the next day at the meeting room , Damon sat down and gave Daisy a go ahead to handle it .
when she was done every stood up and started clapping for the brilliant idea.
“how is it sir ?” she asked and Damon gave her a thumb up.
“that was amazing” he said and she smiled .
“so that is it , we are going to go with hers ” he said .
” thank you sir ” Daisy smiled and walked to her seat .
“this month is almost over ,so it’s time to put more effort in whatever you will be doing” he said and continued.
“let’s do our best ” he concluded.
“the meeting is over , this is not the time to play” he said and walked out .
Daisy was about to follow him , but Joel held her .
“hey ” he called with a smile and she responded to it .
he waited for other employees to leave the meeting room before talking.
“can we go on a date today ?” he asked .
“a date ?” Daisy asked and he nodded .
“umm…I can’t I’m sorry” she replied.
” you’ve always refused . I really like you why aren’t you noticing that ” he said .
“Joel what are you talking about?” she asked .
“I really like you , I want us to be closer to each other . I just don’t wanna be seeing you only in the office” he replied.
“we are friends” she said .
“I want us to be more than friends please ” he said .
“I want to be with you , just let us spend more time together to know more about ourselves” he said.
when she didn’t say anything, he touched her cheeks gently and she quickly removed his hand .
“we are good okay , but I like someone else” she replied and walked away.
she met Damon standing there and looking at her .
“damn you scared me ” she muttered.
Joel came out ,locked the door and walked pass them .
“what where you two talking about?” he asked as they both walked to his office.
“both really, we just talked about work ” she lied and he nodded.
“you know , you don’t have lie to me , I didn’t mean to eavesdropped,but I heard you two ” he said.
“oh ” she muttered and they both walked in .
he removed her hair from her face and kissed her .
“that was a good idea and I love it ” he said .
“thank you” she replied
“why don’t we make it known now that you’re mine ?” he asked .
“no…no …I don’t want them thinking something else” she quickly said .
“something like what ?” he asked .
“it’s will feel like …I’m the one who forced myself on you” she muttered.
“I don’t care , I love you ” he said .
“I know …. let’s just keep it for sometime okay ” she said and he nodded .
“thank you ” he muttered and hugged her .
“for what?” she asked .
“for you , you are super pretty,tho you can be crazy sometimes” he said still hugging her .
she run her hand through his hair and some memories flashes before her eyes and she quickly disengaged from the hug .
“are you okay ?” he asked worriedly
“yeah…I..am ” she stuttered and looked at his face.
“are you okay ?” he asked again and touched her .
“I’m fine ” she replied still trying to process the whole thing.
“I’m fine , I will go back to my office” she muttered and walked to her office through the door that led to Damon’s office.
she sat down still thinking about what she saw .
“he doesn’t have tattoos” she muttered looking at him .
“he might, you’ve never seen him without a shirt on ” her inner self said .
she looked at him again and this make Damon worried.
he walked to.her office and stood their watching her .
she was so lost in thought that she didn’t notice him standing there .
“you’re not.gonna tell me what wrong ?” he asked and this brought her back .
“how did you get here ?” she asked
“Daisy tell me what wrong ” he said and she quickly smiled .
“nothing, I was thinking about something . it’s not important okay ” she replied.
“you can tell me anything” he said .
“I will tell , after office hours. let’s focus on work now ” she replied and he nodded .
“don’t let anything bother you okay ” he said and she nodded.
Damon went back to his office and started working.

“you’re here ” Austin said and smirked .
“are you the person that called me ?” bella asked and he nodded.
“take a seat ” he said and she sat down .
“why in a restaurant?” she asked looking around.
“so you can eat something in there first” he said and sip from a wine .
“good you have a taste to take the VIP section” she said and rolled her eyes .
“eat something let’s get to business ” he said chewing gum.
“I hate when guys do that ” she said .
“okay ” he replied and removed the him from his mouth and threw it on the floor.
