????ACE????

~FLASHBACK~

“Ace?” Paulo questioned, holding the phone close to his ear.

“What’s going on?” Ace asked, his voice were so dry and husky.

“Where are you?”

“Is that meant to be your problem?” Ace asked, rudely.

“Just shut up and answer me…where are you?”

“Home…um, the graveyard. Why?”

“You need to go over to Ballerina’s.” Paulo said, hopping into his car.

“Why?”

“The accomplice isn’t Eva…we saw the wrong photo, Ace.”

“Then who is?”

“Heather.”

He couldn’t breathe…he could say a word….he was completely speechless and confused.

How can Heather, Belle’s trusted maid be the accomplice?

How is that even possible?

What did Belle ever do to her to deserve that betrayal?

Ace clenched his fist tightly, glaring at no one in particular.

Or maybe he was glaring at fate who made life so unbearable and unfair for both Belle and himself.

“Ace, are you there?” Paulo questioned, interrupting his thoughts.

“You think she’s in danger?” Ace asked, wondering why Paulo was asking him to go to Heather’s house now.

Besides Heather have been with Ballerina all this while and yet nothing happened to her so why was Paulo acting this way as if she wasn’t save anymore?

“Maybe. Maybe not. But I don’t think it’s only Heather that’s the only one there with her.” He said.

“What do you mean?”

“There is another accomplice, tagging along with Heather.”

“Why do you think that?” Ace asked.

Paulo let out a de-ep breath. “She knew we were suspecting her. She knew we had our eyes on her…”

“So?”

“She can’t attack Belle with everyone watching her, Ace.”

“So you think she asked someone for help?” Ace questioned.

“I know she did.” He sighed. “And we need to figure out just who she is.”

Ace let out a de-ep sigh, running his fingers throu-ghhis hair. “And Belle?”

“As long as she doesn’t remember anything then she will be fine. But, we just need to figure them out…and most importantly, gather up enough evidence against them.”

“So, what are you suggesting me to do then?”

“Go to the palace…I promise to come around as well.”

“But is all this really going to work? We have never gotten Heather to confess about her wrongdoings for all this while so how are we going to do it now?”

“Maybe we never got her to confess because we’ve never approached her directly before.” Paulo stated. “Maybe it’s time we take the bull by the horn. Trust me, it’s going to work out.”

~END OF FLASHBACK~

Chloe furrowed her brows a little, staring at Ace in complete confusion.

“You seem confused.” Ace said with a single brow raised.

“What…are you…try…trying to say?” She stuttered, trembling a little.

“I came prepared, Chloe.” He said.

She was going to say a word when someone suddenly hit her from behind, knocking her off her feet.

The gun she was holding fell off her hand and rolled over to Ace.

He slowly bent over and picked the gun, his gaze never left her as she kept gro-aning in pain.

“I told you it was going to work.” Paulo said, smiling as he approached Chloe and pulled her up, handcuffing her.

“Whatever, man.” Ace scoffed. “Besides this bit-ch isn’t Heather.”

“But at least we’ve figure her out and got her to confess.”

“She didn’t practically confessed.” Ace pointed out, rolling his eyes.

“But she helped us a little with a little bit of information.” Kat, Liam and Eva walked towards them.

“You should have told us.” Kat said to Ace.

“You were busy with her.” He nodded his head at Eva.

“We will take it from here, man.” Liam said to Paulo, taking Chloe from Paulo.

“I have to go to Belle right now. It’s seems like she’s in danger.”

“I’m coming with you.” Paulo said.

Chloe started laughing, surprising everyone in the process. “You all think you’ve won.”

“What?” Paulo questioned.

Chloe tilted her head to the side, smirking. “If I were you, I will go in there to save that princess…but, I’m not you. And i don’t think you will ever be able to save her.” She shrugged. “Who knows, she might be already dead.”

????NARRATOR????

“You killed the girl’s parents?” Naomi asked in disbelief, staring at her sister with her eyes wide opened.

“Hey, calm down. Old Naomi would have done worse.”

Naomi shook her head. “No. Old Naomi wouldn’t have shed anyone’s blood. And stop acting like the old me. This is the real you. You are not pretending to be me, Nelly. You are just tired of hiding your real self and that’s why you decided to unleash the dark side of you!”

“Old me wouldn’t have done this if only she wasn’t betrayed by her own sister and her boyfriend!” Nelly said angrily.

