“Mr Austen” Nikita whispered and Austen closed his eyes, ti-ghtĀ£Ć±ing his arms around her without minding his we-t clothes
He feels better like this, he feels like not letting her to forever
“Mr Austen” she called again, trying to break free so he reluctantly let her go and she stepped away from him
“What did you just do” she said
Her voice isn’t stern or harsh, it was shocked
“I’m sorry…I was just carried away” he said, still shivering slightly
The rain is still pouring though, thanks to the balcony in front of the house where they’re standing
Her clothes is we-t alre-ady as a result of the hvg, his dampened clothes actually we-t hers
She started ma-king her way in and as he watched her go, he felt like holding her but he folded his hand to prevent himself from doing that
“I’m sorry” he said again but she won’t look back, she kept walking in and he kept shivering
Nikita was about to open the door and go in but she suddenly stĀ©pped,,
He’s we-t from the rain and when he hvgged her, she detected that he was shivering and also…. It’s still raining, there’s no way he’ll be able to drive
She stĀ©pped and turned to his direction, she walked back to him and searched for him with her hand, she got his hand and held it
“Follow me” she said, pu-lling him in
He smiled slowly as he followed the blind smart girl, leading him into her house
They got in and she went to the bathroom to get him a towel which he dried his we-t hair with
“I dunno why you c@mĀ£ here but…. I just can’t stand people suffering” she said
” Thanks for letting me in” he replied
” Eddy’s clothes won’t fit you, you’re taller and … My clothes…I have big sweaters and baggy hoodie p@n-ts though, if you’ll manage” she said
” I don’t mind” he replied and she she went in, she c@mĀ£ back with them some minutes later
“Mr Austen?” She said
“Yes?” He replied and she traced his voice to where he’s standing
“Here” she said, handing it over to him, he took it and smiled again, staring at her….. how can she be so adorable, so much that she’s ma-king him want to hvg her again
*The bathroom is that way, you can go in there and change” she said, pointing at it
He walked there, opened the door and entered the small bathroom
His bathroom at home is maybe fifteen times bigger but still, he’s happy to be here
He changed into the clothes she gave him and pu-ll-ed his clothes into one of the pails he found in there before coming out, by now the flu is leaving him bit by bit
She’s still waiting at the living room when he got there,,
“You’re done?” She asked
“Yes… thanks” he replied and she sighed
“Is the flu gone too?” She asked
“Maybe” he replied, staring at herl-ips as she nodded
“We’ll be three on my be-d tonight….I guess you’ll have to sleep here in the living room” she said slowly
” I’ll be ok….you can go” he replied
Without saying a word again, she turned to go but he quic-kly gr@bbĀ£d her hand and she turned back
“What?” She asked
“I just…. wanted to thank you… for taking me in” he said
She wriggled her hand and he quic-kly let it go
“I’m sorry” he whispered, looking into her eyes…. The fact that she’s blind didn’t affect the beauty of it, it’s the most beautiful eyes he has ever seen
Nikita went in and he li-cked hisl-ips before sitting beside the table, he checked the time, exactly some minutes to 10, it’s still raining outside
He smiled and sighed before looking at his hand, the one he held her with
“I don’t regret getting drenched in the rain….. I don’t regret coming here” he said, remembering the hvg earlier
” LAFS…. it’s real” he smiled , placing his head on the table and maybe because he hvgged her or because he held her, or because he’s around her….. For the first time in many years, he fell into a de-ep night sleep.
Nikita changed her clothes since the one she was putting on is slightly we-t from the hvg
She finished changing and climbe-d the be-d to sleep but remembered she didn’t give him any cover clothe,,
She got an extra one from the wardrobe and went to the living room again, she started searching for him on the four sides of the table and luckily she found him at the third side,,
She covered him and sighed, standing for a while before going in, she only sle-pt off at midnight

Next morning**
“My jeez!, I love Saturdays!” Eddy said loudly immediately he woke and stretched himself
” Everyone does” BB replied beside him, pressing her phone…she has been awake since some minutes ago
“Whoa!, You totally look like a real girl with your short hair scattered like this all-over your head” Eddy said
” StĀ©p talking about me and get your as-s off be-d” she replied and he smiled before coming to her
“Go away else I’ll kick you and sĀ£nd you flying to….
