“I’m going back to Florida tomorrow.”, Carl announced.
“Why?”, Pearl asked and he just shrugged.
“I guess I’m not really the one for you, I snatched you for Kyle and I am ready to return you back. If I don’t go, I won’t get over you and you will just continue to feel bad for me.”, he explained.
“I’m sorry Carl, I loved you… Believe me.”, She said and he placed his hand on hers.
“Stop repeating that or I’ll change my mind and snatch you again.”, He said and she said nothing.
“Are you going back to Florida?”, He asked but she had to answer to that.
“I’m not sure … I don’t know.”, Pearl shuttered.
“Okay then, anything you decide on.”, He said and she nodded.
“I want to ask you for a last favour.”, He said.
“Anything.”, She promised.
“Can I get a hu-g? It’s has been quite since we …!”
Pearl didn’t wait for him to finish before she hu-gged him.
“Can I ask for one more favour?”, He asked and pearl smiled.
“Please don’t hide or deny your feelings for Carl, tell him cos if you don’t, I won’t hesitate to steal you again and this time I will make sure you don’t feel anything for any man.”, He said and pearl smiled at his joke.
“I’m just kidding and at the same time, I am serious about it.”, He said and she nodded.
“Thank you Carl — for everything.”, She said.
Unknown to them that a fan had recognized pearl and had taken pictures of her and carl and has posted with a caption; Just sp-otted pearl Hansley with her boyfriend in a restaurant.

*Kyle’s office*
“Erica I am not in the mood for se-x.”, Kyle said pushing her off.
He tried so much not to look and sound irritated, he just wasn’t in the mood.
When he started dating Erica, whenever they make love he always sees Pearl’s image and just when he was succeeding in getting over her completely, she showed up.
“Why aren’t you in the mood? You were always in the mood, what happened?”
“Why did you tell the kids about pearl?”, He asked and she pretended not to un-derstand.
“Don’t pretend that you don’t un-derstand what I am saying.”, He snapped.
“I just wanted them to know the truth about their slutty and cheap mother who doesn’t give a shot about them.”, She yelled.
“Don’t talk about pearl like that! They are still kids, how do you want them to feel?”
“You are defending that woman?”
“I didn’t defend her, I am just saying that you shouldn’t talk about pearl like that in front of the kids.”, He tried explaining but Erica knew de-ep now that he was defending her hut she just chose to ignore it.
“Is that why you aren’t in the mood?”, She asked but he didn’t reply.
“Okay I’m sorry darling… I am sorry okay? Is that enough?”, She asked and he faked a smile.
She closed his laptop, slightly pushed it and sat on his table. She then ki-ssed him and he ki-ssed her back.
He dee-pened the ki-ss and after a while they took off their cloth.
Carl’s phone buzzed, it was a message from Jayden.
He broke the ki-ss to look at the message but he can turned his face.
“It might be important, let me check it.”, He said and Erica released him.

Kyle quickly went to check out what Jayden was saying and it was pictures of pearl and Carl.
The one that they were hu-gging made Carl very mad.
What happened? Why do you seem mad?”, Erica asked collecting the phone to check it out.
“Because I am mad.”, He snapped.
“Why? Is it because it is about pearl and Carl?”
“Because I don’t know how Ryan and Emma would react if they see this. I don’t them to be disappointed.”
“I don’t un-derstand you anymore kyle, you keep using the kids as an excuse. Since you are not in your right mind now, I guess I will see you later.”, Erica said wearing her clothes and walked out angrily.
“Pearl why are you with him? You were even hu-gging him? What do you see in him? You are making me crazy.”, Kyle Gr0-ned pacing round his office.
Looking at the pictures made his blood boil.

Pearl looked at the pictures and gasped. The picture was all over and people are commenting things like “They look so good together”, “they are cute”, “I want a relationship like theirs.”
Pearl threw her phone on the bed as she began to think about what Carl said earlier.
“How can I love him when I hate him at the same time?”, She questioned herself.
“What should I do now? I don’t want to get my hopes high again.”, She asked frustrated, hitting her bed.
#Evening
Immediately Kyle returned from work, he checked on Ryan and Emma.
He knocked but they wouldn’t open the door.
“Ryan… Emma are you in there? Open the door.”, He said Ban-ging the door.
“Just go away dad.”, Ryan said.
“We don’t want to see you.”, Emma shouted.
“Why don’t you want to see me? What did I do wrong?”, He asked.
“You know what you did wrong dad.”, Emma fired and he Gr0-ned.
“Okay, open the door and let’s talk about it.”, He said and they opened it immediately.
“What do you want angels?”, He asked bending down.
“We want to go out with Mom now.”, Ryan said.
“And you are coming along.”, Emma added and Kyle furrowed his brow.
“Since when did you guys have to decide what I do and say?”
“Ever since you decided to choose aunt Erica over us.”, They chorused.
“I didn’t choose her over my angels.”, He defended.
“We ain’t talking about this again dad, call mom now, we want to spend time with our parents.”, Ryan snapped.
“I would love to but I don’t have her number anymore and I don’t even know where her house is.”, Kyle admitted.
“Well we don’t care, we want to see Mom now. Look for a way, go search the whole texas or something.”, Ryan fired.
“We are waiting.”, Emma added and they closed the door before Kyle could say a word.
“Why do they keep acting like my parents when I am the parent here?”, Kyle wondered.
“Are you sure this plan would work?”, Emma whispered to Ryan because she knew that her dad was still at the door.
“Am very sure it would work.”, He answered.
“Well your mom is with the love of her life, having the best time of her life. I bet if she would leave her leaver and come.”, Kyle wanted to yell but he controlled his anger.
“I hate that Carl jeez!.”, He Gr0-ned filled with jealousy but the last he was going to do was agree that he is jealous.
“How am I even supposed to know her house or have her number when she spend most of her time with carl?”, he thought.

*Jayden’s apartment*
“I never knew that you cook so well.”, Twinkle said and Jay blus-hed.
“Well I can, I have got charms you know!”, He boasted fli-pping his hair and she laughed.
“Of course you do.”, Twinkle said staring at his pink li-ps.
“Would you mind if I ki-ss you?”, He asked and she blus-hed as she nodded.
Jayden moved closer to her and his phone rang and he hissed inwardly.
“Why now dude? Wrong timing.”
“I’m sorry, I have to take this.”, He said to twinkle who frowned.
?What is the name of the hotel you saw pearl? Ryan and Emma are asking of her, they want to see her.

Twinkle immediately became jealous hearing Jayden say I love you with a big smile on his face.
“It was Kyle, Ryan and Emma wants to see pearl.”, He explained noticing the jealousy on her face.
“I can call her and tell her right away.”, Twinkle said and Jay nodded his head.
“I’d appreciate that.”, He replied and twinkle dialed Pearl’s phone and spoke to her.
“I think I should leave now.”, Twinkle said and Jayden pulled her closer as he ki-ssed her.
With time, she responded and they dee-pened the ki-ss.
“I’m sorry.”, He apologized when they broke the ki-ss to catch their breaths.
“No you shouldn’t because I am not.”, She said smiling naughtily and he emBr@ced her li-ps again.
“Do you want to do this with me?”, Jay asked and she nodded.
“I want to hear your voice.”, He said.
“Yes.”, She answered and he smiled and they got to work.
