“ Dian is that your new secretary?” a man asked and Dian glance at me
My eyes roam throu-ghthe project he’s presenting and I nod without knowing someone was saying something
“ So it’s true” a lady said and I glance at Dian
“ True about what?”
“ Can we forget about that and focus on this peoject” Dian said and they all face him, the men keep glancing at me which is making me uncomfortable
Why are they glancing at me?
Is body smelling or what??
“ I nee-d your attention here and stop glancing at her” Dian said and the men nod, I scratch my eyebrow and watch as they talk pretty fast
The men smiled and Dian just keep that stern face on, why is his face always fierce, he smile only when he’s with his girlfriend, Tiago or Ivanka
“ We will look forward towards your reply” Dian said as he bow slightly and they smiled
“ Young lady do you mind working in my new company, I will make you the managing director” A man said and I glance at Dian
He walk out of the room and I hastily pack the files and pen
“ No thank you I don’t nee-d your offer” I said as I rush out of the meeting room
I saw Dian talking to Tiago as they walk over to the elevator side, I hastily run and follow him
We enter the elevator together and Tiago press the 9th bu-tton
“ Tiago give her my schedule” Dian said
“ But you gave me a paper claiming it to be your schedule”
“ It was just a paper, nothing is written on it” Dian said
“ You were not paying attention to what he was saying” Tiago said and I exhale de-eply
“ Tiago you can go for lunch except Tally Roberto” Dian said
“ My name is Sally and not Tally”
“ Whatever don’t give a damn” Dian said
“ Why should I not go for lunch, Rory wanna have a lunch with me”
“ A lunch or a date which one” Dian said
“ It’s not possible for me to have a date in the company”
“ This world is not predictable, who knows that those men will be checking you out while meeting is going on, I just don’t know why they wanna relate with a maniac” Dian said
“ They were not asking me out, they want me to work in their company and I refuse and they’re relating with me cause I’m sweet”
“ Sweet un-der my foot” Dian said
The elevator door and we step out “ I’m going for lunch”
“ Who’s the boss here?” He asked
“ You’re the boss”
“ Now follow my order” He said and I rolled my eyeballs
“ Dian I’m going for lunch” Tiago said
Dian put his hand in his inner blazer pocket and bring out a credit card
“ Eat outside the company, bills on me” Dian said as he drop his credit card on Tiago palm
“ Okay,,,,,,Dian” Tiago trailed and I scoff as I glance at Dian, Tiago walk away and we resume walking heading to his office
“ I should not go for lunch but you want him to go for lunch outside the company”
“ You can beat me up like you did to those high school boys” He said and I wide-ned my eyes
“ How did you know about it”
“ You and Ivanka are trending all over the internet, your new name now is Naksu the great fighter” He said
“ I don’t have any superpowers”
“ Stop talking” He said and enter his office
“ Sally…..” I heard a familiar voice and I tilt my ne-ck to see Chamina and Holly staring at me
“ Can we go for lunch?” Chamina asked
“ Do you wanna have lunch with me?” Holly asked and I glance at his office door
“ I wish to but this duckling will not permit me to have lunch, I’m sorry”
“ No it’s fine, I un-derstand” Holly said
“ I bring down my pride to ask you and all I can get is no” Chamina said
“ Why is it difficult for her to un-derstand simple English” Holly said
“ Are you talking about me” Chamina said and Holly rolled her eyeballs
“ Chamina can I have your phone?”
“ Why???” she asked
“ I wanna check something” I replied and she give me the phone
I input my digit on it then dial the line and disconnect the call, I delete the call history and search history
“ Thano you, thanks for un-derstanding”
“ Whatever” Chamina said as she snatch her phone from my hand and walk away
“ I can’t have lunch because of those people that body shame me” Holly said as she walk away and I exhale de-eply
That darn bastard
I enter his office and saw him taking off his blazer “ Dian I’m hungry I nee-d to go for lunch”
“ You wanna eat when your boss is yet to eat” Dian said
“ What will you like to eat?”
“ I’m not hungry” He replied
“ Why??? But I’m hungry”
“ Don’t question me and clean my office” Dian said
“ I should clean your office??”
