Jesse after a few minutes stop crying, and Sharon holds his hand, patting his shoulder gently.
“Are you okay now Jesse”.
“I think I am, thanks Sharon”.
“Is nothing Jesse, am happy I was the first person you call, but Jesse don’t you think you should hear your mother’s side of the story”.
“And why should I Sharon, she lied to me”.
“I know she did, and it wasn’t right for her to do that, but am sure she has her reasons why she did that, she won’t lie to you without a reason Jesse, and you should give her a chance to explain everything”. Sharon said and Jesse looks at her.

Janet keeps walking back and front inside the house crying, and Joanna who enters the house was surprised to see her crying.
“What wrong mom, why are you crying”.
“Joanna have you seen Jesse”.
“No mom, I just came from practice, why mom is everything okay”. Joanna asked.
And Janet sits in the sofa crying.
“Is all my fault, is all my fault, I shouldn’t have lie to him in the first place, is all my fault”.
“What going on mom, and why are you blaming yourself, where is Jesse”. Joanna asked looking confused.
Janet looks at Joanna with tears in her eyes. “Jesse already knows his dad is alive”.
“What!!, Jesse’s dad is still alive, but I thought you said he died in a plane crash way before he was born”. Joanna asked looking more confused.
“I lied to him, his dad never died, I didn’t want him to keep asking about his monster of a dad, that why I lied to him Joanna, how would I know that he was going to come back to our lives again after what he did”. Joanna said crying.
Jesse enters the house quietly with Sharon and sees his mom crying, and Sharon arge him to go talk to her.
“Mom”. He calls and Janet looks up and sees Jesse, and she quickly went to hu-g him crying.
“Am so sorry Jesse, am sorry I lie to you, please forgive me, don’t leave me”. Janet said in tears still hu-gging Jesse.
Jesse disengage the hu-g and looks at his mom.
“Mom, if you want me to forgive you, I want you to tell me the whole truth, and why you had to lie that my dad was dead.”
And Janet nods her head in tears.

“I was just 16 years old, when I fell in love with your dad”. Janet began cleaning her tears.
“He was first love Jesse, I loved him so much back then, that I couldn’t hold it in anymore, so I confessed my feelings to him, despite knowing he was a big time fli-rt, and he said he loves me too after I confessed to him, but he never did, I was so blinded by my love for him, that I couldn’t even think straight, I gave him everything he wanted including my body, then when I got pregnant, he denie knowing me and also said he wasn’t respondsible for the child in my wo-mb and that was you, I begged him a million times not to abandon me, that he should accept you and I, but he said he won’t ever accept me nor you Jesse, and before I knew what was happening he got engaged, and I was left alone, I had no parents then, and my aunt kicked me out of the house when she discovered I was pregnant, I roamed around the street Jesse, trying to find shelter for the both of us, I didn’t want to get rid of you, because I already loved you so much while you were still in my wo-mb, I suffered so much, until I met Joanna’s dad, he took me in, and said he was going to take care of you and I, at first he showed me nothing but love and care, but when I became pregnant for Joanna he became a monster overnight, he hits me for little or no reason, you weren’t aware of that, because I tried so ha-rd in hiding everything from you because you were only 7 years old, so one-day I couldn’t take it anymore so I ran way with you and while I was still pregnant with Joanna,,am so sorry son if I lied to you about your dad, I didn’t want you to know about his existence because he was the main reason for all my sufferings and I didn’t want you to know a monster like him, am so sorry Jesse”. Janet said crying.
Jesse quickly cleans the tears in his eyes and hu-gs his mom.
“That enough mom, am sorry too, I shouldn’t have left like that, am sorry mom, he is a monster for doing all that to you, I swear to you mom, am never going to accept as my dad”. Jesse said between tears, hu-gging his mom.
While Sharon and Joanna tries to blink back their tears.

“Thanks Sharon for convincing me to come home, if you haven’t, I won’t have known the real reason why mom lied to me, my dad is a big time je-rk, how could he have done that to my mom, and comes back after so many years to ask for the child he once rejected, he is really a monster”. Jesse said with an angry face, as both were outside the house.
“Am Happy you know the whole truth now Jesse, and that your father is still alive”.
“He is not my father Sharon, I don’t have a dad, just like my mom said, he died in a plane crash way before I was born, he might be living and breathing, but to me, that monster is long dead, I wish I can punch him so ha-rd for everything he made my mom go throu-ghSharon”. Jesse said fumming me in anger.
And Sharon hu-gs him . “That enough Jesse, don’t let him get to you, he is not worth it okay”. Sharon said still hu-gging him, and slowly Jesse calms down and hu-gs her back.
Violet sees the both of them hu-gging from a distance and she was in so much anger.
“How could you forget me so soon just because of Sharon, is she now more important to you now, don’t worry Jesse, I swear to you, am going to make sure that you and Sharon’s love story won’t last, you should be mind and mind alone”. Violet said looking angry as tears falls down her eyes.