“someone might step on it ” she said.
“their problem” he said.
“I don’t want anything just tell me whatever you want to say ” she said .
“I will advise you keep cool” he said and smiled .
“your boyfriend is cheating” he said .
“yes with his secretary and less you forget my ex ” she said and he laughed.
“you still want him back right?” he asked .
“not for anything other than money and he’s good in bed , you know ” she replied and winked.
“nice how about I tell him all you just said ” he said .
“you can do that after all he’s with someone else.
“that mother fuxker was once my best friend” he said .
“then what Happened?” bella asked
“back then he betrayed me ” he replied.
“why because I know Damon so well ,he will never do anything for no reason” she said .
“our family were close friends until he did what he did ” he said .
“can you just say what you wanna say and stop saying shit ” she said.
“I won’t go into that now . let’s make a deal” he said
“what deal ?” bella asked .
” She is my ex and we had a child together . I want them back to me , but she just don’t wanna forgive me ” he replied
“then you should beg her” bella said .
“that’s where your boyfriend came in ” he said .
“I will pay you 5million won if you do it ” he said and smiled at the reaction he got .
“5million won?” she asked and he nodded .
“think about it ” he said and stood up .
“wait” bella quickly held him .
“what do you want me to do for you ?” she asked
“I think you need enough time to think about it” he said.
“I will do anything you want me to do” she said .
“nice ” he said and sat back
down .
” do anything possible to separate them and leave the rest to me ” he said .
“just that?” she asked and he nodded with a smile.
“okay. when ade you paying me ?” she asked .
“I will give you half of it and when you’re done , I will give you the other half” he replied.
” send me your bank details and I will do as said ” he said .
“you better not go back on your words when I’m done .
“I will call you , whenever I want you to do something else ” he said and stood up .
he smiled at her and left the restaurant. bella ran out to search for him , but couldn’t find .
“where did he go ?” she muttered looking around.
when she couldn’t find him she left to one of her boyfriend place.

” can you tell me what’s wrong now ?” he asked .
they both were ready to go home now , some of the employees in that floor left. while others where trying possible to finish up before leaving.
“while hugging you I saw something” she replied.
“like what ?” he asked
“I remembered him having a tattoo on his chest ” she replied
“the guy?” Damon asked and she nodded.
“it’s okay ” he said and hugged her .
he smiled and kissed her hair, they heard a knock and disengaged.
“come in ” he said and Joel came in .
“what is it ?” Damon asked
“I’m done sir and I sent it to your email”Joel said .
“okay ” he said .
“are you still gonna stay in the office sir ?” Joel asked .
“yeah I have to finish something” he replied.
“I can drop you off today Daisy. I noticed you didn’t come with your car ” he said
“no I’m okay , I will take a taxi home ” she replied.
“bye , see you tomorrow” he said and walked out .
Damon eyes followed till he was out of his office.
“you should stop looking at him like that, before you kill him with your eyes” Daisy said .
“i Will have to fire him” he muttered
“no don’t do that . he did nothing wrong” she said .
“I know , I don’t feel good about him this days ” he said .
“plea……” he shut her up with a kiss and pulled her closer.
“I can’t get enough of them ” he muttered and kissed her again, but deeply this time around.
“let’s go ” he said and held her hands .
they both walked out and took the private elevator.
when they got outside they met Joel still standing there.
“you forgot something?” Damon asked .
“no I was about leaving” he lied and quickly left .
Daisy got in the, same as Damon and they drove off.
“I wanna get something in Tof….r hospital” he said and she nodded.
he stopped the car when they got to the hospital.
📞”I’m here bring it ” he said and hang up .
a doctor came soon and handed the envelope to him .
the doc gave him a thumb up with a smile and left .
Daisy looked at him and could see he was excited.
“wanna share why you’re happy?” she asked .
“I’m just happy” he replied and drove out of the hospital.
