Jasmine’s POV????
I smiled as we all sat down at the large dining table to have dinner, i, mom, Mr. Sebastian, Ethan, Francis Chloe and Cecily, it like a get together night. We were at mom’s house but dad is at home, Erica refuse to talk to anyone, i still don’t want to be believe what Chloe said about her, i have always knew she’s up to something and sonner or later we’ll get evidence to sent her to jail.
“So Ethan.. are you still angry at me? i asked while he smile sadly.
“you were also part of all that happen Jasmine but that was all in the past, am willing to let go of everything now that Chloe is back to us safe and sound,” he said while i smile.
“so does that mean we are friends again, like good friends? i asked
“sure,” he replied while i smiled.
“Ethan,” mom called while he looked at her.
“it about Erica.. i don’t want her to feel as if we all hate her, she’s my daughter and every mother would want the best for her child, i know Chloe is back and you two still love each other but Erica is hurt and most importantly, she’s carrying your baby.. you can’t abandon her… i don’t want that child to end up without a father and without a complete family,” she said.
“i know that aunt.. i didn’t abandon Erica, either will i leave her with my child. I don’t want to be irresponsible.. i’ve told her this, once she out to be birth i will make sure my child lack nothing but it ust unfortunate Erica was so wicked to have hurt Chloe and even our baby, am even finding it ha-rd to even love the so call baby in the stomach, but then the child is innocent,” he said.
“do you believe what Chloe told us about Erica? mom asked.
“i believe so mom,” i said.
“and how sure are you? mom asked.
“mom.. Erica is still my sister i can’t just lied about something bad on her. She said all this herself, she told me everything she did, she said we were cause of her parents dead, I know no one will believe me but i will soon prove everyone right about this and i won’t stop until Erica rot in jail,” Chloe said.
“Erica can’t do that… i know she can sometimes be stubborn but she’s not that heartless, she’s just like Catherine,” Aunt Cecily said while mom sighed.
“Erica keeps denying everything you said about her…am just so confuse, i don’t know who to believe but if it actually true then Erica can’t go to jail,” mom said.
“but why? Chloe quickly asked.
“because she’s pregnant.. if what you said it true then she did such a horrible thing and i still don’t believe it. The Erica i raise can’t do that, she can’t go to jail, how can she cope with her baby,” mom said.
“mom but what if Chloe was dead.. what if no one saved her.. she lose her baby and at the same her life all because of Erica, she has to pay for all the crime she has done,” I said.
“yes… mom, i don’t care if Erica is pregnant or not, once i got enough evidence to sent her to jail she will rot their and perphas with her baby too, i don’t care,” Chloe said while everyone gasped.
“don’t say that Chloe.. she’s still your sister,” Ethan said.
“if she sees me as her sister then she wouldn’t have cause me so much pain, so much pain of losing my baby, then my life and being away from my family all this year,” Chloe said sadly.
“it time to end all this Chloe.. who was the person that save you? Mr. Sebastian asked.
“it Declan,” she said while everyone was surprise.
“he did.. so all this while he knew you were alive? mom asked.
“Declan! Ethan said so angry.
“how dare he do that… why didn’t he tell us,” Ethan asked
.
“he save me for his own selfish reason, he was siding with Erica…. it was all part of their plan,” Chloe said as she told us all that happen and everyone looked dumbfounded.
“now we know the enemies and we are not going to stop until we put them behind bars,” Francis said while i nodded.
“so Declan was also up to something, he was still the same person that showed us a video of you when you were kidnapped,” mom said.
“we are all in danger and we have to to be security conscious because am pretty sure the enemies won’t rest until they all destroyed us,” Chloe said.
“i will handle this… we’ll report to the police immediately,” Sebastian said.
????After dinner i and Francis stood at the balcony staring the stars, i have a bad feeling about everything, am glad Chloe is back and everything is okay but i still have a bad feeling, something bad might happen, no one want to believe Chloe, i know Erica is up to something.
“are you okay? Francis asked while i hug-ged him so tight. We stayed like that for some minutes.
“are you..okay Jasmine? he asked staring at me while i nodded.
“i just need someone to talk to now,”
“then am always here,” he said while i smile sadly.
“Francis.. i don’t think i can’t take it again.. i don’t think i will survive if any of my family get hurt, now that Chloe is back their’s a chance our family can be complete but yet mom will never want that because she hate dad, what if something bad happen to us, especially to Chloe who just came,” i said so sad.
“nothing bad will gonna happen Jasmine. Your family will be complete just as you said but you just have to be strong just as your dad will always say.. you have to be strong and know that you’re not alone
cos am always by your side,” he said.
“i hope so.. i just hope so …. i sometimes wonder why i have to be born in such family… family filled with sorrow, even mom and dad never enjoined their marriage for long when things fall apart, everything is just bad,”
“don’t say that.. aren’t you happy having your dad, mom and Chloe as your family and also knowing me, everything thing happen for a reason, so don’t blame destiny for bring you to this family, all will be over someday. My grandma once told me that no condition is permanent,
she always says ha-rd times are like washing machines, they twist, knock and turn you down but at the end you’ll come out cleaner brighter and like never before. Our situations in life are all test to mature us,” he said while i wipe off the tears in my eyes.
“indeed you’re right Francis, ha-rd times are like washing machines,” i said then hug-ged him tight.