” You should have gotten tired of San Francisco right now, you should make bigger plans for your kicks, like Paris or Spain” he said
” Baby Teddy” she tea-sed and made to rush down from the be-d but he got her and pinned her down
“Say that again and I’ll just … Do something that’ll make you hate me” he said naughtily
” Baby Teddy” she replied without blinking and he smiled before starting to bend over to her
“Don’t try it” she glared, knowing what he’s trying to do alre-ady
“What if I do?, Not like you’ll kill me” he replied and made to cover the remaining space between them but she pushed him away and he fell on the ground, hurting his arm
“Ouch!” He winced, sitting up while holding his arm
” You must have been a weightlifter before” he said
“Whatever, fvĀ¢k you” she glared and left the room
” You’re so nas-ty… how could you” he gro-an ed, standing up to follow her out
“Did he probably break in at night?, What’s he doing here?, Who’s he?” He asked himself and BB walked swiftly to Austen, she re-moved the cover clothe from his bĀ©dy and his face c@mĀ£ to view
“I’ve not seen him before” she said and Eddy c@mĀ£ to her, he looked at him and his eyes wi-de-ned
“The per-vert?” He said loudly
“per-vert?” BB said
Eddy hit Austen very ha-rd and his skin stung as he opened his eyes
“How did you get here Mr Austen Malcolm” Eddy demanded and he stood, stretched himself
” That’s Nikita’s sweater and jogger p@n-ts… How did you get them, you didn’t probably steal them from her wardrobe right?” Eddy said
” What are you talking about?, Stealing?” Austen said in confusion
“Then how did you get here and how come you’re wearing my sister’s clothes!” Eddy said loudly
” I took him in” Nikita said, coming from the room
“Where were you?” BB asked
“In the bathroom” she replied
” I didn’t hear the sound of splashing water when I woke up” Eddy said
“I wasn’t bathing, I was drying his clothes with my hair dryer” she replied
” When did he get here?, How did he come in and how come he’s wearing your clothes….I’m confused” Eddy said
” He c@mĀ£ last night when it was raining though I dunno why he stayed in the rain,he got drenched so I had no choice but to take him in when he caught the flu, he couldn’t possibly go to be-d with the soa-ked clothes so I had to give him mine” she replied
” Since when have you woken up to dry his clothes” Eddy asked
” Past 6″ she replied
” What!, You never sle-pt till 6 all because of him?, Now why did you come here to take my sister’s sleep and clothes away, why!” He shouted and tried to go closer to Austen but BB pu-ll-ed him back
” StĀ©p embarras-sing yourself…. Try to get what’s going on” she said
” And what the hell is going on”
” You’re so clueless, you’re as dumb as a doorknob” she said
” What are you talking about”
” Nevermind” she rolled eyes
” Mr Austen your clothes is re-ady” Nikita said
“Thanks …. I’m sorry for taking away your sleep, really sorry, I didn’t mean to” he replied
” No it’s fine” Nikita replied and Austen looked at Eddy, he’s busy giving him unfriendly looks
“Don’t try to do anything funny, else I’ll kill you” he mouthed and Austen smiled
He went into the bathroom and changed into his clothes and when he c@mĀ£ back, Nikita alre-ady prepared warm coffee, the mocha he loves so much
“For you” she said, handing the cu-p of warm coffee to him and instantly, he felt like hvgging her ti-ghtly….. It’s a crime to keep sĀ£dƻƧ!ng him with everything she does like this but this lady right here is unaware of the crime she’s committing
He stared endlessly at her, cu-pping his palms around the cu-p
“Love is a badas-s” BB muttered, going towards the door
” Leaving alre-ady?” Eddy asked
“Of course, pizza deliveries continues today…what about you,. Have anywhere to go?” She asked
” I’ll just take Kita to the cafe then…… maybe I’ll go visit Olive” he replied