“Boyfriend?” Naomi scoffed. “Stephen was never your boyfriend. Yes, you had feelings for him and he had feelings for you also but neither of you confessed your feelings to the other.”

“Isn’t that Stephen?” Tessy, one of Naomi’s friend asked, staring behind Naomi.

Naomi slowly turned around and found Stephen, her high school crush, chatting and laughing with her sister.

“What is he doing with your sister?” Rita, another one of Naomi’s friends asked, turning to gaze at her.

“I…I don’t know.” She said in a whisper, still staring at the both of them.

“Didn’t your sister know you have feelings for Stephen?” Tessy asked.

Naomi shook her head, clenching her fist. “We were never close to discuss about stuff like that.”

“Oh. Seems like you have a love rivalry.” Tessy said, laughing.

“And I’m rooting for Nelly.” Rita said, smiling while twirling her hair around her finger.

Naomi snapped her head to her direction. “Shouldn’t you be supporting me right now?”

“I would have but come on, it’s quite obvious it’s your sister he wants and not you. Tsk, your nerdy sister stole the heart of the playboy.” She shrugged, still smiling.

“You don’t have to say that, Rita.” Tessy said, playful hitting her on the shoulder. “You will hurt our dear little friend.”

“I’m only just stating the truth.”

“The truth is bitter… haven’t you heard of that saying before?” Tessy questioned, raising a questioning brow at her friend, Rita.

“I will change that phrase.” Naomi said, unclenching her fist and folding her arms over her chest.

“What phrase?” Both Tessy and Rita asked.

“ ‘The nerdy sister stole the heart of the playboy.’ ” She said smirking.

#Present.

“You had feelings for Stephen too?” Nelly asked in surprise.

“What? Is it only you that have the right to love?” She scoffed. “I also have right to love, Nelly.”

“Why didn’t you tell me?”

“If I did, what would you have done? Leave him for me? Or show your real self?”

“We would have worked something out.” Nelly replied.

Naomi shook her head slowly. “We wouldn’t have. Things would have only become more complicated than it already is.”

“What’s more complicated than this?” She questioned.

“You didn’t kill Stephen and neither did you kill me. You are still on a safer path.” She said.

“I killed that little girl’s parents.” Nelly pointed out.

“Did you? Or you were only just part of it?” Naomi asked, raising a questioning brow at her.

Nelly let out a frustrated sigh, running her fingers throu-ghher hair. “You are diverting from the main matter…nothing still changes the fact of you going to Stephen’s just to sed-uce him while pretending to be me! You still betrayed me!”

“The story was twisted.” Naomi stated, grabbing the sandwich from the floor and taking a bite of it.

“What do you mean by that?”

“I didn’t go to his house pretending to be you. I went to his house being myself.”

“What?”

#Past.

“Young lady, who are you looking for?” An elderly woman asked.

Naomi smiled. “Stephen. Is he home?” She asked.

“Uh…who are you?”

“I’m Naomi. A cla-ssmate of Steohen.” She replied.

“This is the first time for a female cla-ssmate to come over to visit Stephen. You must be very special to him.” The woman said. “Did he call you here?”

Naomi quietly shakes her head. “He didn’t. In fact he doesn’t even know I am here. He has been absent from school for a week now and that’s why I’m here.” She sighed. “Is he in?”

“Yes. But I don’t think it will be best if you in.”

“Why? Is anything the matter?” Naomi asked a bit worried.

“Stephen is been throu-gha lot. I am not in the position to tell you anything but…, I will let you in.” She said calmly, stepping aside for Naomi to come in. “But promise me that you won’t pressure him into disclosing anything to you.”

“I promise.”

“Fine. He’s in his room, upstairs. The second door to your left side.” She directed.

“Thank you, ma’am.” Naomi said, smiling. She took some steps but stopped and turned back to the woman. “I’m sorry to ask, but who are you to him?”

“His nanny.” She replied her.

*****

Naomi knocked quietly against the wooden door then slowly pushed it open.

She walked in but found no one in the room.

She looked around the room, it was messy. It felt like no one was actually staying in the room.

Clothes, books, empty alcoholic bottles were scattered everywhere.

What the hell was going on here? She thought to herself, looking around.

Suddenly, she heard him gagging from inside the bathroom.

She hurriedly dropped her bag on the floor and ran inside, only to find Stephen vomiting.

“Oh my God, Stephen are you okay?” She appeared at his side and started patting his on his back gently.

