Janis struggled to stand and walked to Kimora who still has tears in her eyes
He tried to tĀ©uƧh her shoulders but she moved back
“Don’t tĀ©uƧh me…” She said slowly.
“I’m sorry… I was just… Out of my s-en-ses” he said
” Why must you k!ssme why!, I alre-ady told you I’ll only be in love with Jimin then why this!, I won’t be able to bear it if he snubs me again, I hate it” she replied, wiping her tears
” I’ve done wrong, you can decide to kill me right now I won’t run, but can you plea-se stĀ©p crying?, I’ll talk to him” Janis said
” He’s pissed off, he won’t even want to see you, if only you know what you’ve caused” she replied and walked away
Janis wiped his bloodyl-ips and sighed. “I’m sorry” he said
Cal smiled from his spĀ©t, enjoying the whole scenario
“Love triangle huh?, How funny” he said
“So if I want to hurt him, I’ll have to hurt her first, bingo! ” He said, walking away.

Jimin’s room**
He entered, seething with rage, not for Kimora but for Janis…. The fact that he k!$$Ā£d herl-ips is so annoying and the scene won’t leave his head no matter how he tries
He rested his palms on his table while standing. “Why! ‘ he shouted and stood straight
His eyes caught his portrait on the wall, the one Kimora drew for him
He tried to stare at the picture and forget about the k!ssbut it just won’t work
He took off his robe and left his white inner garment, he stood by the window, watching everything going on in the palace
The palace is in a festive mood all because of his wedding with Riya that’s coming up soon
He hates everything right now, he hates what’s happening, he detests it
He closed his eyes and walked away from the window immediately
“Maybe I don’t deserve her, maybe I really don’t deserve Kimora, should I let her go?, I can’t… I don’t want to…. But I don’t want her to suffer…. I can’t let anyone tĀ©uƧh a strand of her hair” he thought
” Jimin” Cory said by the door”
“Come in” he replied and Cory c@mĀ£ in
” What’s happening?, You look distressed?, Is it couples fight again? ” He tea-sed
” Close to that, I caught Janis k!ss!ngKimora” Jimin replied
” What on Earth is that! ” Cory said loudly
” Janis is stubborn, he goes for what he likes without hindrance and so is me, he likes Kimora”.
” But the fact that you’re the one she likes should make him back off” Cory replied
” You’re aware that my two sisters are into you right?” Jimin asked
” Your highness” Cory said
“Don’t mind them, it’s just for a while, they’ll get over it… And I think I should let go of Kimora” Jimin said
” No, that’s not the right solution and you know that, she loves you just as much as you love her” Cory quic-kly said
” But staying together is not the right solution too!, Father mustn’t hear of it and if we continue there’s no way he won’t hear of it, I don’t want to endanger her life and…
“She’s your guardian” Cory said
“I know”
“You know you’ll get sick if you miss her too much” Cory said
” I know that too” Jimin replied
” Then what the heck are you talking about!, I don’t want to lose you so think twice!, You can’t leave her even if staying together ain’t the solution, you can’t! ‘ Cory shouted
“Cory…. Honestly I’m scared,.. I don’t know what the future holds and that always scared the $h!ts out of me anytime I think about it” he replied
Cory hvgged him immediately.”just calm down and think” he said
Jimin closed his eyes as his tears rushed out.

Queen Rachel’s room**
“I s-en-se danger, though I don’t know where it’s coming from but I can s-en-se it , I think you should suspend killing Sera” lioness said, her back on Rachel
“why?”
” I just said I s-en-se danger, things has been uncomfortably calm and Mazu hasn’t been attacking” lioness replied
” Suspend it till I tell you what to do, and suspend sĀ£nding letters to Morris too, for now” lioness said
” If I suspend sĀ£nding letters to Morris, how will I communicate with Myung Woo, and why the sudden suspension” Rachel said
Lioness vanished without talking
“What’s she talking about?, Trying to confuse me?, I think I should stĀ©p listening to you” Rachel thought, picking the bottle of poison again
” No matter what, Sera will die on her son’s wedding” she smiled

