Tessa squinted her eyes open and looked to her left
“Emma” she muttered and looked around, she noticed she slept on Robert’s tigh yesterday when he was telling her about his sister
“Good morning Tessa, we rushed here so early thinking the two of you might be ripping eachother’s head off but it seems like we are wrong” Olive said entering the ward
Tessa immediately stood straight
“The doctor said he’s stable and his leg would be okay in two or three days time, so until then he’ll need to rest” Tessa said
“Oh, then” Presh shurgged
“Dude you should see the way he was acting nice last night, I was like. Bruh Robert are you really the one” Linc laughed
“I swear I swear e be like sayyyy…. I mean it looks like the accident affected his brain cause it’s rare to see him acting so nice like that” Chi said and almost everyone stared at him in owe
“How did you speak that?” Bolu asked
“Secret” Chi winked and Brittany smiled secretly
While all of them were chatting Romeo kept quiet throu-ghout, the doctor just entered with a note
“Good morning guys I’m guessing you’re his friends” she said, the doctor is actually a female
“Yes we are, but I’m their senior” Bolu smiled and they all hit him
“Okay, he’s fine but he needs rest, I suggest you guys should leave him for now and come back later” she said
“Okay thanks no problem” Angel smiled and they all began leaving
“Where are we going, don’t tell me we are going back home?” Emma asked
“Ehn we never chop na” Chi replied and looked at Brittany
“Na small small I dey learn” he whispered and she rolled her eyes
“Since we are all dressed, why don’t we eat breakfast out today” Emma said
“Ooo, good idea high five” Olive high-five-ed her
“Make sense, I heard that best cafe here is Sam breakfast cafe and guess what it’s not far from here” Brittany shurrged
“Then let’s go, we all came here with a bicycle expect Tessa” Presh said
“Someone would have to carry Tessa then” Linc shurgged
“I’ll carry Olive, Tessa can use Olive bicycle” Presh suggested
“Hey that idea is great and it’ll be very great only if I’ve not shower” Tessa yelled
“I’ll take you home, then you’ll shower and come back with my bicycle” Romeo said sourly
“Then what will you eat for breakfast?” Emma asked
“I’m not in the mood for breakfast” he replied dryly and left
Tessa followed behind while Emma couldn’t help but crease her brows…

The ride back home was silent, Romeo kept quiet concentrating on the road while Tessa didn’t bother talking, finally he got home and stopped the bike
“Thanks” Tessa muttered
“Welcome” he replied and began going to his room
“You also saw them last night?” Tessa asked
Romeo paused and looked at her from his side before entering his room, Tessa shurgged and went to her room, she showered and changed then climbed his bicycle and rode out

SAM BREAKFAST/LUNCH CAFE***
They all packed their bicycle at the parking lot and went in, outside they can see a big umbrella but the whole chairs were turned upside down
Inside the shop is filled with show glas-sand shelfs of various breads and donut. The whole cafe smells like breakfast
“Oh I get it now, breakfast and lunch once it’s afternoon lunch will hold outside those umbrella, make sense” Olive said and they nodded
They all settled down on long round chair, the table in front of them has a small bell, after going throu-ghthe menu they pressed the bell
A girl dressed in a short mini skirt and apron came to them
“Hi, welcome to Sam breakfast cafe, what can I get you” she smiled, her eyes are busy on the guys
“You can help me with this bagels and coffee” Angel eyed her
“I’ll have the same thing she’s ordering” Carl said and Angel smiled at him
“I’ll have a bacon with a glas-sof milk” Presh said
“And I’ll have what my baby haves” Olive pecked his cheeks
The girl frowned and turned to the rest
“Bread and tea” Bolu said
“Sorry?”
“Bread and tea, bread and tea” Bolu repeated
“Mumu, na bread and coffee you for talk” Chi hit him
“Pardon?” She asked again
“Just get them cup of milk tea and some bread, I’ll have an omelet with a glas-sof milk” Tessa said and eyed them
The girl jutted it down and faced Linc
“Handsome” she blinked
“I’ll have your breakfast special” Linc replied
She wrote it down and turned to leave
“Hey, are you ignoring us on purpose” Tasha called back
The girl rolled her eyes and came back to them
“What will you have?” She asked
Tasha, Emma and Brittany placed their orders, the girl forced a smile and left
“I somehow hate her” Tessa muttered
The girl came back with the foods, she specially served Linc his own, then bent to his level and placed her li-ps on his ears
“My name is Samantha, I wrote my number at the back of your nasken coffee, call me” she whispered and left, swaying her hips
Linc rolled his eyes and drank from the coffee, he kept stealing glances at Emma who didn’t bother to look at him
Emma on the other hand is worried, strangely the way Romeo is avoiding her is affecting her badly
Tessa noticed Linc stealing glances at Emma, she frowned and focused on her food
The breakfast was a bit noisy