“ You heard me clearly” He said and I glance around
The office is sparkling neat so what should I clean, there’s nothing to clean here
“ Dian…”
“ Clean the office” He said and I rolled my eyeballs
“ Dian Singh…”
“ Go to the last floor downstairs, meet the security guard and he will direct you to the cleaner post” Dian said and I just snuck my tongue at him rolling my eyeballs
“ Darn it, I hate him” I muttered as I walk out of his office
My stomach rumble and I glance at the pie box that’s on the table, I take the pie and open it, I bring out a pie and mount on it
I walk over to the elevator and press a bu-tton, the door open and I enter the elevator, I press the 1st bu-tton and the door close
“ The pie is delicious but I wonder why he’s allergic to fish, shrimp and peanut” I muttered
After finish eating the pie, the elevator door open and I step out as I clean my li-p
I throw the box inside the dust bin then dust my hand, I touch the guard back and he glance at me
“ Who are you??” He asked and I show him my id card
“ Where’s the cleaner post?”
“ 2nd floor” He replied
“ Thank you” I bow at him then walk away
I enter the elevator and press the 2nd bu-tton, I watch as the number read and exhale loudly
Sally you’re done
The elevator door open and I step out, my phone start ringing and I check the id
An unknown number, I pick the call and heard a masculine voice
“ Come back to the office right now” I heard Dian voice
Wait how did he get know my line??, This guy is making me speechless
“ Sir…” The call disconnect and I stare at my phone
“ How dare he cut the call on me” I grit my teeth as I could feel that anger building up
I press the elevator bu-tton and the door open, I enter the elevator and press the 9th bu-tton
The door close and I watch as the number read slowly, this guy is frustrating and I’m damn famished
He doesn’t like eating but he should not let that affect me
The elevator door open and I step out, I walk over to his office and gently knock on the door
“ Don’t come in” I heard his voice and I don’t know when I angrily kick the thick glas-s door with my heels
“ Hey!!!!” He yelled
“ What!!!!” I yelled!
The door suddenly open and I could see his angry face
“ Do you know the worth of this door” He yelled!
“ I don’t know and I don’t wanna know” I shouted!
He exhale de-eply as he take his li-p in and close his eyes
“ Talking to you is a waste of time and energy” He said and close the door on my face
“ Hey!!!”
“ Stop shouting like a kid” I heard his voice and grit my teeth
“ I’m famished”
“ That’s your punishment” I heard his voice and screamed
I enter his office and take off my heels, I point the heels at him
“ You’re gonna die today”
“ And you’re gonna spend the rest of your life in prison” Dian said
“ Don’t fuc-king care and I will make sure I win that prison model post”
“ You really wanna spend your life in prison” Dian said
“ You can’t threaten me with your wealth”
“ Why will I threaten you when you’re below my standard” Dian said and I angrily throw one of my heels at him
He dodge it then glared at me “ Crazy as-sas-sin”
I throw the second heel and he catch it then sm-irk
“ Let’s see who’s gonna die today” He said
“ What!”
“ You tried to kill me with that fish pie and now with your fake heels” He said softly
“ My heels is original”
“ Oh really” Dian said as he take a razor and cut the heels
He throw it at me then take the second heel and tear it with the razor
“ Hey!!!!” I screamed
“ That’s your punishment for attempted murder” He said and drop the razor on the table and went to sit on his chair
I stare at my torn heels and shot him a deadly glare
“ Get out” He said coldly
“ I should get out after destroying my heels”
“ You can beat just like the way you did to those high school boys, you’re really trending now” Dian said and I scoff
“ Like really”
“ Get out” He said coldly and I throw the heels inside the dust bin that’s in his office and walk out
Sh**t I hate him
Sally woah woah calm down
He’s annoying
He’s frustrating me
I glared at his office door and glance at my ba-re feet, I’m not comfortable,,,,I sit on the chair and open the drawer and saw nothing
Dian Singh that animal
I stand and enter his office, I saw him standing in front of the dust bin
“ Get out and knock again” He said icily
“ My feet are freezing” I half yelled!
“ So why are you telling me”
“ Why are you this heartless” I said
“ Did I tell you I’m a human” He said
“ Dian Singh….”