Royalty left her room for the first time in days, still feeling slightly sick but she just nee-ds fresh air, her wrist is still bandaged though
She walked down the hallway with two maids behind her
Then she saw Suzy coming in the other end and stĀ©pped for a while before deciding to continue
They stĀ©pped and looked at each other
“How’s your tummy doing?, Does it still hurt?” Royalty asked
” A little bit” Suzy replied to Royalty’s surprise
Suzy walked away but stĀ©pped after a while
“I heard you hurt your wrist” she said
“It’s ok now, I only feel little pain” Royalty replied
” Ok” Suzy said and left
” I can smell changes” Royalty smiled

King’s chamber**
” The armies of Gongwon suddenly stĀ©pped the strengthening” general Wang reported
” Does that mean they’re retreating even when the battle hasn’t started?” A minister said
” No , they’re trying to fool us, thinking if we notice they’ve stĀ©pped, we’ll stĀ©p too” King Jung replied
” That’s right your majesty, I continued the strengthening of our armies and they’re re-ady for any attack” general Wang said
” There’s a spy in Miryang, snitching on us for the Gongwon army, and there’ll surely be a connection between the spy and Myung Woo the king of Gongwon” King Jung said
” I’ve been thinking about that too your highness, I think we should set up an investigation council concerning that” a minister said
” No nee-d,…the spy…is in this palace” King Jung said
“A spy in the palace?”
” She’ll soon be caught red handed” King Jung replied
” And about the non-human slaughtering people like animals, I don’t think we can do anything till shaman wakes up” minister Joo said
” I know, but it seems she’s not waking up anytime soon, it must be a magical sleep induced by the non-human”
” But your majesty…the non-human….will surely be a demon” general Wang said
“The guards who saw her during the as-sas-sins murder the other time said she looks like a white fairy” minister Joo replied
” Killing the innocent has made her a demon so to me… she’s a demon and Immediately she gets caught, she’ll be killed or sealed” King Jung replied

Morris Jung’s house**
” What happened to your face!, Janis!” Morris almost screamed when Janis c@mĀ£ in with swollen disfigured face
He stood and went to him. “What’s wrong?, Who did this?”
“Father” he said slowly, fighting back his tears
“What?”
“It hurts… right here” he said, pointing at his che-st
” Why?, Did you hit it somewhere?” Morris asked
“I’m not talking about my che-st, the inner p@rt” he replied
“Heart?” Morris said and Janis nodded
” Why?, You got heartbroken?, By who?, You never told me you had a lover” Morris said
” You just won’t get it ” Janis replied and went in
“br@yden has been sulking like a kid for long and here comes Janis, telling me his heart hurts, are they both ok?” Morris wondered
br@yden c@mĀ£ out of his room and without saying a thing, he left the house
“br@yden you still won’t talk to me!’ he shouted after him
” They’re both trying to give me headache, what have I done to deserve it” he said worriedly
He went Into his room and brou-ght out the last letter Rachle sĀ£nt..
** I’m reporting everything that’s happening in Miryang on a daily basis to the King of Gongwon, war will come in soon and Jung Mal will be wiped out, then our son can take over **
He smiled after re-ading it but his smile quic-kly disappeared
When his father was still alive, everyone knows he loves Jung Mal more than him, maybe because Jung Mal is smarter but to him, he sees nothing special about him
Despite the fact that he’s older than Jung Mal, Mal gets more respect and gets worsh!pped like a god, he hates him but he never showed it
And that fateful day twenty three years ago when their father (late king Jung Shik) announced Jung Mal as the crown prince, he almost committed suicide but he stĀ©pped himself…
He looked at the letter again and ti-ghtĀ£Ć±ed his hold around it
“I hope you die fast…Jung Mal”

