Jewel and Aiden could be seen sitting on one of the benches in the hospital compound
“I’m glad you’ve stopped crying”Aiden smiled interlocking their hands
Jewel look at their hands and blushed
“I’m sorry I ignored you earlier,I wasn’t thinking straight”Jewel said
“I don’t think there’s anything that’ll made me mad at you in this world”Aiden smiled
“Wait are you confessing right now”Jewel blushed
Aiden took her hand and placed it on his chest.
“I know we just met Jewel but I can’t imagine living my whole life without you”
“I don’t even know what you did to me but the first day I saw you, my heart swoon completely for you. I thought it was just a crush, that it’s normal and it’ll pass but at each passing day I find myself sinking deeper and deeper into feelings I never knew existed.” Aiden said.
“I knowing you loving me back will be too much to ask,but no matter how long I’ll wait for you to love me back ”Aiden said.
He released her hand and stood to leave. Jewel who was already crying cleaned her tears
“I love you too Aiden”she screamed and Aiden turned back to her
“I love you but I’m scared”She started crying
Aiden rushed back to her and hug her immediately
“Why…..I mean why are you scared”Aiden asked
“Crystal is in love with you….she’ll be so mad if she knows we are dating”Jewel said
“It’s not your fault my heart didn’t beat for her,please don’t cry my Gem”Aiden said
“Gem?”
“Yeah Jewel means Gem so you’re my Gem”Aiden said and Jewel blushed happily
“I’m going to wait till you are ready…even if it’s a a year”Aiden added
Jewel nodded and hug him

“You really didn’t have to come pick me up yunno” Joel said as he entered the restaurant with Nyla
“C’mon! I wanted to spent time with you. Its been long we last saw each other” Nyla said.
“We last saw each other yesterday” Joel eyed her and she pouted.
“Is it my fault if I missed you” Nyla said.
Joel looked at her then chuckled.
“Good evening sir, ma’am. Please follow me to your reserved seat” A waiter came to them.
They nodded and followed him behind as they walked in the VIP sector.
Joel pulled out the chair for Nyla and she sat down. He went and settled down opposite to her.
“What can I get you” The waiter asked politely.
“I’ll like some Beef and the best wine you have here” Nyla said.
“Same here” Joel said
The waiter bowed slightly and left to get their orders.
“Bills are on me”Joel said.
“Oh no! You don’t have to worry about that, it’s on me” Nyla smiled.
“I don’t want to be a big burden to you. I don’t want our friendship to-”
Nyla held his hand.
“Its okay.. You’ll never be a burden to me” Nyla smiled.
Joel looked at her and slowly smiled.
“Joel, there’s something I’ve been meaning to tell you for a while now” Nyla said and shyly looked down.
“I’m all ears”
“Joel I.. I-”
“Here’s your dinner!” A waitress announced and began placing their meals on the table.
“Great! I was starving” Nyla quickly changed the topic
She frowned when she noticed the look the waitress kept giving Joel as she served them.
She opened the wine and poured some for Nyla before serving Joel too. She bent down more for Joel to see her cleavage.
Nyla gripped tight on the fork she was holding as she glared at her.
“Enjoy your meal” She winked at Joel who smiled back as she left.
That got Nyla more mad as she began eating really fast, stabbing the beef as if she was stabbing a person before shoving it in her mouth.
“Slow down… You’re gonna choke” Joel said and she glared at him. He quickly clamped his mouth tight.
“What did I do?” He said inwardly.
The dinner was silent and abit awkward to Joel as he stared at Nyla who was mad for who knows what.
“I’m done” She finally muttered.
“Me too.. Um” Joel looked up and hit his glass lightly with a spoon.
The waitress came back while smiling.
“We’re done. Here’s the bill” He placed some cash on the table and stood
She nodded and began cleaning the table. She discreetly slipped a paper in his hand and Joel furrowed his brows.
“Call me” She mouthed.
Nyla who saw it slammed her hand hard on the table and stood up.
“That’s it! I’ve hard enough!!” She snapped and without wasting time she slapped the waitress really hard.
The waitress gasped, holding her stinging cheek as she stared at Nyla in shock.
Everyone there gasped as they saw the scene.
Nyla grabbed Joel by the collar and slammed her lips on his, shocking Joel to the core.
The waitress gasped again.
Nyla broke the kiss and turned to the lady
“Stay away from my man!! WhĂłre!!” She snapped and grabbed Joel’s hand pulling him out.
She released him when they got out and began pacing around.
“What.. Why did you do that?” Joel asked
“Can’t you see she was literally flirting with you! She was trying to seduce you!! Think I should go back in there and deal with her.. How dares she!!” Nyla kept ranting.
“So that’s why you kissed me” Joel asked and slowly smirked
Nyla gasped when realization hit her. She just did what she came to her mind back then.
“What did I do?!” She screamed inwardly.
“I.. I..” She began stuttering.
“You..?” Joel smirked, coming closer
She began backing out till her back hit the wall. His placed his right hand on wall, staring down at her.
“You..?” He asked again.
“I.. I.. I love you” She muttered and looked down.
“For real this time! I just didn’t want to tell you because I’m afraid it’ll ruined our friendship or you’ll see me as an easy woman but I changed for real.. If you don’t like me, I’ll understand.. Please don’t start avoiding me please it’ll-”
She was cut shut when Joel pressed his lips on hers. Her eyes widened as she stared at him.
He broke the kiss shortly.
“You should go in for journalism.. You talk a lot” Joel said, rubbing her chin with his left hand.
Nyla stared at him for a while and without thinking twice she crashed her lips on his.Joel’s eyes slowly shut down as his hands found it’s way to her waist, kissing her slowly and softly.
“So about the shoots. Why don’t we do it in Mexico and…” Angela who was discussing with her business partner while coming out of the car paused when she saw two people kissing beside the restaurant they were going to..
Shock was an understatement when she recognized the two people. It’s Nyla and,, and her childhood crush.
Joel!!!
“No.. No… No” She shook her head and slowly went down.
“Miss Angela!!” The man exclaimed when she fell in his arms.

