“Wow thank you very much,” Steve said and pe-ck her on her forehead.
Nathan stood up from his chair immediately and walked towards their table.
“M.r O’Brien, what are you doing here?” Adele asked.
“Am sorry for disturbing you, but we nee-d to go back to the house now” Nathan said.
“Go back to the house how? It hasn’t been long we get here” Adele said.
“Am sorry, but we have to go” Nathan said.
“Am not re-ady, Mr. O’Brien you can go back to the house if you’re tired” Adele said.
“Adele plea-se let’s go!” Nathan said tears dropped on his hand and he was surprised.
“Mr. O’Brien, why are you crying?” Adele asked. “Cry? No am not crying something entered my eyes” Nathan replied.
“Oh sorry, you can go back to the house, I promised not to stay long here,” Adele said.
“No, I can’t go back without you” Nathan replied.
“Then wait for her, Mr man what’s your problems, why did you follow my girlfriend here in the first place?” Steve asked.

Nathan stood up from the chair and walked out angrily.
He sat on the car seat and rest his head on the chair.

Adele placed a knock at the car door and Nathan whine down the glas-s.
“I thought you’re gone,” Adele said.
“No, I just feel like coming out” Nathan replied with a frown.
“You don’t look happy what happened?” Adele asked.
“There’s nothing” Nathan replied.
“This face is different from the normal face you do keep, you like keeping straight face, but you look sad,” Adele said.
“I am fine” Nathan replied with a fake smile. “It’s obvious you aren’t fine” Adele replied.
“He said, he is fine so let’s go back” Steve replied.
“Steve is sorry, I can’t go back with you, we will see tomorrow,” Adele said and hvgged him and Nathan look away immediately.
“But why?” Steve asked.
“Am sorry” Adele said and pe-ck him on hisl-ips before rushing to the car.

Mrs.. O’Brien and Mrs.. Clerk greet him, he ignored their greetings and walked to his room.
“What’s wrong with him?” Mrs. O’Brien and Mrs. Clerk asked each other and Adele also walked into the house.
“What did you do to him?” Mrs.. Clerk asked.
“I did nothing” Adele also replied and walked to her room.
“let’s go check on him, he doesn’t look fine, and aM worried” Mrs Clerk said and Mrs.. O’Brien helped her up.
They opened Nathan’s door and the door throw open immediately.
“I want to be alone” Nathan replied.
“What happened my son? you don’t look fine” Mrs. O’Brien said with a worried face and Nathan’s phone rang out loud.
“Boss, can I come to your room to discuss the thing with you, it’s very urgent,” Wyatt said.
“Am not in the mood to see you, I can kîll you if I see you in my room” Nathan said and end the call.
“Nathan kîll?” Mrs. Clerk asked and moved closer to him.
“What’s bothering you?” Mrs. Clerk asked.
“Your daughter said, she doesn’t love me, she said she can’t d@t£ me, and she’s back with her ex, and I love her, I do, I never want to fall in love,” Nathan said.
“Is that all?” Mrs. Clerk asked and Nathan nod his head. “What if I said, I will help you?” Mrs. Clerk asked and Mrs. O’Brien smiled at her.

“How did you intend to help me?” Nathan asked. “Relax my dear, why are you in haste? I will only tell you how to gain her love, I can’t possibly go tell her to give you a chance, my daughter is very stubborn she won’t listen, so of truly you love her, you must be patient because Adele is in a relationsh!p, she hasn’t breakup with him, he just left het without looking back, I heard he’s back, and am very sure Adele will go back to him, I don’t like the guy, and I don’t want any of my children to also make the mistake I made, so I will tell you how to gain her love, you see all this attitude you have that she doesn’t like, I will advise you too drop them, normalize squee-zing your face, Adele love jovial people like her, give her attention, my daughter really love that, but she will pretend she doesn’t, find any opportunity that you guys will be alone together, make her smile, she loves funny guy, don’t think you can make her fall with materials things, she will pick offence, compliment her, not Everytime, but always find time to compliment her, prolong your eyes contact for a little longer, let her talk about herself and you can also talk about yourself, just find a way to bring her closer to you, ignore her for some days when you did those things, and you will see that she will miss and come for you, and guess what?” Mrs Clerk said.

“Why did Mr grumpy have it to you?” Adele asked.
“He said, he gave it to me because your father is an irresponsible man, Nathan is a very nice guy and he’s also handsome” Mrs Clerk said.
“What are you trying to say mum?” Adele asked.
“Hey don’t jubge me wrong, I was only trying to tell you that he’s s good and handsome guy, good night” Mrs Clerk said and climb the be-d.
Adele walked out of the room and walked to Nathan room, she placed a knock on the door and Nathan opened the door immediately.
“Hi” Nathan said with a smile.
“Come inside” Nathan said.
“No am okay here, am here to tell you thank you, for giving my mother one of your properties, thank you very much” Adele said with a smile.
. “Oh, was that the reason why you’re here?” Nathan asked keeping the smile and his face and still keeping eyes contact with Adele.
“Yes thank you very much” Adele said. “It’s nothing, that’s how I helped people even people I don’t know” Nathan said.
“Am still thinking, thank you and have a good night rest” Adele said and walked out, Nathan look at her back view sadly before closing his door.

ADELE P.O.V
“Hey easy” Claire said trying to help me picked the milk from the row. I hà te being short. “You should learn how to respect me because I am taller than you” he said and I feel like giving her a ha-rd knock on her head.
We paid for the goods we bought and walked out of the mall.
“$h!t, I forget my phone inside the mall” Claire said.
“How come?” I asked. “I placed it in the counter” Claire said and ran off.
I walked down the stairs with a small smile on my face, I come to a halt at the sight of a shadow before me, I take a slow strides forward and my jaw drops, as my eyes met her deadly glare.

“What did you wanna see me for, and who are you?” Steve asked Mr Williams and Mr Williams bur-st into laughter.
“What’s funny, fv¢kîng talk to me” Steve said. “Relax Nathan is planning to take your girlfriend away from you” Mr Williams said with a smile. “Who’s Nathan?” Steve asked.
“Oh he doesn’t know, Your girlfriend boss” Mr Williams said. “Oh I thought as much” Steve replied.
