“I repeat ARE YOU GUYS READY!!” Mr Smith shouted into the mic and the students roared.
“YES WE’RE READY!!!”
CAN YOU GUYS MAKE SOME NOISE!!!”
“HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!”
“okay tonight…I’m sure you’re all aware of what’s happening right?”
“Yessssss!!”
“But first before we go into tonight activities let me ask you this…did you enjoyed your stay so far?”
“Yes we do!!”
“Can someone tell me tonight’s theme?”
“The confession night!”
“I can’t hear you”
“THE CONFESSION NIGHT!!!!”
“Hope you’ve got everything ready? Tonight isn’t only the confession night but also the most ever fun night you’re gonna have. Don’t let me talk much I’m sure you’re all aware some of us here has one or two things to offer. Dancing, singing, cracking jokes, a play, poem anything It may the best is gonna receive a gift I hope you all know that?”
“Yes….we can’t wait!!”
“I can’t wait also, To start let’s welcome the posh dancers!”
“Hooooo!!!”
The posh dancers came on stage, the music starts and they starts moving their body to it.
“Go poshy! Go pushy!!”
BACKSTAGE
Carly keeps moving to and from eating her fingers.
The guys she’s dancing with are no where to be found.
They won’t pick up either.
And very soon it’ll be their turn.
“What’re we gonna do Carl?” Kings asked the anxious Carly but go no response.
“They literally disappeared into thin air…it’ll soon be our turn next”
“Shut up kings I’m trying to think here”
“Suit yourself then…think for the whole night…?” He said leaving.
“Where are you going?”
“To get something to drink I’m thirsty”
“Don’t be Long…oh no what I’m I gonna do now?”
“They’re all betrayers….bastards” kings muttered.
“Kings…are you okay?”
“I’m good….hey can I have that I’m thirsty”
“Sure…?” Abigail gave him the drink and be gulp everything.
“Thanks…?”
“I wish you good luck tonight…?”
“Hmmm…?” He left.
“Hey what took you so long?”
“Have you found a way?”
Carly moves closer to him and place her hands on both his shoulders.
“Kings…I trust you…?”
“What’re you saying?”
“Together we can…and we will…?”
“You’re crazy Carl just give up”
“You don’t understand but…I worked so hard for this”
“I know…we both practiced like mad but two of us only…it’ll look..?”
“Perfect…let’s do this okay?”
“Alright…but don’t blame me if it flops”
“You’re the best” she hugged him.
The students won’t stop shouting as Clark and Mia model together on the stage.
“I love you so much Clark!!!”
“You look so hott!!”
“Gosh….Mia is so gorgeous!”
“They look cute together!”

“They look quite good together don’t you think?” Leo said to Mercury.
“Do they? Well maybe…?”
“And we look perfect together” he said again.
Mercury only smiles.
“Let’s get ready…it’ll be our turn soon” Mercury said and he nodded.
“I think it’s Carly’s team before us…?”
“Oh really…?”

