“Do you love Aiden” I waited for a reply maybe any chance she could remember Aiden.
She Froze and breath in trying to remember something until her Hands started mas-saging her temples like she having a headache.

“Gold are you Alright?? ” I asked as she Folds and started screaming hell.

“My Head…. ” She Blurted out trying to bear the Stinging s-en-sation of her head as I ran towards her.

“Gold, I know it’s ha-rd but try to remember plea-se… ” I pleaded but she started screaming.

“I can’t, it’s ha-rd my Head hurts, Joan… ” She yelled I feel so Bad For her as she collide her head against the Metal stand on her be-d.

“Gold, Nurse plea-se Help… ” I said screaming as a Nurse c@m£ in with Lukas.

“What Happened to her, what did you do?? ” Lukas Yelled but I ignored as he made his way to Gold and tries to scan her .

“She’s being stressed trying to remember something what did you say to her… ” Lukas spat as he sh0t me a Cold Glare that could give me the creeps.

“I’m Sorry it’s pri-vate… ” I gritted in between my teeth as I sh0t Lukas one last Glare as my Eyes Darted back to Gold who was being pinned down by a Nurse Screaming her Lungs out at this case if she tries to remember anything about Aiden she Might die, I’m so sorry Gold, I’m sorry I caused you this Headache and pain and Least of all i’m sorry Aiden, Gold will never Get to remember you, all memory of you is lost.
Lukas injected Gold with a Syringe as Gold calms down and slowly Drifts into sleep as I exit her Ward and walked out of the hospital.

Today I was getting Discharged after that terrible hell if a Migraine and Joan said she was going to pick me up today as I waited to get my last check up.
Lukas c@m£ just in time I’m tired of being tra-pped in that white room it feels like I’m in heaven.
“How’s My Best Friend??… ” Lukas said holding. Some files as I spy a NIT form as he closed the door behind him.
“Waiting for you to give me a Check up… ” I Replied as he wore a wi-de grin.
“you’ve still got your Humor it feels like yesterday when I just met you and you just sat down there and I gave you a check up… ” I let out a giggle as his pen taps his Cli-pboard.
He pushes his Black hair Back ma-king him more attrac-tive than ever, I think I’ve seen someone do that before, but Nah it doesn’t matter it makes him look S-xy.

“You Idiot because it was just yesterday.. ” I giggled the more as he sh0t me a wi-de grin.

He drops his cli-pboard down as he slowly made his way to me his f!ngersCombs my hair down to my w@!stline as his other f!nger tapped my chin and once again tilts it upwards to face him.

His Other hand left my w@!stline as it Prints on my cheek as both his hands now cu-p my face as he leaned closer, my heart was beating so ha-rd I’m sure it was gonna jump out of my che-st.

“Lukas you are too close… ” I shove my Hands to his face to in an attempt to st©p him but he hold out my hands and examined my f!ngersthere was a big shiny Gold ring as his face grimace in Disgust. As he slides the ring off my f!ngers.

“Where did you get this Ring??… ” He half yelled as I moved back a little.

“Nana gave it to me, before she died she gave it to me with…. With….. With…. A…. ” My Head aches as I try to remember but I can’t as Lukas clenched the ring ti-ghtly shut in his Fist and pushes my ban-gs out.

“You don’t nee-d this Ring…. ” He said as he walked towards the window

“But… Nana gave it to me before she died… ” I sobbe-d.

“This Ring is nothing but I’ll Luck, I don’t want to see it in your f!nger ever again do you un-derstand… ” He said in a stern voice as I nod my Head and threw the Ring out of my Window as I felt like he threw something I was connected to that was p@rt of me, I tried to push back my tears but it was too late.

“Don’t cry Gold, I only want the best for you, soon you’ll know everything and I’ll make sure you see the kind of person he is… ” He said as a nurse c@m£ In with some files.

“Doctor Lukas, Your 01:00pm is here… ” She said as she Glared at me and Lukas turned to face her.

“Didn’t you see the Door was Locked…. ” He Yelled at her rudely as she started to shake.

“But..Doctor Lukas… ” She Stammered as Lukas sh0t her a glare.

“Buy your self some manners, next time knock before you come in, also this Is Gold help her Fill her NIT form and next time you apply your poor manners I won’t think twice before giving you a six year suspension and I’ll make sure you never get to work in any Hospital.
When you are Done Gold plea-se report to me… ” He said as he exit the office as The nurse hands me a Form as she glares at me.

That Ring looked exactly like the one Aiden was Wearing a Yesterday, if by any chance that rings traces any memory of Aiden my plan is all in Vain, where ever that Ring is, its History, not Even some Stupid Accessory Will risk my chances of getting Gold.

Joan Convince me to go pick up Gold since she’s stuck at The Mall and won’t be able to make it.
I br@in stormed ways to start a conversation when I get there, I Decided to take an Elevator as a Nurse rushes in as if she was Late.
Her Ring caught my attention as I realized it’s the exact replica as mine, Nana gave it to both me and Gold before she Died as she Pressed a bu-tton and the Elevator starts going up, I pu-ll-ed my Mask up to Conceal my identity.

“Where is Joan?? ” She asked And we both know she doesn’t want to see me.

“She’s Busy, I thought I could pick you up instead and maybe we could tour New York together and get to know each other… ” I said as my eyes Darted right to her f!nger she wasn’t wearing her Ring.

“What happened to your Ring.?.. ” I asked as she Jumped Slightly.

“Wrong, Nana gave you a Ring before she Died… ” I almost yelled but I tried to say calmly.

“Because she gave it to both of us, Can’t even the Ring get you to Remember me Gold, why do you hate me all of a sudden why won’t you remember me and most of all why did you throw away your Ring… ” I blurted out in frustration as she tried to walk out on me.

