Dylan has been the Sweetest since I woke up .
Strangely I’m craving noodles ,so I asked him to make me some .
He stared at me in amusement because noodles wasn’t something I crave on a norms.
But he left to make me some ,after which I asked him to join me .
We ended up eating and his phone rang In the middle . I stared at him curiously as he picked up .
He looked shocked about whatever he heard at the other end , cause he started talking in monosyllables .
Something told me deep down that something was off .
” Huh ..” He trailed and stopped himself from talking.
” I need to go ” He said immediately he cut the call.
“Go where ? It’s evening …and I want you here with me ” I said and he bit his lower lip.
” It’s very important baby ,but I promise I will be fine ” Hesaid and I sighed .
” At least tell me where you’re going ,I don’t feel too good ” I complained.
” Maybe you’re worrying too much ? He asked and kissed my forehead then down to my lips Sweetly.
That’s one thing about Dylan . He can be extremely sweet when he wants something from you .
” I love you ,you know that right ? He asked And I chuckled.
” Yeah ,I know and I love you more baby” I said and he walked over to the closet to change Into something else .
Whatever he was going to do had to be serious business . And the fact that he isn’t telling anyone proves that he might be doing something his brothers doesn’t approve of .
Is he going to meet with his baby mama ? I wondered as he walked out dressed casually.
” Dylan stay …. please” I said and he sighed .
” Trust me ,we will talk about this when I get back ,I’d text Sergio If I get into trouble” He said and i gave a nod making a mental note to text Sergio immediately he leaves the house .
Immediately he left the Estate , I texted Sergio.
It wasn’t even up to 10 mins before Gio burst into my room .
” Where’s Dylan ? He asked.
” He left already ” i said worriedly.
” I’ve texted Frederico Cora .. we got this ” he said and made to leave.
” Can I come with you ? Please I’m so worried ” I said and he walked close to me .
” Corz….you’re still recovering ” he said softly.
” Gio please…I can’t stay here ” I said and he sighed .
” Fvck .. ….the Don will kill me ,but I understand your worries but please stay in the car when we get there ” he said and I gave a nod .
” Dylan is a fool ,I’d fvcking kill him if I get my hands on him ,how could he be so careless ! Gio cursed under his breath as we traced Dylan through the tracker on his watch .
” Dylan please be safe ” I prayed silently in my heart .
I’m so scared .
I’ve lost too much already and the pain I felt at that point told me something was wrong .
Something was definitely wrong with Dylan .
I thought as I cried silently ,tears rolled rolled outta my eyes and I couldn’t control my emotions.
” Be strong Cora …” Sergio encouraged softly.
” I can’t be please , I’m so scared ,Ivy called him . I’m so sure she was the one that called him ” I said trying to calm down .
We arrived at the scene and it was a house in an abandoned area .
We met Dylan’s ride outside and Frederico walked over to us .
” I haven’t met anyone since I got here ,I’m certain he’s in there ” He said and Gio brought out his gun .
” What are we gonna do ? He asked .
” Break in ,I’m sure Ivy is in there ,the thing is I hope Dyl and Ruby are safe .
Sergio and Frederico broke in with the help of their men and we heard The distant cry if Baby Ruby .
Rico broke in and We could here Ruby crying from the distance .
I followed the noise and she was alone in her crib crying badly .
Her baby hair scattered across her face and voice hoarse from crying .
Her shirt was messed up and cataarh rolled down her nose .
I carried her in my arms as she snuggled close to me while crying softly ,I rubbed her back trying to ease her tension and fear .
” Fvcking hell ….stay away from us ” I heard Ivy’s deranged voice and turned immediately .
” Drop your weapon Ivy ….” Sergio said angrily .
” Oh shut up Gio ,I’ve had enough with you De Luca’s controlling my life .” She snapped angrily.
” You think you scare me ? Where’s my Brother ! ” Sergio asked angrily .
” I killed him. …I fvcking Killed Dylan. …..” She said laughing as tears rolled outta her eyes.
” What ! I asked coming in front of her with Ruby in my arms.