“I’ve told your dad to change your school,I can’t let you go to a school where young killers are”Melissa said
“Mom I don’t want to change my school”Crystal scoffed
Esmeralda entered immediately
“Good evening aunt”She greeted Melissa
“How are you ralda”Melissa smiled at her
“Where’s Elvira why’s she not here with you”Crystal asked
“Elvira is not who you think she is”Esmeralda said
Melissa dropped the spoon and face Esmeralda
“What did you mean by that”Melissa asked
“I’m sorry but Elvira was the one who asked someone to hurt Crystal”Esmeralda said and Crystal’s eye widened
“What are you saying”
“Why will Elvira hurt me I did nothing to her” Crystal raised a brow
“She did that because she’s also in love with Aiden”Esmeralda replied

Crystal woke up an hour ago and could be seen sitting as Melissa feed her
“Common you have to eat baby”Melissa said as she feed Crystal

“No!! It’s not!! I just wanted to make something that’ll make her away from Aiden then I’ll go after Jewel. I didn’t want ask you to slam a plank on her head” Elvira snapped.
“Do I look like I care? You should pay my balance or I’ll let the whole world know about what we did,I have nothing to loose”The boy rolled his eyes
“What did you do?”Esmerald screamed
Elvira’s eyes widened and she turned to see Esmeralda behind them with a furious look on her face.
“Ralda?” She muttered but ignored her and went straight to Amber.
“What did you do to Crystal!!” She grabbed boy by the collar
“I’m just getting started with her” The boy laughed.
Esmeralda punched him really hard and he fell on the floor, loosing consciousness immediately.
She now turned to Elvira..
“Esme-”
Esmeralda slapped her really hard on the cheek before she could say anything more..
“How could you!! All because of a guy who feels nothing for you!! How can you stoop so low!! It’s all your fault!!” Esmeralda shouted angrily.
Right now, she felt hurt, angry and really disappointed in her best friend.
“I never wanted things to end this way.. I just wanted her away from Aiden” Elvira said, already in tears.
Esmeralda slapped her again and grabbed her by the hair.
“Ahh!!” She winced
“Now I know you’re just a green snake under a green grass,you were in love with Aiden and never told us”Esmeralda shouted

