Rachel gaze hardened as she looked at Dylan.
Dylan walked to the table and stopped.
“And who are you to ask me questions about things I do?” Rachel yelled.
“I’m sorry but I…”.
“Shut up, you are just my secretary not my boss” She shut him up.
“You don’t have to remind me about that, but before sacking a staff do you consider the fate of the person?” Dylan asked and Rachel’s blood boiled the more.
Who is exactly this guy? Did he know she can fire him right here and now, what guts he has.
“And do you mean by that?”.
“What if the guy here is the one feeding his family, what if his family’s hope is on him, what will happen to them when he is fired from work, everyone is entitled to do a mistake, we make mistakes, even you do make mistakes, just pardon him this once please” Dylan said and the guy kneeling was shocked.
He kept staring at Dylan, wondering why he had such boldness to talk to Rachel, no one has ever talked to her in such a manner.
“And why should I do what you tell me?” Rachel asked.
“Cos it’s the right thing to do if you are human” Dylan replied and Rachel angrily banged the table.
The guy kneeling flinched but Dylan was still looking unfazed by her action.
Rachel looked at him angrily for some minutes before yelling at the guy to leave her office.
“Get out, this is your last chance” She said to the guy.
“Thank you boss, I will….
“Get out, bastard” She yelled.
The guy stood up and ran out of the room.
“You resume work on your first day and you came late, you even have the guts to tell me what to do with my workers?”.
“I’m sorry” Dylan said.
“Wow! you just say sorry?” She asked.
“Am I not allowed to say that?” He asked.
“Make me a cup of coffee” She said, ignoring his question.
“Huh!!!”.
“Are you deaf?, I say make me a cup of coffee” She said.
“There is the door, be fast” She said and faced her laptop.
Dylan scoffed inwardly and walked towards the door she pointed at. He opened the door and entered.
“She didn’t even care to know if I don’t know how to make coffee” He said and set to work.
Rachel stopped working on her laptop and raised her head up.
She began thinking about what recently happened, this is the first a worker has ever escaped her grips, she doesn’t take orders from anyone but why did she even listen to Dylan?.
Why has she not fired him?, why did she even hire him in the first place?.
She was still in thoughts when Dylan returned with the cup of coffee.
“The coffee” He said and dropped the coffee on the table.
Rachel looked at him first before taking the coffee.
She sipped the coffee and frowned.
“What’s this?” She asked.
“Your coffee” He replied.
“I asked you to make me a cup of coffee not a cup of poison, I like when my coffee is not too hot, go and make me a new cup of coffee and add enough cream to it” She said.
Dylan wanted to say something but he changed his mind.
He took the coffee and went through the door.
Rachel smirked evilly and faced her laptop as she began working on it.
Few minutes later, Dylan returned with another cup of coffee, he placed it on the table and she looked up.
She took it and sipped.
“Perfect” She said.
“Check all my schedules for the day and report back to me, edit the documents on your table and submit them to me before 11pm or else consider yourself fired, get out” She said coldly.
Dylan left the office and went back to his table.
He saw more than fifteen documents on his table.
He started going through her schedule for the day, when he was done with that, he took the documents and started editing it.
“Who does she think she is, I just hate her so much” He said as he continued working on the documents.
“That bastard” Paisley said.
Crystal narrated everything to them.
“You should have crushed his balls” Lucy said.
“Why am I happy he cheated on you?” Anne said and Crystal looked at her weirdly.
“Like seriously, I never liked the guy on the first day I saw him and I caught him several times with different girls but you were so much in love with him that you turned a blind ear to our warnings” Anne said.
“Do you still love him?” Paisley asked and Crystal said nothing.
“She still loves him, you know he was her first love, so it’s understandable” Lucy replied.
“Come on baby, I love how you dealt with them, he isn’t worth your tears, that bastard deserves to be sent to hell, but it’s a good thing you now know the kind of boyfriend you have” Anne said.
“I’m sorry for not listening to you girls” Crystal muttered.
“It’s fine, just try and forget about him”.
“I want to kill him, damn after giving him your virginity that is what that @sshole has to say about you, I think we should teach him and Succie a lesson” Paisley said, folding her fist.
“Finally you will have a chance to be with Carl” Anne winked.
“Anne!!!”.
“Ouch!! easy Octavia” Succie groaned as Octavia dressed her wounds.
“How can Crystal beat the two of you?” Octavia asked.
“I still can’t believe it, she was different from the Crystal we know” Succie replied.
“You’re lucky your wounds are not deep”.
“I don’t mind, I am glad I got my revenge on her, f*cking Jake was a way of getting at her and funny thing the guy was only using her, she will be in her pool of tears now” Succie said and laughed.
