Lissa’s Pov:
Mr Rodney walked closer to Ariana and I as we got down from the car.
Ariana stared at him with so much disgust.
“You just need to act along baby… You don’t want the public to know you are not in good terms with your daddy” I said as she gulped.
She sluggishly held Sir Rodney’s hand and they walked into the decorated hall.
Wow! Was all I could say as we walked into the hall.
There were lots of special guests…very rich ones.
Sharon catwalked to the high table and sat down.
I rolled my eyes and walked in.
? HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU! ? HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU ? HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU ARIANA ? HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU……… ?
The crowd sang to my little Ariana as she walked up to the platform with a charming smile.
A microphone was handed to her.
“Good evening to all my lovely guests…. Thank you so much for honouring our invitation and making it to my party” She said as she was given a round of applause.
“I want to use this opportunity to thank the most important peoples in my life… Firstly is my nanny “Monalissa Ricks” I love you so much nanny?And to my best friend Quincy Jones you know I care and then….” She paused
“Ariana your daddy?” I whispered
“He doesn’t deserve it” She said calmly
“Please baby! Do it for me” I said
“And to my late mommy Kira Sanchez I love and miss you so much mom and daddy Rodney Sanchez you are valued” She said as she was clapped for.
Sharon’s Pov:
I rushed into the restroom and banged the door .
I quickly brou-ght out my cell phone.
?Hello boss?I said aloud
?Yes Sharon! How is it going?”?the boss asked
?Where are the guys? This is a very good opportunity for them?I said
?Don’t worry Sharon, they have surrounded the area?The boss lauhed
?That’s good! Talk to you later?I said and hung up
“”I can’t wait for my two obstacles to be gotten rid of” I smiled mischievously as I walked out of the restroom.
Quincy’s Pov:
I walked up the stairs holding my cell phone.
“Where could mom be?” I asked myself
Suddenly someone bumped into me and I fell.
“You silly je-rk! Are you blind?” I yelled at the person
“Am sorry miss” the person said not even looking at me.
“Get lost!” I yelled as I snorted and walked on.

Some minutes later
I started searching for my cell phone.
“My goodness! Where could my cell phone be? I was holding it earlier” I said as I scratched my head.
“That person that bumped into me… ? OMG! Could he be a thief?” I said in shock.
Ariana’s Pov:
I kept accepting birthday presents.
Suddenly my cell phone beeped.
I quickly picked it up.
It was a message from Quincy my friend.
“Ariana meet me at the third floor… I have something to tell you before I leave” I read the message.
“But I just saw her a while ago” I exhaled de-eperly as I quickly got up and walked out.

I walked straight to the third floor and it was really very lonely.
“Why would Quincy want us to meet here? Where the hell is she going anyway? Where is she?” I asked audibly to no-one in particular.
“Just then, the light was switched off and I became scared.
Before I could utter a word, a handkerchief was placed on my nose and I kept struggling but I blacked out…..
Lissa’s Pov:
I looked around and couldn’t see Ariana.
“Where could she be?” I thought
Immediately my cell phone beeped and I picked it up.
It was a message from Ariana.
“Nanny! Please come over to the third floor I have something to tell you” I read
I hurriedly left for the third floor.

It was so quiet and isolated.
“Why on earth will Ariana be here?” I asked myself.
Suddenly the light was switched off and I got scared and turned to run out.
But suddenly someone caught me by my arm and placed a handkerchief on my nose.
I blacked out….

