“The next day after the Sleep over Fight”
Angella Benson’s House

The door bell rang and Angella walked to the door to answer it.
“Why are you here?” Angella said with a hvge frown on her face
“Angella..I’m so sorry” Caroline apologized
“Sorry for what?!” She said folding her arms
“Actually, for everything Cynthia said last night” Caro said
“I don’t nee-d your apologies Caroline!” She sh0t back with a long hiss and slammed the door on Caroline’s face.
“Who is that?” Lizzy asked
“Guess?”
Lizzy raised her brow
“Joseph?”
“I Wish” Angella responded
“Its Caroline. She’s apologizing for what her cousin did last night”
Angella added
“That Cynthia is a Crazy girl. I’m sure she was only jealous of you. She doesn’t have those things you possess” Lizzy said
“Yes, can’t you see that she doesn’t even recognize original House of Tara Make ups. She’s Fake”
Angella said
“Don’t mind her. She wanted to come and fake big girl here” Lizzy added
“Seriously Lizzy, I’m sorry for kicking you out last night” Angella apologized
“I alre-ady told you its okay. It was Cynthia’s fault” Lizzy said
“But I should have atleast spare you..” Angella hvgged Lizzy
“I kicked you out but you c@m£ here today to apologize for what you didn’t do” Angella said
“Its okay Ella” Lizzy drew back from Angella
She nodded
“Thank You”
“So what do you want to do about Caroline?”
Lizzy asked
“I don’t want to see her. I have this feeling that she intentionally brou-ght her stupid cousin to insult me” Angella said
“Caroline would never do that..” Lizzy defended
“You can’t say – Maybe she’s jealous of me. You can’t trust anyone” Angella added
Lizzy rolled her eyes
“To be honest, Caroline tried to caution Cynthia but that girl..She was such a loose mouth!” Lizzy gritted
“I’d thought we were going to get along well..But it ended badly” Angella said with a frown
“Ella, plea-se forgive Caroline” Elizabeth pleaded
Angella stared at her
“Why are you pleading on her behalf?” Ella asked
“Caroline is a good friend” Lizzy moved to the curtains
“Look she’s still waiting” Lizzy added
Caroline was still outside waiting.
Seconds cli-cked by and Ella said
“Let her in”
Lizzy face brightened
“Thank You!”
She rushed to the door
“Come in Caroline” she said
“What about Ella?” Caro asked
“She wants you to come in!” Lizzy gritted
And Caroline stepped in. She bent her head
“You can raise your head” Angella said with her legs crossed.
“I’m sorry..And thanks for letting me into your home” Caroline fiddled with her f!ngers
“Well you should be thankful to Elizabeth” Angella said
Caroline looked at Lizzy
“Don’t thank me” Lizzy said with a small smile
“Am I forgiven?” She asked
“Yes but don’t you ever bring any of your cousins to my house again!” Angella said sternly
A small smile formed on Caroline’sl-ips
“I promise. I’ll never make such mistake again” she said
“Good” Angella mumbled
“What do you have in your backpack?” Lizzy questioned pointing to her backpack.
“I brou-ght your favourite cu-pcakes” Caro answered, opening her backpack and she brou-ght out a small box of cu-pcakes.
“Mom baked it?” Lizzy asked
“Yes” she replied
“Caroline mom bakes the best cu-pcakes in the world!” Angella and Lizzy said in unison.
And they all laughed
“I don’t think these 6 cu-pcakes will be enough -” Angella said
Lizzy eyed her suspiciously
“I hope you are not trying to swap this cu-pcake or make it yours?”
Lizzy asked
“Exactly” Ella snapped her f!ngers
