???? Anton’s POV ????
The house felt so empty and i really miss Jasmine but she just have to leave am sure she can take care of herself.
“but Anton you never told me that.. we’ve been married for the past eighteen years now and you still keep secret from me,” she yelled.
“Karen.. their’s no need to know that. Only i and Camille knows about that and we promise each other to keep it a secret. We don’t want Jasmine to feel discriminated, we don’t want her to feel like she’s an orphan and when i got separated with Camille i decided to keep Jasmine safe because i love her cos she’s the only one i have left,” i said.
“that’s not an excuse, you should have just tell me,” she yelled.
“enough! i yelled as i banged my hand on the desk in anger.
“enough of your nagging, enough of this just let me rest for once,” i yelled.
“you’re so pathetic,” she yelled back then left. I sighed then slump back to my chair, i feel so frustrated.
“sir, may i talk to you,” nanny hanny said as she stood in front of me. She has been Jasmine nanny and wasn’t in support of me chasing her away.
“okay Hanny,” i said while she sat down opposite to me.
“sir you shouldn’t have sent Jasmine away. I know you are fed up with her attitude but what if something bad happen to her,” she said.
“nothing bad will happen to Jasmine, she can take care of herself and moreover i haven’t touch a dime in her account, she have enough money for her upkeep,” i said.
“i just feel bad for her. Knowing the man she grew up with wasn’t her real father, you should have just let her stay,”
“no hanny. Jasmine can take care of herself i know her too well. I guess she’ll gonna learn her lesson the ha-rd way. She’s so evil. Please i need to be alone,” i said while she nodded the left. I went to my keyboard and played my favorite music. Your Love By Alamid.
I remember those old times, i, Camille, Chloe and Jasmine. We were a happy family before Jake came into the picture saying Chloe is his daughter and not mine. I still need to find out the truth. Is Chloe truly my daughter.. but then who keep on faking the test i do?
“Dad,” Sean called then sat down next to me, he place his hand around my shoulder.
“our family is now apart,” he said sadly.
“no Sean, our family isn’t apart… you’re my son. Jasmine was the outsider in this family. I tolerated her enough but not anymore. I decide to keep this secret to my grave because i don’t want her to feel sad but she push me into doing that,” i said.
“but dad, she’s still my sister,” he said.
“yes she’s still your sister but not your biological sister, she’s also my daughter but not my biological daughter,” i said to make him understand that.
“am already scared dad, Jasmine has already left and i wonder who’ll leave next, am scared because our family is shattered now,” he said while i patted his back.
“Jasmine will be okay wherever she is,” i a-ssured him.
????Jasmine’s POV????
Staying in this hotel is damn boring, i miss my family already. Mom Karen haven’t said anything yet, she haven’t even call me, seems she’s even happy and not their daughter. I frown at the thought of it. I guess am gonna move to Natasha house my friend that will be much better instead of staying in this damn place.
….⏩ I arrived to to Natasha residence, i have already talk to her on phone, well i know she’ll gladly accept me.
“Jasmine.. oh my..,” she exclaimed then hug-ged me.
“what wrong? are you serious about what you told me? she asked while i nodded then sat down.
“yes Natasha, am planing to leave soon,” i said.
“to where? she asked.
“to switzerland, i have much money with me, am an orphan now and i want to forget all the sad memories here. I want to forget everyone and moved on. Ethan now hate me because he still think am responsible for the miscarriage Chloe had. I have gotten over the love i have for him afterall it wasn’t love maybe. Let Chloe have him since she love him. And for Francis he also chase me away but i deserve that, i’ll try to get rid of that little feelings i have for him,” i said wiping away my tears.
“you love Francis? she asked.
“maybe.. Natasha this not the right time to talk about all this. I’ll leaving next week but promise not to tell anyone not even Mr. Anton,” i said.
“am sorry about all this Jasmine, i guess we should have dinner so we can talk about this properly,” she said while i nodded. Am leaving for good.

????Chloe’s POV????
From morning till now i kept receiving birthday card from family, friends and loved ones. I guess it one of my special day. I have never for once thought of celebrating my birthday like this. In a large beautiful and decorated hall. Everything seems so perfect and it all because of Sebastain, he had been the father i never had and i love him so much for everything he has done to our family.
“happy birthday Chloe,” Erica yelled in excitement while i smiled.
“thank you so much Erica,” i smiled.
“everything is just so perfect here,” i smiled.
“the party is about to start Chloe,” mom walked up to me. She look so beautiful in her long floral gown, which fitted her so well.