“You’re a b*tch” Octavia giggled.
“That is my middle name”.
“So tell me how he was in bed?” Octavia asked.
“Ouch!!!”.
“Sorry”.
“He was so good, he almost torn me apart, his stamina is something else, I was planning of dumping him after Crystal caught us but enjoying that big slice of meat I changed my mind, I will keep on f*cking that d*ck till I will get tired of it” Succie smirked.
“Bad gyal” Octavia said and they laughed.
Dylan walked into Rachel’s office with piles of documents in his hands.
“I’m done working on the documents” He said.
“Drop them there” Rachel said without looking at him.
Dylan dropped the documents on the table.
“You’re having a meeting with the board management at 12pm, and the naming of the wine product will be…
“Cancel it” She said.
“Okay” He said and turned to walk out of the office but Rachel’s voice made him stop.
“Take these documents and edit them, bring them to me before 12” She said and pointed at the documents.
Dylan almost gasped as he started taking the documents.. almost twenty documents.
He glared at Rachel before walking out of the office.
Rachel smirked immediately as he went out.
“I have just started with you” She muttered.
Jennifer was in her office making a call when the door swung open and Red entered.
“I will call you back” She said and hung up.
Red smiled and walked to her with his hands in his pocket.
Jennifer glared at him before standing up.
“Red Tred, where are your manners?” She asked.
“Pardon my manners” He said.
“What are you doing here?” She asked coldly.
“To see you” He replied.
“See me for what?” She asked.
“Come calm down” He said and moved closer to her.
“What are you doing?!!” she yelled.
“You look beautiful today” He said with a flirty smile.
“And what did it mean? That I was not beautiful before?”.
“You’re more beautiful today” He replied.
“If you don’t have anything reasonable to say, get out of my office” She said, pointing at the door.
Red suddenly grabbed her and pushed her to the wall.
“Red!!!!”.
“What do you think you are doing, do you know I’m your lecturer? I can report you for molestation” She said.
“You talk too much, can’t you see that I like you” He said and her eyes widened.
“Stop playing hard to get, I know deep down you will..
“Shut up” She said and tried to push him off but he caged her hands above her head.
“What are… you trying…to do” She stuttered nervously, the closeness was beginning to affect her.
“Tell me you are not charmed by my hotness” He whispered, his breath hitting her face.
“Let go of me, someone might come in” She said.
“No one will come in, you humiliated me in class”.
“So were you expecting me to smile at you, get off me” She said but he smashed his lips on her.
Jennifer’s eyes almost bulged out of their sockets.
Red deepened the kiss and started trying to make her open up.
Jennifer was struggling but he still kept on kissing her,. he bit her lips and she opened up.
He slid his tongue into her mouth and his hand grabbed her b**bs immediately.
Feeling his hand on her round big b**bs made her twitch and just like magic she started kissing him back.
Seeing that as a good opportunity, Red began pressing her b**bs.
“Uh uh!!” Jennifer let out small moans.
Red smiled and broke the kiss and started walking away.
“Where are you going?” She asked.
“To the class” He replied and walked out.
“F*ck!, he made me wet” She muttered and bit her lips.
“Where are you coming from?” Carl asked Red immediately he settled down.
“Somewhere not really important” He replied.
“Wait, did you kiss someone?” Kingsley asked, touching the lipstick on Red’s lips.
Red smiled as he remembered Jennifer.
“Gosh but you said you repented” Harrison said.
“Evangelist Red, the only preacher that went to a hotel to preach to five girls” Carl said and they started laughing.
Jake walked into the class and immediately Carl saw him, his blood boiled.
Normally he hates guys who cheat on girls and seeing his face now engrams him to just punch his duck face.
“I wonder if she will be concentrating in class” He said in his mind.
“Guy, you are glaring at Jake, what is up? did you have any issue with him?” Kingsley asked.
“He emotionally hurt someone close to me” Carl replied.
“Who?”.
A lecturer entered the lecture hall immediately Harrison asked that, and Carl smiled inwardly, he didn’t want to answer the question in the first place.
“Carl Newton” The lecturer called.
“Sir” Carl replied.
“Can you explain the assignment to the class and also explain what I taught yesterday, I’m so disappointed in almost half of the class, only Harrison, Kingsley, Sasha and Red got half of the marks” He said.
“I’m glad Carl Newton understood what I was teaching, Carl over to you” The lecturer said.
Carl stood up and went to the front of the class, he stood before the class and started explaining the assignment to the students.

The students started complimenting him after he finished giving out his explanation.
“Thank you Carl” The lecturer said.
Carl bowed and went to his seat.
“You were great” Red whispered and he smiled.
