Samantha
“check out this pink boot an the black one, which one do you prefer?” I asked molly who l@yon her be-d watching me the whole time
“the black one is the perfect match” she said and I have her a happy pe-ck before turning towards the mirror to fix it on
the door to our room flung open and a pretty face girl walked in, I sighted her throu-gh the mirror and g@sp on seeing it’s Janet
“Janet!” I called running my eyes over her b©dy
“hey!
your grandma actually told me your in here, let’s get going it’s almost 3pm
I don’t wanna get struck in the back you know it’s gonna be crowded” she said In one breath
“woah! you look stunning” she added and I smiled
“you are the one who’s looking stunning here” I complimented
“I think am gonna be your judge since you guys are confused on who’s more stunning” Molly said and we both took our attention to her
“I think you but are stunning but Kelvin is more cute than the both of you”she said sarcastically and earned an eye roll from me
“who’s Kelvin?” Janet asked and I frowned
“her little Buddy
who happens to be br@ins cute dog”I said and she chuckled slightly
“come on Samantha!
we shouldn’t go late” she said and I hurriedly wore my earrings and picked up my little purse
we both waved goodbye to Molly before moving into the sitting room to meet grandma and br@in who were having a little conversation

Samantha you look……I just don’t know where to place you……..you look superb” he complimented and I blu-shed

br@in meet my bestie Janet, she’s the one who had gotten you the concert ticket” I said and turned to Janet
“Janet meet br@in, my friend, tutor and neighbor”I said and br@in frowned
“so am still a neighbor to you right?” he asked and we bur-st out

and I must admit, your more cute than she had told me” Janet said and br@in tittered
“it’s nice to meet you too and thanks for the ticket” he said plainly
“oh! plea-se it’s nothing” Janet said and my eyes fell on the black trou-sers and gray coloured jacket and boot he had on alongside a face cap

you look……”I was saying when he smiled
“I look h0t right?”he asked giggling and I frowned
“I wasn’t talking to you” I Lied and he furrowed his brows
“who were you taking to then?” he asked and I rolled my eyes at him
“it’s none of your business” I retorted
“let’s get going” I said and we all made to move out
“you guys shouldn’t stay long grandma said and we all nodded
“bye grandma”I waved at her as we walked down the road to get a cab to the city stadium where the concert is gonna be held

the blaring noise from invitees hit our ears immediately we got into the large hall
geez!
the whole place looked richly and elaborately furnished
securities where every where
it seems the entire city where in attendance
luckily for us, we had arrived early but the front roll had alre-ady been occu-pied while we had no choice other than to stand in the middle, the stage was quite visible from where we had stood
Janet kept smiling the whole time while br@in kept a straight face
what’s wrong with him?
“did you bring the shi-t you want golden boy David to sign his autogra-ph on?” i asked Janet who seems to be dancing to the soft melodious tune pla-ying from the background
“oh! no
I actually forgot” she whimp like she wanna cry or something
“it’s fine! you will make do with mine” I offered and her face brightened up a bit

your gonna be left with none!
I think I have to ba-re and maybe go look for something I can purchase, so he can sign on it”she said looking bashful
“c-mon Janet
that’s gonna be my own way In saying thank you for getting me a ticket, without you I won’t be here
if I can’t help the one I call my bestie, what sort of friend am I?” I rasp and she pu-ll-ed me into a hvg
“thanks Samantha you are so sweet” she whispered into my ears
“just as you are” I muttered and we both giggled

look up ladies the show is about to begin” br@in tapped me lightly on the shoulder and I took my eyes to the stage which alre-ady had bright shiny lights on it
the shadow of four boys cast on us the audience and the light shone back at them
screams and shouts of ‘Golden boys’ rent the air and I suddenly felt a ban-ging headache

“we really wanna say a big thank you for honouring our invite, that shows how much you love us
and we the Golden boys are wanna say we love you too” the four boys said simultaneously b!owing k!sses into the crowd then gave a slight bow
“that’s my boys” I heard br@in muttered and looked up to see him beaming with smiles
Another boy walked In and the hvge hall almost split into two as the crowd erupted in an uproar as Golden Boy David emerge

I think this is the very first time am setting my eyes on him and I must admit he’s damn cute
he picked up a mic placing it on his mouth
“omg”
hold me Samantha I feel like am gonna pas-s out”Janet said with her hands dreamily on her che-st
“good evening to you beautiful fans of Golden boys”he spoke into the mic and I suddenly went deaf and dumb
what the hell?
did he just spoke?
like, is that the sound of his voice?

he must be a fallen Angel!!
“take a look at Golden boy David!
omg! he just stare at me in the eyes” I heard a Lady whispered behind me and Janet rolled her eyes in anger
“I wanna use this song to appreciate my fans and lovers.
i want you all to know I love you all more than you can ever think of” he spoke into the mic and three ladies were rushed out in a stretcher

