? JESSICA’S POV ?
“Jessica you eat anything you want on the table” Alexis said as we both sat on the dining.
“Are you sure?” I asked looking into his eyes.
“Yes go on try this one” he said putting into my mouth and I ate it.
it’s so delicious.
“you see I have something to tell you but I don’t know how to start” he said while I kept eating.
“You can start from anywhere just as long as you say what it is” I said and he nodded.
I’ve always….!
Jessica……what are you doing here” Mary interrupted looking angry.
“I’m eating with Alexis” I responded but still shouted my name.
“Jessica wake up” I heard a loud Izzy person calling my name. The sound went on. I woke up out of fear and rolled on the bed falling to the ground.
“Awh my back” I shouted in pains opening my sees to see Mary standing in front of me frowning her face.
“What happened you don’t look happy?” I asked while she pointed as my pillow.
“Have you been eating this pillow as food” she asked and I smi-rked.
so it was all a dream and she won’t live me dream in peace and even to sleep she still wakes me up. she’s such a joy killer.
“I’m talking to Jessica” she shouted then I realized I wasn’t listening to her.
“Wh..at..did…y..o..u say?” I asked trembling with my words.
“why does your room look like a photo shop? where I could buy a picture of Alexis” she asked staring around while I just kept sm-irking.
“Anyways the reason I woke you up is for ours to go jogging” she said and I nodded.
“jogging” I shouted realizing that I never love sports especially exercises like this one.
“Go get dress am waiting for you downstairs” she said and I nodded.
“Can I not go with you I’m not feeling too well” I said pretending to me shaking.
“your acting it’s good enough meet me downstairs fast” she said and left my room chuckling.
I looked for my jumpsuit and wear it then lazily went and meet her.
Let’s go she said and we both went out for jogging.

“Wait for me! I’m so tried,my legs oo” I shouted at Mary who was far ahead of me.
I can’t go on my legs are darm paining and I fell so tried and hungry.
“Taxi please take me home I can’t come and kill myself here, Is this how this people suffer each day” I shouted entering the taxi and he took me home leaving Mary to keep doing her so called morning exercise. I won’t be the first person she will want to kill.
Back at home I lied on the couch feeling pains all over my body shouting out for help.
Mary opened the door and looked at me in shock.”since when did you get home?” she asked smiling.
“Don’t ask me about that now please help me I nee-d a teropy mas-sage now” I said and she tou-ched my bu-ttocks.
“Awh it’s hurts!” I shouted in pains and she laughed still touching it.
“I’m going to shower and go to work if you like stay there and be shouting. you haven’t seen anything ordinary exercise you can’t do if it was to be crushing on Alexis you will be number one best” she said mocking at me.
wait still I get better I’m going to…I said trying to stand up. this darm hurts I won’t go for jogging again now my whole body is hurting.
I struggled and woke up holding my bu-ttocks and my arm trolling my legs to the ground and looking for ways to claim up the stairs so I could go take show. I’m darm sweating.
Mary should just wait and see I’m going to pay her back for this.
⚕️ MARY’S POV ⚕️
I sat down arranging some files at the office when Alexis called me into the music room.
“Yes Alexis I’m here” I said greeting him while he nodded.
“what happened to my as-sistant I haven’t seen her today?” he asked and I nodded.
“I fired her” I responded and he looked at me suprise.
“So you were serious about firing her” he asked and I nodded.
“So where is the new one?” he asked again and I nodded.
“I will soon get you a new as-sistant don’t worry about that” I responded and he smiled.
“Please be fast about it you yourself said you won’t want to be doing the work of an as-sistant” he said and I nodded.
but I thought it’s was him who said he didn’t want an as-sistant what made him change his mind.
“I want you to look for someone friendly and a little playfully” he said and I nodded.
He brou-ght out his phone and started playing he’s video game.
“you can go” he said and I went back to do my work.
I worked for over eight hours and finished what I was doing then went home.
“Work today was so trying I’m done for it” I said sitting on the couch.
what’s that smell I shelver my noises like a dog and follow the smell to see where it was coming from.
“Do you want to burn down my house” I shouted at jessica immediately I entered the kitchen.
I brou-ght out the fire extinguisher and lost the fire with it.
“What do you think you’re doing? I asked and she nodded.
“I…was… just… trying to cook something for you to eat when you get back” she said sorrowfully.
“Since when did you learn how to cook look at my whole kitchen, smoke everywhere, you will burn down my house for me” I shouted and she joined her li-ps wanting to cry.
“It’s okay don’t cry”I stopped her from doing so.
“You can go order some food to eat take this money” I said and she quickly cleaned her eyes collecting the money from me and running off happily.
I will one day come back and my whole house will be on fire, just two days that you got here see what you’re already doing.
I think I will have to look for something to keep you busy with I thought of a better thing and this idea knock my head.
Alexis said he wants someone friendly and playfully and she suits that description I thought.
well it’s will be good she goes and work as his personal as-sistant so I can get some rest in this house.

