“When is she coming here again brother?” Lenita asked me when we were both heading to my room upstairs.

“I don’t know” I replied
“plea-se tell her to come tomorrow” Lennie said again

“Alright I will. So can we go in now small madam?” I asked carrying her in my arms and she smiled

“Sure” she said smiling
“Okay small madam” I said and took her in.

“Guys do you remember I told you that my birthday is on the 18th of this month, which is this coming Saturday” I said

“Yes, so what happened to that? You’ve told us alre-ady” Jessica said

“Calm down Mrs Chris Morris, let me talk” I said and others laughed.

“Alright Mrs Wisdom Kingsley, continue” Jessica said

“Do you know what will happen on that day guys?” I asked
“No, until you tell us” Archie said

“Alright then, let me tell you, Tiana Hathaway is coming to perform for us” I said

“Really??” Wisdom asked
“Are you for real?” Jessica asked
“Are you serious?” Chris added

“Yes, I told my dad and he invited her. I’m so happy right now” I said

I’m so surprised at what Monalisa said, I didn’t receive any invitation from anyone yesterday.

“What’s wrong baby?” Archie asked pu-lling me in his arms.

“I’m wondering how her dad invited me to come perform there, I didn’t receive any invitation, then how come her father invited me? I’m confused” I said in a way that only Archie heard me.

“Chill out baby, maybe your PA has received it for you and forgot to tell you, get home first and ask your PA, okay??” Archie said and I nodded.

Just then my phone rang, it’s my PA Edwin

“Hello ma’am” Edwin said on the other side of the phone

“Hey Eddie what’s the matter?” I asked

“I received a call from Mr Desmond Kings, he s£nt an invitation for you to come perform at his daughter’s birthday p@rty on the 18th of this month, so I decided to call you” Eddie said

“Alright, I just heard from his daughter, Monalisa, she is also my friend, so don’t worry thank you” I said

“Okay ma’am”
“So how is everyone at home? Hope there’s no problem?” I asked

“Nothing happened ma’am” Eddie replied
“Alright, take care” I said and disconnected.

As I turned to go back to clas-s, I met Jessica standing behind me.

I hope she didn’t hear any of my conversation with Eddie.

“Why are you staring at me like you just see a ghost? What’s wrong?” Jessica asked

“Humn…. nothing…I…I….was….”

“Did you…. perhaps…. hear…. my….. conversation?” I asked

“I wasn’t listening to your conversation, I just got here some minutes ago, the only thing I heard was that *how is everyone at home? Hope there’s no problem?* that’s the only thing I heard, let’s go back to clas-s, others are asking of you, that’s why I c@m£ out to call you” she said and held my hand as we walked back to clas-s

*Thank goodness she didn’t hear everything* I said in mind

“Where have you been since?” Chris asked
“I went to receive a call” I replied

“Alright, we wanna pl@ya game, T or D, are you in?” Wisdom asked

“As much as Archie never back out, I’m in.” I said
“Alright so let’s start” Monalisa said

Some of our clas-smates also joined. Janelle, Duncan, Aletta, Marietta, Dennis, Richa-rd , Anderson, Jacinta, Miranda and Caleb.

“Who will spin the bottle first?” I asked
“I” Aletta said

“Alright, come on” Duncan said and Aletta spinned the bottle.

The bottle was facing Chris, so Aletta will dare him to do something or tell him to say the truth about something

“Truth or Dare Chris?” Aletta asked
“Hold on… what’s the consequences of this game… I mean what will happen if I couldn’t do what you asked me to do?” Chris asked

“You’ll pay $50 or we beat you” Aletta said
“Alright, now you can proceed” Archie said

“Truth or Dare” Aletta asked again
“Dare”

“Okay, I dare you to k!ssthe girl next to you for 2 minutes” Aletta said

“Wow! God save you today” Wisdom said
“What’s that supposed to mean?” Chris asked

“Meaning be thankful that Jessica is the girl beside you and not another girl else…” Wisdom said

“That’s true” Archie added
“Do quic-k, time is going” Aletta said

“Alright, what are you guys waiting for, close your eyes, children are not allowed to see what we’re about to do” Chris said and we all laughed.

“Chris be fast with this, I’m shy” Jessica said and Chris drew her face closer to his and they started k!ssing.

“Ohhh, hope I’m not the real Monalisa seeing this?” Monalisa said and we laughed.

They k!$$£d pas-sionately and when it was time, Aletta told them to break the k!ss.

