Belinda got tired of staying at home, it was like the Sunday has refused to come to an end, so she decided to go spend some time with Alicia.
After getting dressed, she excused herself from the house and headed to Alicia’s house.
After the few minutes ride, she paid the cab driver and walked into Alicia’s compound, the gate was left open so she just entered, she walked until she got to the parlour.
She saw Alicia’s mother sitting on the couch discussing with Alicia’s senior brother.
“Good morning”. She greeted entering the open parlor.
“Oh Belinda, how have you been?”. She politely asked.
“I’m fine ma, Is Alicia at home?”. Belinda asked.
“I guess she’s in the garden, James go call your sister”. She ordered the boy who just noded.
James got to the garden and was surprised to find Alicia cutting off the beautiful flowers she supposed to be trimming.
“Hey! What the hell are you doing?” James asked surprised that she was cutting off the beautiful flowers she has always treasured..
“James!!”. Alicia called obviously shocked..
“Why are you cutting those flowers?”. He asked with frowned brows.
“Oh my !”. She yelled when she realized what she has been doing to the innocent flower in place of Belinda.
“I didn’t know, I was lost in thought”. She explained picking up the dead flower. her brother just kept staring at her wondering what was wrong with her, but he didn’t bother to ask.
“Your friend is here, she’s in the sitting room”. James said about walk away.
“She ?”. Alicia questioned, Sam was the only visitor she was expecting today.
“Yes she, your best friend of all times”. James said rolling his eyes.
A de-ep frown appeared on Alicia’s face as her brother spoke.
“Brother can you please tell her that I’m not home, I don’t wish to speak to her”. Alicia pleaded.
“Why? you guys had a fight”. He guessed feeling surprised with what his junior sister was saying..
“I’ll explain later, but just please go tell her that you can’t find me that I left throu-ghthe back door and won’t be back anytime soon”. Alicia said urging her brother to leave.

“She’s not home”. James said sitting back on his chair.
“I thought she was working on y flowers”
Alicia’s mum said frowning.
“It’s nothing I guess she left throu-ghthe back door.”. James simply said..
“It’s fine, I’ll just see her in school tomorrow”
Belinda said standing up on her feet.
“Ok dear, my regards to your parents”. She cheerfully said.
“Ok ma”. Belinda said walking away.
Outside the gate of Alicia’s house, Belinda stood there looking left and right in search of a ride. Her eyes met with that of a masked person that has been busy watching her.
“Who are you?”. Belinda asked and the person quickly ran to the back of the house expecting the stubborn lady to follow him and she did without thinking twice.
Belinda kept following the unknown person, she wanted to know who was that and why was the person staring at her.
“Belinda!”. She heard a voice that made her halt her step. Turning around she found Sam smiling at her.
“Hi, are you also here to see Alicia?”
Sam asked Belinda who was still staring at her back.
“Hi ?”. Sam called waving at her.
“Oh hello Sam, what’s up with you?”. Belinda said turning her interest to him.
“I’m cool”. Came his reply
“If you’re here to see Alicia she’s not home”. Belinda narrated.
“Are you sure, I just got her text few minutes ago and she told me she has been home since morning”. Same said frowning.
“You can go In and check for yourself, but as for me I’m heading home”. Belinda said waving at the cab coming their way.
“Okay then bye, I’ll just go in and confirm”. Sam said waving her.
“Okay then”. Belinda said impatiently entering the cab, she was scared and just wanted to get home immediately.
Sitting in the cab Belinda thought about it. “why will her brother say she’s not home and won’t be coming back anytime soon, meanwhile she’s at home”. Belinda thought feeling confused.

