“Clerk!” Mrs Clerk called and Mr Clerk opened his eyes immediately.
He looked around and his eyes landed on Nathan.
He covered his eyes with his eyes.
“I’m very sorry Nancy” he said and his hand still covering his face and Nathan scoff out.
“Am very sure, you’re sorry because of what happened to you, you aren’t genuinely sorry” Nathan said and Mr Clerk re-moved his hand from his face.
“I mean it, am very sorry, I know I don’t deserve you guys forgiveness, but I will like you can forgive me, you’re a good woman but I’m too blind and foolish to see that, you can decide to leave me alone in this condition, but plea-se forgive me, because I truly nee-d your forgiveness” Mr Clerk said.
