I paid the Cab driver immediately I got to the Address and as he drove ,a frown appeared on my face .
I checked my phone to confirm if it was the address and my blood boiled at the thought that he actually set up a meeting in a night club .
Who does that ?
What does he take me for ? I wondered frustratedly as I called him .
” Pick up Frederico ….! ” O mumbled and took a de-ep breath in and out .
” You can do this Aria …Calm down don’t get angry , you’re doing this for Red” I muttered un-der my breath as I stared back at the night club .
I walked in and the bouncer looked at me .
” Ma’am you can’t work into club looking like a Nun ” he said reffering to my dress and I bit my lower li-p softly .
” What’s wrong with my dress ? I wondered as I stared at the sleeve hands ..my che-st area was covered since it was a long ne-ck dress . It was free and ended just after my knees .
I tried my best to look decent , Although my A*s was still bouncing when I walk .
I wore simple Heels with my sling bag and tied my hair up in a pony .
I Looked decent .
” I came here to meet someone I’d be put before an hour ” I said and he laughed .
” You can’t come in ….” He said and I ru-bbed my forehead anxiously.
” I’m here to see Frederico De LUCA” I said and his eyes wide-ned .
He looked at me from head to toe and stared at how much skin i had covered .
” The Boss doesn’t go for girls like you …” He snapped and i felt like jamming his head on the wall that moment .
I can’t believe the nerve of Frederico right now , he invited me to talk about our son …I mean my son at a night club , and now I’m not even aloud to go in ?
” What ? I heard the bouncers voice and when I turned another guy was whispering something in his ears he turned and gestured to me .
” Sorry for the inconvenience ma’am you may go in ” he said and I glared daggers at him as I matched in.
I stared in shock at the scene in front of me , people where Making out in different directions , Ladies where grinding into men and the dance was too sinful to look upon .
” How could he be so shameless ? I muttered un-der my breath in frustration.
I never knew Fred could do something like this …
” Ma’am are you miss Arianna ? A lady asked and I frowned .
” Aria “I corrected her immediately .
” Please move towards the VIP section Mr De LUCA …” She trailed .
” Just take me to him ” I said and she walked in front .
That’s when I noticed she was one the waitresses .
I’m seriously gonna give that Arrogant man a piece of my mind I swear .
We walked to the VIP section and I felt a rotten feeling at the pit of my stomach when I noticed people having se-x with their clothes on .
” Please take me out of here ” I said angrily and the girl chuckled .
Did they even think no one would notice with that filmsy material they used as curtains .
” Where’s Frederico already ” I asked as we got to an elevator .
” He’s in his penthouse ma’am ” she said and I Gr0-ned in frustration .
We got to the Sitting room and I heard M0-ns .
” Jesus ! I screamed at what my eyes saw .
” Hey you’re here ” he said with a grin and I didn’t dare look down for fear of what I’d see .
I swallowed down nothing and turned .
The girls chuckled as they walked pas-sed me with cash on their hands .
I turned to him with disgust .
He was shirtless with a towel around his wai-st .
” I see you made it here ” he said co-ckily .
” You’re definitely very irresponsible Frederico. …I can’t believe you invited me all the way here to see you …. having fun with your who-res …you’re so …” I trailed .
” Arrogant disgusting .. …Bad ? What else ? He asked as he got up .
” You may leave Lana ” he said to the girl who bowed and left .
” So … Arianna …” He trailed.
” Aria ” I cut him off angrily .
” Still fiesty ..” he smi-rked .
” I didn’t come here to discuss about my fiestiness De Luca …I came here to talk about Red ” I said immediately and he laughed .
” Besides have some shame and go get dressed I’m not talking to you like this ” I spat frustratedly.
” Why ? Scared you won’t be able to Control yourself ? He asked as he drank from his glas-s of wine .
” In your Dreams Frederico” I spat with a frown .
” Want something to drink ? You might have ran away from our wedding , but I’m a gentleman ” he said and I scoffed .
” You wish ” I said .
” I guess that’s a No ” he said as he walked out .
” He’s so shameless ….” I said and fold my arms .
” Red better not take after his father in anyway. ..oh God …he already looks like him .” I muttered un-der my breath .
I thought he’s changed from his old ways …before Frederico and I Dated he used to be a total man who-re …he went out with clas-sy rich girls and heiresses .