*****

“Here, drink this.” She instructed, placing the cup over his mouth. Stephen quietly drank the cup of water. “How do you feel now?” She asked, setting the empty cup on the table.

“I’m…fine.” He breaths out.

“Just take a rest while I clean up this mess.” She said, coming up to her feet.

After she was done with everything, she returned back to the bed holding a tray of fried rice and chicken.

“Nanny B told me you haven’t eaten a thing.” She said, sitting down beside him. “And shouldn’t you be asleep right now?”

“Nanny B?” Stephen repeated quietly.

“B for Bianca.” She smiled. “Here, you brou-ght food for you.”

He slowly sat upright on the bed, resting his back against the headboard. “I never expected you to come.”

“Why wouldn’t I? You were absent from school for a whole week. That’s enough to make me worried.” She smiled.

Stephen grabbed the tray from her and set it on the table away from them and pulled her closer to himself. “Thank you.” He tucked a strand of hair from her face to the back of her ear.

“You don’t have to thank me, Steph. And besides I’m not doing this for just you, I’m doing it for me as well.”

“Why?”

“Why?”

“Why are you doing all this?”

“Isn’t it obvious?” He raised a questioning brow at her. “I like you, Steph.”

He didn’t say anything, he just sat still staring at her directly in the eyes.

“I like you so much.”

His li-ps stretched into a smile. “I thought you will never say that.” And with that, he smashed his li-ps against hers, ki-ssing her with everything he got in him.

She was happy.

Her wish, her dream…wait, she wasn’t in a dream, was she?

She wrapped his arms around his neck and started ki-ssing him back.

Nah, this wasn’t a dream.

“I like you too.” He said to her in between ki-sses.

He pulled her over to his bed and hovered over her, refusing to break the ki-ss or let go of her.

*****

Naomi rested her head against his chest, smiling.

She was excited.

Her wish came to reality.

She just had a wonderful se-x with the man of her dreams!

And the one Stephen like is her and not her sister!

She was dumb to have seen her sister as a competition. Because obviously, Nelly can’t compete with her when it comes to things like this.

“Why are you not asking me?” He asked, touing with her hair.

“I made a promise.” She said.

“What?”

“I promised nanny B not to pressure you to say anything to me unless you want to.” She told him.

There was a moment of silence until he spoke up, breaking the ice.

“My parents had a divorce.”

“Oh my God.” She exclaimed, looking up at him. “Why? What happened?”

“I don’t know why but I guess…they fell out of love.” He shrugged.

“Oh…”

“Hey, don’t pity me.” He warned.

She let out a de-ep sigh, sitting up right. “I don’t pity. I just….my parents wants to get divorce as well.”

“What?”

“Shocking, right?”

“I mean, they looked happy to me.” He said.

Naomi rolled her eyes, laughing. “You don’t even know my parents.”

“Ah, you are right.”

They both started laughing.

“I’m sorry.” Naomi said after she had stopped laughing.

Stephen turned to look at her and shook his head slowly. “You don’t have to apologize. What are you even apologizing for?”

She shrugged. “I don’t know. I just felt the need to say that word to you.” She stated calmly, surprise at herself.

She wasn’t one to say sorry or appreciate someone for something.

That was Nelly’s character not hers.

So what the hell was going on now?

“It’s fine.” He smiled. “How is your sister taking the divorce?”

“My sister? She doesn’t even know. But good news for her, my parents are not willing to give up on her but they are willing to give up on me.” She paused. “I thought my mom would choose me over her but I was wrong…she chose my sister instead.”

“But why? I mean, to me you are quite better than your sister. I’m not trying to compare or anything but I would choose you ten million times over your sister.” He pulled her closer to himself, hugging her. “You are beautiful, nice, kind-hearted, friendly, funny, gentle, peacemaker and most importantly, smart.”

Smart? Her?

She would have been blus-hing right now if those characteristics were really her.

She was quite opposite from all of those things. The person with those attributes is her sister not her.

“You love your family so much. Especially your sister. You are willing and ready to do anything for her but it’s too bad she doesn’t want that either.” He stroke her head softly. “You don’t need to feel sad or anything, okay? Besides you got me. Isn’t that what’s important?”

“Uh? Ye….yes.” She stuttered, wondering what the hell was going on now.

“You are mine. My Nelly.”

“Nelly?”

#Present.

“He mistook you for me?” Nelly asked quietly.