“ Learn to be calm, violence and craziness is not the answer to everything” He said coldly
“ Who just talk??, don’t tell me how to behave”
He glance at me “ I’m not telling you how to behave” he said as he take a step forward and I take a step backward
“ But you said I should learn how to behave”
“ I was just saying my words and by the way you stink” He said and I wide-ned my eyes
“ Huh!!!”
He bring his face closer and whisper “ You stink a lot so get out” He said and walk away
“ Hey!!!”
“ Stop screaming and get out” Dian said coldly and I take a piece of the A4 paper and walk out.
I drop the paper on the floor and sit on the chair putting my feet on the paper
“ You stink a lot so get out” that statement keep ringing in my ear
Is my body really stinking??
Why are am I even taking his word serious
Sally just ignore his word and live your life filling it with violence
I stare at my cold feet and sigh, what am I gonna wear now
Maybe I should go and meet Ivanka
I stand and walk over to her office, I knock on the door and got no response, is she inside??, is she out for lunch???,,,,I enter the office and glance at her office door
They’re out for lunch and I’m here doing nothing, Dian Singh I hate you, I walk out of the office and walk over to my chair and sit on it
Today is gonna be boring.
Wait his schedule
I stand and knock on his office door “ Come in” I heard his voice, I enter his office and meet him in front of the dust bin
He glance at my face then glance at my feet, “ What do you want?”
“ Where’s Tiago office?”
“ Close to the lounge” He replied and I nod
Thank goodness he replied me today
I walk out of his office and walk over to Tiago office ba-re footed, I enter his office and saw him receiving a phone call
“ Okay on my way” He said and drop the landline
“ I’m here for his schedule”
He take an A4 papers stapled together and give it to me
“ That’s his schedule and sometimes it change, anytime it change I will let you know” Tiago said and I nod
I turn around and was about to touch the door knob when his voice stop me
“ Why are you ba-refooted?” He asked
“ Your annoying boss to-re heels and now I have go home like this looking like a lunatic”
“ You look like a lunatic before so now nothing is gonna change” Tiago said and I walk out of his office

I walk over to my table and drop the paper on the table, I sit on the chair and go throu-ghhis schedule.
Dian pov
I stare at the heels and look away, my phone start ringing and I pick the call without checking the id
“ Dian uncle wanna see you” a voice said
“ Rory…”
“ He’s waiting for you in his Mansion” a voice said and I glance at my phone to check the id
“ Rory tell him I’m busy”
“ Dian I’m serious, he wants to see you right now” Rory said and I sigh
“ Why?? What’s wrong??”
“ Don’t know, let’s just meet there” He replied and I disconnect the call
I stand and wear my blazer, I call Tiago line and he pick his call immediately
“ Prepare the car, we’re going to old man’s mansion” I said and disconnect the call
I adjust my tie and sleeve, I take my phone and walk out of the office
There I saw Sally eyes focused on some papers, she stand immediately she notice my presence
“ Duckling are you going anywhere?” She asked and I glance at her feet, there’s a paper un-der it
“ Mind your business”
“ Why am I even acting nice to you” She said and her tummy rumble, I wide-ned my eyes and chuckled
“ Ducking….”
“ I did not hear anything” I said and walk away
Wait is she hungry??
Dian don’t care about her, remember she insulted you to the lowest level
I press the elevator bu-tton and the elevator slowly open, I enter the elevator and press the last bu-tton,,,,,, I watch as the elevator read as I check the time on my wrist watch
The elevator open and I step out, I walk over to the glas-s door and the security guard open it with his id card
I walk over to the main door and a guard open the door, I saw an idol coming over to the other door as his female fans surround him
“ Dian….” I heard Tiago voice and step out of the building
I enter the car before he could think of opening the car door for me, he enter the car, ignite the car and start driving
“ Have you give her the schedule?”
“ Yes, what did you do to her?” He asked
“ Do to her as how?”
“ Her heels” He said
“ I to-re it, she dared me to do that”
“ Her feet are freezing” Tiago said
“ I don’t care”
“ Dian you’re gonna care very soon” He said and I rest my back properly as I cover my face with my palm
I’m tired, I close my eyes with my hand on my face
Why does he wanna see me??