” Follow me to deliver pizzas first then we can go visit her together…. and Kita, think twice about the offer…450 is a whole lot, I’m even planning to lend from you alre-ady so plea-se…..take it I beg you” BB said and left
” Nikita you’re taking the offer, no going back ok? ” Eddy said but Kita kept quiet
Austen just finished the cu-p of coffee and Eddy snatched the cu-p from him
“Goodbye!” He glared and Austen only smiled
“Goodbye” he said and looked at Nikita, wishing he could at least hold her hand again
“Nik…. Thanks for everything, I’ll forever be grateful…” he said
” It’s nothing Mr Austen, drive safely” she smiled and Austen’s heart thumped as he left the house
“Why would you take that per-vert in” Eddy said Immediately
“I couldn’t possibly leave him in the rain and besides…. He’s not a per-vert” she replied but that c@mĀ£ with a doubt when she remembered the last night hvg
” Really?” Eddy said
“Sure” she replied and went in
“She’s too straight” he smiled, following her

MM group of companies, 9am**
The staffs in Austen’s floor greeted him respectively as he stepped in, smiling wi-dely
It’s rare to see his smile but the fact that he’s smiling today surely means something
*How was your nights?, You all sle-pt well I guess” he asked, surprising them all
” Yes sir!” They chorused and he smiled again
“Let’s work ha-rd today” he said and left for his office
” Something happened last night right?, What are you not telling me?, You’re smiling and it’s unusual” Ray asked
Austen fell on his chair and closed his eyes, thinking about the hvg
“Ray do you know how happy I am right now?” He said
“About what?”
“Jeez!, Can’t believe I’ll ever be happy like this again all my life” he said and Ray got more confused
” What exactly happened?” He asked
“I’ll tell you maybe a year later” Austen replied
” Boss” Ray whined and Austen laughed
The door opened r0Ć»ghly and Melissa c@mĀ£ in rudely
“I hate you!, I just c@mĀ£ to tell you that” she yelled, throwing papers at him, littering everywhere with the papers
“What do you think you’re doing!” He yelled
“Bastard!, You’re just one illegitimate son!, I’m sure Lira got impregnated by a concubine and that only makes your mother a who-re! And you a bastard!, You don’t belong to the Malcolm family!, StĀ©p showing your face anywhere in this office!, You don’t even deserve to be breathing,you’re wasting air!” She yelled
” Wait…. which Lira are you talking about” Austen said
” Your shameless late mum of course!” She yelled and before Ray could stĀ©p him, Austen walked briskly to her and sl@pped her, her hair scattered all-over her face as a result
“I can take all insult you have for me, I can take whatever you wanna say to me but saying dirty things about my mum is not allowed… I can wound you” he said seriously
Melissa held her face, looking up at him
“If mum hears about this, what do you think will happen to you” she said
“I’ll go to jail or be sĀ£nt out of the world?, You nee-d to get out right now… securities!” He yelled and three of them c@mĀ£ in
” Take her out” he ordered
“Out of my dad’s company?, Austen you’ll regret this!, Austen mum will kill you just know that!, Austen!” He shouted till she was completely taken out
Austen fell back on his chair and Ray decided not to talk to him, he left him alone since that’s the best thing for him right now
“I thought I’ll be happy throu-ghout today” he thought and as if what just happened is not enough, Das c@mĀ£ in
He stood in front of him and Austen stood skittishly
“Dad” he said
“Attend the conference in my place….. Don’t show your murdering qualities there anyways” he said hatefully and head out
” Do you hate me that much?, So much that you remind me that I’m a murderer at any chance you get?” Austen said hurtfully
” It’ll be my stand forever….you murdered her” he replied and left
Austen fell back on the chair and threw his head back
“Today got ruined again…. damnit!!’ he shouted

