Summer got to her room to find Naomi so lost in thought that she didn’t even notice her presence,she dropped her book still wondering what she’s thinking.
‘Is something wrong?’ She thought and tied up her hair before moving closer to Naomi
“Hey” She tapped her and Naomi looked up
She sat down beside her
“Pinkie,you’re back” Naomi managed to smile which made her frown
“Are you okay? Why the for-ceful smile?” Summer asked
“It’s nothing,I am really okay. So you’re back,you said you were going to do the @$$ignment with King” Naomi said
“Yes and we are done” Summer muttered
“So now what about me?” Naomi Pouted
“Do you nee-d any help on that?” Summer asked,she nodded
“Then let’s do that when you’re ready” Summer smiled and stood up
“I guess you’re getting closer to King” Naomi said
“He’s not that bad” Summer muttered and went into the bathroom.
Naomi bite her li-ps ha-rd
“Should I tell her? No I can’t,she’s going to get mad” she shook her head and fell on the bed
Her phone buzzed and she took it weakly
? Goodnight princess
Naomi’s eyes wide-ned when she saw the message from Weston
‘Is he kidding me? This is just acting for Christ sake,why is he acting so sweet?’ She thought and sighed out,to think br-ayden never sent her a goodnight message suddenly felt annoying but she ignored it
? You too cutie
She replied and dropped her phone hoping he won’t send anything else,her phone buzzed again
“Not gonna check that,swears” She scoffed and closed her eyes.
“Sleeping already?” Summer asked,coming inside. She’s now in her pajamas
Naomi sat up
“Are you not hungry?” She asked
“No,we ate dinner if I remember clearly” Summer said
“But I’m still hungry” Naomi pouted
“Honestly,I think I’m hungry too” Summer muttered and they both laughed
“Should we cook something?” Naomi asked
Summer nodded immediately and they both stood up at once,they walked into the kitchen and started cooking not minding if it’s late.
After an hour,they were done. They prepared spaghetti and fried chicken with salad
They served it into two and went back into the room,they switched on the TV and started watching movie.
“Ever since br-ayden broke up with me,I think I’m getting addicted to movies” Naomi said not taking her eyes from the TV
“Heartbreaks are the best” Summer teases and Naomi shot her a glare
Summer laughed out and immediately stood up to pick up a bottle water from the fridge
“Are you mocking me?” Naomi asked
Summer gulped down half of the water and exhaled,she took another one and gave it to Naomi before sitting down.
“Honestly,I never expected that. I wish I can just punch him in the face for hurting my best friend but I don’t know why I feel so glad at least. He told you,I mean he didn’t keep it from you,if you caught him cheating,wouldn’t that be worst?” Summer asked
Naomi thought for a while
“I think you’re right pinkie” She muttered
“I’m right” Summer grinned

NEXT DAY**
Summer and Naomi walked out of the hostel together,they have enough time ,their cl@$$ doesn’t start until after thirty minutes.
They were almost surprised to see Weston waiting,he was using headphones while leaning against the wall.
Naomi stared at him
‘Why is he suddernly looking handsome? Is he always like this or I was just too blind to notice?’ She thought
“Hey Weston” Summer called and waved her hand,that got Weston’s attention and he removed his headphones before walking closer to them
“Hey” He smiled at Summer before facing Naomi with a more charming smile
Naomi cleared her throat
“Why are you here?” She asked
“Bet br-ayden never waited for you to come out,you’re juat surprised. Trust me I am a perfect boyfriend” He winked at her and Naomi scoffed
“You’re praising yourself,ion like that” She said
“Then admit it” Weston smiled
“Forget it,let’s go” Naomi said and turned back to Summer
“You two should go ahead” Summer smiled
“Thanks” Weston smiled and held Naomi’s hand,walking away
“What are you doing?” Naomi asked looking around
“As couples,everyone nee-d to get the idea that you’re mine and I am yours. So other guys should just back off” Weston replied and Naomi chuckled in a frustrating tone
“Weston,do you remember this is just a mere acting?” She asked
“Acting is one of my hobbies,you should be glad I’m doing a perfect job so just pla-y along and stop complaining if you want this to work” Weston replied and Naomi roll her eyes
“Fine” She muttered and Weston smiled