Carl left his seat at the corner to join the guys ever since he became friends with them.
“Let’s continue”.
“Crystal submit all the assignments to me, first thing in the morning” The female lecturer said and walked out.
It’s noon already.
“Finally time for lunch” Paisley said, stretching her hands.
“Hi girls” Linda waved at the girls as she made her way out.
“She seems different from Succie and Octavia” Lucy said.
“Yeah she is different” Anne said.
“Are you still thinking about Jake?” Paisley asked, noticing Crystal’s unusual silence.
“Let’s go out for lunch” She replied and stood up.
“It’s not easy to just forget about him, yunno” Lucy said as they walked after Crystal.
Heaven knows she is trying to be strong, inwardly her heart is hurting deeply, she barely understood a thing in the lecture.
Usual screams arose as the guys made their way into the cafeteria, busy talking and laughing.
Red began winking at the girls and they kept blowing kisses at him.
Harrison’s eyes went to the girl’s table and he smiled as he saw them settled already.
“Guys, let’s join the girls” Harrison said.
They were about to take a step when Anne appeared walking to the girl’s table with a tray of food.
Red’s eyes fell on her big @ss as it was shaking dangerously in her skirt and he smiled.
“OH MY” He whistled.
“Dragon” Kingsley teased.
“Duster” Lucy rolled eyes.
“Hi guys” The girls greeted.
The guys responded and greeted them back.
“Hi Crystal, are you okay?” Harrison asked and Crystal looked at him. She nodded and her eyes fell on Carl who was looking at her.
He smiled at her and she smiled weakly before facing her food.
“A new person?” Paisley said.
“Yeah, he is our friend”.
“I’m Red” Red said and Anne laughed.
“Weird name”.
“You’re beautiful” Red winked at Anne.
“Flirting with me?” Anne asked.
“I like telling the truth” He smiled.
Lucy was trying her best not to look at Carl but her eyes kept betraying her.
“I hate playboys, you look like one” Anne said.
Carl, Harrison and Kingsley started laughing.
“Are you okay?” Carl asked Crystal and she nodded.
“I will go get food for us” Carl said and stood, then walked to the counter.
Kingsley took a piece of meat from Lucy’s plate and she frowned.
“Dragon!!!” She yelled.
Dylan groaned and started stretching his limbs.. like damn, Rachel really made him work nonstop, she kept giving him documents upon documents to work on. He even skipped lunch.
It’s closing time already, he stood up and checked the time on his phone before pocketing it.
He didn’t even care to inform her that he was leaving.
He was about walking to the door when the door opened and Leah came in.
Dylan smiled immediately.
“Dylan” She called.
“Leah” He smiled.
“So how was work with my sister?” She asked.
“Gosh!!! I feel like dying already” He replied and she giggled.
“She is a workaholic, are you set to go home?” She asked.
“Yes” He replied.
The door opened and Rachel walked out. She stopped and looked at them before she started walking towards them. She walked past them but Leah held her back.
“Kid twins” Leah teased.
Rachel scoffed and threw her hand away before leaving.
“She is so full of herself, so arrogant” Dylan said.
“You have to tolerate her please, okay” She said he nodded.
Jake got home and pressed the password to his door, the door opened and he went inside, he switched on the light in the living room.
He caught the side of his face in the glass and smirked.
“That witch” He said and touched his d*ck.
He headed to the stairs and climbed it, he got to his room and entered.
He felt suspicious immediately. He switched on the light, he heard a sound behind him and before he could turn something hit him on the head and he passed out.
Carl was painting something on a paper when he suddenly started feeling thirsty.
He dropped the pen and walked towards the door, he opened the door and walked downstairs.
He went to the fridge and took a bottle of water, he drank from it and disposed of the bottle.
He took the stairs and when he was about going to his room, he started hearing sniffing sounds coming from Crystal’s room.
His room is not next to her but it’s still close to her somehow.
“Is she crying?” He asked himself.
He wanted to enter his room but he changed his mind and took the way to her room. Stopping at her room, the sniffs were louder.
He sighed and opened the door slowly, immediately he stepped in and Crystal looked up with tears in her eyes.
She was sitting on the bed, her legs crossed. Her eyes were beginning to turn red.
“Crystal” He called and walked to the bed.
“Carl it hurts, it hurts alot” She said.
“Stop crying” He said.
“I can’t! My heart is aching badly” She said.
“Look at me” He said and sat on the bed.
Crystal looked at him and he started cleaning her tears.
“He doesn’t deserve your tears, be strong for yourself okay” He said and she nodded.
“Come here” He said and pulled her into a hug.
“He isn’t worth your tears, stop shedding it because of him” He said.
She hugged him back and continued sniffing on his shoulder.
