They used to have a romantic relationship in the past ? If it really isn’t something to be worried about ,Why didn’t she tell me ? I wondered as I ran my fingers in my hair with a frown on my face .
” Don’t tell me you’re still thinking about that stuff ” Kris nudged me on the arm as we walked towards our rooms .
” I can’t help myself ” I said and he chuckled.
” Talk to her then ,don’t let doubt creep in . This is the time when you both need each other the most man ” kristov said and I gave a nod as he walked in the opposite direction.
I walked to my room and there she was ,in her Nightwear with Ruby in her arms .
” Hey love ” She said with a bright smile on her face .
I couldn’t return the smile though ,even if I tried my mind kept going back and forth .
“My crown ” she called and I sighed softly.
” Why didn’t you tell me used to have a past with Santo ? I asked and she turned to me in confusion.
” Are we still talking about santo, love ? I told you . There’s no need to worry ” she said and I ran my fingers on my hair.
” You lied ” I said frowning.
” Lied ? I only said he’s a friend ,I had nothing to actually lie about , Crisanto used to work for me …” She said and Ruby’s Nanny walked into our room and bowed .
She handed her to the nanny and turned to me .
” Work for you ? That’s not what I heard ” I said arms folded .
That’s one thing I hate about me ,I can’t control my jealousy when it comes to my woman .
The fact that the Santo guy is still calling her is enough to make me lose it .

” Really ? I asked suddenly feeling my anger grow by the minute.

” Crisanto isn’t a bad guy , and with the way he called today I’m preety sure he just wants to tell me something important…. ” she trailed .
” Like what babe ? I asked before I could stop myself and she glared at me making me shot it immediately.
” Good “She said and walked towards our bed .
” I’m planning on calling him ,to know what he wanted to say because ,he knows everything about the business …what if it has something to do with mikoy ?
” Your Aunt’s Husband ? I asked suddenly interested in the conversation .
” Yes ,I don’t know why but I have that feeling deep down .
” Don’t bother yourself too much about it , We already have a plan formed out ” I said and she stared at me .
” What ? How …tell me about it” she said .
” Draco is in charge of it , he does a clean job and since they have no idea he’s a De Luca , everything is gonna go smoothly .
” Yvonne’s older brother ? She asked getting on the bed .
” Yeah . According to what he told Sergio we are going to storm Their Hideout and bring them all out together … because as of now …he has Veronica in the palm of his hands ” I said smirking.
” Let me guess ,Veronica is into him now ? She asked shocked .
” I guess you haven’t met him before , he’s a good-looking man …it’s preety obvious how he charmed her ,I’m sure she’ll take him to her hideout happily ” I said suddenly feeling pity for them in advance.
” The problem now is Draco doesn’t have a good relationship with his Dad. After what the old man did to him, it’ll be hard to come to terms with things around here ,he’s refusing to meet with the familia as of yet but I’m sure Massimo would be able to bring him to the meeting ,he’s not called Don for nothing .
” Come on , Let’s go to bed, have you had dinner ? She asked sweetly.
” I can eat you for dinner” I said naughtily and she burst out laughing.

” I’m not on the menu ,not until you’re fully okay ” I said and he pouted his lips playfully.
” The Doctor said I’d fall even more sick if you don’t let me make love to you ” he said and I burst out laughing.
” C’mon Mr De Luca I’m not buying all this sweetness ” I said and his jaws opened and closed like a fish .
He got on the bed with me and pulled me into his arms then kissed my forehead.
” Thanks for sticking with this jealous Guy ” He said and I chuckled.
” I love you ”
” I love you more Amour” he whispered softly and I closed my eyes in his embrace as I slept off .
The next morning when I woke up ,He was still fast asleep on the bed .
I moved over to the bathroom, freshened up and changed into something comfortable .
I checked up on baby Ruby ,before my phone rang .
I picked up the call and his voice made me stop on my track .
” Hey Cora ” he said and I sighed softly.
” Santo ” I said and he sighed on the other end.
” I’m sorry …about the other time Cora .”
” It’s okay ,I’m sorry about the way I fired you too ,you didn’t deserve anything like that Crisanto” I said and he chuckled.
” I should have taking your No for an answer and not keep pushing for no reason. By the way I met someone…” He trailed and a smile formed on my face.
” I’m so happy for you” I said with chuckle.
” I’m scared to actually give it a try though,I’ve known her for long …she stood by me as I went on the journey to completely move on . Her name is Maureen” he said and I chuckled.
” I’m glad you’re giving love a chance dude ” I said as my eyes stung with tears .
Crisanto has always been by my side in the past , and it used to hurt me too seeing him break down because of his feelings for me ,I’m so happy he’s moving on .
” I just called because I’ve moved back to the phillipines , Maureen and I are taking things slow and she makes me really happy. Be Happy Cora …don’t push too hard ,you deserve all the happiness in the world .
” You will always hold a special place in my heart ” he said and tears rolled outta my eyes.
” I respect you Crisanto , you where not just a friend you’re family ” I said and he chuckled.
” Come by my place anytime you visit Manila ” he said and I chuckled.
” Sure ” I said and cut the call .
” Your smile looks so big ” The Donna said as she walked towards the dinning area where the maids came in their numbers to drop the dishes .
” Good morning Donna” I said and she Chuckled.
” Good morning babe , Woke up early today huh ,I think you’re Big baby has not been ……these days ” she said teasingly and my cheeks heated in a blush.
” That’s not what he needs for now, I’m waiting for him to heal ” I said and she Chuckled.
“Awwwwwwwwn when he finally heals ,it’s gonna be Fvck to the death ” Bella said coming in .

It wasn’t long before the whole Dinning table was filled with everyone for breakfast.
Frederico junior rushed in and sat down neatly dressed for school.
He wore his rings in his hands much to his mother’s dismay .
She frowned immediately her eyes met his hair weaved backwards and tinted on the tips .

That’s one thing ,while Aria is a strict mom , Frederico is a dotting father .

And Sergio coughed badly .

Laughter filled the dinning table.
After Dinner the Don announced that Draco was coming over for the business meeting and the wives needed to be present .
” Including you Corazon , you’re Dylan’s woman ” he said and I gave a nod .
I spent the afternoon with his mom .
That evening we all sat in the conference room having light snacks while waiting for the Coming of the New De Luca .
” Is this how …He behaves ? We have been waiting for him for the past 30 mins ” His father Alfonso said already angry .
” Calm down pa ,I’m sure he will be here soon ” Yvonne said and I nearly chuckled.
About twenty minutes later ,a guy Walked in with the Don .
He was not just good-looking , he had this Aura that reminded me of the Don immediately.
He was clad in formal Pants and White sleeve shirt .
” At least saying sorry for being late ,will make us start this meeting in good will ” Uncle Alfonso said annoyed by his arrogance.
” Then we should start the meeting in bad will then …or I might as well leave …” He said much to everyone’s dismay .
