“Wake up we our here” I said trying tamp her but she hit me hand.
“let me just sleep a little I’m so tired” she said befiering her words.
“Sarah wake up” I shouted and she quickly gor up looking around.
“Oo we are here” she said and I sighed walking out of the car.
“Let’s go in” I said and she stepped down from the car and followed me.
“Greeting Mr Alexis, you’re welcome to Grannie hall” the receiptionise greeted as we approached her.
“please where is Mr David and are the others already here” I asked and she nodded.
“Yes! they arrived an hour ago and as for Mr David he’s in his office” she said and I nodded.
“Let’s go” I said to sarah who was wandering around and she nodded.
we walked throu-ghthe building making our way throu-ghverouis sectors.
“Sit and wait for me here I will be back after I met with Mr David” I said and she nodded sitting down.
I walked further more and reached his office. I knocked on it and waited for his response before entering.
“it’s good to see you again Alexis I thought after all this months that had pas-sed you won’t remember me” he said and I smiled.
Common it’s has just been two months since we lastly saw each other and you already miss me. But don’t worry I’m here now you don’t have to miss me I said and he laughed.
“Alexis you’re still thesame old you and by the way your mother said you are still refusing to get married” he said and flinch.
“How can I get married when I don’t have a bride” I said and he nodded.
But I thought you are interested in Felicia he said and I smiled making it alvours that I really am.
“Mr David let’s not talk about my personal life, let’s talk about why I’m here” I said and he nodded.
“So why are you here?” he asked
“I’m here to ask you about the decision of the company to held this concert and when will it be over” I asked and he smiled turning his head to the left.
I can’t tell you anything about it Alexis,The CEO himself refused to tell ours who the host for this concert is. I can only tell you that the two winners of this concert will be the male and female lead of the biggest movie made by the company” he said and I nodded.
So it really does look like I can’t know who is the host of this concert either and why he’s planning on making the show a big hit to the company.
“Mr David thanks for telling me this” I said and he nodded smiling.
“Alexis let’s try to catch up later I’ll buy you a drink” he said and I smile looking at him.
“Are you trying to buy my approval on you dating my aunt with a drink” I asked and he literally refused.
“you know that’s not what I mean. I’ve always wanted you to give me your approval willingly not throu-ghbribing you “he said and I smiled.
He’s been picking on my aunt for the past two years now but he didn’t get nothing in return and he won’t stop trying.
“By the way Alexis I prepared a very special room for you and I know you will like it” he said and I nodded.
“Here is the key” he said giving them to me while I smiled at him and collected it.
“Your such a generous man I know my aunt will definitely give you a chance one day” I said walking out of his office.
“Those this mean you’re giving me you’re approval to go after her” he shouted but I smiled without saying anything.
I walked out of there and went back to meet Sarah so we can go and rest for the day it’s tiring and I’m really hungry.
?JESSICA’S POV ?
I sat down there waiting for Alexis to come back but he didn’t show up after some minutes of me waiting.
I then decided to play some video games while waiting for me,so I brou-ght out my phone and started playing video games.
Two ladies Walked in to where I was sitting and one ordered me to stand up of which I obeyed without any response.
She must be Alexis’s new as-sistant the other wisped into the ears of the one who asked me to stand.
“Where is Alexis?” she asked
“He said he was going to talk with Mr David” I said and she sat down.
“Don’t you think you should go get him some coffee instead of sitting here pressing your phone” she said and I nodded.
She sure has said something good I’ll go make him some coffee.
I walked into the company and ask around on where I cloud get some coffee and I was directed to the place.
I went there and made some coffee for him then went back to where he asked me to wait.
l kept the coffee on the table infront of her and she pick it up looking inside the cu-p of coffee.
“This isn’t the coffee Alexis drink and where did you get this idea that he drinks this” she asked and I nodded.
“I got it after making some research on the internet” I said and she chuckled.
“Don’t just believe anything you hear online. He drinks americanno” she said and I nodded.
“Bring me a cu-p of coffee too with two sugar and it should be a little warm” she said as I walked out of the room.
I went back there and made the coffee then went back to give her.
I gave her and kept Alexis own on the table. She sli-pped a little bit of it and slit it out in annoyance.
“It’s too bite change it” she said and I went back and made another one.
“It’s hot do you want to burn my mouth she said giving it back to me change it” she said and I nodded.
I went and make another but she still rejected it saying it’s still too hot.
“Go and make another one” she said and my anger was already boiling up but I didn’t want to act I just calmly left the room.
I went and made another one and this time I’m surely not going again if she complains.
I walked my way back to the room and meet Alexis on entering the room.
“Why are you frowning and who’s the coffee for” he asked and I looked at him.
“it’s for the miss in there and she’s been sending to make her coffee to her taste” i said pointing at her.
‘Come with me” he said am collected the coffee from my hand and walked with me in.