Crystals couldn’t help but stare at Esmeralda shockingly
“Elvira did all this”Crystal said and fell back dejectedly on the bed. Melissa walked to her and sat down next to her.
“What do you want us to do to her..” Melissa asked
Crystal quickly looked up at Melissa
“I…I don’t want to talk about her,and can Esmeralda leave
“Crystal!”
“No it’s okay Aunt,”Esmeralda smiled and walk out
“She’s your friend Sweety”Melissa said
“Not anymore. They betrayed me, I’m better off without them” Crystal said.
“Elvira did” Melissa said
“Mom I don’t want to talk about them for now”Crystal said
“Okay, but that boy.. Aiden…Do you like him”Melissa asked.
Jewel blushed and shyly looked away.
“Yes mom but I think he loves Jewel”Crystal said.
Melissa smiled and tugged a piece of her hair behind her ear.
“My baby is growing”Melissa said.
“I know you love to get everything you wants but no matter what,don’t be a killer just because of a man,don’t be like Elvira”Melissa added
“Thank you mom”Crystal said.
“Okay, go on and rest.. You need that to gain energy” Melissa said.
Crystal nodded an laid properly then closed her eyes to sleep

“So that’s the reason for your sudden change huh!! Because of a guy!! Seriously Vira, I never raised you like this”!!!! Elvira’s mom shouted
She was getting ready to go to work when Elvira stormed in while crying. She went to her room and asked her what’s wrong then she told him everything.
She was sitting on her bed, cuddling a pillow while crying. Her eyes were so red but she was still crying.
“I know I messed up and I’m sorry.. I’m so sorry mom,I didn’t know what came up in me” Elvira cried.
Her mom sighed
“I’m really disappointed in you Vira…What if she lost her life?” She said.
Elvira just kept crying.
She stood up from the stool he was sitting then went and sat next to her on the bed.
“Come here” He spread out her arms.
Elvira quickly rushed to her embrace.
“Though I’m really mĂ d at you but, you’re my daughter…I still love you,, c’mon stop crying. You’ll fall sick if continue crying this much” She said, rubbing her back and kissed her hair.
“I’m sorry… I’m really sorry” Elvira cried.
“I’m not the one you should apologize to..” She said.
Elvira nodded, slowly calming down. She eventually fell asleep in her arms.
She laid her properly before standing up and looked at her and sighed before leaving her room.

Joel could be seen playing games on his phone then a message enter he was surprised to see it was Angela
đź’¬ Please come meet me at my company, I have something important to tell you. I’m waiting please
He furrowed his brow then went to his room and took his jacket before leaving the house.
Joel took the taxi and it took him 5 minutes before he arrived at his destination. He got down and as expected, Angela was standing in front of the company.
She smiled when she saw him before approaching him.
“Joel!!” She squealed happily and hugged him. He smiled and hugged her back
“How have you been” Joel asked as he broke the hug.
“I’m good.. Come, let’s go to my car. I have to tell you something” She said and led Joel to her car.
They got in her car before Angela faced him.
“Um, the thing I wanted to tell you is that. I-” She bit her lips.
“I love you Joel,, a lot” She said and took his hand.
Joel looked taken aback at what he just heard.
“I just had one boyfriend in my whole life, I’ve been in love with you since we were kids.. I promise I won’t break your heart” Angela said and cupped his cheek.
“What do you mean by that” Joel raised a brow.
Angela smiled shortly.
“I saw you and Nyla kiss. She’s my friend” Angela said and Joel’s eyes widened.
“And believe me, I know her more than anyone.. You don’t know the amount of time she’s been f*cked by different men. She falls in love too easily, and who knows if she won’t forget you the moment she sees someone more handsome than you. She’s not the one for you,,, I am” Angela said.
“I’m sorry Angela but I only see you as a friend.” Joel said.
“Please Joel, just one chance” Angela began pleading.
At that moment, Nyla was going to where her car was parked too while smiling.
She just finished with work and was planning on paying Joel a surprise visit.
“I’m sorry” Joel muttered and made to open the car door.
Angela saw Nyla coming towards them and she quickly turned Joel then slammed her lips on his. Joel froze in shock.
Nyla who was passing by glance towards the car and made to look away but what she saw made her froze.
Joel,, kissing Angela??
Tears fell from her eyes as the grip on her bag loosen and it fell down.
Joel got back to his senses and pushed her away. He made to speak but his eyes caught Nyla looking at them with obvious tears in her eyes.
“Oh no Nyla..” He muttered and immediately opened the car door..
Nyla cleaned her tears and picked her bag then began heading to her car which was just beside Angela’s car.
“Nyla! Nyla wait, it’s not what you think-” He grabbed her wrist but Nyla pushed him away and landed a slap on his cheek
“You’re just like all my exes, Heartbreakers! Don’t come near me ever again!!” She shouted in tears and went in her car then drove off immediately
Joel’s shoulder fell as he ran his hands through his hair.
Angela who was in her car smiled and licked her lips.
