I don’t un-derstand why Ashley is behaving like that and what baffles me most is how Monalisa reacted to it.
She should be angry, she’s just backing her up, why is she doing that?
Anyways, if she tries that nons-en-se with me again, I’ll disappoint everyone.
I re-moved my clothes and went into the bathroom, filled the bathtub with water and soap, then I dived in it.

I sat down at the dining area waiting for Scarlett to serve my food.
“Aren’t you guys eating?” I asked them all
“We are, but first eat your own, we’ll wait” Alicia said
“No, I disagree, come sit down here, let’s eat together” I said and they all sat with me, around the dining table.
Scarlett served the food and we ate.
Minutes later, I called Archie and he c@m£ to pick me, then we headed to the beach.
We went to places and have so much fun, and as you all know, I used my hoodie.

“Mia it’s time to execute our plans, the clothes are outside, let’s go quic-kly before someone sees us” I said to Mia.
“Alright, come on let’s go” Mia said and we hurried to where the clothes that will be used for the competition were spre-ad.
? JESSICA GIDEON ?
“I’m so happy today, I can’t wait to see how the competition will be. I’m just so excited” I shouted jumping around in the clas-sroom.
“Will you just calm down and let the competition start first? Better don’t injure yourself before the competition starts” Lisa said
“And if she does??” Wisdom asked
“Chris is here to take care of her” Archie said and we all laughed.

The bulb-like object beam a red light and we all headed to the hall.
The principal arrived and climbe-d up the podium to address us
“ARIEL HIGH” he said into the mouthpiece
“Good evening sir” we all greeted
“You all know that today is the day we’re all looking forward to, plea-se don’t injure yourselves. As you’re leaving this hall, go straight to the school courtyard and get your clothes there, is that clear?”
“Yes sir”
“Now dismiss” the principal said and we all went to the school courtyard to get our sport dresses.
Mia c@m£ to our midst with a cloth
“Jessica, Miss Rejoice said I should give you this cloth” Mia said
“Really??” I asked, collecting it
“Yeah” she replied and left.
I’ve wanted to put it on when Monalisa st©pped me
“Something is not right” she said
“What do you mean?” I asked, still holding the clothes
” MMy instinct is telling me that you shouldn’t wear it, we’ll have to return it” she said
“I still don’t un-derstand why you said I shouldn’t wear it when it’s actually Miss Rejoice that s£nt it to me? Why should we return it?” I asked
“We just have to return it, just imagine, how would Miss Rejoice s£nd you a cloth? Are you that close to her??” Lisa said and Jessamyn c@m£ in.
“Lisa is right, I saw Ria and Mia adding itchy powder to it, we must let them feel the pain they want to cause you, we have to return it” Samyn said
“Are you serious??” I asked
“You really mean it??” Monalisa asked
“Yes”
“Alright, we should go change it with theirs” I said
“Sure, let’s go” Lisa said and we headed to where Ria and Mia were supposed to change their clothes.
Fortunately for us, they left there to go carry their backpacks in the clas-s, leaving their clothes behind, which gives us the chance to change the cloth.
“What if it’s Ria who end up wearing it?” I asked
“Then so be it. Didn’t they plan it together?? It doesn’t matter if it’s not the person that bring it would wear it, our own is to make them suffer for their misdeeds” Monalisa said and we left immediately.
Monalisa and I changed into our sport coats while Jessamyn waited for us, then we went to clas-s.
“Are you guys re-ady??” Mr Charles asked as he entered the clas-s.
“Yes sir”
“Alright, come on, let’s go” he said and we followed him to the field where the events will take place. Other students were there too.
“Mr Charles has alre-ady reserved a canopy for us, we’re so lucky to have him as our clas-s teacher” Monalisa said
“Yes, he is so nice” Jessamyn added
“I wish he would be our clas-s teacher again in the final clas-s” I said
“Yeah, I hope so” Jessamyn said.
Archie, Chris and Wisdom c@m£ back from where they had gone to.
“Why are you guys just coming?” Jessamyn asked
“And where have you been??” Monalisa also asked
“We went to get you girls some drinks for refreshing” Chris said
“Wow! That’s so nice of you” Monalisa said smiling
“Now you can smile, weren’t you reprimanding us?? Then why did you st©pped?? Continue” Wisdom said and we all laughed.
“Sorry baby, you know I love you hun” Lisa said, placing her head on Wisdom’s shoulder
“Now you know you love him, all because of drinks” Archie said and we bur-sted into laughter.
Mr Charles c@m£ to address us.
“Any p@rticip@n-t pres£nt here??” he asked
“Yes sir”
“Alright, the event is about to start, all the p@rticip@n-ts should follow me” he said and we all followed him.
“What are you guys doing?? You should on the lights now, are we going to p@rticipate in darkness??” Mr Almer shouted at some group of boys that are supposed to do the lighting.
“Mr Charles, the principal said you should come to the field centre with your students that are p@rticipating” Mr Almer said to Mr Charles
“Alright, thank you, come on guys, let’s go” Mr Charles said
“Best of luck dears” Jessamyn said as she hvgged Monalisa and I.
“Thank you” we muttered
“Won’t you wish me best of luck?” I asked Chris
“Oops sorry, my bad, best of luck my love” he said and k!$$£d my forehead.
Wisdom did the same thing to Monalisa and we went to the field centre.
“Where are others?” Mr Charles asked
“We’re all pres£nt except Mia and Ria” Jenny said
“Where are they? Why are they not here?” Mr Charles asked
“There” Babita said, pointing at them, they were just coming.
“Why are you just coming??” Mr Charles asked
“Nothing sir”
“Alright, come on guys sit down and be prepared” Mr Charles said and we obeyed.
The lights c@m£ on and everywhere bec@m£ bright.
In no time,the principal arrived and then, the competition starts.

