’
” Come in” said that beautiful baritone voice that could
make a girl’s p@n-ties we-t.
I opened the door gently and entered,I place his food on
the first table I saw. As I turned around re-ady to go I
heard him say,
“Where do you think you are going, did I dismiss you?”
He asked.
“No Your Highness,I am sorry”I replied.
” Fill the bathtub with h0t water,and make the water very
soapy”he demanded.
” Yes Your Highness right away”.I walked to the bathroom
and did as I was told.
When I c@m£ out I found the Prince standing beside the
bathroom door in bo-xers only.
I couldn’t st©p staring at his che-st, those broad toned
muscles, I want to ru-b my hand all over it.
“My eyes are up here” said the Prince sm-irking.
I snapped out of my dazed state and felt my cheeks
turning red as I blu-shed furiously
“You may go” he said
I practically ran out of his room.
Oh god,i am so stupid looking at my boss’s che-st like
that,have I got no shame?!.
I walked back to the kitchen where I was as-signed chores
to do.
Anderson
She’ s so cute when she blus-hes. I intentionally s£nt her to
the bathroom to prepare me a bath so I can undress. I
knew she won’t be able to resist staring at my che-st no
woman has.
I don’t un-derstand why I feel this immediate attra-cted
towards her, I have never felt like this for any woman
before not even with my ex-girlfriend not even with the
women i have had S-x with.
I was snapped out of my thoughts by my mum’s entry.
“How are you my dear” she asked.
“Am feeling great mum,where is dad?”I asked
” He went to the office,he had an early meeting” she
answered.
” I am stepping out and I want you to accompany me. I
would like to spend some quality time with my son”she
said smiling.
” Okay mum. I will be down soon”I answered.
