Chloe woke up a bit early, she took her bath and wore a short flower design free gown with a brown shoe
She walk down the stairs and saw a lady cleaning
“This must be the girl max was talking about but She’s not a girl”she was still thinking when the lady kneel down
” Good morning ma’am”she greeted kneeling down
She was surprised she rush to the girl she help her stand up “you don’t have to do that”
“Huh okay ma’am”the lady replied
” Don’t call me ma’am I’m Chloe and you?” She ask
“Zara ma, I mean Chloe”she reply
” Nice to meet you Zara, do you come here often?” She ask
“Yes I clean this while house”she reply smiling
Chloe nodded and her eyes caught the food on the dinning table “who brou-ght that?”
“Mrs Ava did” she reply
The lady countinue her work, Chloe wanted to help out but she remember what max told her
She kept looking around the house, it was strange to her normally she would wake up early and start work but now all she does is nothing
She was still looking at a picture of max when someone cleared his throat”huh”
She flinch and almost drop the picture
“Good morning Max” she greeted waiting for him to scold her
” Morning”he said ” you woke up quite early”
“Yes I’m used to it” she reply
” Let eat”he said and took a seat he was about dishing out the food when Chloe rush to him
“Let me” she said dishing the food,as she moved her gown flew up and her pan-ts were almost visible.
Max couldn’t help but stare at her laps he shook his head “sit down”
“Huh”she sigh “is something wrong?”
“No but right” he said and dish the food himself
Chloe dish her own food too
“Are you going to see your sister?” He ask
“Yes I will also bring the clothes you brou-ght to her,that reminds me thank you for the cell phone and clothes”she said
” You are welcome”he reply
” Ummm I’ll be at the office and I’ll be back by four”he said
” Alright”she reply
After breakfast,he left and Chloe clean the plates,she dialed a number save with driver
A man drove in munites later and they went to max other mansion
“Good morning Mrs Ava” she greet the woman trimming the flowers
“Morning dear” she reply
“I brou-ght the food flask and thanks for the food”she said smiling
” You are welcome”she reply
She look around “where’s chess?”
“She’s inside reading” she said “your sister is really intelligent”
” Thanks ma’am”she reply
” Why isn’t she in school? Is it because of her health?”she ask
” Actually I don’t have money to pay for her tuition” she reply looking down
“I’m sorry I had no idea”she apologized
” No it fine”she reply ” I’ll drop this inside and go see chess”
She walk inside and drop the food flask on the table and saw chess reading on a sofa
“Good morning angel” she greet but she ignore her
“Seems you are still angry at me,chess I’m sorry”
“I don’t want an apology I want an explanation”she said still not looking at her
” You see I’m not sleeping with the guy but the work I do is a decent job too”she reply
” What type exactly?”she ask
” I don’t know how to explain this, you seriously I’m going to help him solve a problem and he will pay me once I’m done”she said
” Why isn’t Kyle here?”she ask
But before she could reply she felt naseous and cover her mouth signaling to chess to show her the rest room,she rush there and vomit
“Are you okay?” Chess ask standing by the door as she wash her hands
” I’m fine,it must be something I ate” she reply
“Alright” she said and went back to her seat
Chloe left after a while,she was feeling tired,she got home and went straight to her room to sleep
……………The next day……………..
Chloe woke up a bit late and tired,she quickly rush downstairs,she saw max eating she stand behind him scared
“Good morning” he greeted not looking back,she move to his side with her head bend
“I’m sorry I woke up late” she said still bending her head
“It not like you have any job so it fine” he said ” sit down and eat”
She did and dish out her food and started eating
After breakfast,max wasn’t leaving so Chloe found it odd
She went to him and ask “max why are you still home?”
“I have a business to take care of”he reply
Before she could say a word a girl opened the door
” Max babe” she said and max stood up to meet her,he hug-ged her and ki-ss her before going upstairs together
“Seriously this is why he didn’t go to work?”Chloe mutter watching them go upstairs
She dialed her driver phone and went over to Kyle

“Kyle” Chloe call ban-ging on the door but she didn’t get response
“Where could he go to?”
She walk back to the door feeling sad, she really missed him
She was about to leave when she heard someone call her “Chloe”
She turned around and it was Kyle she rush to meet him, she hug-ged him tight
“I missed you” she said wrapping her hands around his waist
He chuckled ” It only been two days”
He raised her eyes to meet his gaze “it only bring two days?! Are you saying you don’t miss me? ”
” Noo of course I do”he said pecking her li-ps
She withdraw from the hug and held his hand ” how have you been?”