“Time up time up, you guys really impress me, you’re trying mhen” Aletta said

“Award for the best k!ss£r goes to… guys choose the best k!ss£r yourselves” Aletta said

“Well I guess Chris is the best k!ss£r here” Archie and Wisdom said at the same time

“Alright, they said the award for the best k!ss£r goes to Chris” Aletta said and we cl@pped.

“Now the next person should spin” Monalisa said and I spinned the bottle, it faced Dennis

“Now Dennis, Truth or Dare?” I asked
“Dare” Dennis replied

“Alright, is your crush here?” I asked
“Yes” he replied

“Alright, I dare you to k!ssher forehead and express your love to her here and now” I commanded

Dennis stood up and started walking, everyone was wondering who his crush is.

He st©pped in front of Miranda and knelt before her, he raised her head and k!$$£d her forehead

“Mira, I know you’ll be surprised to hear this, I love you with all my heart and I’ll always love you, plea-se consider my love for you, I didn’t have the courage to tell you this before but I’m grateful to Jessamyn who had made it easy for me to do so, plea-se don’t say no” Dennis said

I’m so surprised and at the same time happy, I didn’t know that Dennis loves me, I thought my feelings towards him will be in vain but thanks to the Almighty, he made him realize his love for me

“I love you too Dennis, I have always love you but I didn’t know you also feels the same way for me, I love you” I said and we hvgged

“Wow! Nice one nice one” Jacinta said

“This is really really nice, I must say you’re the best wooer” Samyn said and we all bur-sted into laughter

“Now next person” Samyn said and Monalisa spinned the bottle, it was facing Jessamyn

“Wow, Jess Jess, truth or dare?” Monalisa asked
“Truth”

“Alright, who do you love most?” Monalisa asked

“Well, I love my mom more than anyone in this world but when she died I have no one to show love to, then I met Archie” Jessamyn said

“Do you mean that Archie is the one you love most?” Monalisa said

“Yes” Jessamyn replied and Archie blew her a k!ss.

The moment I entered the school, I noticed how everyone looked at me, some even pointed at me. All eyes were on me.

Same thing happened when I entered the clas-s, why is everyone staring at me in strange looks.

Jessica c@m£ to me and showed me something on her phone, it was then I realized why they’re all staring at me.

As I stepped foot into the school, all eyes were on me

What’s happening???

I walked fas-ter than before so I can get to clas-s quic-kly but that doesn’t sort out anything, it wors£n instead.

“Why are you all staring at me like this??” I asked

“Well, why not check the school group chat, you’ll find out what’s really going on” Ella said and I brou-ght out my phone to see what they’re talking about.

As I logged in to the group chat, the first thing I saw was the picture of Jessamyn hvgging me.

When did we hvgged like this??

How did this happen??

Who took the picture of us???

“No you don’t nee-d to thank me, I’m alre-ady looking for opportunity to get back at them for what they did yesterday, and besides what are friends for?” Lisa said and they both hvgged

“Won’t you hvg me too?” I asked feeling jealous and Lisa sm-irked before they both hvgged me one after the other.

💫 Back to Reality 💫

“Oh! Now I un-derstood correctly where and when they took this picture of us together” I said to my friends

“What are you talking about?” Jessamyn asked

“Do you remember the day Ria and Mia misbehaved with us and Lisa replied them harshly for you” I said trying to make them remember

“Yes yes, I remember, so what happened then?” Lisa asked

“Remember you hvgged Jessamyn and I said you both must hvg me too and you hvgged me one after the other, it was then they took the picture of Jessamyn and I” I explained

“Oh yeah, I clearly remember, but the thing now is that, who took that picture?” Jessamyn asked

“Who else will do that if not those foolish girls over there” Lisa said as she pointed at Mia and Ria.

“That’s true, they must be the one who did it” Jessamyn said

“It’s okay now, let’s take a stroll around the school compound before today’s lecture starts” Jessica said

“No I can’t go out now, all eyes will be on me, I’m ashamed” Samyn said

“Why are you ashamed? Can’t you stand up for yourself and claim your right?? Did you do anything shameful??” Lisa asked and Jessamyn shook her head negatively

“No, then why are you ashamed? I don’t want to ever hear that from you again okay?” Lisa said while Samyn only nodded

“Alright, come on let’s go” Lisa said and we {Wisdom, Monalisa, Chris, Jessica, Jessamyn and I} went out of the clas-s.

Everyone was staring and pointing at Jessamyn and I but we didn’t act like we care, I even held Samyn’s hand in mine.

They’re free to think whatever they like, ’cause I don’t care!

We were walking towards the gym when some group of students crossed our way.