“Carl we’ve got a probs”
“What now?!”
“I’m sorry Carl but…I’ve got to poo!!” He said holding his stomach as he ran out of there.
“Hey kings are you crazy!! Come back here right now you fu-cking dim wit!!!”
She dropped to her knees.
Why does nothing seems to go her way?
Everything is always messed up in the end.
She really practice hard for this.
She wanted to show them all what she has got.
She want them all to know she’s good at something too.
This is the only place to showcase her talent.
Dancing in places where she has to cover her face she doesn’t wanna do that anymore.
She wants them all to praise her for her talent.
But it seems once again…it’s not gonna happen.
A tear escape her eyes.
They have all been waiting for her.
“Where are they?!!”
“Why are they keeping us waiting?!”
Mr Smith called her team once again.
And Carly dragged herself to the stage.
“What the hell! Why is she the only one there?”..
“Where are the rest? Is she the only one dancing?!”
“This is no fun!”
“What’s all this?”
“Erm…are you alone?” Mr Smith asked and she nodded.
“Okay then…good luck” he leaves the stage for her.
Carly stare at the silent crowd waiting for her disgrace.
“Is she not supposed to be with kings and others? Why is she alone?” Mercury asked.
“Something must have happened…look at her expression” Danny replied.
“Oh no…this is bad…?” Mercury looks at her.
“You talk as if you care…?” Danny said and she rolled her eyes.
Then she got an idea.
“Dan”
“What?”
“Why don’t you be a gentleman and help her out…hmmm?”
“I wish too…but I can’t…I don’t know how to dance”
“You’re useless”
“If you don’t want her to be humiliated that much you shouldn’t be standing here but look for Olive”.
” Olive? He can dance? But will he agree?”
“You have to make him”
“I’ll be back Leo…?” She left there.
“Hey where are you going?” Clark held her back.
“Uh? You don’t need to know” she left looking for Olive.
Carly breathe in and started moving her body.
They don’t seem moved by her dancing.
They all just kept mute looking at her.
She felt discourage.
However she’s not giving up.
She continues dancing.
Not long after, laughter arouse everywhere.
They were actually laughing at her.
She actually missed her step and fell.
She stood and head towards the exit humiliated.
“What a joker!”
“What was she doing there if she can’t even dance?”
“How funny…?”
“She’s such a shame”
“Did you see her earlier?”
“I almost laugh my lungs out”
The students were still murmuring when they saw her coming back the stage.
But she wasn’t alone…she was with…?
“OMG! IS THAT OLIVE?!!”
“HE’S SO fu-ckING HOT!!”
“IS HE GONNA DANCE TOO”
“OH I CAN’T WAIT TTT!!”
Carly looks at Olive with surprise.
Is he here to mock him?
Suddenly still lost In her thoughts Olive grabbed her hand and spin her around.
Then it dawned on her.
He is helping her.
But why?
His hands wrapped around her waist as her back rest against his chest.
Carly tries to look at him but before ahe could he released her rolling her still holding one of his hand.
Just like Carly who was in singlet on joggers hugging her body tightly.
Olive was also in singlet.
The two moves to the rhythm of the music.
The place was silent…all eyes focused on them.
Carly asked Olive why he was helping with her eyes everytime their gaze meet.
Olive only focused on the dance.
“Wow…am I the only one noticing this? They look perfect together…?” Mercury said.
“Never knew Carly was this bursty…she looks hot in that” Danny said his eyes following Carly on every step she took.
“Olive doesn’t do things like this…I heard you convinced him how did you do that?” Clark asked.
“I didn’t…he was already on the stage before I could found him”
“Wait…if Olive is taking a liking to Carly then what about me? I’ll be left all alone” Danny pouted.
“Shut up Dan…stop jumping into conclusion” Clark said D and he shrugged.
The dance was coming to an end now.
Olive held Carly’s waist lifting her up.
He’s damn good. Carly thought.
Putting her down, Carly put one of her hands in his back the other around his shoulders as Olive lift up one of her legs to his waist.
Their body brushing each other and Olive lay her down gently his eyes fixed on hers.
They stared at each other for a while before the clapping of the students snap them out of it.
“Hooooo!!! That was fantastic!”
“Carly is so good!!”
“They make such a perfect match!”
“Olive you’re the best!”
“Carly looks so se-xy in that”
“Wow…that was superb!” Mr Smith said clapping as he walks towards them on stage.
“You guys really caught us unawares…you did great” he said and Carly smiles.
“Can we have a round of applause for them please?”
They all clapped hailing them and Carly won’t stop grinning as they leave the stage.
Olive took a towel cleaning the sweat over him.
“Olive” Carly called and he turns.
“Why…did you help? I thought you hated me?” She said.
Olive didn’t respond as he turns to leave but Carly was quick to stop him holding his hand.
“I think…I deserve to know..?” She said again but Olive only pushed her against the wall trapping her there.
Their body was so close to each other as they both stares at each other panting silently.
Olive wouldn’t stop staring. He opens his mouth to say something but then nothing came out as he close it back.
Now Carly couldn’t keep on staring…she dropped her gaze and Olive frowns as if he wants her to continue staring.
“I’m sorry for not keeping my promise in staying out of your sight…from now in I’ll try to…i_”
“Don’t promise anything you aren’t gonna fulfill…I doubt I can keep myself from getting entangle with you”
“I didn’t mean to get you_” she looks at him then stop.
“I won’t get you entangled with me anymore…?”
“Don’t_”
“I’ll try not to…I will” she said firmly.
He sighs.
“Suit yourself then…?” He mutters running his hand through his hair.
“Yeah…but why did you help me tonight?”
“I don’t wanna talk about it…?” He backed away.
“I won’t try to know anymore then…thanks anyway”
She turns leaving.
“Find something to cover yourself…?” She turns back
His eyes dropped to her chest.
He looks away then leaves.
“Why is he suddenly acting strange?” She thought.
“CARL!!” kings ran towards her.
“Get lost Kings” she said leaving.
“C’mon…I’m sorry okay…carl babe…?” He runs after her.