“mom you need to see how you look, like a teenager,” i said while she smile.
“you look more beautiful am sure Ethan will be happy to see you,” she said then held my hand.
“Chloe you look good,” Mr. Sebastain complimented as he walked towars us.
“thank you dad, you’ve done more than enough to me and my family already,” i said then hug-ged him.
“you’re like a family to me,” he said.
⏩ The party started on well and i was so glad when i saw Ethan, he was dressed so handsomely in his tuxedo, his hair was well style, he’s just so handsome and i feel so lucky having him.
“happy birthday to the love of my life,” he said while we ki-ssed.
“am happy you’re smiling now, you have to keep on smiling because it melt my heart,” he said while i smile the more. I feel so complete with him.
⏩”i smiled as i dance with Sebastain on the stage.
‘thank you so much dad, thank you for making my dream come true,” i said while he smiled back.
“Chloe.. i have told you this already am willing to help you and your family. Ever since i lost my own family and i meet your mom i feel like am part of this family,”
“and you’re always welcome,” i said as we rounded up the dance. I also dance with Declan and i wasn’t comfortable with the way he was looking at me.
“thank you Declan… thank you for supporting me,” i said.
“i’ll always support you Chloe because i still love you but am still happy to see you with my brother. He loves you so much,” he said while i smiled.
Ethan was the last person i dance with i couldn’t stop smiling as i dance with Ethan we kept staring at each other as we dance.
“thank for being part of my life,” he said while i smiled. I place my right hand on his shoulder while his hand were wrapped around my waist.
“don’t worry Chloe, everything will soon be perfect and i promise you this on one will hurt you again,” he said making me blus-h. Ethan is just so sweet.
⏩Sean’s POV⏩
This house is damn lonely without Jasmine, i sat down next to dad at the sitting room but he seems lost in thought, he fixed his gaze at a particular photo in his hand.
“who’s this little girl? i asked bringing him out of his thoughts.
“she’s Chloe and today is her birthday,” he said sadly.
“but dad… you shouldn’t have sent Jasmine away,” i said.
“no Sean. Jasmine isn’t my child, i don’t want to add to my problems. I don’t like her anymore i regret adopting her at first,” he said.
“don’t say that, how did it even happen, why didn’t you tell her about this? i asked.
“when Camille was pregnant for our second child she has some complications and gave birth to a stillbirth. Our baby couldn’t survive and that same day a woman in the next ward gave birth to Jasmine and she died, due to the report we heard the father was dead already and she has no relations so Camille and i decide to take her as our child and we named her Jasmine. We promise to take this secret to our grave because we don’t want Jasmine to feel bad or left out. I love her unconditionally especially when i learnt that Chloe isn’t my child. It hurt me more to know i don’t have a child of my own but now am happy because you’re my son and i love you so much,” he said while i smile sadly.
“dad.. of course you do have a child of your own. Chloe is also your biological daughter,” i said while he looked surprise. I stood up then rush to Jasmine room, i picked up the DNA test result i found in her drawer i guess she forgot it here.
“Jasmine was the one that fake the result but.. she told me not to tell you anything, i couldn’t keep it any longer dad. you deserve to be happy for once, you deserve to know the truth i just hope you don’t abandon me and mom,” i said while he hug-ged me tight.
“thank you so much Sean,” he said pulling from the hug while the read the test result, tears flowed down his cheeks uncontrollable.’
“thank you for letting me know the truth. Jasmine will pay for this…. she’ll gonna rot in jail with the doctor she used to fooled me,” he said then stood up.
“please dad spare Jasmine for now,” i pleaded.
“i was so foolish to have abandon my own daughter. Chloe i hope you’ll forgive me,” he said then picked up his car keys.
“where are you going dad? i asked.
“to see Chloe, today is her birthday, i hope she forgive me.. i need to reconcile with my own daughter,” he said then hurriedly walked out. Dad is so much hurt, i just hope i did the right thing by telling him about Chloe. Jasmine warn me not to tell anyone i hope she doesn’t get mad at me. I picked up my phone and tried calling her line but wasn’t reachable…
????Ethan’s POV????
I felt so happy, more happy being with Chloe am gonna propose to her, i want to make her day special. I smile as i walked down the corridor when i bumped into Erica.
“Erica,” i called while she smiled.
“you seems so happy Ethan and am also happy for you and my sister,” she said while i smiled.
“thank you so much Erica. thank you for understanding this. I so much love Chloe and i promise to take good care of your sister,” i said while she smile.