“You’re still walking around the school hand in hand after what we saw on internet, are you not ashamed?” A girl among them said

“You know I warned you to st©p following my prince charming around but you didn’t listen, your shameful and immoral act went viral but you still didn’t show that you care! What’s wrong with you?!” The plump girl that c@m£ to the cafeteria to disturb me on my first day said

“I should be asking you that question that what’s wrong with you, you’re forcing yourself on a man who doesn’t love or care about you, ain’t that shameful enough for you to keep your running mouth shut and mind your business” I shouted at her

“See this useless riff raff ….”

“If you dare try to complete that s£ntence I promise to sl@p you, have you gone mad!? What exactly is your problem??! People hvgging each other does not mean anything, you don’t know maybe it’s a sign of appreciation, or a sign of happiness or something else, tell me, didn’t you hvg anyone before especially male, I’m listening” Lisa said

“I support what Lisa said, Archie hvgging Jessamyn is none of your business! Why not face what you’re here for and not what will ruin you??!, Check yourselves out and tell me that you haven’t hvgged anyone before, …. why do you guys like criticizing people?? meanwhile you don’t want to be criticized, what exactly is your problem??! I hate how you people behaves in this school, it irritates me, this school is a very good place of studying with a good standard of teaching, but the students in it are the worst people I’ve ever seen, yok! disgusting!” Jessica shouted

“It’s better for you to back out of this matter, you’ve only seen us hvgged and you’re blabbering, what if we k!$$£d, what will you do? You’ll call the press and tell them everything huh? Isn’t that so?” Archie said

“So you mean you can k!ssher??” the plump girl asked

“Yes, what will happen? What will you do?” Archie asked

“In public??” the plump girl asked again in disbelief

“So??? who cares about the public?”

“You must be out of your mind, you won’t dare do that while I’m here” the plump girl said

“Yes, I’m out of my mind and I will show you exactly just that” Archie said and raised my hoodie a little bit in a way that didn’t reveal my face and planted a k!sson myl-ips right in front of everyone

“Now I k!$$£d her, what will you do?” Archie asked

“Archie” the plump girl called
“Yes, how can I solve your problem?”
“You k!$$£d her????”

“By the special grace of God” Archie said and she broke down in tears

“Come on guys, let’s go” Chris said and we headed to the gym, Jessica and Monalisa purposely pushed some of the students away and I pushed the plump girl aside while we walked past them.

It was break time alre-ady. I’m feeling so famished and I want to ease myself, so I went to the washroom first before I’ll go to the cafeteria.

I entered the washroom and ease myself, I c@m£ out after some minutes.

“You think you can snatch away my prince charming and you’ll go scot free?? huh?? that’s improper, I won’t allow you to succeed in this” I said

“So you’re still feeling superior?? I guess the super power you applied for is still working, I know by the time you exhaust that super power, you’ll get your s-en-ses back” she said and I raised my hand to sl@p her but I felt a hand gr@bb£d my hand in the air.

“You???” I said in disbelief, I didn’t know he’s also here
“Yes, me” he said

“Archie, you sl@pped me for this riff…” he didn’t allow me finish my statement before he landed another sl@p on my face

“I’ve told you never to call her that, who is the riff raff now if not you, come on baby let’s go” Archie said as he held the hoodie girl’s hand and they left for their clas-s.

“I can’t believe Archie really sl@pped me” I said out loud

“Well he did, so let’s go to clas-s” Ava said and we both headed back to clas-s.

“What’s the matter dear? I’ve been trying to get your attention but you seems so lost in thought? What were you thinking?” Archie asked as he placed his hand on my cheek.

“I’m just surprised at the way you behaved towards that plump girl at the washroom” I said

“Oh Danica?” he asked
“Yes, is that her name?” I asked and he nodded

“Why are you surprised that I sl@pped her?” he asked
“I’m just amazed at what you did” I said

“I can’t allow her talk gibberish about you, why would she call you a riff raff? Just a mere look at her, you’ll know that she is the real riff raff. Why won’t I sl@p her? I will even do that over and over again if anyone tries to abuse or m©l£styou, I don’t want anything to happen to you” Archie said and I did nothing but to hvg him.

“Oh come on, you don’t have to thank me, it’s my responsibility to ensure your safety is guaranteed, I don’t want you to get hurt” he said and we hvgged ti-ghtly.

“There they are, just coming” I said as Archie and Jessamyn entered the clas-s

“Where have you been?” Wisdom asked

“The washroom” Jessamyn replied

“Alright, settle down, the teacher is here” I said as the teacher appeared on the screen.