“I’m fine, how are you guys? “He ask as they walk to the car
” We are fine”she reply
“That’s good” he reply “you look beautiful”
” Really!!”she ask excited and he nodded
” Thank you”
” You are welcome”he said smiling
They chatted for a while before the finally left, she decided to go to see chess but she already went out with Mrs Ava
She went back home, she was closing the door behind her when max ask “where have you been?”
“Of my gosh” she flinch in fear “I went to see Kyle”
” Why didn’t you tell me? “He query
” Why should I? You said I could go to wherever I want”she said
” I did but it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t tell me”he said
” Well you were having fun when I left and I’m sure you wouldn’t want me to ruin it”she reply
He scoff ” have you eaten? ”
” Why do you care?” She ask
“I don’t care if you starve to death I just don’t want the angel I’m you to starve”he said
” Seriously”she mutter angrily
” Let eat” he said and he sat down, she didn’t answer him
“Come and eat” he command and she still didn’t move
He move closer to her and pull her hand but she was so adamant, he got furious and tried to hit her but she close her eyes in fear
He sigh “you are Lucky”
“Now come and eat and don’t make me repeat myself”
She gro-an and went to sit down,she take a little portion of food and started eating
He stared at her as she eat angrily,she rush the food and stood up
“Wake up early tomorrow we are going to the hospital” he said and she didn’t respond
…..The next six months… At the hospital………..
“The baby is fine, you are both in perfect health”Romina said after the ultrasound
” Umm she sleeps a lot,eats a lot and cry easily”max said angrily
“Seriously I cry easily it your fault you are always yelling at me”she said almost crying
” You see what I was talking about”he said pointing to her eyes that has already swell up in tears
“It fine” Romina said giving her a handkerchief ” it normal all you have to do is understand her”
Max nodded and they both left, Chloe stomach is a bit big it been six months
She has been avoiding Chelsea,she doesn’t know what to tell her about her pregnancy
“I don’t want to ride with you” Chloe said putting her hand behind her back to support herself
“Why?!” Max ask confused
“You are tired of me aren’t you?” She ask
“Tired of course not how can I be”he said with a faint smile
” You are”she said almost yelling
” Please let not argue here,let just go home quietly” he said creasing her back and literally pushing her into the car
He sigh and entered the driver seat too
As soon as they got home, Chloe got down first and went inside
“Surprise!!” Chelsea yell as soon as she open the door but the smile left her face as her eyes landed on Chloe stomach
“Why is your stomach big?”
“Umm chess,I…I..can…. chess” she sturter
” Are you pregnant?”she ask
” Chelsea”she call but she push her and ran out of the house,Chloe follow her
“Chelsea wait” she call max watch the sisters running after each other, Chloe caught up with her and held her arm “chess listen to me”
“I don’t want to, you haven’t been visiting,I thought you were busy but you were just hiding his from me”she said pointing to her big stomach
” I’m sorry it wasn’t my intention,I just didn’t know what to say to you”she said as tear pour out of her eyes
” You told me you weren’t sleeping with him but you are were already carry his baby in your stomach”she said crying too
” I’m sorry Chess I didn’t mean too”she pleaded crying profusely
” You told me never to keep secrets but you were keeping something worse,how can you be pregnant with a stranger child and you Abaddon Kyle”she said
Max only stood there and watched them argue
” Chess it not what you think I didn’t” she said
“Then explain all this!! You are not my sister I don’t ever want to see you again I hate you Chloe”she yell and ran but she couldn’t run far when she felt dizzy and fell down
“Chelsea!!” Chloe scream and rush to her,she carry her head on her lap crying,max walk to he and carry her inside
After a while the doctor came and take care of her
“I told you she wouldn’t need surgery urgently on one condition,take care of her but you went ahead and defile that”she said
” Will she be alright?”Chloe ask panicking,as she kept crying
” She was just shock she will be fine,I will check on her tommorow” she said and left
” Stop crying it not good for you or the baby” max said walking closer to her
“Max I’m I a bad sister?” She ask crying
“No you did what was best for her,she will understand”he said patting her and she rested her head on his shoulder