“i trust you Ethan but am gonna miss you,” she smiled at me seductively.
“okay then, enjoy the party i have to go to Chloe now,” i smiled while she moved closer to me.
“Ethan…” she called and before i could realize, her li-ps were locked in mine.

Chloe’s POV????
I smile as i walked to check on Ethan, the party is still going on and i wonder where he went to, i walked down the corridor when i saw the shocked thing of my life. Erica and Ethan ki-ssing! I quickly moved back then make sure they didn’t see me, i return back to the hall in tears but wipe it off.
“are you okay Chloe? mom asked while i nodded trying to hold back my tears.
“aren’t you happy? it your birthday and we’re doing all this so you could forget all your pains, it for your own happiness,” mom said while i smiled then hug-ged her.
“am just so lucky mom, am happy to see this day,” i said while she smiled.
“i’ll always be by your side,” she said while i nodded.
“where’s Ethan? she asked.
“he’s coming mom,” i said then force a smile.
✴️Ethan’s POV✴️
I quickly push Erica away from me.
“What the hell is that.. i thought you’re for real? i asked in anger while she lic-k her li-ps.
“of couse am for real. I love to see you with Chloe together but i just miss you, it just a simple friendship ki-ss,” she said which irritate me the more.
“simple ki-ss? what if someone sees us, am so disappointed in you Erica,” i yelled then walked pas-sher. I went back to meet Chloe and i felt happy seeing her. Erica is just so senseless, how dare she ki-ss me, those li-ps are meant only for Chloe and her alone. I walked to the stage and a lot of people clapped
“i want to use this opportunity to to ask Chloe an important question,” i said with a smile while i sight Chloe from her seat she was looking so sad. I signal her to come while she walked to the stage. Her long gown fitted her so well which accentuate her pretty curves, her hair is packed to one side of her shoulder neatly and the necklace i gave her was still in her neck. She looks so beautiful, more like a fallen angel from above. Her smiles could melt every painful heart and her beauty shines, she’s beautiful both in and out and i so much love her for that. I held her hand as she stood beside me.
“i love you Chloe,” i said while she smile sadly. I looked at the audience, a lot of people are here just to share in her joy, this a great celebration indeed. I wish mom is here to see how i’ll propose to Chloe but she said she don’t want to meet with Sebastain i don’t know why she’s avoiding him.
“i all want you to know i love Chloe so much,” i said then kneel down before her as i brou-ght out a small red box from my trouser pocket.
“Chloe.. loving you at first was never in my mind but immediately i laid my eyes on you i couldn’t help but to fall helplessly in love with you. I want to spent the rest of my life with you, so we could share our dreams together. Only you can make me happy for the rest of my life. Chloe,” i called softly as i held her hand while tears kept falling down her cheeks.
“i love you so much and i promise to love you till enternity, please be my wife.. will you marry me? i asked while i could felt the beating of her heart. Everywhere was quiet and i could still see the pain in her eyes. What is wrong with her, she was so happy earlier but now she looks so sad and pale.
“no… i can’t,” she said softly then withdrew her hand from mine. I felt my head getting hotter and my eyes were clouded with tears already. My heart was beagting fast-er and i felt darkness covered me. Why would Chloe reject my proposal. I thought this will be the happy day of our lives.
“Chloe,” called in a cracking voice but she ran out in tears, i quickly ran after her…
????Camille’s POV????
Something is definetely wrong with Chloe.. why did she reject Ethan proposal. He love her so much and i know she loves him too. I need to find out, i need to talk to her.
“i need to talk to chloe,” i said to Sebastain who was seated beside me.
“okay then,” he said while i hurried out, i need to find Chloe.
“Camille..” i heard someone called my name, i turn and was surprise to see Anton.
“what are you doing here? i asked while he gave me a paper and i read throu-ghit. It the real DNA test result of Chloe. I felt so angry. Now he know the truth, he was such a fool not to have believe me in the first place. I squee-zethe paper in the ball then threw it to his face.
‘you’re such a fool Anton. Chloe doesn’t need you because she now have a father,” i yelled in tears.
“but that won’t change the fact that am still her biological father,” he said, i could see the pains and regret in his eyes.
“you’re so irresponsible, i guess it will be better if you go back to your wife and son,” i said then turn to leave.
“am really sorry Camille, please allow me talk to Chloe,” he pleaded.
“i won’t, and i won’t even let you see her. Just let us be,” i yelled.
“don’t be too selfish Camille…
please i need to see Chloe,” he said.