Park Sun’s house**
“I’ll miss you greatly when you’re finally gone” Riya’s mother, Mari said as the maids started packing her bags
“Me too mother, but I’m glad I’m finally getting married, you won’t believe I fell in love with him at first sight, though our first meeting wasn’t very plea-sant but still…I love him so much, can’t wait to k!sshim” Riya replied and Mari laughed
” I heard he’s very handsome, you know I wasn’t in town during the festival, I didn’t get to see him” Mari said
” He’s a good example of handsome, mother his handsomeness is blinding, can’t wait to carry his baby, I just fell in love with his authoritativeness” Riya replied
” I know you like that kind of men, but plea-se…I have something to ask” Mari said
” Anything for you mother” Riya replied
“Everyone knows your arrogant and proud personality, everyone in Miryang is aware that the only daughter of the Park family… Riya Park is an arrogant peac0ck, can you plea-se reduce the arrogance when you get married?” Mari said
” You don’t have to worry mother, I’ll handle everything carefully, I’ll be the the one to supervise his meals and everything concerning him, two days to come, I’ll become the wife of the second prince of Miryang, aren’t I so lucky?, It’s good to be pretty too, if I wasn’t pretty, King Jung Mal wouldn’t have noticed me for his son” Riya replied
“I can’t wait to see you getting married too, honestly I want to carry your child soon” Mari replied
” Riya” Park Sun said, coming into the room
Riya stood and rushed to hvg him
“Habeoji (father)” she said
“Be good when you get to the palace, you can’t tarnish the image of the Park family” he said
” Yes father” she smiled.

Palace**
“Your highness, Princess Royalty calls for you at the pavilion” a maid reported to Suzy inside her room
” Royalty?, Why?” She replied
“I have no idea your highness” the maid replied
Suzy sighed and stood then followed the maid out, she was led to the pavilion where Royalty is waiting with a big dinner table filled with different meals
“Why did you call for me?” Suzy asked
“Let’s eat dinner together” Royalty said
“Wae?” Suzy asked
“I.. just want to….. plea-se” Royalty said pleadingly
Suzy hesitated before sitting with her
“I ordered them to add shrimps to the rice since you love shrimps so much, and I .. boned the fish myself, so enjoy” Royalty said with a big smile
Suzy started eating slowly, occasionally looking at Royalty
“The drinks” Royalty said and drinks were brou-ght in
” It’s your favorite wine” Royalty said, pouring it into a cu-p for her
Suzy drank slowly, looking at Royalty throu-ghout
“I brewed it myself, how’s it?” She asked
“Not bad” Suzy replied
” I’m glad you like it” Royalty smiled
“Why are you doing all these?” Suzy asked
” I wanted to be closer to you, that’s all I want, and I want us to forget all enmities, I know we’ve not been the best of friends but…..we can start gradually and eventually we’ll be…. and about Cory….it won’t be easy but I’ve made a promise to myself that I’ll forget about him, that’s the only way he won’t be in danger, I hope you try and do the same” Royalty said and drank from the wine too
Suzy stared at her like she won’t stĀ©p, then she drank from her cu-p of wine again, thinking about what she just said

Night**
Kimora literally rushed to the flower garden when it’s night time but when she entered and blood c@mĀ£ out of her nose, she rushed out, knowing that Jimin is not in there
She wiped the blood on her nose and sniffed, it’s a cold night and the cold is just much, she’s shivering slightly
“He must really be annoyed” she said, hoping he’ll just appear and give her a hvg
She hvgged herself and sniffed again, her nose is red and herl-ips is not exceptional as a result of the cold
She started walking back to the maids chamber with an heavy heart but she suddenly saw someone entering prince Cal’s chamber
Judging from his back view, it must be Darrin his dog
“Watching me?” She wondered and looked up at the sky
“The stars aren’t beautiful tonight” she thought, maybe because Jimin isn’t beside her
She ru-bbe-d her eyes to fight back her tears
“Petal..why aren’t you coming to see me” she wondered within herself..
She bent down sadly, still looking up at the starry sky..
“Jimin I miss you….I miss you so much,…. it’s so cold tonight” she whispered, burying her face on her knees