“Are you waiting for someone?” Reed asked beside Summer and she turned
“Oh Reed,thank goodness. I was actually waiting for you” She said
“Where’s Naomi?” Reed asked as they started walking
“She left with Weston,by the way is he interested I’m Naomi? I don’t want any heartbreak for her again,so he should better back off if he’s fake” Summer said seriously
“That dude have been crushing on Naomi all his life” Reed chuckled
“Seriously? I never noticed” Summer said
“He tried his best to hide it,you know he’s br-ayden’s roommate” Reed replied and Summer nodded
“Then I am calm,I was getting curious already” She said
“There are three faithful guys in Stanford and I am one of them” Reed said and Summer laughed
“You don’t have to tell me,I can’t wait for you to get a girlfriend. She’s gonna be the luckiest girl” She said
“You think?” Reed smiled
“Of course,and I’m gonna tell her.*don’t you dare break his heart or I’m gonna crush your @$$* Summer said and they both laughed
They entered the cl@$$ and sat down together,Naomi and Weston are sitting somewhere else,they are both having a conversation which seems interesting just by looking at their expressions.
Summer’s eyes fell on br-ayden and their eyes met,she glared at him before turning back.
“Reed” a female voice called and they both looked up to see Sawyer smiling
“Can I join you?” She asked and Reed nodded
She immediately sat down,
“Oh,Summer Hi” She waved
“Hey” Summer smiled
“Can’t believe this” Romina scoffed at Sawyer and went backward,she sat down without looking at the person next to her.
“Angry about something?” Gavin asked
“You’re here” she immediately smiled
“Are you okay?” Gavin asked
“I’m fine” She replied
The K3 entered and murmurs followed as usual,girls complimenting their looks and all that. Romina looked up and she locked eyes with Keith but his eyes are on Gavin even though Gavin wasn’t looking up.
Romina waved her hand a little but he ignored it and walked to the backseat,
She bite her li-ps hoping nobody saw that.
The professor came in and the whole cl@$$ became silent
Noelle and Jacqueline showed up as he started the lecture,all eyes fell on them
They didn’t bother greeting,they just went to find a seat. Jacqueline sat down next to Weston while Noelle went to Kingsley as usual.
Naomi glared at Jacqueline dangerously and she smi-rked in return
“Ignore her” Weston muttered and hold Naomi’s hand
Summer on the other side was trying her best not to look back,she wanted to see if Noelle is sitting with Kingsley or not which is so unlike her but she was finding it ha-rd to control herself so she turned back, and directly,her eyes met with Kingsley,he was also staring at her. He winked at her and she immediately turned,she fold her hands ti-ghtly trying to prevent her smiles,her cheeks became red. Good thing nobody noticed.
Minutes later,the professor simply walked out.
Sawyer exhaled and dropped her pen
“I’m so tired” she whined and Reed turned to her but then faced Summer without saying a word
“We have just one more cl@$$ for today,aren’t we lucky?” Summer asked
“Yeah” Reed smiled

“Will you go to the cafeteria with me before our next cl@$$ begins?” Noelle asked Kingsley
“Not planning to leave this cl@$$” Kingsley muttered
Noelle roll her eyes and stood up,she left.
“Hey Gavin wait up!’ Romina shouted and ran out of the cl@$$ after him
“Who the h*ll is he?” Keith scoffed and stood up
“Are you two gonna sit down here? Our next cl@$$….starts by 2pm and it’s just 12,why are you just sitting down quietly?”
Kylan stood up but Kingsley ignored him
“Are you coming?” Kylan asked Kingsley
“No” Kingsley replied at once and they left
Kingsley’s eyes are on Summer alone,
‘Is she staying back or not?’ He thought and soon they are the only ones in cl@$$
He didn’t move until Summer stood up
“Sunshine” he immediately called and Summer turned looking surprised that he’s in cl@$$
Kingsley smiled and walked over to her
“Where are you going?” He asked
“Not libr-ary please” He said in a pleading tone
“I’m going to take a nap till 2pm,you?” Summer asked
“Don’t take a nap,that’s boring” Kingsley scoffed
“Then what should I do?”
“Come with me” He smiled and grabbed her hand at once
“Where are we going?” Summer asked as they walked out of the cl@$$,eyes on them, of course she wouldn’t expect less,Kingsley is popular among the girls while she’s just Summer,herself.
They got to his bike and he handed her the helmet
“Where are we going?” Summer asked again
“I’m not going to sell you,I thought you said you trust me” He chuckled and climbed on the bike,Summer also climbed on.
Kingsley rode out of the school instantly,Summer held him ti-ghtly and rest her head on his back. She closed her eyes tiredly.
“Sunflower” The voice called and she raised her head up
“Get down,we are here” Kingsley said
“Oh” She muttered and got down,she removed her helmet and looked around,they are in front of one of the most popular restaurant in California,,JOCKO’S STEAKHOUSE
She turned back to Kingsley
“Have you been here?” He asked,Summer shook her head
“It’s the number 13 among the most popular restaurants in Cali,so let’s start from here” he said
“Start from here? Meaning?” Summer asked
“I’m going to take you to the other twelve later of course” He replied and grabbed her hand. They went into the restaurant
They got a seat and sat down
“They are best known for their amazing grilled meat,I’ve been craving for that badly but I wanted to come with someone” Kingsley said
“So why me? You have lots of girls you can come here with” Summer muttered
They were interrupted by the waiter,Kingsley placed their order and the waiter left. Soon she came back and served them,the sweet aroma of grilled meat and Pasta salad filled the air.
Kingsley smiled at her
“Eat up,we only have one hour left” He said and started eating
Summer also took the cutlery slowly and began eating too
“What do you think?” Kingsley asked
“Amazing” Summer replied with a smile

