Lauren’s pov
I safely pack and at a small restaurant because of the car following me.
I heave a sigh of relief as I find a seat for myself.
Gosh! Who could be following me?
“Lauren ” someone called behind me and I turn around.
“Ryan? ”
“What are you doing here? Wait! Are you the one following me? ” I ask
“Hi… Yeah it was me, I’m sorry did I freak you out ”
“You did, oh God you have no idea how scared I was ” I say
“Sit down ” i offered and he sat down besides me.
“Sorry ” he chuckles
“So, you guys broke up?” Ryan ask
“Yeah, it was a normal thing to do… I mean this is how it should end anyway ”
“Lauren, I want you to tell me the truth and I promise you it will remain with me ” he says and I nod
“Are you happy with you leaving? ”
“What was I supposed to do? Beg him to love me back. To let me stay backs so that keep hurting myself ” I lash out angrily. I was so angry that I didn’t notice I’ve been shouting at Ryan even though he didn’t look offended even when I apologized, he said it was nothing they I nee-ded it.
“Hunter loves you Lauren, he just doesn’t know it yet. He has never ever been like that to someone expect. fv¢k! You should see how angry he was when you left me,every one back home are feeling it right now.
Pls stay, let him realize his feelings for you and just only you can make that happen. Hunter’s heart is full of hatred and revenge. But you c@m£ and brou-ght him a new feeling which has changed him a lot. Pls don’t leave like that ” Ryan explains.

“I’m not saying you should go back to him, just make him want you, make him regret letting you go. That can do ”

“I never said you should Lauren, let’s just do something that will make him crave for you. He gets angry when he sees you with another guy right ”
“Yes like crazy jealous ”
“Then imagine how jealous he would be if he sees you with his bestfriend “Ryan says and I g@sps.
“You mean we should act like we are a thing to make Hunter jealous ”

“He’s coming in thirty minutes ” Ryan says as he sat with me on the couch in his living room. I’m at his house, and we are planning on how to make Hunter jealous. Yes I agreed to it and I really hope it’s worth the stress cos I should somewhere enjoy my life right now.
Oh well I warned Ryan about it but he didn’t seem scared. Because I know what Hunter can do, except…. If he doesn’t care about me anymore.
“I’m hungry ” I say ru-bbing my flat stomach
“I have some bacon and eggs in the fridge, you can put it in the microwave to heat up a little ” Ryan says.
I stood up and do as he said. I place the plate with bacon and eggs on the table and turn to Ryan.
“Let’s eat together?”
He look at me, then nod before standing up from the couch walking to the dinning.
He sits down and I also take my seat. We started eating from one plate.
“So you said Hunter is coming in the next thirty minutes ” I ask.
“Yeah ”
“And what is the plan, what are we going to do? Do you think that if he sees me here will make him jealous? ” I raise an eyebrow.
Ryan sigh and got quiet.
After some seconds he suddenly stand and start taking off his shi-t.
“Wait what the heck are you doing!” I almost yelled.
“What do think? Giving you my shi-t ” be stretch the shi-t to me.
“What for? ” I asl
“Wear it, if he’s sees you in my shi-t I guess that will bring a quic-k response ”
I sigh.
“Okay! Can you plea-se turn around, I have to wear it ” I say
“Sure ” he smile and turn back. I re-move my blouse and wore the t shi-t on my black jeans.
“I’m throu-gh ”
He turn around “Perfect, that would do, I guess ” he make a nervous laugh.
I raise my eyebrows.
“Really? ” I say
“What? ”
“Why, you are nervous ” I point.
“No.. I’m not ” he denies
“You sure? ”
He sigh and look at me.
“I’m going to say the truth, I’m nervous as fv¢k. I know how Hunter can be so protective of you, now if he sees us thinking we are together, he might have killed me before he remembers who I am ”
“So you suggesting we should scr@p£ the plan ” I ask.
“Well, that’s too late cos he’s here alre-ady”
“fv¢k! Oh God what are we going to do. ”
“Listen, we will do this now. Just listen to me. First, we are going to have a fake conversation and you will laugh like what I said with is the most funniest thing in the world. Don’t look back, act like you didn’t notice him ” he explains..
I sigh and nod. Doing everything he ask me to do until we heard a loud slam of the door. We turn back. He alre-ady left.
Ryan pick up his phone and dial Hunter’s number.
“Hey bro, I haven’t seen you. You still coming? ” Ryan said to phone.
There was a grave silence until the person speak up.
“What is my ex wife doing in your fv¢king house Ryan ”
“Oh that! She is just scotting with me for a while that’s all, she didn’t have a place to stay”
“Staying in your place? ” Hunter scoff and hang up.
Ryan drop the phone and looked at me , a sm-irk plastered on his face.
“I’m starting to think that this isn’t a good idea ” I say and breathed out.
“I hate that he will think another man has t©uçh me ap@rt from him. Even if it works, he might still not believe we had nothing ”
“I’m sorry I made that type of plan that’s… ” I cut him off
“Listen Ryan, it worked okay? But I can’t just do this anymore”
He nod.
“Alright, I un-derstand ”
“I have to go, erm can I give this to you later. I don’t want to start dressing up ” I say pointing to his shi-t.
“No problem, bye. I’ll call you to check how you are doing ”
“Yeah, thanks. Bye ”
I walk out of his house to my car.
Someone scoff behind me. My heart hammered in my che-st when I saw him.
“You are even his shi-t around the city, how can you be this shameless ” his bold and de-ep voice say s£nding shiver down my spine.
“Excuse me? What’s your point? ” I frowned
“My point is, I’m dissapointed. You can stoop so low to be fv¢king my bestfriend after a week of our break up ” he growls.
“Are out s-en-ses? St©p accusing me wrongly. I never sle-pt with anyone, you are the fool here ” I shout.