The competition starts with blindfolding first. We were un-der the canopy watching how it goes.
“I’m sure Monalisa will be the winner in blindfolding” Archie said
“Yeah, that’s true, she is the one leading now, one can tell from the amount of ba-lls she has picked” I said
“I pray Jessica win the ghost-walking” Chris said
“Lover boy” I said clearing my throat and he smiled.
“This is the first round of the competition, the amount of ba-lls they picked will be announced after the whole event, then the winners will be announced also” the principal said and the ghost-walking competition starts.
I wonder why the itchy powder hasn’t shown any effect on either of the twin sisters.
Becca, a student of first clas-s s£nior school was winning the other p@rticip@n-ts with just some feet away, while Jessica c@m£ second. The third person was Monalisa. Mia and Ria were still at the back.
Ria started scratching her b©dy, the itchy powder has started its work.

We were still in the ghost-walking competition when my b©dy started itching. I continued walking as fast as my legs could carry me so that I can be the first to get to the finishing line, but when I couldn’t bear the itching, I feel on the floor and started scratching my whole b©dy.

I st©pped walking when I heard Ria’s shout. I re-moved the cloth and rushed to her.
“What’s wrong Ria?” I asked feeling scared
“My b©dy is burning, my b©dy is on fire” she cried scratching her b©dy seriously.
“What are you saying?” I asked in tears
“My b©dy is itching me” she shouted in serious tears.
Hope it’s not what I’m thinking?
Mr Charles ordered her to be taken to the school clinic and the competition was suspended.

Some minutes later, Ria woke up from a long sleep, her b©dy has grown bu-mps as big as a young c0ckerel’s stone.
“How are you feeling now dear?” I asked tou-ching her forehead.
“I’m fine now but feeling pains all over my b©dy, see how I look” she said in tears
“It’s okay, I know it’s our handwork” I said
“What do you mean?” she asked
“We put itchy powder in Jessica’s clothes but our plans backfired, now see its effect” I said sadly.
“I think you’re right, but how did they change it? I mean … how did they know?” she asked
“That’s what I don’t un-derstand” I replied
“Alright, what should we do now?” she asked
“We will ask for their forgiveness and become their friends, that’s the only way to correct our misdeeds” I said
“Are you really saying this?” she asked
“Yes, and I mean it” I said
“Alright, if that’s the case, then we’re good”

Everyone has started pla-ying around, doing what plea-ses them. The competition was suspended till further notice.
“We should at least check on Ria” Archie said
“I was thinking the same” I said
“Alright, come on guys, let’s go” Wisdom said and we headed to the school clinic with the girls coming behind.

We were still chatting when we heard a knock on the door
“Who is it?” I asked
“It’s me, Christine” I heard him say from outside, I guess he c@m£ with all his friends.
“Ria this is an opportunity to beg the girls, so let’s not miss thia chance” I said
“Alright” Ria said
“Will you allow us in or we should go??” Wisdom asked from outside
“Oh! I’m sorry, come in” I said and they stepped in.
“Good evening” I greeted them and they all replied
“How are you feeling now Ria?” Jessamyn asked holding her hands
“I’m fine, thank you” Ria muttered. I signaled to her about our plan.
“Everyone we would like to apologise for all what we’ve done to you guys” Ria said
“Oh! How nice of you, it’s okay, we’ve forgotten that alre-ady” Monalisa said
“And about what happened to Ria, we planned it” I said
“Hold on… I don’t un-derstand your point, you mean you planned to hurt your sister??” Chris asked
“No no, it’s actually our plan to make Jessica suffer from the itchy powder” Ria said
“I still don’t un-derstand your point” Archie said
“What we’re trying to say is that, we applied itchy powder on Jessica’s cloth, but we don’t know how they changed it and made Ria weat it” I explained
“Oh now I un-derstand, you were trying to hurt my girlfriend but your plan backfired, thanks to Almighty you had a taste of your wickedness” Chris said
“Come on Chris, they’ve alre-ady realized their mistakes and apologized, so I guess we’re friends now, right Ria?” Jessica asked
“Sure, thank you so much guys, I really appreciate your courage, you have a very big heart” Ria said
“Our plea-sure” Monalisa said and we all laughed.