They got back home after breakfast, Tessa decided to go back to her room, Presh and Olive sat on the couch gisting together, Linc went to his room
Angel and Carl sat at the dinning and began chatting while Emma decided to go check up on Romeo, she ordered takeout
She knocked on the door politely
“Come in” he said from inside..
She opened the door and entered but immediately turned around when she saw him shirtlessness
“Emma?” Romeo called in disbelief, he thought it was Bolu or another guy that knocked earlier
“Sorry I didn’t know you were still dressing, just wanted you to know that I got breakfast for you since you didn’t have any, I’ll drop it and leave” she rushed her words and dropped it on the stool
She made to leave but Romeo held her hand prevent her from leaving, why he held her hand he didn’t know, he just wanted her to stay
“Thank you” he muttered and released her, Emma rushed out immediately
She got out and held her chest then released all the breath she didn’t realize she was holding
“What was that?” She muttered and slapped her cheeks lightly

Evening….6:30pm***
Linc is dressed to go watch the play already, he’s waiting at the living room for Tasha miss Melissa and Johnson are waiting for Tasha too
Meanwhile Tasha is still looking for what to wear in her room
“If you don’t have a cloth of your taste then go to the next room and borrow it won’t kill you” Brittany scoffed
“Okay just because I don’t like any of your clothes you’ll get mad at me, geez” Tasha rolled her eyes and stepped out
Two rooms at the front of her is Emma and Tessa room
“Maybe I should swallow my pride and ask for a pretty dress from Emma, gosh why didn’t I get myself a dress” she grumbled
All what full both her and Brittany’s bags are bi*chy clothes and no one in their right mind would wear to watch a late night movie
She got to Emma and Tessa room and knocked, Emma opened it and stared at her confusedly
“I wanna talk to you please, 1 minute” Tasha muttered
Emma looked left and right and went with her
“Please do you have a decent dress I could borrow I promise to return it back” Tasha shyly and held her forearm
“Ofcourse, you don’t have to feel shy we are fellow girls come with me” Emma smiled and took her in
Tessa is at the upper bunk bed reading a book, she didn’t mind them
“Do you like this?” Emma brou-ght out a purple flare gown
“Ofcourse, I love it thanks I’ll return it back I promise” Tasha took it and rushed out
She went back to her room to change, Brittany helped her with a small makeup and also lended her a bag that’ll match with the dress
“Thanks babe” Tasha smiled
“No problem, just gist me about the play” she winked and pushed her out
Tasha waved and began climbing the stairs
“There you are” Melisa smiled
Linc slowly looked up at how Tasha was descending the stairs, he couldn’t help but stare at her
He’s not staring at her because she’s beautiful, he’s staring at her because he thinks she looks like Emma
Tasha got to them and he shook his head
“Let’s go” Melisa smiled
“Hmm” Tasha nodded and went out
“Don’t forget to tell us about the play” Presh shouted
Linc turned and gave him a ‘fu-ckyou’ sign before leaving with them.