4pm**
” Go slowly, go slowly!!!, You’re moving too fast!!” Eddy shouted behind BB who’s ri-ding the bike
He has been delivering with her since he dropped Nikita at the coffee shop in the morning and it has seriously been fun but she’s crazy
She increa-sed her speed and Eddy held her so ti-ght, always squee-zing life out of her, suffocating her a lot but she kept speeding,,
“Bright!!!, Go slow!!” He screamed again
“Baby calm down” she replied, finally going slow
” I’m not coming with you anymore after this since you’re planning to make me die” he said
“This will be my last delivery for today” she said
“Mister Rick says you’re not leaving work till past 9” she replied
“He’s kidding himself” she replied, sliding into the house she’s delivering to
She finished delivering and sighed, stretching herself
“So what next?” Eddy asked
“Let’s go to Olive’s place” she said
“Can I really ride with you again?” Eddy said and BB laughed
” Let’s go come on I’ll be gentle” she said and he quic-kly pe-cked her cheek
” What the hell!” She yelled
“It should be on thel-ips but maybe I don’t wanna receive a kick that’ll sĀ£nd me flying to San Francisco” he said and she punched his stomach
” Ouch!” He gro-an ed, holding it
“Don’t try it again…. Teddy” she said before mounting the bike
He smiled and climbe-d behind her then the journey started to Olive’s house
“Just go straight then towards that bend, go left” he directed,,
She was about to go left when a car hit the bike from the back
The bike fell and they both fell, hurting their legs and arms, the rear light of the bike got broken too
“Ouch!” BB winced painfully, standing up, her legs hurts a lot
” Teddy are you ok?” She asked
Eddy stood and dusted his clothes
” I’m ok” he said, he got a cut on his arm
BB went to the car and knocked the tinted window. It’s an expensive car, obviously some rich br@t
She knocked but no answer c@mĀ£, she knocked again, ha-rder than the first
If the driver has no money to give to treat their minor wounds, he should at least be sorry
She knocked it again but nothing is happening
She lost it completely and took off her boot, she made to hit it on the window but the door opened abruptly and maybe the person knowingly hit it on her, it hit her and she staggered but thankfully Eddy caught her
The arrogant looking dude looked at them as if they’re meaningless and sighed, he’s handsome no doubt, like a demigod, he’s h0t
“Drew Kaz, the popular model” Eddy said and BB stepped forward
” My arms and legs got wounded, Eddy got wounded too as a result of your reckless driving…..you almost knocked me down with your car door too, are you really a human?” She said and Drew frowned
” Many girls will almost go crazy if I hit them, they’ll want me to hit them again, girls are crazy about me but you….ugly thing….are you saying you haven’t been hearing about me?” He said and BB sm-irked,,
Right now she has a little patience in her and she might just lose it if he says another thing
“Did you hit your head on your ego?, Seriously guys like you are why girls turn lesbians…. ” She said
” What!”
” Give me money for treatment” BB said, flexing her f!ngers
” Are you planning to lose your face?, Do what she asked” Eddy said
” Her bĀ©yfriĀ£nd?, Oh ugly girls are d@t!ngthese days….well I have a shoot to go for so I have no time to spend with worthless commoners” he said arrogantly and made to enter his car..
” I’ll miss you a little bit Teddy….I think I’m going back to jail fas-ter than I planned” BB said and gr@bbĀ£d Drew’s hair, pu-lling him back r0Ć»ghly
She hit his head directly on the car window, Drew’s head got wounded and made funny noises, she immediately dragged him to the car bonnet,,
.
She fli-pped him over her shoulder and hit his back on the bonnet,,
Blood oozed out of Drew’s mouth and wounded head as he went unconscious, falling flat on the ground
“Bright!” Eddy shouted