“Take” he said pas-sing the coffee to her and she collected it without saying a word.
she drank it quitely and never complained of it’s being biter or too hot.
Tracy stop boundaring my as-sistant. If you want to drink coffee asked you’re as-sistant to make it for you” he said and she chuckled.
So you’re defending your as-sistance again me now. Alexis you just want to completely forget me like this, what about the relationship we shared, can’t you take me back?” she asked but Alex stepped back.
“What relationship? I just want to warn you not to worry my as-sistant” he said in ager and walked out of the room with me.
I think they must have shared a relationship together and it’s didn’t end well but why does she look so cute when she wants to cry.

He walked out of there with me without saying anything and we finally reach his car.
“Get in the car let’s go” he said after a minute of standing out and looking around silently.
I entered the car and kept looking at him as he drive. Looks like he really got angry by her words.
“Alexis are you okay” I asked caring for him, I don’t like it when he’s angry it’s makes me want to be angry as well.
‘I’m fine don’t worry about me” he said and I turned my face looking at the other side and not saying anything.
“Get down we are here” he said and I didn’t obey but kept looking out of the window.
“What’s this expression of yours?” he asked but I still didn’t turn.
“I don’t want you to be angry over what” she said I know it’s hurts but please smile before I can go down from this car” I said and he breathe in.
“Who said am angry over what she said, I’m angry because she kept asking you to do things for her” he said and I smiled turning to look at him.
“Really?” I asked and he nodded smiling at me.
“Can you get down from the car now” he said and I got down from the car smiling. Alexis cares about me.
“Follow me! this is where we will stay still the concert is over” he said and I was just busy looking around.
The place looks really nice and it’s much more like the house I live in with my grandma.
“Take this” he said handling me a card which is meant to open the door with.
“I’m going upstairs to freshing up, I’ve ordered for food already and it will soon be delivered so pay attention to the door” he said and left.
Wow I can’t believe I’m going to be staying with Alexis in this house. I pick up my bag and went upstairs too but didn’t know which room was mine or which of the rooms did he take.
“The doors are opposite sides and it’s confusing. should I enter this one or this one” I asked myself pointing at the doors simultaneously.
“I guess I’ll take the one my heart directs me to” I said and opened the one by my right.
What? Alexis shouted looking at me then I knew I had taken the wrong room.
“I’m so…rr…y. just now I mistook the room to be mind” I said pretending to cover my eyes and trampling on words.
He was half nak-ed, no trouser,no shirt just with a tinny towel.
“Are you done looking at me, you’re room is the other door” he said then I removed my hands from my face and went out of the room closing the door really ha-rd.
I entered the other room and shut the door lining on the back door smiling at myself.
“He so hot and those albs of his are so darn good looking, I nee-d to take a shower too” I said smiling.
I went in took a shower and put on some clothes then head back downstairs.
On reaching downstairs my eyes got something fascinating and I quickly rush down.
‘Wow so many dishes, I thought you said you like cooking food yourself” I asked taking my sit already.
“Of course I do. Have cancelled the order I made and went out to buy items to prepare this” he said and I nodded yawning to eat already.
It’s smells nice and I know it’s delicious just by the smell I said digging my hands into one of the plates.
I took little bit of it and it’s was so delicious that I wanted to eat all the bowl. he sat down and dish himself eating claimly while i mix everything I see on the table.
“You cook pretty well and it’s so delicious” I said and he nodded smiling.
“Thank you for appreciating my cooking and please try to eat a little at a time” he said and stopped eating fast.
“So do you believe my food is more delicious than those your buns” he said and I smiled.
“Even if you’re good is good it’s still can’t be compared to my buns” I said and rolled my ears.
“Then don’t eat it them anymore” he said getting angry.
“I’ll eat, they are delicious just like my buns and I think it’s much more preferable than my buns” I said trying to convince him so I cloud eat.
My buns are much more delicious than this he’s food If not that I’m hungry I won’t say it’s delicious like my buns.
“I remember you saying you don’t know how to cook, how about I teach you how to” he said and I nodded smiling.
I will be glad if you can teach me just that I might spoil everything when cooking I said and he chuckled.
“I’m going to eventually teach you so don’t worry about that and how come you don’t know how to cook?” he asked and I smiled not giving him and answer.
if not of my grandma not wanting me to enter the kitchen I could be able to cook the best dishes by now and even let me taste my cooking.
He’s phone rang as we both ate and he woke up from his sit picking up his phone and answering the call.
while he talked on the phone he didn’t look so good and it’s seems the person over the phone was in some danger.
I tried listening to what the caller is saying but I couldn’t hear anything just a familiar voice I’ve heard before.
“Sarah stay and eat I’m going out, I’ll be back soon” he said and before I cloud ask where to he was already gone.
I sat there feeling sad and looking at the food on the table without him here how I’m I going eat all this I thought.
