As soon as they finished their lunch, Ivy and Zara p@rted ways with Brian as they are not in same dep@rtment with him. Ivy checked her timetable and they headed over to their first cla-ss for the day. As they got to the cla-ss and entered, everywhere bec@m£ silent.
Guys stared at Ivy like they haven’t seen a lady before. The girls noticed and start glaring at her hatefully wondering who she is. Guys started whistling as she pa-ssed their side. Ivy looked down and stuck close to Zara feeling embarra-ssed.
As they sat down, some guys stood up coming towards them obviously to introduce themselves to Ivy. But the lecturer a female c@m£ in and they had to go back to their seats. As the guys gro-an ed at not being able to introduce themselves to Ivy, girls looked at Ivy with much more hatred now.
They began to whisper with themselves while pointing at Ivy who gulped and focused on the book she brou-ght out not daring to look up.
“Hey silent! The cla-ss has just begun and you are ma-king noise,” the lecturer said and looked around the room. “Oh! I see that we have new faces here. Let’s introduce ourselves. I’m Emily.” The new students stood up and introduced themselves one after another. Everyone was focused on Ivy waiting for her introduction.
“Hello, I’m Ivy Faye. Nice to meet you all,” she said sweetly with a smile and the guys clapped placing their hands on their che-st like they have been hit by an arrow. A love arrow.

Later on, Ivy looked like she was having difficulty with the cla-ss tasks given to them. She stared her book frowning. She didn’t notice guys looking and wondering why she has a frown on her beautiful face. They wanted to come over but the lecturer was really strict.
The only one that had the courage to talk to Ivy was the guy sitting next to her. “Are you having problems with your calculations Ivy?,” he asked and she looked up at him. Ivy stared at the handsome blue-eyed guy next to her and smiled.
“Yes, I’ve always had problems with calculations. I’ll appreciate if you could help me,” Ivy replied thinking that she would have asked Zara to help instead. But the lecturer made them sit separately and faraway from each other.
The guy moved closer and solved the first question for her. As soon as he finished, she said,“Oh! Thank you so much. I can do the rest myself now. Thanks for your help.”
The guy only chuckled and said,“ I’m Henry. Whenever you have any other calculation problems, just me.” Ivy nodded and faced her book. Henry stared at her and smiled upon seeing her beautiful smile. He then faced his book knowing the other guys are glaring at him right now…

“Just one day at college and I’m alre-ady so exhausted,” I said to Zara as I stirred what I was cooking. br@d walked into the kitchen and gro-an ed with plea-sure.
“Sister in-law, your food smells delicious. I feel so hungry and jealous that my brother has been enjoying all this to himself,” he said peeping into the pot to see what I am cooking. Oh! Speaking of Brian, I remember I have to video call him later and see how my dear husband is doing.
As br@d walked pa-ss Zara, she pinched him and he shouted,“Ouch!!! Zara that’s hurts alot. You are just jealous because you can’t cook like sister in-law.” She glared at him and pinched him again. I laughed…
After our meal, br@d left for a date and I told Zara I want to call Brian. So she tagged along. As soon as he picked the call, I looked at him. He made his phone stable on the table and continued working on his laptop. He smiled at me.

📲Shut up Zara! Ivy is that true? Who asked you out today?- br@d said looking angry. I giggled at his jealous face.
📱 It’s nothing serious like that and college was fun. I also used my medicine- I answered.
📲 That’s good. I’ll come over by weekend and we’ll go to the thera-pist together. Just try to control yourself,okay. And stay with Zara at all times. My brother is not reliable- he said and I laughed.
A lady walked in holding files. I looked at the beautiful lady who dropped the files on Brian’s table. I frowned, she doesn’t look familiar.
📱Brian, who was that?- I asked as soon as she left.
📲My new secretary. And don’t worry, she’s married. I’m only for you- he smiled seeing my jealous reaction. After few minutes, we ended the call.
I went over to Zara and noticed her staring at me mischievously. “Ivy, have you and Brian consummated your marriage?,” she suddenly asked and I blu-shed fiercely looking at my fin-gers.
“Oh My God! You haven’t done the deed yet. Are you kidding me? You have been married for a month now and you still haven’t done the deed,” she said. I’m sure my face turned red like a tomato.
“We haven’t gone that far yet. And should we be talking about s-x. I’ve just started college,” I answered.
“What do you mean? Do you want someone else to snatch your husband away from you? Stand up. Thank God, it’s still noon. We are going for quic-k shopping. You have to do what nee-ds to be done,” she said and pu-lled me up. I hurriedly picked my purse and we left for the nearest shopping mall.