“Mom how about I go with you to the market today”. Jesse said with a smile.
“How about your job”
“Am sure Sharon is going to un-derstand, today I want to be with my one and only mom”. Jesse said and pecks her check and Janet smiles, just as they were about to leave the house, a car packed in front of them, and Daniel came out from the car, and Jesse fums with anger the moment he saw him.
“What did heck are you doing here”. Jesse asked in anger.
“Son I….”
“Don’t you dare call me your son Daniel, you have no son”.
Daniel sighs and said . “I knew what I did in the past was wrong I shouldn’t have done that to you or your mom, and that why I am here to mend my deeds”.
“Mend your deeds you say, you so lucky I was raised properly by my mom to respect others, if not I would have given you a punch on your face right now, how dare you say you want to mend your mistakes, can you be able to take back everything you did to her, and all the sufferings she went throu-gh, because she chose to love a monster like you!!”. Jesse yells in anger.
“Am sorry son……”
“Don’t you dare call me that!!!!!”. He yells.
“Look Jesse am sorry for everything, I know I wrong you and your mom, but that why am here, am going to make up for everything, am going to help you achieve your dreams and am going to help you become rich, I can do that for you Jesse, just give me a chance and I am going do everything you want, and also help your step sister too, just give me a chance to be a dad to”.
“I rather die in poverty, than accept a monster like you as my dad, listen to me Daniel and listen good, you are not my dad, I have no father, and the next time you show your stupid face around here again, am going to kill you myself, let go mom”. Jesse said and held his mom by the hand and left, while Daniel watch them as they left, he was wrong, Jesse will never leave his mom, just to accept his proposal.

Joanna sits alone inside the liBr@ry sniffing back her tears looking so sad, and Liam enters the liBr@ry with a smile.
“Hi Joanna”. Liam said smiling, but his smile subsided when he saw the tears in Joanna’s eyes.
“Are you okay Joanna, why are you crying”.
“Am not Liam, am fine”. Joanna said cleaning her tears.
Liam sighs and sits beside her. “No you are not Joanna, no one in this world cries without a reason, so what going on Joanna, you can talk to me”.
Joanna looks at him with teary eyes. “My brother already found his dad”.
“What do you mean Joanna, aren’t you both biological siblings”.
“No we aren’t, we are half siblings, we are from the same mom, but different dad, and now he already found his dad, and his dad is trying to win him back”.
“Aren’t you happy about that”.
“I am Liam, even if his dad hurt his mom back then, atlest he came back to look for him, but what about my dad Liam, isn’t he looking for me too, does he hate me that much to abandon to my mom, is not that am going to forgive him right way, but it would have been a little better if he is looking for me too, and wants to be a dad to me, maybe I won’t have felt this hurt, I don’t even know what he looks like and my mom has no idea where he is, am sure he doesn’t want me, that why he is not looking for me”. Joanna said and broke into tears.
Liam looks at Joanna for a while, before placing her head in his shoulder patting her.
“If he doesn’t want you, then you don’t have to long for him Joanna, that how some parents are, they never care about their children, you don’t nee-d your dad Joanna, because you have your brother, your mom, Anna and me too, we are always here for you Joanna, you don’t nee-d a good for nothing dad who doesn’t care about you okay”. Liam said as he continues patting her.

Nikky enters the house and sees Violet packing her stuffs.
“Where are you going Violet”.
“Am going back home”. She answers .
“So you finally accepted the fact that Jesse and Sharon are together now”. She asked with a smile.
“No Nikky, I already told you, I will never accept Jesse and Sharon relationship, never Nikky”
“So why are you going back home then”. Nikky asked looking confused.
“To take back what was once mine”.
“I don’t get you Violet”.
Violet stood up to her feet and looks at Nikky.
“Am going to take Jesse back from Sharon, she stole him from me, so am going home to take what mine”.