“Marry were are you talking me too? if I’m not mistaken this is the company Alexis work for. Are you taking me to see him” she asked while we walk into the company.
“stop asking questions you talk too much and by the way I work here as Alexis’s manager” i said and she chuckled.
“wait you mean you work for Alexis and you never got to tell me your friend” she asked in suprise.
“if I did tell you, weren’t you going to trouble me about meeting him?” I asked and she frowned
“you’re so unfear” she said while we walked into the music room.
“Keep quiet we are approaching Alexis” I mumbled to her and she nodded.
“Good morning Alexis” I greeted as he was sitting down focus on his phone playing video game.
“Morning Mary any update for today” he asked still focus on his phone and didn’t bother looking at me.
“I’ve got you a new as-sistant and she’s right here” I said and he looked up at me as I pointed at jessica who looked suprise.
“You mean her?” he asked looking at jessica from head to toe and I nodded.
“Is anything wrong with her?” I asked and he nodded.
“I think I will like to interview her before she can be my as-sistant” he said and I nodded.
“Mary what’s the meaning of this?” she mumbled into my ears as Alexis walk out to the interrogation room.
“Don’t you want to be his as-sistant?” I asked and she nodded.
“I want to! but you didn’t inform me about it and what if I do something wrong” she said feeling uneasy.
“It’s going to be fine, didn’t you say you like him, I’m giving you a chance to prove it” i said and she nodded
“But seeing him make my heart aches I’m scared” she said and I nodded.
there’s no nee-d to be scared, I Know you when it’s comes to things like this you’re always good at it so,
“Walk in there and tell him why you should be chosen for this job” I said and she nodded walking into the interrogation room.
❣️ALEXIS’S POV❣️
“Your name is Sarah right?” I asked looking into the form I gave her to fill.
“yes sir” she responded smiling at me.
“don’t call me sir just call me Alexis” I said and she nodded smiling.
How come you know so much about me I asked looking at the questions form I gave her.she answered all questions correctly.
Because I just thought you being my idol I should learn about what you like and what you don’t like and I know you love playing video games,me too I love playing them she said smiling at me.
“Okay I think I’ll hire you” I said and she smiled at me then I remembered the girl at the show.
“Sarah have we meet before?” I asked trying to recall if I had seen her before and she nodded.
“yes! we meet at your show, can’t you remember?” she asked and I nodded.
Mr Alexis this just came from boss you’re having a show tomorrow with other actors and I believe it’s name “The Love Circle” it’s a live stream show and Felicia and other actors will be there.
“There’s going to be a competition on which best couple album will be use as the poster for the new br@nd” Mary said handling me a couple of files as she walked in.
” Okay thanks for the information, I thought the company had made a decision for who will be use for the br@nd already” I asked and she nodded.
“The company did’ but had come to a disagreement so this show will help people determined the two people who will be use for the poster” she said and I nodded.
“Okay you can leave ours” I said and she nodded and went out.
“Sarah you heard her, so get ready tomorrow we are leaving for the show” I said and she nodded smiling.
why was she smiling at me the whole time I thought as I walk out of the room leaving for home so I cloud prepare for tomorrow’s competition.
? JESSICA’S POV ?
“I can’t believe I just got a job and it’s working as Alexis’s personal as-sistant,
but wait I didn’t un-derstand what you meant by “The Love Circle” I asked Mary as we sat on the couch watching TV.
“It’s a show being held to determine who will take lead in the eyes of the public. It’s like a love affair show” she said and I nodded.
“But how come I never held of it I follow everyone of Alexis’s shows” I asked wandering around.
“It’s his first time in the show since he returned to the country after training abroad” she said and I nodded.
“okay so I get it now” I said and she nodded.
“Make sure you prepare everything you will nee-d there and it’s a good thing you’re leaving” she mumbled smiling.
“you’re saying you won’t miss me when I’m away” I said and she nodded.
“why should I miss trouble,I should be glad that your leaving and while you’re away take good care of yourself” she said and I nodded.
“So I’m now trouble, don’t worry I wouldn’t call you when I get there” I said and she laughed.
“Don’t call me I’ll call Alexis’s to find out how you’re doing” she said still laughing.
“But wait don’t you find Alexis wired?” I asked and shock her head.
“how do you mean? what’s wired in him” she asked?.
“He didn’t care at the fact that I don’t know how to cook” I asked and she chuckled.
“That’s not a problem for Alexis he’s good at cooking so don’t worry yourself too much” she said and I nodded.
But I think that’s a work of an as-sistant to cook for he’s boss I said and she nodded.
he don’t like people cooking for him, he prefer his Cooking to others she said and I
nodded.
But….I tried saying but she stopped me from talking.
“Don’t think too much about it.
Go to bed now so you can wake up tomorrow early and leave” she said and I nodded heading to my room.
“Good night Mary” I said and she smiled saying same.