“You think trying to remember you is easy, without getting a hell of a headache, I don’t want to remember you, I don’t know what we had and I don’t want to know, I want all those memories to be dead, I can’t kill myself just so I can remember you OK, I threw away the Ring because I don’t want anything connecting to you, it’s all Gone the Gold you tra-pped in your fantasy is Gone so fv¢k off… ” She said admist in her tears.

“I’m taking the Bus, Lukas gave me some Money, Unlike you, ever since he c@m£ he’s being helping, he Helped me with the unnecessary migraines you Caused and helped me signed up for NIT program so I get to work in the hospital and that’s a good thing cause I get to be far away from you, you can go home good bye Aiden..” She said in Sob as she tried to leave but I took hold of her hand.

Aiden POV ?
“Gold plea-se st©p,.drop the knife…”
“No I won’t I’m tired, I can’t remember you and I keep hurting everyone, if I die I won’t hurt anyone anymore..” I slowly made my way to her.
“And how do you know that? Have you thought about Joan and Jayden, what about your dream to become a doctor,are you going to throw all that away, what about people that care about you, what about me Gold, do you think we’ll be happy if you die..” she slowly withdraw the knife from her abd0m£n.
“But Joan said I keep hurting because I can’t remember you, if I’m not here anymore you will be fine” she said.
“You think I’ll be happy if you’re gone? I almost killed myself when I thought i had lost you but look at you know you’re breathing, if you die know how will that make me feel, I know you can’t remember but plea-se don’t do this gold, if you die then I’ll die with you…” I said as I heard a loud ban-g. The knife dropped on the floor, she looks weak and she’s lost a lot of blood.
“I’m sorry,” she said and loosed balance as she lumped forward but I managed to catch her before she hit the floor.
She was still bleeding as I carried her in bridal style racing to be bathroom. I took out the first aid kit and treated her wound.
“It hurts..” she said faintly. I pu-ll-ed her hair back as she gathers the courage to look at me in the eye and leans closer, my eyes went to herl-ips and I tried my best to resist the urge to k!ssher.
After helping her with the treatment I left the room to allow her change from her bloody uniform and I went to wash my hands. I received a text from Joan saying she won’t be home till Monday.
*****Few days later******
“Aiden I did the laundry and some of yours too” I dropped the phone to face gold. She was wearing shorts that expo-sed her slender legs and a crop t©p that revealed her w@!stline.
She was wearing the ring, but how? I’m sure I kept it in my pocket, or maybe she saw it while doing my laundry.
“Aren’t you supposed to be slee-ping, you have your program to attend tomorrow” I said trying to avert my gaze from her.
“It’s 4:00am in the morning and today is Saturday” she paced forward to me and I leaned against the kitchen aile.
“Are you hungry?” She shook her head as she blus-hes a little.
“No I want to say thank you for st©pping me from ma-king a big mistake and I’m sorry for hurting you.” She said ru-bbing her hand
“You’re welcome..” I said as she threw her hands around me and clung me ti-ghtly and rest her head on my che-st, we both locked each other ti-ght in a hvg.
I wish this could last forever.
Richa-rd POV☠️
“What do you mean all the surgeons are booked, do you see my face, I look like a monster, get me a surgeon immediately” I slammed my hands against the reception stand scaring the nurse.
“Sir plea-se this is a hospital, we are busy everyday don’t come here screaming like this a public place..” the idiot said and I landed a sl@p on her face.
“Sir let’s leave everyone is watching” one of my Entourage said as I sh0t the nurse one last glare before leaving.
I gracefully got into my limo.
“Find out every thing about that nurse now!”
“She has no parents but a brother who is her only hope to inherit their parents hospital when he graduates NYU medical school. He’s in his final year and graduates next week” my secretary informed.
“Where can we find him?”
” He just posted an upd@t£ on his Instagram, he’s ring shopping with his fiancee”
“Get his location, I want him dead”.

“, These rings are beautiful Jared” Monica Jared’s fiancee said as Jared got on his knees and slides the ring into her f!nger and she giggled.
“It fits perfectly, we’ll take them” Jared said as they both package their rings and exit the sto-re happily. A limo slowly pas-sing by whines down and gun sh0ts were fired bat Jared dropping him dead.
“Jared!!” Monica screamed as he died flat on the sp©t.

My temper calmed down when I heard the boy is dead.
“Sir you have a call”
“Who is it?” I growled
“Some Doctor Lukas he said he is a professional surgeon and is interested in helping you..” I snatched tbt phone from him
“Hello, are you doctor Lukas?” I asked
“Yes sir, I’m sorry if my nurse couldn’t attend to you, like she said i was busy and I would like to help you”
“How much are we talking about here?” I said
“I don’t nee-d to your money all I nee-d is for you to sign the do¢v-ments that you agree to go for the surgery and we are all set another thing is the surgery won’t be done in New York”
“I don’t care where the surgery is done , so how much” I persuaded
“Like I said I don’t nee-d your money, just sign the do¢v-ments” the doctor said
“How do I know you’re not a scam?”
“Look me up all my operations are successful, I alre-ady have five hospitals around the world so I don’t really nee-d your money”
“Where shall we meet doctor?”
“Your pick” he said
“I’ll s£nd my men to pick you up tomorrow, don’t let me down”
“I as-sure you I won’t “. I dropped the call grinning.
After the surgery I’m coming for you gold and for the casino.
Lukas POV ?
I cut the call and grin in victory as my lawyer called me
“Is the deed re-ady” I asked
“Yes sir, it’s alre-ady been ph0tocopied all you nee-d is to get him to sign and the house will be yours”
“Get it to my hospital first thing tomorrow morning”
Everything is falling according to place, soon the knights will get what they deserve