“Selfish! did you just said selfish. Antonio where were you when i and Chloe struggle to live. Where were you when i almost died and Chloe was shoot. Antonio i love you so much back then, i know i made a mistake but you couldn’t believe me. I still remember those times you used to be their for me, we share our dreams togetehr and different views about life, we were rubbing off on each other, always wanting to be distinct,
these features we shared made me so used to you. It just so unfortunate you’re not their during the painful days of my life, you were their when i needed you the most, i thought i would still have you by my side to go throu-ghthis life together, what an illusion i have as a dream. You were a missing treasure in my life when you left. You left me, you left me to suffer, you left with with our daughter and our unborn baby,” i cried, his eyes were filled with tears and regrets.
“unborn baby? he asked almost in a whisper.
“yes Anton i was pregnant with our baby when all this mess started but i loose the baby.. and only for you bring our divorce papers for me to sign on the sick bed,”
“unborn baby… why didn’t you tell me earlier? he asked in tears.
“because you left with Jasmine, and you hate to see me then. You moved on so fast leaving me to suffer, i was deranged, i lose my mind all because i thought i couldn’t do without you. I so much love you back then Anton but you betrayed our love and also our marriage. You easily let go of me. Chloe became a sad girl when she was growing up, you even have the gut to call her a bastard. Anton you called me all sort of names, you didn’t even care to find out the truth. I lose everyone i had including my mother and Catherine.. they’re all dead,” i cried the more, while he moved closer, he wanted he hold my hand but i jerk his hands away.
‘you’re a monster Anton, you don’t deserve a family. Even our innocent baby died because he was scared to meet a monster father like you,” i cried.
“am sorry.. Camille.. am so so sorry.. i know what i did was unforgivable, i let my nager take the best of me… i was so foolish… i didn’t know you were carrying our baby.. its just now am hearing that from you…,” he cried while i closed my eyes as more tears flowed down my cheeks.
“allow me make it up to you,” he said amidst of tears.
‘you can’t make it up to me, you can’t do that.. theirs nothing that can bring back my mom or Catherine or my baby alive now. Nothing Anton! the deed has been done and i hate you now,” i yelled in tears while he went on his knees making me shed more tears.
“please Anton i guess it will better if you leave,” i said.
“please Camille.. we need to talk about us.. pleae forgive my stupidity,” he cried.
“their can never be us… us have died a long time ago. Anton i never left you, you were the one that left, but now am telling you this. I hate you, i don’t need you in my life again i have survive for good eighteen years without you and i can still survive till i die without you. Us have died a long time ago so leave,” i yelled wiping away my tears. He stood up still holding the test result.
“Camille… i still love you.. i still couldn’t forget about you all these years and i know you also love me. Let reconcile even for the sake of Chloe,” he said which got me more angry as i slapped him.
‘you have a family already, not only that i can never love someone like you. Chloe doesn’t need you and moreover it all too late Anton, it too late. When you left i thought i’ll never get to fall in love but i did. Am in love with someone else and not a monster and irresponsible man like,” i said coldly while he looked surprise. I glare at him one more time before walking out of him.

????Ethans’ POV ????
I ran after Chloe then hug-ged her so tight.
“Chloe.. are you angry with me? i asked while she pulled away from the hug.
“i love you Ethan.. but.. but..”
“but what? i asked in tears.
“i saw you ki-ssing Erica.. why were you ki-ssing my sister? she asked in tears while i wipe away her tears with my thumb.
“it all her fault… she was the one who ki-ssed me,” i said while she frown. Two hefty men walked up to us then dragged Chloe with them.
“who are you, let her go,” i yelled then punch the other man who was holding Chloe so tight to him.
“security,” i yelled but i guess no one heard me, one of the man punch me back then oush me. I quickly stood up then rushed to them.
“Ethan.. please save me,” Chloe cried. I can’t leave Chloe with them, i quickly dailed, to call the cops. I have to follow them, i need to know where they’re taking Chloe to.
“Ethan,” Chloe cried while the man hit her on her neck making her faint.
“how dare you hurt her,” i yelled then punch the man. The were two and i fought them back with all the strength i have got. I carried Chloe in my arms but i felt someone pushed me to the ground.
“you’ve cross your limit,” the other mam said then shoot me with a gun while i fall so ha-rd to the ground, he quickly carried Chloe to their car then zoomed off.
“Ethan,” Sebastain rushed to me.
“please follow that car.. Chloe is with them,” i said as i held my stomach in pain, i was already losing so much blood. Everything went blank and my eyes were closed.????