Gisaeng house**
Ginelle just finished serving the man she was as-signed to for tonight
Normally he should use her till dawn but he says he’s busy so he has to go and that’s just too good for Ginelle
She finished up by 10 and got her share of the pay from mistress Yeo Sang before going to change
She changed to her normal clothes and wiped her makeup then left the house
She walked home un-der the shinning bright stars, it’s so cold tonight and she can’t help but miss br@yden like crazy
She kept thinking of him as she walked back home
She left her hair down, too tired to roll it into a bun so the cool night breeze moved it slowly
She stĀ©pped and looked at the stars. “I miss him so much, I want to see him” she said to herself
Since she told him she hates him two days ago, she has never come across him again
He once told her his house direction so she decided to go, she might get lucky and catch a glimpse of him
She walked as fast as her legs could carry her and soon she got there
She inhaled softly before ti-ptoeing to the front but she quic-kly stepped back when she saw him sitting un-der a tree in front of the house
Her heart started racing as she peeped at him
He’s the only one sitting there and it seems like he’s de-ep in thoughts
She remembered how she talked to him harshly two days ago
“He must have been so hurt” she thought, glancing secretly at him again
The bright star lights shone on his handsome face and she smiled when she saw it clearly
“I’m sorry” she said slowly
Her legs mistakenly hit a stone and it rolled down the place, ma-king a loud noise
Her eyes wi-de-ned and she stood still
“Who’s there!” She heard him asking
“Heck” she said and started running off
She can hear his steps behind her as he ran after her so she increa-sed her pace, running so fast
Suddenly she stĀ©pped hearing his footsteps but she kept running
She got home and immediately she entered and wanted to close the door, someone obstructed it and f0rƧĀ£fully opened it
It’s him!
Her face showed how shocked she was as she stared unbelievably
“It was you” br@yden said, breathing heavily
“I…
” What were you doing in my house?” He asked, moving closer
” I… dunno” she replied, moving back
“You told me you hate me, so what are you doing in the house of the guy you hate” he said, still coming closer
” I…. just… wanted to check on you” she replied slowly
“Why?” He asked when she finally got to the be-d and stĀ©pped moving, he stood in front of her , staring intently at her
“I dunno too….I just…found myself in…your house” she replied, avoiding his eyes
” I missed you” he said and that made her look at his face
Right now…she doesn’t want to lie again, not anymore since she feels the same
“Me too” she said, taking in her l-ips lowly, bashing her lids gently
He held her face in his palms suddenly
He k!$$Ā£d her upper l!pand that prompted her to bring out the lower one from her mouth
Their hearts is busy thumping seriously
“You’re so beautiful” he said, di-pping her hand in her hair, not staring away from herl-ips
“br@yden..” she said slowly, unsure of what to say next
“I love you” he said and slammed hisl-ips on hers affectionately, he k!$$Ā£d her de-eply and she reciprocated instantly, sli-pping her hands on his back
Theirl-ips pressed ha-rd ly on each other each pas-sing minute and when their ton-gues found each other in their mouths, Ginelle g@sped lightly, swiping her ton-gue with his own
He ni-bbled on her upper l!plightly and she opened up more wi-dely, he k!$$Ā£d her wholel-ips and had a great taste of her
His hands went behind her too and ru-bbe-d her back gently, pressing her bĀ©dy on his by pu-lling her more and more to himself
She g@sped lightly again and he broke the long k!ss..
Breathing heavily, they stared at each other, their faces spitting out what they feel that moment..
Ginelle felt different, this is surely different from all the k!sses she has received
She ru-bbe-d his cheeks, not staring away from his wistful eyes
“br@yden..’ she whispered and pu-ll-ed him to herself, they both fell on the be-d, she tossed him and c@mĀ£ on tĀ©p of him,,
She captured hisl-ips again, k!ss!nghim ha-rder than the first.