“Hey” Mercury nudge Clark who didn’t answer.
“Hey…hey…hey…hey…hey ..hey…hey…hey..he_”
“What!” He snapped.
“What’s wrong? You’ve been sulking side a while now”
“It’s any of your damn business”
“But I wanna know…tell me what the matter is”
He face her.
She was looking at him with curiosity.
“Don’t act like you care…?”
“I can’t just_”

“Uh? Leo?”
“Let’s go..?”
“Ohhh….I’ll be back…be ready to tell me what the problem is…?” She said and follow Leo while Clark glares at her.
Noise arouses as they got to the stage.
They start singing.
Clark stares at them as they sing with a lot of thought running through his mind.
They do look quite happy together.
They do look quite good together.
Would she be happy if he had been her fiance instead?
“Maybe you’re the one…maybe perhaps…perhaps you are…the one I’m waiting for as my other half…maybe it is true…maybe I am..too close to you…I guess you don’t know that…baby I’m in love with you…?”
“Baby I’m in love with you…?”
“Baby I’m in love with you….?”
“Hoo hoo hoo…in love…?”
They finished and they applaud them.
Showering them with praises.

“Did you all enjoyed yourself?!”
“Yeeeessssss!!”
“Brace yourself cause more is coming…it’s confession time guys!!!”

“Go out with me Aurora Justin!!”
“Hooo…..date! Date!! Date!!!”
“To all the sweetest ladies I’ve met…and the ones I’m still gonna meet…I need you to know that…I love you all” kings wink and everyone cooled.
“And also…to my sweetest darling…I’m sorry for failing you…I hope you forgive me…remember I love you…dear lovely Carly…?” He blew a kiss at her.
She smiles while everyone cooled and clap.
“I was living a gentle life God Almighty bestowed to me…but the you suddenly disrupt it…you came from nowhere and took away my poor heart without permission. I won’t ask you to return it but instead you must pay for it. That’s why I’m gonna give you this honour…of having my heart as long as you want. I’ll give you the honour to be the girlfriend of this lovely gentleman…I’ll give you the honor to be mine…to go out with me..Kia…accept this honor ” Joe said and everyone burst into laughter.
“What sort of confession is that?”
“He’s even reading it from the paper himself”
“Ohh dear kia…you’re in for something…?”
“He’s cool….?”
“Ohhh thank you Mr Joe…I’m sure she has heard you and will probably accept the honor…you can leave now…thanks again…erm…guys we just received an anonymous letter…it’s seems it’s for someone here…I’ll read it now…?”
“Among others you were different…initially I found you strange…and weird or maybe perhaps crazy…but guess what…I think I became addicted to it…your craziness…I love it and wanted more…I began looking at you and wished you’ll do the same to me…it was going well however I found out you were meant for someone else…but why…I like you but you’re meant for another…my heart beats for you every second…do you ever know that?” He finished reading.
“Ohhh it’s sounds like an unrequited love…?”
“I feel pity for that person…?”
“He must be hurting…?”

“I wish whoever it is good luck”
Clark looks at Leo then to Mercury.
He doesn’t need anyone to tell him the letter is from Leo Mercury.
Mercury just sat down there saying nothing.
“You know I think whoever wrote that is a fu-cking coward. He could just confess to the girl he likes her…hiding behind a letter…how lame” Danny said.
“You think so…?” Leo asked.
“He’s lame” Dan replied.
Leo faced Mercury.
“You think so too ura…do you think he’s a coward too?”
“Uh?….ummm I’m not quite sure…?” She smiles.
“Everyone let’s watch this…it’s a video…?”
They all focused their attention to the video.
“Oh…isn’t that Rachel…?”
“Wow…she’s so beautiful…?”
“There are words also…?”
“Who could do this…how sweet…?”
The video shows a lot of pictures of her and sweet words to it.
And finally it ended with a ‘will you be my girlfriend?’ .
A guy comes out holding a flower and head towards the girl named Rachel.
“Date! Date!! Date!!!” They all shouted as the guy gave her the flower.
“Oh what’s that!” Someone said and they return their attention to the video.
“Oh no…?” Mercury sprang up looking at the video.
“Isn’t that Mercury…?”
“Why is her video up there…?”
“That’s…?” She looks at Clark then to Leo shaking her head.
The video seems to be film in her room since that person films her when she wanted to have her bath.
Mercury ran out of there couldn’t stand watching her going naked along with everyone.
She has already taken off her top in the video just her bra on her and the trousers she hasn’t taken off.
“YOUR HEADS DOWN EVERYBODY!!!” they heard Clark voice making everyone flinched.
Danny and Olive has run to stop the video from playing.
But for Clark it seems they were taking too long he smashed the flat screen with what a chair.
Everywhere went dead silent.
“WHO DID THIS?!!” Clark yelled.
No one dare talk.
“I SAID WHO DID THAT?!!!” he threw the chair at them angrily.
Danny and Olive held him back.
“Calm down Clark…we’re gonna take care of it”..
” you better!” He stormed out of there angrily.
“Ura…?” Leo held Mercury’s hand.
“Leave me alone please!” She yelled whipping his hand away as she continues running.