Shortly, we arrive at his Mansion and I get down from the car
“ Dian I will stay here” Tiago said
“ Come in, I don’t wanna ba-re that scream alone”
I enter the main building and saw Rory hu-gging my Mom
“ Son you’re here” My mom said and I nod as I sit on the couch crossing my leg
“ Dian…” Dad called
“ Father how’s health”
“ It’s deteriorating thanks to your stubbornness” He said
“ Don’t I deserve an accolade”
“ Hey!!” He half yelled!
“ You’re yelling at me when your health is deteriorating”
“ Don’t frustrate me” He said
“ Why will I frustrate my old Dad”
“ I’m not old” He said
“ You’re old so admit it”
“ Why did you call us?” Rory asked
“ Who will take over my airline, KEY AIRLINE” He said
“ I’m not interested”
“ Uncle I’m okay working with Dian” Rory said
“ Tiago what about you?” Dad asked
“ I’m okay staying with Dian” He replied and I face my Dad
“ Jane!” Dad shouted!
We glance at the staircase to see my step sister coming downstairs holding a nylon
“ Dian you’re here” Jane said and I nod
“ Looking radiant”
She smiled and jump on me, she drop the nylon on me and move away
“ That’s a gift, give it to a responsible girl, I don’t wanna see that heels on Izzy feet or else you get ready to refund my money ” She said and I rolled my eyeballs
“ Dad I will take over your airline, I’m 22” Jane said
He glance at everyone “ Sweetie are you satisfied?” Dad asked
“ I’m okay with it, you know I don’t discriminate or hate humans” Mom said
“ Thank you Mom, I promise you a dinner” Jane said and I rolled my eyeballs
“ Can I go??”
“ Not yet, take this side dish” Mom said as she clap her hands, three maids as-semble to the living room holding a lunch box
They drop four lunch box on the table “ Dian give one to Ivanka, Tiago take one, my handsome sons take the remaining two” Mom said
“ Thank you Mom, I love you” Rory said
“ Love you too son” Mom said
“ I’m going”
I walk out of the house with the nylon and enter the car, Tiago drop the lunch box in the booth, he enter the car and ignite the car engine, he drive out of the compound
Jane and Rory wave at me and I just stare at them without saying anything
“ Are you gonna give Izzy the heels?” Tiago asked
“ Don’t know yet” I replied
I glance at the nylon and my mind suddenly reach her
Her glowing feet that are freezing, “ Tiago increase your speed”
Soon we arrive at the company, I get down from the car with the nylon and enter the building
Tiago followed me carrying the three lunch box, we enter the elevator and I glance at him
“ Give me the lunch box and if I nee-d anything I will let you know”
He give me the lunch box and the elevator door open, I step out of the elevator and went straight to my office
I saw her writing something with a fountain pen, she notice my presence and hastily stand
“ You’re back” She said
“ Follow me”
We enter the office and she close the door, I drop the lunch box and nylon on the table
“ Ducking do you nee-d anything?”
“ Take this”
I give her the nylon and she open it, she bring out a big box, she open it and saw a black heels
She drop the heels on the floor and glance at me, she chuckled
“ Are you feeling guilty about what you did?”
“ Not at all” I replied
“ So why did you get me a new heels?”
“ You ask too much question ” I said as I hold her wai-st firmly and carry her, I gently drop her on the table and take the heels
I clean her feet before wearing the heels for her, she smiled and I look away
“ The heels is it okay??”
“ It’s okay and I love it” She replied as she stare at her feet
“ And take this” I said as I open the lunch box
She take the gimbap and mount on it, I watch as she eat the food, her li-p become stained and I bring my face closer
“ Your li-p” I said and she close her eyes
I clean the stain off and something caught my attention
“ Your che-st”
“ It’s not my heart that’s beating fast, it’s not possible” She said rushing her words and I chuckled unknowingly
“ Sally I’m talking about your shirt, the bu-tton is weak”
She push me as she cough loud, she fan herself ha-rd as she get down from the table
She take the lunch box and rush out of the office
“ I wasn’t talking about her heart but she kinda look cute”