“thank you for been my inspiration, i just hope someday.. anyday everyone in my family will be happy when they are no more enemies, no quarrel, except love, laughter and trust,” i said and imagine such a simple life with my family, i Chloe then mom and dad. Is their anything i could ask for aside from a happy family now.
“okay then, stop shedding those tears,” he said wiping away my tears with his thumb.
????Chloe’s POV????
The security here is tight, Mr. Sebastian make sure no unknown person get into the house, i was lost in my thought when my phone rang, it a new number, i quickly picked it up and i was scared when i heard Declan voice.
“Chloe.. am sorry,” he said.
“Declan.. i said almost in a whisper.
“am sorry for everything.. i know i made a huge mistake.. am willing to expose Erica, am willing to make it up to you because i so much love you,” he said while i was shocked, is he trying to fool me again.
“am serious Chloe,” he said.
“not only Erica but you,” i said.
“yes… i know i did lots of horrible things and am willing to turn out myself to the police,” he said while i frown, am not gonna be fooled the second time again.
“okay
Declan, just sent me the evidence you have,” i said then cut the call. Is he telling the truth. I turn and saw Erica behind me. i still can’t believe am living under the same roof with a murderer.
“haven’t you done enough already,” she asked.
“huh.. really? i should be asking you this.. i hope it not part of your plan with Declan again. Erica why will you have to be so wicked? i asked while she rolled her eyes.
“and am not gonna stop until i kill you again, yes Chloe no one will believe all what you said because i will keep on denying it,” she said while i frown.
“so you haven’t change, just know that Ethan will never love you. You decided to act all evil and you’ll have no one to cry to Erica,”
“well at least i still have a family and that’s Cecily, atleast she’s the only one and related too, once am done with my mission of killing you again then i will leave this damn house for you,” she said while i smiled then save what i just recorded, she don’t know i just recorded our conversation in my phone.
“so it true Erica,” someone said from behind and i turn to see aunt Cecily, looking so surprise.
“huh.. what you heard was wrong…” Erica said feeling guilty.
“thank goodness, someone will believe me now,” i said but was surprise when Erica brou-ght out a gun from her jean pocket, did she still have weapon in this house and we still don’t know.
“i guess it better i end it here, no one will know this,” Erica said pointing the gun at me.
“are you going to kill me again? i asked while she laughed.
“this time i will make sure i shoot you directly in your fu-cking skull, so that you’ll die and no one will save you,” she said then shoot, but i found myself push to the ground, i looked at aunt Cecily in the pool of her blood.
“i won’t allow you kill Chloe.. so Chloe was right afterall, you’re such a monster,” Aunt Cecily said in tears while i held her, she was already losing so much blood.
“you kill her.. you kill the only family i have,” Erica yelled in anger.
“you did… you kill your own family because you’re a fool, so wicked, you’re such a devil and you don’t deserve to be loved,” i yelled at her. Mom quickly rushed in and was shocked to see Aunt Cecily in the pool of her blood.
“you kill her… you’ve kill everyone who matters a lot to me,” Erica yelled as she ruffle her hair and sat down on the floor. Aunt Cecily was quickly rushed to the hospital while i used a hand glove to carry the gun Erica use, i called Ethan right away and he came with his dad, we took the gun to the police station and alone with Erica, she was acting all insane, like someone who is traumatise but i didn’t buy any of her idea. Her finger print was detected on the gun, now i have got an evidence and i also played the conversation between me and her earlier,
Mr. Sebastain was surprise to know Erica was a devil in sheep clothing, i called mom right away to ask about Cecily and the told me the opposite, she said even before the arrive to the hospital, she gave up the ghost and i felt like dying too. Erica has succeeded in killing her, but aunt wouldn’t have push me, i was Erica’s main target.
“you see what you’ve caused, aunt Cecily is no more,” i slap Erica so hard.
“you kill her.. you kill her and i won’t allow you kill my baby,” she yelled acting like a mad woman which got me more annoyed. Erica was immedaitely arrest by the police but Ethan suggest since she’s acting insane we should take her to the psychiatrich and examine and according to the doctor she’s derange due to what happen and alos her baby need to be safe.
“doc… this woman here is a criminal.. you have to keep a close eye on her, make sure she won’t escape for any reason because i still don’t trust her,” Ethan said, while mom and Jasmine walked up to us.
“aunt Cecily is gone.. what actually happen? mom asked mw in tears.
“Erica.. wanted to shoot me because i was her main target but Aunt save me from her, Erica is so evil,” i cried as i hug mom.
“Erica dear.. why will you do that to your aunt… why have you suddenly turn to a beast remember you’ll soon be a mother,” mom cried as she moved closer to Erica, but she wasn’t saying anything, she was acting like a dumped person.
“the doctor said she’s in a great confusion, she’s out of her mental balance. She’s a lunatic, she’s insane all because of her stupidity,” i said in anger while Ethan calm me down, i don’t want to believe all this is happening.
“once Erica delivered, i will have my child and she’ll return back to jail where she belongs to,” Ethan said.
A week later after Cecily burial…????

Erica’s POV????
I was still in the psychaitric.. yes… that was just an act. Chloe just made me kill the only family i have. Cecily is dead and here i am with my baby in this goddamn place, i should have acted wise, i wasn’t smart enough.
But i guess this time am not gonna spare anyone of them… am not giving my baby to Ethan and he must also pay for hurting my feelings, i knew no one loved me but as far as am alive i need to escape and i will keep on fighting till i get what belong to me.????