I gro-an ed as I checked my phone again. Dad hasn’t fixed the credit card problem yet and I’ve been itching to order something online. I gro-an ed and went to dad’s room.
“Dad, what’s going on? I still can’t use my credit card,” I said as I barged into dad’s room again. Dad looked at me frowning.
“You should really learn some manners Marie. Can’t you knock before coming in? Your mates are out there working for their money. You refused to finish college education. I offered you to come work for my company but you refused. All you do is stay at home and shop all day,” dad complained.
I looked at him. Why’s dad saying all these now? He’s never complained before. “Dad, you know I have my own business,” I argued. He looked at me,“Where’s the proof of the business?”
I panicked. I can’t tell Dad that the so-called business didn’t last a month before it crumbled. “Marie just leave. I’ll inform you when I fix your card.” I gritted my teeth angrily and left… Dad is so useless.

I pu-lled Ivy into the lingerie section. I watched in amusement as her eyes wi-de-ned as she stared at the skimpy nighties. I picked a red nightie and showed her. “ What! No! I can’t wear this in front of Brian,” she protested.
I laughed at her shy reaction. I picked the nightie and many more ignoring her protest. I even selected clothes for her. “Zara, I alre-ady have lots of clothes I haven’t even worn yet,” she tried to tell me. But I ignored her.
We got to one section and we saw all those hairbands that looks like animals ears. I looked at her and whispered something into her ears. Her eyes wi-de-ned and she nodded. “Brian will be so shocked when he sees you dressed tomorrow night. Let’s buy con-dom packs too. Don’t want you getting pregnant yet,” I said.
She covered my mouth and looked around. “Ssh Zara, don’t say those things loudly like that,” she said blu-shing. I chuckled and pushed the trolley filled with the things we bought towards the counter.
The sales attendant sealed everything and Ivy handed over a gold credit card to her. I looked around the mall while waiting.
“Ma’am, I think there’s a network failure or something because the money transfer keeps failing,” I heard the sales attendant say to Ivy. I hurriedly looked at her. Gosh! What do we do now? I didn’t bring my credit card.
Before we could say anything, I heard someone say,“ Don’t be so kind to the bit-ch. Don’t lie that it’s network failure, just tell us that she can’t afford what she bought.” Everyone on the queue laughed and I turned to look at who had spoken.

Ivy stared at the trouble group. They were five in number. All dressed up like a doll. She looked at the only one familiar to her, Loli. Loli sm-irked and walked forward catwalking. She glared at Ivy remembering how Liam scolded her earlier.
Something he’s never done before and it’s all because of Ivy. “Is this the bit-ch? She’s actually prettier than I expected,” one of the girls said. The rest looked at her and shouted,“Mia!” She walked towards me. “Too bad she’s just a vixen. Using her pretty looks to se-duce guys. She can’t even afford to pay for what she bought,” Mia said. The excited crowd that had alre-ady gathered to watch the show cheered.
Ivy looked around not knowing what to do. Loli walked forward and peeped into the computer in front of the sales attendant. “Whatever she bought just cost 30millon and she can’t even afford to pay.” The crowd looked at Ivy astonished at the price of what she bought.
The sales attendant tried to curb the situation as she hurriedly gave Ivy her card,“Ma’am, don’t worry about what you bought. You can just order them online later when the credit card works again.” Ivy collected the card and returned it to her purse. Loli smiled and wanted to say something again when Ivy brou-ght out another card.
“Try this one instead,” Ivy said giving the card to the sales attendant. As soon as everyone saw the card, everywhere bec@m£ so silent that you could hear the pin drop. “Pla… Platinum card… That’s a platinum card,” a man from the crowd cried out excitedly. The trouble squad couldn’t say anything again. Everyone knows that platinum cards are limited worldwi-de. Anyone with the possession of a platinum card must be someone very wealthy, influential and so on..
I don’t even know what words I should use to describe the card again. The sales attendant bowed and collected the card. She stared at the card excitedly happy to tou-cha platinum card for the first time. Zara laughed at Loli and her friends shocked reaction. Ivy simply ignored them.
Till they paid and left, wveryone was still wondering what happened and how the table turned so quic-kly.