“Sam?”. Diego asked frowning due to the awkward news he just heard.
“Yes, some people must have thought that I’m the one dating Sam, but it has been her all along”. Alicia narrated, Diego just stared at her already getting bored.
” See you around”. He said turning around and he immediately left.
Alicia smiled while watching Diego as he walked away. ” Belinda thinks she can just have Diego all to herself, she must be day dreaming”. She said still laughing.
Diego counted his steps as he climbed the stairs, he still couldn’t believe the disturbing news, it doesn’t just make any sense to him.
“Why will she be in a secret relationship? Why can’t she just let everyone know about it?. So that’s the reason she rejected Daniel and also wants to reject me also, interesting”. Diego kept speaking to himself like a crazy person.
School went on and on without Alicia and Belinda saying a word to each other. Alicia quickly picked up her bag and walked out of the clas-simmediately she heard the bell.
“Alicia!”. Belinda called immediately she saw her leaving the cla-ss, but Alicia didn’t even bother to glance.
“Alicia please wait! We have to talk”. Belinda half yelled running up to her and quickly held her wrist.
“Come with me”. Belinda said pulling Alicia along with her as they headed for the school hall.
“What’s the problem? Please tell me if there’s anything wrong I’ve done”. Belinda pleaded immediately they entered the hall.
“Let go of me”. Alicia yelled as she freed herself from Belinda’s grip.
“You want to know what you did right?”. She asked glaring at Belinda.
“Yes please tell me so I can apologize”. Belinda innocently pleaded.
“Even if you apologize I’m never going to be friends with you ever again, because I’ve seen your true colors you betrayed”. Alicia harshly said breaking Belinda’s heart into million pieces.
“What the hell have I done that turned you against me this way, you’re even calling me names, Alicia!”. Belinda fired.
“I’m a very nice person that’s the reason I haven’t slapped you ha-rd across the face, you liar”. Alicia spoke with anger in her voice leaving Belinda confused.
” I asked you didn’t I, I asked several times but you denied, I saw it coming but I didn’t want to believe because you always acted like a nice person, since the very day he gave you the coffee I made for him, I suspected the both of you”. Alicia blabbed in anger.
Belinda’s eyes went wide in realization that all this was because of Diego.
“Alicia if all this is about Diego then calm down, because there’s nothing between me and Diego, there’s no chemistry between us”. Belinda tried to explain.
” Oh shut up you bloody liar, there’s nothing going on but I saw you ki-ssing him as if he was your husband, but I’m sorry to break your heart you don’t stand a chance in his life you poor thing, and the only reason he ki-ssed you was because you were looking good in your borrowed clothes”. Alicia ranted in anger, with so much confidence in her voice.
“Alicia you can’t bad mouth me all because of Diego, that was Andrea’s clothes fine! But that doesn’t mean that I don’t have nice clothes”. Belinda quickly responded.
“You borrowed Andrea’s clothes because you knew Diego will be attending the party, that has always been your plan, to sed-uce him, but yet you act so innocent”? Alicia fired looking straight into Belinda’s eyes.
“Shut up! Keep quiet Alicia”. Belinda yelled.
“As for your Diego he has always been the one coming after me, but as from today I’ll stay away from him, so quite your drama”. Belinda fired already getting angry.
“That isn’t necessary, because he is not going to get close to you again, he already knows your secret”. Alicia said before walking away, she didn’t want to hear anymore from Belinda, she won’t forgive her never…
Belinda stood there staring at Alicia’s back as she walked away, she knew that it was all her fault but Alicia was going too far with all this.
All this while Diego and Michael stood at the entrance watching the two friends fight. Alicia who walked out did notice them due to anger.

Few minutes ago
“Michael get out of my way”. Diego yelled at Micheal who wasn’t allowing him pa-ss.
“I want to know, who’s that girl, the girl you talked about the night you were drunk, we’re all sure that it isn’t Megien”. Micheal asked raising one of his brows.
“If you don’t move away I’ll punch out your eyes”. Diego said moving forward but immediately paused when he saw Belinda dragging her friend into the open hall.
Diego couldn’t hide his curiosity so he went to stand at the entrance of the hall along with Michael, they both listened to the girls who were yelling at each other and all conversation refered to him.
“Why will her friend be angry because I ki-ssed Belinda, don’t tell me that skinny thing is into me”. Diego murmured while Micheal stared at him like he just saw a ghost.
“What?”. Diego was for-ced to ask.
“You ki-ssed Belinda? Tell me, do you like that girl, was she the one who turned you down ?”. Michael hurriedly asked.
Diego just kept shut knowing his little secret has already been expo-sed.
Diego just walked into the hall, ignoring all Michael’s questions.
“I never knew that you were this quiet, you were always harsh to me, but it’s has gotten to your friend and you’re tongue tied”. Diego fired walking up to Belinda with his hands in his pocket.
“What do you want? I’m not in the mood to talk to you”. She tiredly said.
“What? You’re scared of that skinny girl, she shouted at you and you’re here busy wiping, what do you think this is , Bollywood?”. Diego asked with raised brows.
“Diego you know nothing”. Belinda shunned .
“But I heard everything, she saw us ki-ssing each other and so? Did I ever ask her out?”. Diego spoke simply as if it was nothing.
“Don’t come here and show off to me “. Belinda said rolling her eyes.
“Hahaha, so she’s one of my crush ?”. Diego asked laughing lightly.
“What’s your problem? What’s even funny?”. Belinda asked frowning.
“Everything! Everything, she’s obviously not my kind of woman, what does she expect me to do with a skinny girl like her?”. Diego said with a smirk on his face.
“Diego that’s enough, Alicia is a very beautiful girl, even if you don’t like her that doesn’t change the fact”. Belinda fired.
“She’s bad mannered and she was also insulting you, what would I do with that kind of girl”. He asked sounding serious this time around.
“And so? what of Megien, Megien is the most disrespectful student in my cla-ss”. Belinda argued.
“Oh come on, Megien is so beautiful, with a nice body also and I haven’t seen her speaking to Lilly in the manner which your friend just spoke to you just now”. Diego added rendering Belinda speechless.
“It’s fine, you can go to her then”. Belinda said standing up on her feet.
“Hey”. Diego called holding her by her wrist as he pulled her to himself.
“It’s okay, I’m sorry don’t get angry”. Diego whispered not caring about Micheal who was still staring.
“Diego let go of me”. She yelled, but Diego only tightened his grip on her.
” Diego it’s enough I’m not playing this game with you anymore, let go!”. She yelled getting angry because of his hands around her wa-ist.
“Belinda why are you treating me this way? It’s really unfair, you know how I feel about you, you know I always misses you anytime I’m away from you, why don’t you want to give me a chance prove myself to you”. Diego calmly spoke in a serious tone…
“Diego you know that’s impossible, I guess you saw what just happened?”. Belinda questioned with a frown.
“Are you sure it’s because of your friend or your relationship?”. Diego asked causing Belinda to frown in confusion.
She quickly released herself from his grip and turned to face him,. “What relationship?”. She questioned thinking he was speaking about Daniel.