Samantha
omg! his looks and voice alone is killing, I thought
oh! gracious lord
some people can be sure lucky, he look so young and dreamy .
a soft tune pla-yed from the background and he took the wireless mic and began moving from one edge where he stood on the stage, to the other while the slow and steady beat, flowed in every ears
slowly he placed the mic back on his mouth and began singing in a slow pace
the song sounds ro-mantic

he kept on singing and the noise died down and we all sang along
seems he composed the song for his fans
I turned towards br@in, His eyes were shut as he kept singing along in a low tone
I couldn’t hear his voice cause the hall was filled with mix up voice of soprano,base and all that
I took my gaze to the left where Janet had stood beside me but couldn’t find her
I took my eyes downward and finally found her squ-atting
she’s obviously snivelling
her eyes were red and so was her cheeks
“Janet!”I called pu-lling her up slowly and I could swear she didn’t heard me
she rose up her head and saw me
“Samantha!” she called cause i re-ad herl-ips and she hurriedly hvgged me, ma-king me lose balance a bit and almost fell
luckily for me, br@in held my arm and I felt that tingling tinge I always feel each times is hands comes in contact with my b©dy

the song is too emotional, I couldn’t help it” she said crying on my shoulder and I was lucky to have heard her cause somehow it seems she had actually spoke into my ears

I really nee-d to make money so Golden boy David can notice me!
he can’t possibly notice a poor Mans daughter,can he?” she asked checking her clothes if anything was wrong with her dressing

your gonna develop a running nose and a ban-ging headache if you keep crying” I cooed and she snivelled again
“I won’t mind developing all that for him Samantha!, if that is gonna make him love me back” she said and I kept mute
the Golden boys c@m£ out one after the other to sing one song or the other and surprisingly enough, br@in knows how to sing all of them
I sh0t him a stare and he looked at me
“what!” he asked and I choke
“your voice is terrible” I said I cracked and he looked kinda happy
“really?” he asked and I ignored him taking my eyes back to the stage
my feet were actually burning up but I had to ba-re
I can’t possibly go back home when the concert is almost ending
I really nee-d is autogra-ph so I can use it as a remembr@nce of today, being my first time of seeing Golden boy David life on stage
Golden boy David got onto the stage again and spoke into the mic
Janet stood up at once from the floor where she had squat on hearing Golden boy Davids voice
he was now having another clothe on, on the front p@rt of the T-shi-t was written ‘I love my fans’ while the back had ‘Golden boy David’ written on it
“omg! he looks cute”Janet said
“yeah! he had small pinkl-ips” I said and br@in frowned
“are you seriously saying that in front of me?”he asked and I looked puzzled
“yeah!
anything wrong with it?” I asked and he f0rç£d out a smile

everything is wrong and they are all wrong with you!
like seriously your gonna say that in front of your b©yfri£nd?” he asked but I heard him clearly
“your not my b©yfri£nd, so st©p being worked up” I said and he smiled
“and what if am your b©yfri£nd?” he asked and I focused my gaze on the stage, ignoring him
“it seems the concert is over” Janet said and I took a glance at my wrist watch on my wrist

the time ran so fast and Golden boy David sat on a large elaborate and well furnished chair alongside an advance man who seems to be taking orders from him
the rest of the golden boys had probably gone out of the stage and I couldn’t find them around ap@rt from Golden boy David who held a pen, seems he’s extremely tired
he whispered into the mans ear and the man walked into the stage and pick up a mic
“hello audience!” he spoke with his voice tearing across the noisy hall
“decorum!
I nee-d your attention” he cooed and the noise died down
“as-semble to the left with your materials if you know you nee-d Golden boy David to sign in it” he said and the large crowd rushed towards the table and chair were Golden boy David had sat on, surrounded by securities
Janet was among the first set of people who had scurried into the line and she smuggled br@in and I behind her, with br@in being behind me
I handed the shi-t I had c@m£ with to Janet who looked appreciative
“and what are you gonna sign on?” br@in asked and I looked up at him
“perhaps you can lend me your cap”I said and he refused, handing me a face towel he had brou-ght along with him
damn it!
am hungry!!
“next!” the man called and Janet walked closer to the table
“what!
it’s almost our turn!” I said to br@in and he kept smiling
“my name is Janet woodlum and am your biggest fan” she said and Golden boy David smiled
“woah!
your the one who first said that to me here” he said and Janet blu-shed
he signed on her shi-t which she pres£nt and gave her a wra-pped gift
“thanks for being my biggest fan” he said and Janet took the gift in excitement and scurried away
“let’s go!” I motioned to br@in cause we are next