I think I’m going crazy. Ever since Lauren left, something also left me. I feel empty. And seeing her with my bestfriend, she was even wearing his shi-t. It broke my heart, I wouldn’t deny that.
But they have to pay for that. I can’t or I don’t wanna believe Ryan will do that, maybe he was only helping her.
I love her. I’m in love with Lauren. I realize it a long time ago. But I never admit it. I wasn’t even sure what the feeling is. So I secretly went to see a thera-pist after she left. He was the one that made me un-derstand what I feel. And fv¢k I was damn happy.
I had intentions to look for her and tell her I love her too. But too bad, she move on so soon.
“I swear Hunter. I can never do that to you? “Ryan says behind.
“Really? Tell me more! I love that girl man. I wanted to make up with her but you messed it all up ”
“Wait! You love her? That’s great news . Guess our plan didn’t go for nothing ” Ryan grins.
“What plan ?”
“Lauren and I, actually it was me that went to her. We plan on pla-ying fake couple to make – you jealous…and to realize your feelings for her ”

“Go and get her now, her flight is in an hour ” Ryan says
“She’s leaving? ”
“You left her broken with your words yesterday ”
“fv¢k! I have to see her ” I say and rush driving to the airport

“Lauren ” a voice call me from behind. I turn around.
“Hunter? What are you doing here ”
He walk closer. He sighed and looked at me.
“I’m sorry , I’m sorry for everything Lauren plea-se.. ” he breathed his gaze not leaving mine.
He made a move to hvg me but I move back. He did it two times but I still decline. He sigh and gave up.
“I know you must be very angry ”
I don’t know when I pu-ll him in a hvg and I began to tear up. Hunter pats my bag and dis£ngage from the hvg. He k!$$£d my temple and wipe my tears.
“I love you so much princess, I’m sorry for not realizing it earlier ” he says ma-king me froze in Suprise
He loves me? Or is it some of his tricks to make me stay.
“I mean it Lauren, I do love you ” he repeated..
I smile as tears stream down my cheeks.
“you can’t be serious right now ” I chuckled

“When did you realize it “I say.
“Two days after our break up, I went to see a thera-pist-” I cut him off with a laugh
“No way! You went to a thera-pist? You? Omg this is so wonderful uhn ” I laugh.
“Don’t make jest of me princess and keep it between us, okay? ”
“It’s funny really, I thought you are an unemotional person, can’t believe you went you went to a thera-pist. I can imagine how comfortable you are when explaining yourself to the thera-pist ” I tease.
“Comfortable? Hell I was so uncomfortable, I regretted going there ”
I laugh again.
“I love you always princess, it just took me so long to realize it. ”
I place my hands on his cheek looking into his eyes.
“I love you more ” I say and k!sshim.
He reciprocate immediately, gr-abbing my w@!st closer. He tug on my lowerl-ip, moving up to my upperl-ips giving a very rou-gh and sloppy k!ss. Ourl-ips together and we t©uçh each other.
“I miss you ” Hunter says In to the k!ssma-king a vibr@tion from the back of my throat which made me m0@n in to his mouth. I close my eyes, both of us lost in the k!ssuntil we heard that the plane is set to move.
I broke the k!ss.
“I guess I have to go ” I say staring at him.
“Can I st©p you? “he sigh
“No ” I shake my head negatively
“Where are you leaving to? ”
“Los Angeles California, I want to further my education there ”
“Pas-s£nger should start moving in now ” we heard.
“I will come meet you there soon, just make sure you call me when you get there okay? ”
I nod.
We k!$$£d for the last time and I walk away.
“I love you ” I heard him say.

I waited until Lauren’s flight took off before walking to my car.
“Good to see you Hunter ” a voice I recognize say and I turn back.
“So You are alive ” I huff.
“As you can see, I’m not dead and I’m here to kill you and take what belongs to me ”