Episode 24

Mr Rodney’s Pov:
I was still talking with some of the special guests when Sharon rushed to me.
“Rodney! Rodney!! I can’t find Ariana and her nanny” her voice echoed
“What?” I screamed as I quickly rushed out.
The search for Ariana and Lissa commenced.
“Oh gracious God! Please save my little daughter and her dear nanny” I said as I kept walking about restlessly.
The police continued searching for Ariana and Lissa and that was how the party ended sadly.
“Tell me officer, have you found them?” I asked anxiously
“Not yet Mr Sanchez! This is all we found at the third floor” the officer said and handed Ariana’s hair cli-p to me.
“Third floor? What did my daughter go there for? The third floor is still un-der construction and there are no CCTV cameras there” I yelled in agony.
“Calm down honey! Have a cu-p of water to calm your nerves” Sharon said as I quickly pushed her aside.
“Get lost!” I screamed at her as I walked away angrily.
Ariana’s Pov:
I gently opened my weak eyes…
“Where am I?” I said to no-one in particular.
I tried to get up but I couldn’t and that was when I noticed that my hands and legs are tied.
The light in the unknown room was so dimmed that I could ba-rely see.
I saw nanny Lissa lying close to me on the same bed and her hands and legs were also tied.
“Nanny! Nanny get up!” I yelled as I shook her rou-ghly and she opened her eyes.
“Ariana! Where is this? Are we still at the party?” She asked confused.
“How did we get here? Where are we?” I started sobbing.
“I think we’ve been kidnapped.. Help! Somebody help us” Nanny cried but our voices echoed.
Nanny and I bursted into tears as we hug-ged each other ti-ghtly.
Just then, the door throw open and someone entered the room.
I can’t say if it’s a man or woman cos the person was wearing a long black robe.
We couldn’t even see the person’s face.
“There’s no point in shouting! No-one can ever hear your voice…bitc-hes!” the person yelled and gave out a loud laugh.
“Who are you? What do you want from us?” Nanny Lissa cried as I clinged to my nanny.
The person roared with laughter.
“I didn’t know you could be so brave? Well I will make sure I seal that li-p of yours forever” the person said
“Let us go! Let go of us” I wailed as the person laughed loudly again and walked out of the room ban-ging the door.
We continued wailing and screaming again until our voices became sore.
Sharon’s Pov:
I jumped on the bed excitedly.
“At last my stumbling blocks has finally been removed…this calls for celebration except that Rodney whose almost sleeping at the police station but who cares?” I snorted
“Mabel! Mabel!!” I screamed.
“Yes ma’am!” She quickly answered and rushed into my room.
“I want you guys to prepare chocolate cake and chilled orange juice for me… Bring it right now” I ordered
“Ma’am are we celebrating? I mean Lissa and Ariana are missing and…” She said
“This stupid girl is so inquisitive for my liking” I thought and rolled my eyes.
“You moron! That’s what my baby wants” I half yelled at her and she quickly dashed out of my room.
“Even if they are missing, I just don’t give a fu-ck” I sighed.

Minutes later
The chocolate cake was placed in front of me and I ate hungrily flushing it down with a chilled gla-ss of orange juice.
Just then, my cell phone rang aloud and I picked it up.
?Hello? I said aloud
?Hello Sharon… I’ve prepared the fake marriage papers the boss said I should give you ? Helen our lawyer accomplice said
?Barrister I don’t want a fake marriage paper! I want the marriage to be valid? I said
?Sharon that’s not the plan and the boss will not be happy with it?She said
?Come on Helen! This will just be between us… And it’s gonna fetch us more money, please Helen! ? I said
?Fifty-fifty! We will have to share the money you make?Helen said as we laughed excitedly and hung up.
“Am sorry boss! But I can’t agree with you in this part cos Rodney is mine” I said happily
The Unknown’s Pov:
I picked up my box of cigarette and took out of it a stick of cigarette and lighted it.
“Boss! What do you plan to do with them?” Jack asked
“killing them! Instant death…” I laughed
“But boss! What did the little girl do to you for you to hate you so much?” Kyla one of my girls said
I quickly got up and held her by her collar.
“It’s none of your business!” I shouted as I let go of her for-cefully and she fell on the ground breathing helplessly and coughing.
“I will burn them into pieces! I will set that place ablaze and they will be burnt to ashes” I roared angrily….