“Funny, right?” Naomi sighed. “I was dumbfounded, angry, mad, upset, and hurt. The guy I willing gave my vi-rginity to mistook me for my sister.” She chuckles, sniffing. “I wanted to hate you. I wanted to make you pay but..,” She scoffed. “I might be a spoilt bit-ch but I’m not a monster.” She run her we-t tongue over her dried li-ps. “I felt guilty. I knew I betrayed you but…I just couldn’t bring myself to admit that fact! Honestly…, I wanted to let go. I wanted to step down. But that’s when I realized I was pregnant for him.” She sighed. “It felt like an opportunity for me to get what I want but I knew de-ep down, I’m not worth it.”

“Why didn’t you tell me all this?”

“When you figured out that i was pregnant for Stephen, you just wouldn’t listen to anyone!” She wiped off her tears. “And, I..
became angry. Mom insulted me, calling me a prostitute because,” She sobbed. “of the pregnancy. She…she started comparing me to you and called me all sort of names. I deserved it.” She paused. “I refused to give up on Stephen because I know if I do then mom would make life more miserable for me.” She smiled. “After I got married to Stephen, I became indebted to you. I was sorry. Trust me, I never hated you. I was just blinded by jealous and bitterness. I…just wanted to be more like you. But it was stupid. Stupid to have stole the life that you deserve. I didn’t tell the police about you because, I felt guilty. I made you who you are right now. If there is anyone that should be going to jail then it should be me not you.” She sniffed again, wiping off the tears. “You were just a broken vase who was mishandled by its owner. I broke you and so did mom.” She reached out to Nelly’s hand and held it in between hers. “I deserve everything you are doing to me right now but…Ace, the girl and every other person doesn’t deserve it. They are just innocent children who knows nothing!”

Nelly pulled her hand from Naomi’s grasp, stepping away from her. “You admitted to have sed-uce Stephen using my identity.”

“Yeah. And honestly, I did misled him. He knew you for your good character and fell in love with it. He didn’t fell in love with your face, Nelly. He fell in love with your good heart and pure spirit. Maybe that was how I was able to get him to sleep with me. I did went there with my Identity but…, I didn’t possessed my character. I was a total different person there. I was more like…you.”

“What?”

“I guess the goodness have been in me even before I went to Stephen’s house. But I just wanted mom to love me and that’s why I chose to be like her. And that was very stupid of me.” She smiled. “I don’t hate you, Nelly. I don’t.”

“Why are you telling me all this now? Huh? Why now?” Nelly said in annoyance.

“I just want you to stop. Please.”

????BALLERINA????

“Let go, you bit-ch !” Heather yelled angrily, struggling to stab Ballerina’s eyes.

Ballerina refused to let go.

They were literally dragging the knife right now.

Ballerina was struggling to rip the knife off Heather’s while Heather was struggling to stab Ballerina’s eyes!

Ballerina wasn’t ready to let go without a fight.

She won’t let Heather get her way for the third time!

She won’t be the naive, stupid, weak Princess.

She was the crown princess of the city and for her to be a qualified one then she have to stand for her damn right and fight!

This is the duty of a crown princess. It’s not just to protect the throne and the people but also to protect herself.

Blood were dripping off Ballerina’s hand because of the knife she was holding _she was holding the sharp side_ But still, she refuse to let go!

“LET HER GO!” A voice said from behind, which made Heather let go of the knife _the knife fell on the ground in between Ballerina and Heather_ and quietly Heather turned around to find Paulo pointing a gun at her while Ace was standing beside him.

“Stay away from her right now.” Ace warned.

Heather smirked. “Your prince charming is here.” She said to Ballerina. “Tsk, he came right on time, disrupting my plans. But anyway, I still…”

BAM!

Heather gro-aned in pain, placing her hand over her shoulder. “What the hell have you done!?”

Paulo raised a single brow at her, smiling. “I will run if i were you.”

She glared at them then turned back to Ballerina and pushed her rou-ghly against the wall before running over to the window and jumping off.

Ballerina fell against the wall, mistakenly pressing a bu-tton behind the huge photo in the process, which made the photo to divide open, causing her to stumble down on the floor inside the pathway

Ace and Paulo stared at it, with their eyes wide-ned in complete shock.

Ballerina gro-aned in pain coming up to her feet, she quickly went to Paulo, ignoring the pathway that just appeared and landed a mighty slap on his face, imprinting the mark of her fingers which was stained with her blood on his face.

“How dare you let her escape!?” She yelled at the top of her voice, glaring ha-rd at him.