Meanwhile at the office, Brian picked up his phone receiving an alert. He saw the notification that a shopping mall just withdraw payment from the credit card he gave Ivy. He stood up and did a small happy dance not caring about the amount.
“She finally used my card. I was so scared that she would abandon the card forever,” he soliloquized smiling happily while looking at the notification over and over again. He’s unware of the fact that someone just called him a ‘Wealthy Old Man’😂.

I laughed as we reminisce on what has just happened at the mall.
“Cousin in-law you are so cool. You practically killed them with your silence. You didn’t even say a word while they were shouting recklessly. They got face-slapped pretty ha-rd,” Zara laughed as she said.
I smiled as I unpacked the things we bought. I’m little bit matured than them. Marie and her mom taught me well. I brou-ght out a set of lingerie.
“Zara are you sure this will work?,” I asked looking at the lingerie suddenly feeling nervous. She shook her head and looked at me. “Don’t worry, my cousin will be so captured by your beauty tomorrow that he won’t look elsewhere.”
I giggled and she immediately added,“I’ll be staying over with a friend tommorow. I don’t want to hear mo-aning sounds and I know br@d will surely have a date tomorrow. A day never pa-sses by without him having a date.”
I blu-shed thinking of what will happen tomorrow. She win-ked at me and pointed at my phone,“Now s-end a message asking him to come over tomorrow. Don’t fu-ck this up cousin in-law.” I took my phone and hurriedly s-ent a message.
When I saw his reply- ‘ I WAS PLANNING TO COME OVER WEEKEND. BUT THE SOONER THE BETTER, I MISS YOU 💋’, I smiled and put my phone on my che-st. Zara cooed.

Ivy looked so excited to see that she had only one cla-ss left. The dance cla-ss. It’s p@rt of the recreational cla-ss she and Zara picked. She was so glad that she didn’t run into Loli and her friends. And today was stress-free ap@rt from more suitors chasing after her and many more hatred from the girls.
She went to the changing room with Zara and they changed into their dance outfit. Ivy wore a joggers and a short top that didn’t even cover her stomach. She did her hair into a ponytail and stared at herself in the mirror. “I wonder why the college wants us to wear short tops like this. It’s not even covering my stomach,” she complained.
“Cousin in-law, it looks good on you.” Zara said stepping in front of the mirror looking stunning in the knicker and short top she’s wearing. They left and walked towards the cla-ss happily . As soon as they entered the cla-ss, Ivy inwardly gro-an ed. Loli and her friends were pres-ent. Even Liam is there. The boys turned to look at the two stunning ladies that has just walked in most especially Ivy.
As soon as the dance trainer c@m£ in, everyone introduced themselves and they got into their positions. As they did a solo dance, Loli tried to put out her leg when Ivy danced towards her side. She was hoping Ivy would fall as most of the guys attention are on Ivy. She felt jealous that Ivy danced beautifully for a beginner.
But Ivy alre-ady saw her leg, she felt angry that even though she had never done anything bad to Loli, she kept on troubling her. So instead of stumbling on Loli’s leg, she stepped on it and Loli cried out in pain. “bit-ch,” Ivy said doing a fu-ck-YOU sign before dancing past her. Thankfully they weren’t wearing shoes or Loli would have suffered.
Later on, the dance trainer said,“ Now I want everyone to choose a p@rtner. We are gonna have couple dance.” The guys looked at Ivy hoping to be her p@rtner. But suddenly, the trainer said,“Liam why don’t you dance with Ivy? You are one of the best and Ivy is also good for a beginner. You can help in cultivating her talent.”
Liam felt happy inwardly but he kept his cold look on his face as he advanced towards Ivy. Loli’s face turned red with anger watching them dance together. She looked at the guy she p@rtnered with and hissed before leaving the dance floor.
Meanwhile a certain someone was enjoying watching a beauty sway her b©dy in front of him.

“Ivy, can you give me a little clue about the surprise you have for me tonight,” I pleaded. She drove her fin-gers throu-gh my hair gently. “It won’t be a surprise anymore if I tell you. Just finish your food and take a shower. Then I’ll tell you.”
Seeing that I’m about to protest, she placed her fin-gers on myl-ips and said,“Ssh… No more talking… I’m going to take a shower. Come soon.” Then she walked away. I looked at her trying to pinpoint what’s so different about her tonight…

After dinner, I went to her room and took a shower like she asked me to. When I c@m£ out of the bathroom in just a towel, I was so shocked at what was waiting for me that my towel almost dropped.