STANDFORD>ROOFTOP**
Romina stood for a while admiring Keith’s back before clearing her throat to get his attention and he turned.
“Hey” She smiled,walking closer to him
Keith didn’t say a word
“Why am I here? You sent for me” Romina said and sat down beside him
“I just want us to stay together” He replied
Romina smiled
“Do you miss me?” She teased
“Don’t feel too proud” Keith chuckled
“I should be,Almighty Keith telling me he want us to stay together,isn’t that amazing?” She grinned

EVENING**
Kingsley couldn’t couldn’t focus as the bi-tch kizzed him hungrily,his mind was somewhere else and it felt so strange as h**k.
She broke the kizz when he didn’t respond to it
“King…..”
“Leave” He cut her off
“Huh? I thought we both agreed to this”
“I’m no longer interested,just go” Kingsley said and she got down from his lap-s
“Go,I’m not joking” He muttered and went into the bathroom
He took a cold bath and dressed up in a casual T-shirt and jean trousers with a jacket,he look so hot,just handsome.
“Going somewhere?” Kylan asked as he got to the living room
“Seriously I don’t know” He muttered and went out
“Maybe he’s going to Summer again” Keith chuckled.

Summer walked out of the computer lab with a loud sigh,as she walk down the stairs ,her phone started ringing. She checked the caller and smiled immediately,
“Mom”
“You really find it ha-rd to call right? Must I be the one doing that every time?” She snapped
“I’m sorry mom” Summer smiled
“How are you doing? Everything is fine right?”
“Yes mom,thanks for calling. Say hello to dad,I’m gonna call him” Summer said
“Take care of yourself”
“Cute” She muttered and hanged up
She was still smiling when she suddenly missed a step and she started falling down
“Aggh!!” She screamed and closed her eyes but then she landed on something,she swallowed and exhaled.
She suddenly heard a Gr0-n and she opened her eyes,she gasped when she saw Kingsley un-der her.
‘Did he just,,save me?’ She thought but seeing his painful expression made her stood up quickly
“Are you okay?” She asked
“I’m not” Kingsley Gr0-ned out
“Oh no,are you hurt? Where?” She rushed her question
“My back,my legs too.fu-ck i don’t think I can walk” Kingsley said in pain and Summer’s eyes wide-ned
“What do we do??” She said worriedly and held his hand
“Try getting up,I will help” She said and Kingsley nodded
She tried p-ulling him up but ended up falling on him again
“Gosh I can’t carry you,just try to get up at least” She said and stood up
“Hold me ti-ghtly” Kingsley said and Summer did,he managed to get up
“My back” He Gr0-ned
“Does it hurt so much?” Summer asked
“Of course,you have so much weight,,my head too,oh no” Kingsley grabbed his head
“We nee-d to see the nurse,hold unto me” Summer said and wrapped his arms around her ne-ck
“I hate going to that place,just help me to my room” he said
“But you’re hurt” Summer said and started walking,Kingsley was limping
“What do I do now? Why did you even do that? You should have allowed me to fall instead,” Summer muttered sadly
“It’s better that I am the one” Kingsley replied
They keep on going slowly until they got to K3 apa-rtment,
Kylan and Keith stood up immediately they entered
“What happened to him?? How did this happen?” Keith asked rushing to them
“It’s my fault” Summer muttered
Keith tried to help Kingsley but he refused
“Don’t worry,I will do this. Where’s your room?” Summer asked
“Just go straight down” Kingsley Gr0-ned
Kylan and Keith exchanged looks and followed them slowly,they entered Kingsley’s room and Summer dropped him on the bed
“My back,,ahh” Kingsley winced touching his back
“It’s really bad than I thought,I will get you painkillers okay?” Summer said and he nodded
“Do you want me to come with you?” Keith asked
“Stay with him,I will be back” She replied and left the room
“How did this happen?” Kylan asked worriedly
“Is she gone?” Kingsley asked and open his eyes
“Yeah”
Kingsley grinned and stood up
Keith and Kylan’s eyes wide-ned
“I’m perfectly okay” Kingsley winked
“Then why are you pretending?” Keith asked
“Just pla-y along you two” he snapped
They suddenly heard the door and Kingsley fell back on the bed Gr0-ning
“My head,back,legs,,,I’m dead” Kingsley cried
Summer entered
“Oh no what do we do? You may die at this moment” Kylan and Keith started faking tears too
Summer rushed to him
“Is it getting worst?” She asked
“Yes of course,I don’t think he will be able to walk for a week” Keith said
“Huh?” Summer gasped
“hu-g,I nee-d a hu-g” Kingsley murmured
“hu-g? You nee-d to use this pills…”
“A hu-g first,I’m dying” Kingsley said
Summer immediately hu-gged him
Kingsley winked at Keith and Kylan and they almost laughed out,they left the room
Summer wanted to break the hu-g but Kingsley hu-gged her more ti-ghtly
“Are you okay now?” She asked
“One more minute” Kingsley muttered