And Lizzy snatched the pack on the table before Angella could reach it.
“Hey! Bring that back!” Angella screamed at Lizzy
“I’ll give it to you after striking a good deal” Lizzy side stepped Angella.
“6 cu-pcakes, so we share it equally as 3 for two since Caroline must have tasted hers at home”
Lizzy opened the box.
“#2000 for the cu-pcakes” Angella said
“No deal” Lizzy blurted
“What do you want Lizzy?” Angella said with a sad face
The girls giggled at the look on her face. They knew Angella would do anything to get the cu-pcakes made by Caroline’s mom who was a professional Baker.
“Place an order for it My lady” Lizzy joked
“That would take a while” Angella grumbled and stamped her feet on the floor.
“I’ll pick two cu-pcakes and you’ll take 4..” Lizzy st©pped
Angella smiled brightly
“Deal?” She said
“I’m not done talking..” Lizzy said
“You said 4 and 2 now!”
“Yes but on one condition” Lizzy added
Angella rolled her eyes
“What?”
“Lets go and watch a movie!” Lizzy said loudly
“I should have expected it” Angella surrendered
“Ella you know Lizzy is crazy about Cinemas” Caro said
“That’s because she’s always expecting to see her prince charming” Angella laughed
“Oh! Yes! That guy who Is always giving our tickets!” Caroline said
“Exactly! Miss Lover” Angella said
“Na you sabi..Deal or no deal?” She asked
“Deal” Angella agreed
“I won!” She said picking out 2 cu-pcakes from the box before pas-sing it to Caroline to give it to Angella. Angella might try to snatch her portion.
“Finally!” Angella exclaimed before eating a cu-pcake.
“I wish my mom could bake..as In our house would become a Cakery” Angella said
They laughed out loudly
“Is there a word like Cakery?” Caroline giggled
“Angella’s home made English” Lizzy said
And they laughed
“I used cakery instead of bakery because only cakes will exist in our home..No bre-ad or whatever. I’m enjoying it” she pointed to her cu-pcake.
“Eat calmly girl the cake is not running away” Lizzy said
“Leave me alone oo is it your eat? Scammer” she pouted
They all laughed again
“Well i have something that might interest you girls again” Caroline announced bringing out her cellphone.
They looked up at Caroline.
“cu-pcakes?” Ella said
“Doughnut?” Lizzy said
Caroline rolled her eyes
“No”
Their smiles dropped
“It’s something bigger and better than any of those” she said
“What could be bigger and better than cu-pcakes?” Ella said
Caroline shook her head
“The plans to get back at Kate” she said
“I have a mind b!owing plan to -”
“Wait Caroline I thought you were never in support of us hurting Kate for stealing Angella’s fame and b©yfri£nd” Lizzy said
“Don’t mind her, she thinks Katherine is better than me” Ella said
“No! How can I think Kate is better than you?! Impossible!” She said
“But you like her smile” Lizzy tea-sed her
“Yes but not anymore. There’s nothing special about Katherine Adebowale. And those boys are really blind” Caroline said
“Its good to hear that you don’t think she’s better or special than me. So what do you have on your phone?” Angella asked
“Come and see these pictures” she called at them
They moved to the long couch she sat on.
“What pictures?” Lizzy asked
Caroline swiped her screen and showed them the pictures Cynthia transfered to her.
Mouths dropped wi-dely!
“Oh My God!” Angella exclaimed collecting the phone to get a clear view.
“Is this not Katherine Adebowale on the floor?!”