While I used to be the Good personal as-sistant that went around cleaning up his scandals to make sure he had a smooth political career .
Of course it was strictly proffessional , Because Frederico was this quiet time who won’t tell you what he’s up to .
I Hated his ways …but he eventually started hitting on me after one of his political Wins .
I was shocked…why would someone like him want anything to do with me .
Well I was normal girl and he was the Frederico De LUCA .
I thought he was out to play me …I was very struct with my Decision not to have anything other than a proffessional relationship With fred .
He even went as far as Befriending Anna and then my mom …it was crazy how much Mom liked him .
Everyone wanted me to date Frederico , because arcording to them he we would be the perfect couple
But I didn’t want a relationship at that point in my life , my mom had to take her medications , I’d lost my Dad to a criminal situation , my Brother was part of a syndicate …he owed the crime family too much and I was trying my best to pay off the death .
Eventually they killed him because he couldn’t pay off and started pestering me to pay the depts ,that’s how I kept trying to pay whatever I owed but they kept increasing by the day ……
I didn’t want to drag Frederico into that mess …., But he was stubborn .
The first time We made love was in his office ,he told me he loved me and when I said we couldn’t Date , he ki-ssed me …
I knew it was stupid but I have in to him and handed my V¡rginity over to him .
After that eventually started dating and couldn’t get enough of each other ..
I was scared because I continued to get death threats from my brothers gang .
They wanted me to pay in interest .
Before Fred and I dated I’d poured out my heart to him about my Dad and how my brother died .
I knew just how much pain being a part of the mafia had cost my family ,but I excluded the part of my brother owing the Syndicate because I was scared …I was very scared he’d try to pay the depts my brother owed or worse even confront them ….
Little did I know he was part of the mafia himself ….funny enough he was the second in command of the mafia .
I loved Frederico with everything in me , I was willing to give our relationship my all ,But on our wedding day …the day we where supposed to start the journey of our lives together that’s when I found out his true identity …
That’s when I found out …he was not the man I wanted to marry , that’s when I found out the syndicate my younger brother worked for was connected to him …..
And Frederico knew …he knew everything ,how my father died and how my brother died and he hid it all from me …I was heartbroken .
That day was supposed to be the happiest day of my life ,j was supposed to give him Red as our wedding gift .
I had plans for our night together , but the bitter truth I’d just found out to-re my heart into a million pieces .
I wanted to go in their and confront him , but I couldn’t ….my heart hurt too bad .
I stayed in the room and cried my eyes out .
I couldn’t stay there because of the depts but I chose not to leave because if Frederico but at that point I felt there was no use anyways .
I began to remember the signs …the Tattoos …the few times I’d seen him in blood ..
How could I have been so stupid ?
That was when I Decided to leave , I wanted to tell Anna everything but I knew Frederico would find me if I made such a mistake .
So I left , I got my mom and left Italy .
That was the beginning of my suffering because I owed and worked with pregnancy to try and save my mother ,I even owed depts used the money I had left and even sold my car to meet up the expenses .
But mom still pas-sed away ?
I wiped the tears that rolled out of my cheeks as I came back to reality .
There was no nee-d thinking about the past anyways .But I’m never letting my innocent son Get into the life Frederico lived …
I’d fight him to death
” Arianna” I heard his voice and frowned
” Aria ” I corrected him immediately.
He was now dressed in a sweatshirt and pa-nts with fancy sli-ppers .
” So about ours son ” He said as he sat down in front of me and stared at my face .
” What stop staring at me like that ” I said nervously .
He raised his both hands in surrender .
” How did you see me ? He asked and I Gr0-ned frustratedly .
” Red would stay with me permanently ,but he can spend the weekends at your place and you won’t take him to the De LUCA estate no matter what , I don’t want him knowing about the crimes of his father and the De Luca family …” I trailed .
” No ” he said and I glared at him .
” Why ? I think this is a good deal …”
” You can’t Boss me around Aria …I want to be a part of my son’s life 247 ..” he said and I opened and closed my mouth like a fish .
” You know what I knew this would happen , just suit yourself ” I said and before I could walk to do the door he pulled me and slammed my back on the wall .
” You listen and listen Good …” He said and I froze in fear .