“You heard right Cora …he’s in the bathtub . I stabbed him and on the shower on him after pulling him into the bathroom …if I can’t have Dylan no one else will. ….” She said crying badly .
” Dylan ” I muttered under my breath and she cracked her gun as she stared at me .
” I’ve had enough of your smart mouth ” Sergio said and fired a shot both her legs almost immediately.
” Gio ” Rico and I screamed in unison as she screamed in pain then fell to the floor .
He walked up to her and grabbed her hair .
“Just kill me !….go ahead Gio ” she laughed and he pushed her down .
Picked her gun and she winced in pain as he threw it to Frederico.
” He’s Dead ….I’m sure he’s Dead ” she said in between.
I rushed with Frederico and Sergio to the bathroom and I couldn’t control the screams that left my mouth as I watched him covered in the pool of his own bl**d .
” Dylan ! Oh My God ! I screamed and that was the last thing I remembered .

At the hospital
” Emergency …there’s an Emergency ! The nurses screamed as they pushed Dylan on the stretcher .
He wasn’t dead yet just struggling to breath …but Sergio sighed softly when he could still feel life in him .
Dyl was a fighter .
It was preety obvious because anyone in his situation would have died the minute they where stabbed.
” What’s going on Gio what happened to Dylan ! Kris asked in pannick as Sergio rubbed his arms softly.
Just then Massimo and Giovanna rushed in also accompanied by Emelio and Neomi .
” Where’s my son ” Giovanna asked crying.
” Mom he has been rushed to the ICU”
” What happened to him , I can’t believe this …my baby boy ” she cried and Massimo pulled her in his arms as she cried .
Neomi walked over to Sergio and pulled him in her arms as he cried .
” He’ll be fine ,Dyl is a fighter ” she assured him .
” Where’s Cora ? Emelio asked in concern .
” She’s unconscious …” Rico said with baby Ruby fast asleep in his arms .
” Ivy has been sent to the Dungeon in the De Luca Estate ,that woman is mad ” he said shaking his head in self pity.
” She stabbed Dylan and had him under the running shower ! For almost an hour ” Sergio said angrily.
” I never liked that b!tch from the onset ,Dylan is just so stubborn …and now he went over to her despite my warning. I’m so angry right now ! The Don said trying to stay calm as his Body vibrated in anger .
The Doctors came out after a while demanding for blood transfusion.
Giovanna rubbed her arms as she cried harder ,it was obvious her son was obviously still in danger .
What if he dies
What if he’s already dead , thoughts filled her head as she cried .
” Dylan please be safe” she muttered under her breath .

Veronica’s Hideout
” Madam there has been no news yet about the whereabouts of Ivy ” The guard reported as Veronica paced the room clad in Her Black sinful dress and silver heels .
Her tattoos stood out as she Catwalked around.
” That B*tch ! I asked her to lure the De Luca in , and she decided to escape or what ? She asked angrily.
This girl is trying to ay a fast one on me .
” Did you check her house ? She asked and took a drag from her pipe .
” When we got there ,the De Luca’s where leaving the place with Dylan De Luca’s lifeless Body ” The other guard said coming in .
” What ! Dylan is Dead ? She killed my brother ” screams in dismay .
” Your brother? Mikoy asked while sitted at the opposite side quietly.
” Dylan is a De Nero ..he shares the same mother with sergio . Their mother was Santiago De Luca’s mistress .” she explained to a confused mikoy who still had the bandage on his arm .
” He started working for the De Luca’s and got adopted . If counting through blood ties He’s related only to Sergio by blood .
” So what is the plan now that Ivy has been bounded ? I need to exact my revenge on my little butterfly ” mikoy Said licking his lips .
” Ivy has crossed all of her limits . We had an agreement right before she entered my brothers life .. she and I have a score to settle ..I’d make sure she dies by my hand for Laying her filthy finger on Dylan ” angrily.
” And the child ? He asked.
” You asked stupid questions , Ruby is Dylan’s daughter I’ll make sure we get her back from the De Luca’s and then you can have Cora all to yourself .
” I will make sure thr De Luca’s never recover from the big blow I have planned out for them ” she said laughing hysterically.