“Its Katherine Adebowale” Caroline replied
“What’s she doing with this girl?” Lizzy asked
“What does it look like?” Angella said
They exchanged glances
“Katherine Is a lesbian!” Caroline blurted
“Unbelievable!”
“This is the picture of her having S-x with another girl in her previous school” Caroline explained
“What?!” Angella laughed loudly

“Look at her acting like an innocent girl here in EHS. Like someone that can do no wrong” Angella hissed

Angella asked
“Cynthia was Kate clas-smate at Linda Girls College” she said
“Really?!” Angella g@sped
“That’s true! She went to Linda Girls College” Lizzy said
She recalled the day EHS Literature teacher questioned Kate about her previous school.
“So we got talking last night about our respective schools and she mentioned Katherine Adebowale. Cynthia showed me her picture and it turned turned to be the same kate at EHS. She told me about Katherine and I felt it was something to use against her” she explained leaving
some important details behind. She didn’t want them to know that she was doing it because she was jealous Emeka liked Kate.
“So Cynthia s£nt them to you” Angella said
“Yes, let’s post it on the school page to expo-se her” Caroline said
“You think that’s a good idea?” Lizzy said
She doesn’t like Caroline’s suggestion.
“Yes or do you want her to start slee-ping with the Junior girls?” Caroline said
“No”
“Tell me more about it” Ella said happily
“Cynthia and one of her s£nior caught Kate and her school mother in the toilet around 10:00pm”
Caro said
“Oh! That’s why she looked scared in the picture” Angella pointed to a picture where Cynthia had stood taking pictures while Tola was trying to separate them.
“Yes..She begged them to keep it a secret but Cynthia and Tola the headgirl refused. She even offered them a hvge amount of money but my cousin was determined to tell the principal because
kate was to be the next head girl. She felt someone Like kate doesn’t deserve such position”
Caroline explained what Cynthia narrated to her.
Caroline had questioned Cynthia about the incident but she refused. She requested for another
#2000 in exchange of the story and Caroline gave it to her. But instead of telling Caroline the truth she fabricated the incident just to look good to her cousin.
“Cynthia and Tola showed the principal?” Angella asked
“Yes that’s why she left Linda Girls College” Caroline completed
“Celebr@tion Time!” Angella said excitedly
“Why?” Lizzy asked with a confused look
Everyone nee-d to know who Katherine Adebowale is” Angella said
“Let’s s£nd it to the press club team” Caro said
“No..Not too soon” Lizzy said
“Why?”
Ella asked
“Let’s study her very well. It won’t make any s-en-se if we just post it like that” Lizzy said
“You are right Elizabeth. We’ll post it as soon as she gets on my nerves again” Angella gr-unted
“Like anytime you see her with Joseph?” Caro asked
“Maybe..” She answered
Angella stood up
“Atleast we know her de-epest secret” she added
“Sorry can we visit the cinema now?” Lizzy asked
“Sure we’ll enjoy today because I’m super excited! Caroline I owe you a gift!” She said happily
“Go and get dressed Angella” Lizzy said
“I’ll be right back girls!”
She motioned towards her room in a rush.
“Caroline why do I have this feeling that you are doing this for some Reasons” Lizzy said
“What are you saying?”
Caro asked
“Nothing.. I’m just surprised in your sudden change about Kate” she said
“I don’t know what you are talking about..” Caroline stood up
“Sure?”
“Yes.. I’m just trying to help Angella” Caro said
“O..okay..” Lizzy replied with a nod
“Are you re-ady for the hangout?!”
Angella screamed from her room
“Yes! So get your bu-tt down her babe!” Lizzy answered
FLASHBACK
“The Basketball Room Fight”
“I think they are meeting secretly” Lizzy said to Angella
“I’ll deal with that Sly!” Angella gritted before running off to the basketball room to see if Kate was trulh meeting Joseph secretly.
And she met them talking.. Alone..Just the two of them. She didn’t waste time in sl@pping Kate for meeting Joseph secretly. It was ha-rd to control her anger!
Angella pushed her way out of the room in anger, ignoring Joseph’s call as she ran as fast as her legs could carry her. She was mad! Extremely mad at Joseph for talking to Kate and he even tried
to st©p her from hurting Kate. She would do worse things to her!
Angella concluded
“Did you see them?”
Caroline asked Angella
Anger crashed over her completely.
“They were together” she said
She clenched her fist almost cracking her knuckles
“Hey calm down babe” Lizzy said in a low tone.
“Did you catch them k!ssing?” Caro asked
“No”
“hvgging?”
“No she was about leaving when I got there. And Joseph claimed that they were just talking!” she
explained
“And you believe him?” Caro asked with a frown
“I don’t believe him!”
“So did you just Leave without giving that stupid girl any piece of insult?” Caro said
“I sl@pped her” Ella said
“Ah! Angella!” Lizzy g@sped
“Why are you shouting?! She deserves more than just a sl@p” Caro said
“Its unfair atleast you didn’t catch them doing anything” Lizzy said
“I can’t blame you when she has not tried to snatch your b©yfri£nd” Ella hissed
“Let her continue acting like Miss Innocent” Caro eyed her
“You won’t believe what am about to say” Ella said
“What?!”
“Mr Ghost man showed up in the room too”
“Really?” Caroline raised her brows
“He claimed that Kate is his girl and he warned Joseph to stay away from her” Angella narrated
“Are they d@t!ng?” Caro said

“Kate is biS-xual again o” Caro mocked
“I can’t wait to expo-se that bit-ch” Angella grounded
“plea-se when should we post these pictures?” Caro asked
“I want to trouble her before disgracing her” Angella said
Elizabeth was silent
“Okay..” Caro answered
“Let’s say in one or two weeks time” Ella added
“I smell trouble in the air” Elizabeth hummed
“Trouble for Katherine Adebowale”
Caroline said giving Angella a high five.
